Someone called Thirteen the chillest incarnation of the Doctor and I’m throwing up blood and cackling because that’s not true it’s not true tell me you didn’t watch her seasons without telling me you didn't watch her seasons.
Fourteen is the way he is because Thirteen was so emotionally closed off and emotionally unstable. I’ll accept chill for Thirteen if they meant that Thirteen was very good at freezing her companions out.
