jane doe mini rant bc i noticed a thing recently
so like. anyone else ever thought about the fact that the ballad of jane doe is like one of if not the only time that she shows like. strong emotion. throughout most of the musical she had a fairly neutral tone/expression and like you can kinda tell some of her emotions but she doesn't really show it that much. but then in tbojd she puts her ALL into it and there is SO MUCH EMOTION and it's so POWERFUL!! especially the second half of the song. like??? that's so cool??? and then after that she goes back to just ⚫_⚫??? AAAAA ever since i thought abt this it just sits in my brain

i will never understand how some people can actively shit on something they know someone loves and finds joy in right in front of them. how can you hate something that makes someone else happy in this absolutely fucked world in front of them.
