Yandere Batfamily x Neglected & "Immortal" Reader 》 IV
Part I Part II Part III
Wow, can't believe this was just a concept idea and this is part IV XD Part V may be the end but I'm not entirely sure. Don't get your hopes up for a part VI
Also, some of y'all wanted a tag list soo (Did my best but I couldn't @ some of you-)
Tag: @redkarmakai @erikasurfer @szapizzapanda @kore-of-the-underworld @imhere2dosomething @pastel-mouse @cooki3dough @naina326 @peptox @ladylupuscrow @confused-they @megasweetbones @1-800-crazy @lillian-morningstar @butterflycardigann
CW: Mention of past kidnapping, bar fight, blood, "death" and lab testing. Self-harm (Reader testing their ability). Gun shot and injury.
After you finally get Richard Grayson off your windowsill, you can sit down and eat
What makes him think that he can just walk into your life?! And with him being a vigilante, he most definitely could have saved you all that time ago!
To clear your head, you try to remember what happened before you found yourself in your “brother’s” apartment.
You and your friends wanted to go to a bar before college started…….a fight happened….How are your friends?! Did classes start already?!
Opening your group chat with your friends, there are some messages about the bar fight, Red Hood, and how they’d visit you in the hospital
When making your message for the chat, you lie about being discharged from the hospital and ask if classes have already started
Your friends are so kind and update you on everything that has happened since you were in the hospital
The fall semester has begun but you should have an excuse because you were in the hospital
With some help, you were able to email all your professors about your absence and just hope they don’t drop you from the classes
Also hope they don’t ask for any documents from the hospital to confirm that you were there.
After a bit of rambling, you and your friends log off the group chat for the night. You never told them about what actually happened to you or what you found out about Nightwing, Red Hood, etc.
The information is difficult for you to process. Your whole family are famous vigilantes and no one came to save you when you were kidnapped.
And Nightwing, he really was your first friend in Bludhaven and it always hurts to lose someone close
But he doesn’t deserve it. He doesn’t deserve your attention and time when he abandoned you just like the rest of the family.
You would have been dead if it wasn't for this weird thing that keeps your heart beating!
Maybe it would be a good idea to test this “power” of yours. You’ve died twice now and it seems that it takes a couple of days to heal and regain consciousness
Just for a small test, you make a small cut on your finger and watch it heal right before your eyes. You were hesitant to do these tests at first but this is also fascinating
Another cut is but a little bigger and it takes a little longer to heal.
This continues a few times before you can have an idea of how long it takes for your body to heal itself.
Once you’re done, you decide to go to sleep again and wait until it’s morning
Back at the manor, Tim has been hard at work. Making multiple plans that will end with you coming back home
Some are more intense than others but it can't be helped if you decide to be difficult
Tim has also spent a lot of time researching your “powers”
Back when Dick saved you from that thief, Tim took the knife with your blood on it for research
Some interesting findings can be helpful if all else fails
It’s around noon when you wake up and your professors responded to your emails
They say that you’re allowed to keep your classes but there is a lot of classwork to catch up on
After eating some lunch, you sit down and look over all the work you’ve got to do. That is a lot….
You spend all day struggling and planning how you’ll get help
The next day, you decide to go to class. You go a little early because you knew you’d likely be lost
Luck seems to be on your side because you’re able to find your classroom!
Walking inside, you talk to the professor and they tell you about a project for pairs
Thankfully, you’ve already been assigned a pair so you won’t be alone. You do feel bad about not being here to help though
The professor points you in the direction of your partner and you introduce yourself. The moment your pair looks at you, your mood immediately takes a 180
Why is Tim Drake in your class? Doesn’t he go to a college in Gotham or something?
You pretend to be polite until the professor walks away and you glare at your partner while he just smiles at you
When you sit next to Tim, you try to sit as far away from him but he just moves closer
Before you can argue with him, the professor starts talking about the assignment for the day
You try to do the assignment alone but immediately get lost and you reluctantly accept Tim’s offers to help
Tim’s explanations were quite helpful and you both finished quite quickly. The room is filled with chatter so you take this moment to interrogate your “brother”
He gives vague answers to your questions but is sure to mention that he didn't want to leave his “sibling” by themself
Before you can respond, Tim cuts you off by saying he has something for you
You watch him carefully as he shows you a familiar item
Your phone
You instinctively reach for it but Tim stops you by grabbing your wrist
Glaring at Tim and his smiling face, he says he’ll give your phone back if you’d go back to the manor for at least one night
Tim repositions his hand on your wrist to be your hands intertwined
You try to remove your hand but Tim persists. It isn't until you decline his offer does he put your hand down
You’ve lived a couple of weeks now without your phone so there is no need for it. Plus, you plan to buy a new one later
Tim doesn’t mention the family for the rest of the class
When class is over, you immediately go to the library (Almost got lost) to finish more work
You settle at an empty table near a window and take out your laptop. Of course, it doesn't take long for you to struggle with the assignment and begin feeling annoyed
(Un)Luckly, Tim has found you and offered to help
With his help, you’re able to complete a few assignments before you have another class to go to
Tim invites you to the manor again but you still decline him
You only have two classes today so you hope to get home as soon as possible before running into Tim again
This repeats for a couple of more days
Everyday, you always have Tim in one of your classes
Tim attempts to bribe you to go to the manor with him, with your phone, playing games together, some other stuff you didn’t pay attention to
At least he never bribed you with his help on your classwork. Even after you catch up on old assignments, there are just so many concepts to understand
It’s annoying but Tim has successfully squeezed himself into your life by constantly being around
Something seems to have changed though because you notice Tim has started to leave you alone more
You don’t know why but would rather not question it. He’s a vigilante, right? He probably has some work to defeat a villain or something, you can literally care less about what Tim does
One day, you’re with your friends to participate in an event on campus. There are supposed to be games and free food so why not
Before the event began, there was a speech from the sponsor of the event
The sponsor is a lab group of some kind, promoting the study of life and encouraging new findings. You don’t know what it is but something about them sends a shiver down your spine
When the speech ends, you and your friends play a few games when a person from the sponsor stopped by
You all talk a bit and answer some minor questions before the person goes to a different group of people
At the end of the event, your friends offer to drop you off at home but you decline. You don’t live that far away and you also have pepper spray to keep yourself safe
While walking a person blocks your path. It’s that same sponsor person from the event
They go into more detail about the lab group they’re in, researching life and all
You do your best to remain calm, not showing your disturbance by their sudden presence
That is until they point out how there was a bar fight in the area and a victim went missing
A victim that looks exactly like you, covered in bruises and cuts, bleeding so much that the hospital wouldn’t be able to save them
Yet here you are, in perfect condition
This is when they finally reveal their intentions, wanting to figure out how you escape death
Offering a place in the lab group as a researcher and totally not a test subject
You pretend to consider their offer while carefully taking your pepper spray out of your pocket
It seems the person planned for this because they quickly take out and shoot at your hand holding the pepper spray
Terrified, you immediately make a run for it
You’re filled with so much adrenaline that you can't hear the person shout and the other gunshots that nearly miss you
Running through multiple alleyways, something suddenly grabs you and pulls you into an almost pitch-black area
Things move quickly as an arm wrap around your waist, a whirling sound is suddenly hear above you, your feet leave the ground, and now you’re on a rooftop
You almost collapse once this new random person releases you from their hold
No longer in a dark alley, you can finally see who this new person is
Red Robin
He gives you some time to catch your breath and calm down, putting his grappling gun back on his utility belt
Once your heart rate slows to a normal pace, you’re quick to show your annoyance at seeing the vigilante
Red Robin just seems to smile at you, not showing how your words affect him in any way
When you finally give Red Robin a chance to speak, he goes straight to the point
He admits to leaking some information to that lab group, just wanting you to see how you can live on your own
Even if Red Robin didn’t tell the lab group about your ability, they would have found out eventually
That’s what happened to your mother after all
The vigilante then gives you two options
You can go with the research team and be tested on for the rest of your life or you can have a life back at the manor
Hell, there is a chance that your family of vigilantes can find and save your mother. Allowing you to reunite
As long as you returned home
With your two options, you find yourself back at Dick’s apartment
Dick bandaging up your hand, Jason carrying a box with stuff from your apartment, and Tim contacting Bruce

Summery: Most of the villagers were afraid of Mortarion, but you, one of the people he had saved from his father's grasp, couldn't help but be drawn to him. You grow closer to him, and, after a celebration in town one night, he's curious about a few things he observed, and you're more than happy to indulge him.
Pairing: Mortarion/Reader
Warnings: Canon-typical violence, people treating Morty badly, smut, first times
A/N: I just really love Mortarion, okay? A good part of the beginning is referenced from The Buried Dagger, because why not? XD
Word count: 4314
They shunned him. Maybe too many of them remembered when he had stood alongside the monsters the Overlords sent. Or maybe it was just because he looked different. You could still remember the first moment you saw him, and that made it hard to fear him.
You'd been foolish, out too far from the town, in a field trying to finish before the night set in. You were gathering ears of corn, and you really didn't want to have to return tomorrow, so you were working later than you should have. Still, you had thought you were safe - until the horse attached to the cart laden down with your harvest started stomping and snorting and making a sound you'd never heard from it before. You hadn't stopped to think, you'd turned to run. But it was already too late. An undead stench washed over you. Claws grabbed you, and you were pulled away.
You and other captives were put inside some sort of machine, a crawler that inched its way up the mountain, carrying you all to the Overlords for whatever reason. You recognized a few faces among those around you. Elias Wrinn from the farm down the way. Lanie Kren from the bakery. Calas Typhon from the town. People were avoiding the last. Everyone knew him, and everyone knew he was wrong somehow.
Yet, where everyone else seemed to be despairing, only Calas was looking around with bright, alert eyes. He was thinking, and he was not yet defeated.
You'd shifted a little closer to him. “Do you have a plan?” You whispered.
His eyes had darted to you, but he didn't speak.
But he did have a plan. One that hinged around an old breathing mask, a rusty piece of metal, and Necare’s own attack dog. Mortarion. The reaper.
It was probably best he hadn't told you his plan. You would have thought he was insane.
It wasn't long later that he whispered, “Cover your head,” to you. You glanced at him and then did so, tucking your head between your knees and wrapping your arms over it.
A few heartbeats later, an explosion ripped through the crawler. You were choked by smoke that smelled of gunpowder and sulfur. You covered your face with your hands, coughing, when a breathing mask was shoved into them. You looked up, squinting through the burning smoke, to see Calas, with a mask of his own, shoving on the hatch at the top of the crawler. He slammed it with his shoulder once, twice, three times. It buckled and swung open, clanging. Calas was the first one up and out, and soon enough, everyone else was scrambling out, too.
As you climbed up and out, you saw a fortress of slick gray stone, and attop the battlements, you saw him. A tall, gaunt young man standing there, staring in shock at you and the other humans. His long black hair clung to his face in the moist vapor of the upper ranges. Calas was already running toward him, shouting.
You didn't have long to watch Calas, though, as the monsters of the Overlord bore down on you and the other humans. You screamed, dropping your breathing mask. Acidic, poisonous air assaulted your lungs, and you dropped to your knees, coughing and scrambling for the mask in the mist. You found it and pressed it to your face, dragging in hard breaths.
Everything was a nightmare of screaming and blood and unliving limbs. People died around you. Claws shredded the back of your shirt, but, mercifully, missed your skin. Amid the chaos, there was a gunshot. You looked past the press of bodies and found him, Mortarion, Necare's son, had jumped down into the boggy ground in front of his keep. He was…
He was killing the golems.
He was helping you and the other humans.
The monsters turned toward him, sensing that he was the bigger threat at the moment. You could only stare, your heart pounding in your chest as he and Calas were swamped by the monsters, and yet kept fighting. Mortarion had a chain with a hook on the end that he swung with lethal precision, gutting and ripping and crushing. Beside him, Calas fought with a piece of rusty metal, and a kind of power that only the Overlords used. You could understand now why the others had avoided him for so long, but at the moment, you couldn't help but be thankful for that power.
Mortarion decimated the monsters, and the few left broken ranks and ran for the denser fog higher up. Sirens howled from the mist and when you looked, you could see the orange bobbing of lantern lights.
The Overlord was coming.
“Hey!” Someone called out your name, and your head snapped around. Elias Wrinn was the one hollering for you. He and a few of the humans who had survived were scrambling onto the platform of an intact transport crawler. He was motioning you to follow. You staggered to your feet and hurried over, as the old farmer reached down to help pull you up.
No sooner were you aboard than the vehicle began to slide back down the mountain side.
“Wait, what about them?” You asked, twisting to look at the woman at the machine's controls. Calas and Mortarion were both still standing in the bloody field, looking up toward the coming army.
The woman only set her mouth in a grin line.
You threw yourself against the side of the crawler, leaning out as far as you dared, even as Elias grabbed at you to keep you in. “Calas!” You cried.
His head snapped around, followed a moment later by Mortarion's. Both of them just looked at the crawler and you humans, making no efforts to follow. You saw Calas turn to speak to Mortarion, but you were too far to hear what was being said. You tried to cry out again, but neither of them seemed to pay any attention. Soon enough, the crawler had descended a ridge and you couldn't see them anymore.
You sat back heavily, your heart leaden in your chest. They had saved you, and you all had just left them there.
But you didn't ask the other survivors to go back, either. You were ashamed, but you wanted to live. Enough to turn your back on them.
You remembered that feeling hours later when Mortarion and Calas had stumbled into town.
The townspeople had always been a little wary of Calas, and that did not change now. To make it worse, they all knew who Mortarion was. The townspeople argued. Many were afraid that Necare would come and kill all of you now, for rebelling against him. Others wanted Calas and Mortarion out to death. You and the other survivors spoke up on their behalf, though, arguing how they had saved you, how you would all be dead and without them. But most folks still didn't want them in town. In the end, Elias suggested letting them both stay in a rundown stable at the edge of the township, with some firewood and food.
For days, the whole settlement waited for retribution from the Overlords. You watched day in and day out as Mortarion stood just outside that stable, looking to the mountain, unmoving as a statue. A sentinel of some kind. Waiting like all the rest of you. But nothing happened, and eventually things returned to normal.
But for you, the memory of running and leaving them behind never left. The guilt pulled at you. There was what drove you to make your way out to the stable with a small basket of bread. You stopped outside the closed door and raised a hand to knock, but before you had the chance, it was already being pulled open. You started and looked up into eyes the pale yellow of the sky at dawn. Mortarion looked down at you, his long hair hanging in front of his face. He was thin and gaunt, and yet there was something about him that was attractive anyway.
You took a step back, lowering your eyes from his, and held up the basket in your hands. “Um… I brought bread.”
He looked down at the basket in your hands, and then took a step back, letting you step into the stable.
Calas was sitting next to a fire pit. He looked up at you as he stepped in, a brow arched. He had a distinctly unimpressed look on his face as you stepped closer. “What’s this then?”
“Look, I’m sorry,” you said, your voice soft. You set the basket down, and glanced toward Mortarion as he moved over to the fire again. He peered down into the basket, but didn’t reach for it. “You both saved us. And we repaid you with this.” You glanced around at the stables.
Calas snorted. “It’s not surprising.”
“No, but it’s still wrong,” you said firmly.
He opened his mouth to argue with you when Mortarion cut in, “Thank you.”
Calas snorted and reached for a piece of bread. You lingered there awkwardly, unsure what to do. Mortarion sat down at the fire, and they both looked up at you. Calas’ expression turned exasperated. “Well? Sit down, then,” he huffed.
You hurriedly sat down. Mortarion handed you a bowl of watery stew.
And that was how you found yourself eating dinner with them. It wasn't the last time, either. More and more, you found yourself venturing out to the stable after your work to eat with them, or just to talk. You realized very quickly that Mortarion, for how dangerous and incredibly intelligent he was, had no idea how to be a person. He spent a lot of time just watching the townspeople, like he was trying to figure them out. One day, he simply walked out of the stable and began to help in the fields, pulling a huge curved blade from a broken threshing machine to use as a scythe. He didn't ask permission, and no one tried to stop him. He worked so much faster than anyone else, soon enough you, and many of the other workers, were just following behind him, gathering up the wheat he cut down.
That night, the townspeople celebrated having such a good harvest. The community hall was filled with laughter and music for the first time in so very, very long. Even you joined in, letting yourself relax for a night, safe among the other people, in the firelight that kept the mist and monsters away. You ate and drank, and sang loudly with everyone else. And when the night grew late, and people were paying less attention, you snuck some food that you could take to Mortarion and Calas in the morning.
You slipped out the back with your stolen treasures, determined to make sure that Mortarion was thanked, as he was the one to make this all possible. You nearly jumped out of your skin when you realized you weren't the only person behind the community building. But the sounds of breathy moans soon reassured you that they weren't paying you any kind. Flushing a little, you hurried back home.
You were busy the next day, and didn't make it out to the stable until late afternoon. The food you had snuck was still good, so you packed it all up and headed out. You found Mortarion just returning from the field, his hair braided loosely, and a scarf around his lower face and neck. He pulled it down casually as he watched you approach.
“I brought you some things,” you chirped with a smile up at him, swinging your basket.
His expression was as guarded as always, but he nodded, stepping inside and holding the door for you. As you came inside, you realized he was alone.
“Where's Calas?”
“He went to the blacksmith. Some of the tools needed sharpening,” Mortarion answered. His voice was deep and rumbling, and incredibly pleasant to your ears.
“Well, he can have some when he gets back, then,” you declared.
You saw Mortarion's expression soften just a fraction as you smiled at him before beginning to unpack what you'd brought. Smoked meats, bread, cheese, and, as a special treat, a loaf of cakey bread with dried fruits in it.
You and Mortarion sat and ate. After a few moments, he spoke up. “I saw your people celebrating last night.”
“Yeah. We've never had so much of the harvest in so early. It gives us a chance to process it for storage better. It's a huge help to us, and we owe it all to you,” you smiled.
You thought you caught a pleased look in his eyes before he glanced away. “ I heard something rhythmic and lilting from the hall.”
Pausing, you considered the comment. Lilting? “Do you mean singing? We were singing pretty loudly last night, I guess.”
“Singing,” he repeated the word slowly.
It struck you like a punch to the jaw, and you found yourself just staring at him. “Do you… do you not know what singing is? What music is?”
He didn't answer. You were aware that he didn't like admitting he didn't know something, but the answer was obvious. He didn't. Singing was one of the few light things you and the other people there had. One of the few things that brought some joy and happiness during long hours in the field. You couldn't imagine living a life without knowing what singing was. It broke your heart to think he had lived such a barren life.
“Do you… would you like me to sing for you?” You asked softly. Normally you wouldn't, but things were different with him. Your desire to share this part of humanity with him was stronger than your fear of being judged.
He looked over and met your eyes, and nodded.
It took a second for you to think of a good song. You set down the piece of fruit studded bread, took a breath, and began to sing an old lullaby for him. Mortarion turned his whole attention to you, his eyes focused and bright, as if he was in wonder at what he was hearing. The attention brought more heat to your cheeks.
When you finished, the two of you sat in silence for a moment. Just long enough for you to begin to get awkward. You were starting to wonder if you should leave when Mortarion cleared his throat and turned to you.
“There is something I wanted to try, if you don't mind,” he said.
You offered him a smile. “Of course.” Maybe he has seen the dancing the night before? The thought sent a flutter of warmth through you, bubbling and buzzing.
But it wasn't a dance he asked for. Instead, he shifted closer to you and, before you could really register what was going on, leaned in and smacked his lips against yours. It was awkward and a little aggressive, as if he was treating it like an attack of some sort.
You were too stunned to respond before he pulled back, a frown pulling at his chapped lips. “That was not as pleasant as it looked,” he said, more to himself than to you.
A huff of a breath left you roughly as you looked at him incredulously. “O-of course it wasn't! You're not supposed to do it like that!”
His eyes narrowed, and for a second, you remembered why everyone was still so scared of him, even if you pushed aside the question quickly.
“Here, let me…” you trailed off and scooted a little closer to him.
Gently, you cupped his cheek and leaned in slowly. He tensed slightly, but did not move away. Your lips brushed his, before you pressed them together again, softer this time. Your lips slotted with his, coaxing them into kissing you in return. It took a moment before he finally began to relax, his arms curling around you to draw you close to him. Leaning into his chest, the hand on his cheek slid back to comb your fingers through his hair, cradling the back of his head.
You had to admit, he was a quick learner.
It didn't take him long to catch on, adjusting how he kissed you to what you seemed to like most. Though, when your tongue brushed his bottom lip, he did jump slightly, adorably. He mimicked the little lick, and you opened your mouth, letting his tongue slip inside. He gave a low, surprised moan, pressing closer to you.
He took his time exploring your mouth, and slowly his hands moved over your body, until you were trembling in his lap. His fingers brushed your lower stomach and lingered there. By now, you had a good idea what it was that he'd seen - the same moaning couple you had hurried away from. You had been embarrassed hearing it then, but now you were practically vibrating, waiting to see what he would do.
“There is more,” he breathed against your lips. His fingertips dug into your stomach ever so slightly.
You nodded breathlessly, your lips ghosting against his with the movement. Your whole body felt hot, a buzzing desire settling in your core. “Go on.”
You pressed forward into another kiss. Mortarion sighed. His fingers slid lower, beneath the waist of your pants and into your underwear. A thick finger brushed over your outer lips slowly, tracing them. A groan left him in a gusty sigh as he felt how wet you were.
His finger brushed your clit, sending a spark of pleasure through you. You gasped, your hips bucking up against his hand. He pulled back from the kiss, staring at your face in awe as he repeated the motion. You whimpered, your whole expression crumpling with pleasure. He rolled his finger over the bud a third time. Your hand flew down to grab his before he could continue and it got to be too much. He froze the second you touched him, his eyes darting up to yours.
“Like this,” you murmured, even as your face burned hot, embarrassed and horribly turned on, both. Still, the last thing on your mind was stopping, so you shifted a little closer to him, turning to put your back against his chest, so his arm curled around you. You slid your hand down to cover his, wiggling your pants down a little lower around your knees to give more room for you both as you spread your legs a little bit. You couldn’t see him with how you were sitting now, but you could still practically feel his eyes on you.
Your hand pressed gently over his, guiding one of his fingers past your wet folds, sinking into you. He followed your movements diligently, as you pushed both your finger and his into your pussy, working them in and out of you. You moaned, your eyes fluttering closed as you melted back against his chest. He began to take over, controlling the rhythm as you just kept your hand pressed over his, following his every move.
“Mortarion,” you sighed breathlessly.
You could literally feel him shiver behind you.
He leaned down, his cheek pressed to the side of your head, his eyes focused unerringly on where your fingers disappeared into your heat. He began to move faster, and you followed his lead as he pressed a second finger into you, stretching you even more around him with the most delicious sort of pleasure. You couldn’t keep yourself quiet any longer, moans spilling from your lips as he fucked you quickly with his fingers, the palm of his hand pressing against your clit. Your hips bucked, grinding against it, desperate for more friction as you squirmed and trembled in his arms. It felt so good, every thought driven from your mind except the feeling of him around you and inside you.
Your moans raised to a high whine, desperate, close already to your peak. Mortarion tilted his head slightly, practically nuzzling at your hair. He pressed the heel of his hand against your clit, plunging his fingers deep into your pussy. It all just became too much. You keened as you came around his fingers, shaking in his arms, your sex spasming tight around both your fingers and his, still buried in you, soaking you both with your release. He kept fingering you through it, drawing it out until you were pulling at his hand, throwing your head from side to side as it began to become too much.
He slipped his fingers out of you as you slumped in his arms, panting, shivering with the aftermath of your pleasure. He lifted his hand to his lips, licking them curiously, tentatively, before giving a hum and beginning to suck them clean. You tilted your head to watch him, heat coiling through your blood at the sight of how eagerly he sucked your juices from his fingers. Still leaning back against him, you could feel how hard he was, his cock straining against the fabric of his pants and pressing against your ass.
A shiver ran through you as you registered the feeling. Oh, you wanted him. Badly.
Managing to marshal your somewhat shaky body, you sat up and turned toward him. His eyes snapped immediately to you, intent and sharp. Not wary, like they usually were, but still very focused. You wet your lips and reached for his pants, untying the laces with trembling fingers. He didn’t stop you, but you heard his breathing pick up as you pulled his pants open. You reached in, your fingers grazing his length. He groaned. His eyes sliding shut. You curled your fingers around him to pull him free. You stroked him, looking down to watch a bead of precum ooze from the tip. You swiped your thumb through it, drawing a shiver from him again.
Wetting your lips, you used your free hand to pull off your own pants and then climbed onto his lap, guiding his cock to your entrance. He groaned, his hands going to your hips and gripping hard. You rubbed him against your pussy, soaking him in your slick wetness before pressing his cockhead against your entrance and slowly beginning to sink down onto him.
“Oh fuck,” you breathed, at the same moment he moaned lowly.
His arms wound around you, pulling you flush against his chest, holding you there. His forehead rested against yours, his eyes closed. You could feel the heat of his breath against your skin as he panted softly and pulled you slowly down onto him. He was thick, stretching you, filling you impossibly full. His hips rocked up, again and again, in short little thrusts until he was finally balls deep in you. You could swear you felt him all the way in your throat. You were breathless, like his cock didn’t leave any room in your for air. You closed your own eyes, soaking in the intimacy of the position, and the feeling of his body. Your arms wound around his neck, threading through his hair. He lifted you and then thrust up into you again. He shuddered, swore, and then his frayed patience finally broke.
His arms tightened around you as he surged up, thrusting hard into you, fucking you quickly and roughly. You squealed, scrabbling at his back, clinging to him desperately. It was all you could do as he fucked you.
Took you. Claimed you.
Already, you knew nothing would ever match up to this. No one would ever match up to him after everything.
You threw your head back, keening, bucking your hips back as best you could against his. He breathed your name, curling into you, his lips pressing to your neck. It became a chant, a mantra, the closest thing to a prayer he would ever say as he whispered your name again and again, interspersed with soft pleas and encouraging coos. You were barely able to register the words. The pleasure was too much, your mind driven blank by the feeling of his cock inside you.
You came around him suddenly, keening, your nails digging into his shoulder. He gave a shuddering groan as he slammed up into you, and then ground deep, savoring the way your pussy squeezed and fluttered around him, letting it drag him over the edge too. Heat flooded you as he came, pumping his seed deep into your.
Slowly, you both came down from the high of your releases, panting softly. You were trembling in his arms, exhausted, but floating in the lingering pleasure. Mortarion’s breath slowed, but he was not at all inclined to release you, cradling him close to his chest. “Stay here tonight?” he murmured.
You nodded, snuggling deeper against him.
It took a few moments before you finally slipped off his lap, prompting twin groans from both of you. You cleaned up as best you could, got dressed again, and settled in his lap once more.
By the time Calas returned, night had set in, and you were asleep in Mortarion’s lap. He paused in the doorway, looking at the two of you with his brows arched. Mortarion looked up at him, as if challenging him to say anything about it. With a snort, Calas looked away, his eyes landing on the basket of food you’d brought with you earlier. He moved over, nudging it with his toe. “Did you at least leave me some?”
Mortarion’s expression softened slightly, and he shifted you in his lap, curling you close to him as he moved over a little himself, making room at the fire for his friend. “A little.”
There was another snort as he sat down, pulling the basket in front of him and beginning to look through it, as a comfortable, companionable silence fell over the stable.

howdy!!! i just realized you do tf2 art too and proceeded to read back through your au, haha! it’s sooo cool and like!! there is so much to think about here…….
like!! if damaged dolls wake up and then die, what happens if the survivors die? would they get out of the in between? are they just. dead? is this massive spoilers that you can’t answer?
also. poor pyro TTWTT one of my favorite mercs (tbh I love them allll <333 but like. y’know) and pyro’s just. sitting there. everyone else is falling into a coma or getting all lightheaded and stuff and then nothing is happening to pyro </3 (also maybe spy but your most recent post did have a spy so mayyybe)
anyways I love your art so much it is so good you are soooo big brained and I don’t know half the source materials but all your comics are soooo good <3333
HEY SPEAKING OF PYRO I ACTUALLY DID ADD BOTH RED AND BLU PYRO TO THE AU--
Originally my reasoning for not adding Pyro was that none of the survivors really needed anything that Pyro typically carries. Being that they're in a desert most of the time, its not like they really had a need for lighters or flamethrowers. Untiiiiiiil the camera changed the map to Coldfront. Now they suddenly desperately needed Pyros loot and wound up with 2 pyros. <XD
The Blu Pyro has the skull face, and Red is the other. I pictured them kind of acting like brothers, and they didn't really stick with the group. The Pybros kind'a just began to wander the map on their own out of curiosity. Maybe returning to the main group once or twice when they got hurt. But that was about it.
And yes! Red Spy is there too! I haven't thought out really a reason why though.. It could have been an accident, like Soldier. Just bumped into him and it turns out he was undamaged maybe?
As for the death thing, yeah if one of the survivors die they would just go back to their bodies. Except for Sniper and Engineer. Since Engineer is really there, he would just die. And Sniper? If he died, his soul would instead be transfered into "the thing". Only after killing both Snipers would he return to his real body.
And LASTLY, aaaa thank you!! I'm glad you like my content! :DDD

Does Kakashi have a favorite parent for Gai? Many of them he met ( One he met twice if he was reincarnated as the king before princeGai), some he only heard of, but I was wondering if he had a list of ones he liked/ respected more, and others who he dispised. (Curious to see if there was a family worse than 2nd Gai's at any point XD).
Maybe he has a list XD (maybe I'm a little too into the Gai family life XD)
Ohhh see this is hard
He definitely likes Prince Gai’s parents because they were the only ones who never spread rumors or laughed at Gai for speaking of his friend who no one else ever saw. They were also pretty solid parents and King Dai respected Sakumo above all other gods which is rare af.
Second would probably be Gai’s teacher life family who welcomed Kakashi into their family without hesitation. Gai’s mother in that lifetime would always make bento’s for Gai when he went to work, and when he started dating Kakashi she started making two bento’s even though they weren’t all that well off (the farm got a little more attention cuz Kakashi absolutely shows favoritism to Gai and his families XD)
Gai’s grandmother in their mortal life is his third fav because she was always kind even when she was over protective of her grandson. Kakashi was always welcomed at her house and whenever he would help with chores she’d make up grilled fish for dinner as a reward. His favorite food.
Traveler Gai’s mother is adored by Kakashi. She starts carrying treats for the hounds whenever they bring her letters from her son, and when traveler Gai passes away Kakashi goes to her to break the news himself only to find out she passed away at the same time. The people around her don’t know what happened, but Obito tells Kakashi that she felt her son’s death and her heart broke so much that she died soon after.
He didn’t really meet Rogue Gai’s parents but Gai would tell him stories of them and he could hear how much they loved their son, which made him love them in return. Plus one was a historian which is an automatic win for Kakashi
Merchant Gai actually lost his parents young and started travelling soon after their deaths, so Lakashi never got to meet them either but from the stories Gai tells he is not a fan. Obito failed in picking these parents they were rude, bossy, and sometimes downright cruel
Dragon Gai’s parents are def still at the bottom. There’s being a shit parent and then there’s being a shit greedy parent. Anyone who follows Kakuzu is immediate scum to Kakashi in this au Xd

VERY challenging fight among the mind flayer pods. I think this might be the first time Hector and Co. have actually fought mind flayers directly, and these fuckers are SCARY. They have an attack called Mind Blast which can (and did, on one occasion) stun the entire group out of their turns, and another called "Extract Brain" which didn't seem to do exactly what it said on the tin (thankfully) but did do an absolute shitton of damage. I had to restart the fight twice because Hector was unconscious for the subsequent conversation with Zevlor, which I wanted him to be awake for. XD
(I've realized recently that I completely fucked up redoing his build as an Open Hand monk and I need to redo it again, but I haven't been able to go back to camp since we went down the Flesh Slide. But for Act 3 hopefully he will be a little beefier. For right now I'm just pretending that he's doing more work than he's actually doing in combat. :P )
The thing I'm most worried about here is that we don't have the option of taking a long rest, and everyone is REALLY hurting and low on spell slots and there's got to be some enormous boss battle coming up. :/ But we'll cross that bridge when we get there, I guess.
Also, Zevlor and the two Flaming Fist who were also in the pods fucking KICKED ASS during this fight. I don't know if I buy the tieflings' story that he showed cowardice out in the shadow-cursed lands, because he was definitely not messing around against these mind flayers. My personal suspicion is that he tried to surrender because innocents were in danger of being hurt, and didn't realize that surrendering to the Absolute cult isn't like surrendering to sane people.
But I guess we'll find out because we can talk to him now!
"Hells. I didn't think I was going to make it... Thank you..."
Wyll chimes in before Hector can speak. "Zevlor."
Zevlor glances towards him - then does a double-take, registering the horns and mottled skin now gracing the man's face and head. "Watching gods... The Blade of Frontiers? Wyll? What happened?" he asks, startled.
Wyll smiles bitterly. "I paid the price of angering the wrong devil." His voice is surprisingly cool, cautious, despite having known Zevlor before. The tales they have heard of Zevlor's supposed cowardice have clearly bothered him more than he's let on; after all, he considers himself the protector of the common people.
Zevlor looks at him steadily for a moment. His own smile is sad, weary. "And shouldered the cost to spare someone else a worse fate, I'd wager," he murmurs. A pause; then he turns to look at Hector. "I... owe you an explanation," he says. "Much more than that. But first... please..." His glowing gold eyes narrow anxiously, betraying the placidity of the rest of his expression. "The others. The ambush... tell me they survived."
Hector nods slowly. He isn't really sure what to think of Zevlor at this point; the reports of his cowardice and surrender do not mesh with the image he has seen of the man himself. "They found refuge," he says cautiously. Well, most of them at least. "But what the hells happened out there, Zevlor?"
"You've heard some of it, I'm sure," Zevlor says flatly. "That I froze, or broke, or some other lie that is kinder than the truth." His gaze grows distant, lost in memory. "We were ambushed by cultists, yes. And then I heard... Her. Their false god, whispering promises in my mind. I would be a paladin again - with a god's purpose, a god's power. Everything I needed to protect my people." He swallows, squeezes his eyes shut, regret and shame written in every line of his face. "And all the while, the cult tortured them. They fought, and ran, and died around me, while I imagined myself their savior."
He scowls, opens his eyes again, though he can't seem to quite meet Hector's. "By the time I regained my senses, it was too late. I did not just surrender to the Absolute," he mutters. "For a moment, I welcomed it."
Oh, gods. Hector stares at him, unsure whether to feel sympathy or revulsion.
The great horror of the Absolute, he reflects, is not in all the death, or even in the eldritch transformation and absorption of the mind flayer hive mind. It's in the way that this enemy preys upon the deepest weaknesses and fears of those it consumes, stripping them bare, with no corner of safety or identity left to them.
He saw only a few minutes ago how Zevlor suffered during the aftermath of the Descent - a paladin of Elturel, attacked and exiled by his own people without cause, his faith shattered apart. Yet another flavor of that same lost emptiness that Hector has seen in Lae'zel, in Shadowheart, as they have seen a pillar of their life taken from under them. Is it any wonder that, given a vision of that certainty being returned to him, he should be tempted by it?
Hector could, no doubt, chastise Zevlor for the weakness - but what good would it do? It's obvious that Zevlor already feels more shame than he can bear for what he did, for the loss of control and the sacrifices that went with it.
Like Madeline, in the grip of He Who Was, grieving for those she turned over to the Justiciars. I cannot grant you forgiveness you deny to yourself - but I can tell you that I understand.
"It sounds like you were being enthralled," he says quietly. "It's not your fault.
"It would be nice to think so," Zevlor says; his shoulders relax just slightly at the expression of understanding but none of the tension leaves his eyes. "But whatever these monsters twist us into... I believe it begins in us." He lets out a heavy breath, steadies himself - the military mind taking over, although Hector sees in the moment something of his own rituals of calming and self-discipline.
"I won't make excuses," Zevlor continues, more briskly. "I can't make amends. But I know something of what you came to do - I want to help, if you'll let me." He glances past Hector down the slime-ridden corridor behind him. "Ketheric is below. He thinks you're no longer a menace. Descend and show him how wrong he is. If there are any more survivors to be found, I'll find them and lead them out of this place."
Hector nods slowly, impressed by the force of personality it is clearly taking for Zevlor to stand against his own shame and exhaustion. "I could use another blade in the fight to come," he points out.
Zevlor smiles without humor. "Only if you can trust it won't be buried in your back. The Absolute swayed me once before. I won't risk it happening again." He puts a hand against Hector's shoulder briefly. "Go, my friend. Please. Let me do this much."
He lets his hand fall, turns and walks away down the corridor.
----------
Hector watches him go, his eyebrows knitted together in a troubled frown. "Damn," he mutters. "What a mess." He sighs, rubs a hand down his face. "I'm glad we found him. He's a good man, in spite of... all of this."
Wyll raises one shoulder in a slight shrug. "I want to think you're right," he says. "But people died because of his moment of weakness. Innocent people. People who trusted him to protect them."
Hector glances sideways at him. "And who is to say what vulnerable spot of ours would not be dredged up to destroy us at this moment, if the Prism was not protecting us?" he points out. A rueful smile tugs his lips for a moment. "We all have our regrets. Things we would like the power to change. None of us are exempt from that."
Wyll tips his head to the side and returns the wry smile after a moment's pause. "I suppose I can't argue with you there."

Just finished bayonetta and honestly it was SO GOOD. FanTASTIC game. Final thoughts:
The final boss fights were both a million times easier than expected but they were over fast enough the hype hadn't had time to run out (and the manic pixie dream girl style bayonetta playlist I had blasting didn't hurt either XD. Hard to be irked when you've got Bling Bling firing at twice speed while you fight a giant hair tentacle lady with face missiles IN SPACE).
Also going in knowing the bayo 2 ending is so much worse because you can see how 500yrs of loptr has just eroded him into a shell of himself ToT. This weapon flailing peacock wearing ash white lunatic is so far from the righteous, devoted warrior who loved his family above all else 😭. He's still wearing his wedding ring!!! And he dotes on tiny cereza whom he never got to hold, but that's it. That's all that's left...
Bayo 2 did the sequel plot twist thing so good, because you can see so much more of loptr in him than balder. The speech rhythm, the weirdly crooning faux polite monologuing, the rippling blue of his eye and outfit despite all his magic (both in this and the next game) being gold?? Yeah!!!
The peacock feathers in his boss fight though,,,,, sooooo pretty. They moved so beautifully, it really had so much elegance and grace, even when I was chopping him up 😍
Him and Jubileus were kinda cheese though. Like, the final Jeanne boss fight was a million times harder and with so much high stakes (having to redo the missile section again). I died like THREE times, and one was because I was curious as to what would happen if I threw Jubileus into a planet (spoiler - she did not in fact take damage but instead shook herself off with an evil grin and one shotted me, boo).
The dance video was so much better than I expected! She moves so fast lmao. There's a lot of repetitive moves but she does it at such speed!! It looks like such a fun dance too lol.
And!! I unlocked the gallery and stuff!!! 100/10 it was an absolute blast to look through and listen to the music, I literally examined every single model and every single piece of concept art. Bayonetta's designs were all amazing but no one told me how feminine every SINGLE character was posed!!! Crying laughing. Everyone had their legs like a meter apart apart from balders 'rich new widow meeting the police at her door' energy.
New drinking game: go through the enemy/demon models and take a shot for every face/human skull you see. It's so creepy lol. Phenomenal character design on all fronts!
Got 10,000 halos for finishing the game and immediately spent it all on the super outfit maker thing. I deserved it!!
Also apparently I got an achievement for using 20 wicked weaves with dodge offset, which is hysterical given I still don't know how to do dodge offset. Still don't know any combos either! It's a miracle I made it this far XD.
The characters are great, even the bosses have little interactions with bayonetta (mostly her cutting them off and shooting them lmao) and the found family energy the bayo/cereza/luka trio had was off the charts, but I'm so glad they didn't go through with it like every male/female leads ever. It has a way of flattening everyone involved :/.
The final cutscene totally happened because bayonetta and Jeanne got together with rodin like 'okay the angels probably think she's actually dead. This is our only chance to do something SO funny' like Enzo and poor luka fully thought she was dead. Jeanne called her nun outfit cosplay. Rodin stole enzos cig and lectured him while he accidentally protected him from falling coffin lids XD. With the intermittent fight scenes in the credits, the dance video, the amount of unlocks I got, what a way to end the game!!
In conclusion - this was definitely a game I'm going to replay and try to 100% (maybe not platinum style, but everything else lol), and it's so obvious how much thought, effort and love was put into it. A masterpiece but also very clearly an older game (the lack of save points and a good place to practice combos, combined with the painfully long chase segments both attest to that). Something I've thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of and something I'm most definitely going to come back to for a while to come.
Kinda want to get bayo 2 now... Do you think they still sell it on cd?

Okay, maybe I’ll get roasted for this, but I still have to tell the truth: I can’t stand Dr. Hiriluk. First of all, because he believes that the “do not harm” principle does not apply to him, but let’s start from the beginning.
Robbery and arson are strange signs that a good guy has come into your house, but mmkay, maybe he’s like Robin Hood - stealing from the rich to heal the poor, like that. There’s also the apocryphal Hippocratic oath, where there is a phrase "may the gods curse the one who heals for free".
Wait, what’s an all-purpose drug? Is it like an all-purpose cleaner?
Take this pill of rabbit's dung,
It's been really well done!
It's much healthier than honey
Though it doesn't taste so fine.
And although it isn't sweet,
And some people die from it,
Those who manage to survive
Live a long and healthy life!
Come again? He was testing his drug on people without even knowing how to administer it? Did he know the dosage? He didn't even know what kind of disease the patient had. If he wanted to help him, he could have just left the syringe with the family.
Maybe the drug should've been administered via an enema? For some reason he didn't want to try it on himself, I wonder why.
Annnnnnd... It was the last time we saw this family or heard about it. Hiriluk wasn’t shown to subsequently wonder what happened to them or try to make amends, so the father's ultimate fate remains unknown. Looks like the anime makers also thought it was kinda wrong.
But, as far as I remember, they didn’t change this scene.
What Kureha said doesn’t mean “about a hundred people”, it’s 何百人, hundreds of people. I honestly don’t know what else to say.
But when he meets Chopper later in this chapter, Hiriluk will do a really noble and brave deed, I mean it sincerely.
Whyyy did he feel the need to ruin everything after such an inspiring scene?
Why is he like that with his friend? What did Chopper do wrong to him?
He doesn't even deny that Chopper could've died. I always crack up at how they reconciled after fight, but Hiriluk never apologized, this is a special kind of funny XD
But still, after this incident, Chopper was truly happy during the year he was Hiriluk’s accomplice apprentice.
I can hardly say what's going on in this frame, but Chopper seems to have returned the sentiment. In fairness, the guards here are still far from them, and Chopper could’ve turned into his giant form and throw Hiriluk far, far away, just like he did to him. A good joke is funny on any day...
But still they could only be together for one year.
It’s a heartbreaking scene, I don't feel like blaming Hiriluk, because it caused him a great deal of pain... But wouldn't it be more sparing to prevent Chopper from becoming too attached and keep him at a distance from the start than to painfully tear him off later on?
It amazes me how Kureha is worried about how Chopper will feel, but doesn't understand that if his only friend in the world suddenly hates him and drives him away like everyone else has done before (and breaks his promise to never ever shoot at him, btw), it will cause him much more serious trauma.
The same thing happened later in One Piece Film: Red when Shanks took the blame for destroying the island in order to save Uta from guilt and left her. Did he really think that it would be easier for her to survive that her closest person in the whole world massacred the population of an entire island, and then betrayed and abandoned her?
Anyway...
Because of all of this, this motivational speech makes me think “Wow, this guy really has a nerve, I even envy that confidence”. In Chopper’s case, people were saving their lives (at least, so they thought). In Hiriluk’s case, it was basically the same.
Interestingly, people didn’t resent him...
...They'd think twice before saying this if they knew what Hiriluk would do to them if they stood in his way (just stood, in the literal sense of the word).

CALLIOPE IS SO CUTE A WANNA GRAB HER BY HER LITTLE CHEEKS AND SQUEEEEEEZZEEEEEE
I loved her interactions with literally everyone else this chapter. Her girl time with Thrúd was so nice and i like that Calliope is being taught how handle some kind of weapon besides just her ✨dubious goddess magic✨ ik your fic is mostly slice of life from here on but its a nice touch for any possible future encounters where calliope doesnt have access to her power
The flower crown moment made me literally squeel! Skjöldr is so sweet with Calliope. It does make me wonder if he realises she has a baby crush on him 🤔 i hope we get to see Danmǫrk again.
Semi-related question; will you be exploring Calliopes relationships with kids her age or is this strictly a "Collecting Family Members" kinda story?
Also cant wait for more Sindri i love how conflicted he is and can you IMAGINE the drama if he ever finds out Kratos was the one who killed Calliope? Also i wonder if he'll be bitter abt the fact that ATREUS got to keep is resurrected sister while Brok died twice.
Cant wait for next week!
YOU AND ME BOTH, ANON 😂😂 Calliope's just super duper squishable!! lmaoo
I'm happy you enjoyed this chapter!! Writing Calliope's interactions with Skjoldr and Thrud was a blast (as was writing her with the rest of the cast, which we'll see eventually hahaa) 😄 And I agree, it's good for her to have some sort of training in physical combat! I figured Thrud would be the best person to teach her, considering Thrud's own history with training and wanting to fight XD
Also, if you're interested, I previously drew some sketches of Calliope with Thrud and Skjoldr that inspired this chapter's scenes! You can find them here 💗
To answer your question, it'll be both! Calliope will definitely make some friends around her age (though not a particularly large group loll), while also collecting people for her found family XDD
And oh boy, you'll definitely see more drama with Sindri as the story continues! His bitterness will be off the charts!! 😂 We just gotta wait and see hehehh *rubs hands evilly*
Thank you so much for reading and commenting, anon! Hope you enjoy the next chapter! 💗💗

Do you have some other hot takes (mild or Juice ones, you decide?)
I don't have Juice hot takes XD
But I do have some other fandom ones
Ninjago:
I dislike Season 12. It just repeats the plotline of Season 6, basically. Having two Jay focused seasons by getting rid of everyone else one after another makes it seem like Jay can only shine when everyone else is gone, and he is the only one treated that way. Season 6 did him being on his own a whole lot better.
Little Nightmares:
I heavily dislike the idea of looking at Mono being destined to become the Thin Man in a timr loop and also applying that to Six. Six might become something similar TO the Lady, but I heavily dislike retroactively deciding she needs to become the adult she fights against. It seems more like a theory to get more shipping out of the pairing to me, so I really dislike it
Bendy and the Ink Machine/Bendy and the Dark Revival:
I heavily dislike the direction they went with in Dark Revival. As funny as Joey Drew basically writing his revenge porn in which he tortures fictional versions of people he knew is, I hate how they made everyone fictional instead of going with the previously stated fact he used his employees souls. It makes the previous 'who is Boris?' debate pointless because even though Buddy is apparently him, it's a fictional version anyway. And the game tries its hardest for us to believe the word of a liar.
(Also the cycle breakers thing. Isn't interrupting the progress of The End playing over and over again breaking the cycle? Or am I just dumb?)
FNaF:
CC dies before Elizabeth and doesn't watch her die. It's impossible timeline wise for Elizabeth to die first since CC died at Fredbear's Dinner and Circus Baby opened after the closing of Freddy's. Not Fredbear's.
I actually enjoyed parts of Fazbear Frights. It would have been better to have most of them in different universes from each other, though. Have some about Afton testing on children through projects, for example. Fazgoo just exists for no reason. Why couldn't you have him test on kids?? Or have the story with the Ella doll because it got infected by Henry's grief. So yeah, having pretty much all FF stories playing in the same universe was a mistake.
The only lore stuff I 100% believe the books make clear is names and dates. So, to me, Charlie dying at 3 years old and the children getting murdered in 1985 (mentioned twice in different books) makes the most sense. Everything else I'm sceptic on.

Lets try that again...
I wasn't even aware that really did bring her along. Why was she back home then, when the tragedy happened? (Man... I hope we did not start the 2000th loop at the beginning of Daybreak just for everything to still happen the way it did. I want those kids to be happy! I want Dingo to be alive and have a chance with Marielle and I do wish for Aida, Fie and Ferie to be able to be "sisters" together. So do not listen to those stupid idiots who want those people to stay dead! Please use the chance and save them all!)
I usually prefer to take the answers that give me more grey and chaos points for multiple reasons (I drove it that far last time, that when the time came to chose my partners for the death game, I couldn't even chose the bracer guild because my Law points were that freaking low XD) but this time I want the thief to be honest so I decide to chose what I want. Not to mention, I am aiming for Shizuna as my partner this time, and Grey points are easier to get than the chaos points.
That is one of the sidequests that I remembered VERY clearly. Because it was the first one in that game that really shook me to the core. The girl send us to find her missing boyfriend and in a Trails game, you would expect to find the guy and get a happy ending and even tho the Sidemissions in Kuro/Daybreak have a lot of unexpected and sometimes rather dark twists and turns, most of them end up relatively... uh... "happy" so to speak. In this one tho... well... her boyfriend was in some sort of gang and wanted to get out of it to be with her, to get out he had to do one last mission - a suicide mission that he would not survive, so we found out he is dead. And if that wasn't hard enough he left a letter for her telling her he left her, so she wouldn't think he died because of her and you know have the choice between telling the truth and giving the letter and the letter gives you massive grey points and the truth more law points than I want but... I really wanted her to know the truth and she will get the truth this time for sure - I can not remember whish decision I ended up making last time, because I do know once or twice I chose the choice I was more comfortable with rather than the one that would give me less law points...
Totally just asking because it could be a scoop... not because I am jealous or anything of course XD (Ah... it sucks so much that this ship sunk in such an awful way, when it could have sailed so beautifully...)
The things with thise games side-mission is that... a lot of them are mandatory and not optional and if you want to do them all this takes A LOT of time either way. In this chapter the missions also took longer than in the first two chapters. And while I do believe so far Daybreak had the best side-missions with its twists and turns and how interesting they are... but I still think the pacing gets ruined here by how many there are and how long they take.
I am so glad that my boy Lechter stayed at Erebonias intelligence division, his potential would be so wasted anywhere else. It IS a bit upsetting tho that we do not get to know who he is working with these days...
I totally forgot about that. Everyone thought that Sheena Dirke looked familiar. Back then I thought of Paulette first... then Nina... but these days... I am not so sure anymore. The thing is, I assumed that Sheena was some sort of Immortal, yes, we said that most of them in Erebonia came about do to the curse, but we do have a lot of curse-like-circumstances in Calvard as well from time to time so I thought it was possible. HOWEVER we did see the old age Sheena Dirke tho (only from behind of course) in Kai its unlikely that she is still alive and we have meet her. There is still that thing that Dreichels soul was Reborn and Osborne at least somewhat resembled him, but its not like he really looked too much like him either, so Sheenas soul being reborn doesn't make much sense either. Although then it could actually be Nina... I think. How old is Nina again? ANYWAY... not sure why they would hide part of her face in Kai tho, given that we have seen her younger face as a statue and flashback-pcitures. Makes no sense, right? For a while I thought that she is actually like he mother of the girl Epstein adopted (Agnes Grandmother) as we've had that they said their faces all really look alike so hiding Sheenas face to not point that out would make sense theoretically... put then it wouldn't because we have seen her younger face before already. I... am actually a bit lost here. Its likely Nina... but... then again... some people assume the one at the end of Kai, who took off her mask and said something along the lines that it was sad that it had to end like this was Sheena Dirke, likely in her younger years and it wouldn't make much sense to assume that the "real" Sheena would be there, if her rebirthed or whatever version - which I would assume to be Nina at the moment - would be there already. Then again, the woman we thought was Aida is assumed to be a version of Feri at that point and that also doesn't make any sense given that everyone else in that roaster of masked people is actually dead while Feri isn't and... gee... were back to the "Kai raises more questions than it answers" - part. And that is why I found the idea REALLY frustrating that we have to wait at least two years to get the next game. Also with Kai possible coming out in the west earlier than expected it might very likely be possible that Kai comes out before the next Trails-Game comes out in japan and while that means we would have FINALLY catched up to them, it also means we will play Kai basically "blind" in the sense that we do not have access to any future games to somewhat put some light on all the questions we have and somehow this sucks!
*Achem* Moving on... tho it is frustrating how many questions that were raised in the first game were NOT answered in the third installment either.
Seriously, the Bracers have all the hot and/or cool Ladys XD
Van just said he said its up to Agnes to decide if she wants to stay or leave but when she did try to quit at the end of Kai he pretty much told her that he is the boss and makes the decisions here. Tho that might just have been a desperate attempt to get things right as much as possible before it was impossible to do that at all.
You know... Greamheart did a very good job in fooling us. Looked like a Präsident who wanted to rule Zemuria, rolled out the big Panzersoldats and stuff, seemed like he didn't care much about Agnes at all. Looked like a threat we eventually have to face. But in the end... he was just a doting father who wanted to protect his daughter so damn badly, after already losing his wife to the cause and while doing that, he still actually managed to protect Calvard and worked together with the great Tech-Firms of Zemuria while at it. I kind of wanna applauded him for fooling us so badly.
Osborne weirdly enough did both a better and a worse job at it, if you think about it. We knew Osborne was a dangerous man ever since Trails in the Sky and his Guest-Appearance in Crossbell didn't make it any better. That he is a force you don't want to cross was pretty clear already in the early days of Cold Steel and it only got worse throughout the later Days of the Erebonian-Saga. Until his very last moments, he led us to believe that he was an awful man. Power-hungry to the core and not giving a damn about anyone or anything but getting even more power by all means necessary. While all the while... he just wanted to save Erebonia and Zemuria as a whole from Ishmelga who this whole time, even without a heart, he managed to keep in check instead of losing himself to his control, even tho that manace was hunting his very soul since his previous life. He made a fool out of all of us until the very end. And while Greamheart also seemed like he had very egoistic goals in mind - what in some sense is not even untrue - he never really struck one as dangerous. You expected him to turn out as evil and bad as can be any minute now... but he never really truly was. So it was just us connecting all the dots wrong, while he actually didn't do anything wrong to begin with - as opposed to what Osborne did to archive his goal. As fathers... they both kind of sucked at first and ended up loving their children so damn much despite that. HOWEVER I always felt like the first impression that Osborne left us with when it came to Rean was that he just didn't care. Didn't give a damn. Used him even and forced him to do things he hate. Just to in the end, turn out to be a very loving father that just wanted to protect his son and when you looked cle enough you could see and feel the times he actually did secretly show that he did indeed love Rean. Greamheart looked like he didn't care much about Agnes most of the time, only about his appearance in the public eye. BUT when it came down to it, he did occasionally show he did care, not even really trying to hide it.
So I do think Falcom did a good job here reusing their old ideas but changing them enough to feel different, without making it seem forced or weird. That wasn't always the case as we all know. Musse copying Kloe in a way felt really like them just being to lazy to come up with a more original storyline for her. And the Estelle and Joshua - situation copy they did in Kuro 2 required Swin to be so darn out of character that it almost didn't feel rewarding to reach this satisfying conclusion for that ship. However... it does not feel like a sheep rip-off, when it comes to how Greamheart did things, and that is a very good thing.
Anyway... I am not in the mood for Vans night out right now. So lets handle this tomorrow.

😂 AND it gets to the point that they all just casually mention saving Ravka (twice) so many times and Matthias is just like “… surely this is a joke? They couldn’t possibly have fought the darkling… they can’t be on a first name basis with both the king of Ravka and the sun saint… they have to be pulling my leg…”
But he can’t tell, because the tone they use is different from when they’re messing with him, so he just tries to not let on that he’s not sure.
And then one day they run into Alina or Nikolai or anybody else who would challenge Matthias’s them-saving-Ravka-is-a-joke worldview (I don’t care if it’s canon or not, anything goes in my world (fun fact: nobody I like ever dies either XD)) and that person mentions it and Matthias is like “… wait, you guys weren’t kidding????”
once the crows break Matthias out of hellgate they should all have a bunch of inside jokes about their time saving ravka. like they start talking about the waitress Nina got information from and Matthias is just like 🧍...what

Listen I’ve been on the Rogue One fandom since the beginning and I’ve never been very much invested on RebelCaptain (I’m definitely not a hater btw!! most of my friends ship them but I was almost indifferent) but after seeing this people who got in the fandom watching Andor trying to talk shit about them or dismissing Jyn and Cassian’s connection - which is VERY clear - I’m totally invested in becoming a shipper lol and also the parallels between them in the show are so good. Maybe Andor is RebelCaptain propaganda after all XD
hi anon lol i understand they are actually very subtle in the film, it's definitely not like The Main Thing, and people don't have to ship it obviously - and I have some friends who don't ship it or aren't like, super into the rebelcaptain fandom for a myriad of reasons, but anyone who would deny that jyn and cassian have a connection of any kind, and that that connection (whatever it is) is fundamental to the story, idk it just feels like they didn't get the movie. i mean jyn's connections to EVERY member of rogue one are super important because the whole point is she's been abandoned by people who have been her home for her whole life, and so it makes her run away from the thing that her parents (all three of them) chose over her (in her mind) which is the rebellion. that's why cassian especially is so important to jyn - he doesn't leave her behind even when he should, he stays and he comes back for her over and over again. and he offers her a home, stands by her when no one else has done that. baze calling her 'little sister' as well as chirrut's undying support of her, bodhi's connection with galen even makes his connection with jyn feel like siblings idk. and kaytoo literally dies for her - and cassian of course. it's about the family who chose her. forget the romantic undertones of jyn and cassian's relationship, the whole film is about finding home after losing it.
andor is def rebelcaptain propaganda tho i mean they literally gave him a backstory closer to jyn's instead of keeping him a separatist child soldier to fit the rebelcaptain mirror theme. but of course if someone saw rogue one once or twice six years ago, and now is watching andor, they're not going to pick up on the agenda lol. but i'll be frank, there's always been a weird amount of the fandom that is like vehemently against them being romantic, a lot of fanboys tbh. the weird slash shippers who just have internalized misogyny and hate women being in ships anyway are common in most fandoms, but actually rogue one is a rare fandom where the biggest ship IS actually a mf ship.
I really do recommend the rogue one novel for so many reasons (I think it fleshes out the characters better than the film) but also like it doubles down on how important they are to each other.

REACTIONS TO EPISODE 3 - ONE'S JUSTICE (... like the game?!)
That is a joke, folks. If I get "This chapter came before the game" or some other stupid reply I'm deleting it and blocking you. It is a JOKE.
Still salty from... nevermind...
You all know the drill, my reactions are genuine and played for laughs! Don't take them too seriously. Some of you need to be told this for anything, honestly.
Before we get into the episode, folks!
Look, I am aware that because of what happened some people hate Hawks and love Twice, and vice versa. Personally, I'm pretty neutral on the situation for the fact that it can be interpreted in many different ways so therefore I'm 🤷🏿♀️. I don't hate either character.
With that, it's been MONTHS since I got any message in my inbox of any hero or villain slander and I would love to keep it that way.
I already made a post about how I think it's very stupid that people have to choose sides because others insist they do. If you like Hawks, you like Hawks. If you like Twice, you like Twice. Let it be.
Harassing people over who their favorite character is because you hate the character is by far one of the stupidest, most pathetic thing you can do in this fandom and in other fandoms. Just don't interact with that person and call it a day!
LAST EPISODE'S REACTIONS!
NOW TO THE REACTIONS!!
I won't lie, I wasn't expecting a recap again but I'm glad they replayed that scene when Eraser Head tripped the Doctor.
Intro a banger as always!
When Re-Destro stressed out! 🤣 Man's went from 🙂 to 😠 and the delivery was *chef's kiss*. HILARIOUS!
Edgeshot coming in with the killer move. "Move, you die. Try me, bitch." Okay, he didn't say that. Still though! I love Edgeshot.
"It's called Electrification?" What if Kaminari called it something else?! Huh?! Like Wattz?!
I forgot how acrobatic Midnight is... GO, QUEEN!! THAT FLIP!
If Curious hadn't died, I'm sure an interview between her and Midnight would be a fun one.
"Stay still and have a nice nap." Again, GO, QUEEN! Second, Midnight really out here "Take your ass to sleep" on people when you think about it! XD
KAMUI WOODS!!!
YES, MUDMAN REPRESENT 1B!!! REPRESENT!!
SHEMAGE, YES!! CLASS 1B, REPRESENT!!!
For anyone new, yes, I love 1B just as much as I love 1A.
*Shows Twice and Hawks* Hello Darkness my old friend...
Skeptic grinding his teeth was funny to me. He's like so irritated. Drop your hair care routine, my guy.
Twice was so scared and Hawks looks like an absolute menace! *shivers*
You know what, I love Twice, I do. But Hawks had a point about his quirk. If the cards were played right in the villains' hands sooner, Japan could have already be in absolute chaos. Luckily, Twice's clones are actually easy to wipe out with large attacks and well, Twice is Twice. Seriously, how can you hate the guy?
Just saying, even though Hawks looks downright scary... that shot of him staring out through the darkness has meme potential.
I cried a little when Twice started to break down. HE CARES FOR HIS FRIENDS! HE CARES!! He blames himself for the Overhaul deal, and not once have I recalled the others in the LOV actually blame him which is so heartwarming and heartbreaking.
He thought it would be too sad had he not been welcoming to Hawks.
"You were just unlucky." Well, DAMN!
That's the thing with these characters. No character is really too good or too bad. Some of the villains show "heroic" traits. Some of the heroes show "villainous" traits. That's why I say we shouldn't have to choose which side we're on because it's not all black and white.
"You're a good person." Oooh, and there goes my feels. 😭😭😭
Okay, thanks to the Hawks and Twice scene, I had whiplash when it went to the other heroes because uh... what the hell is that??
VAST HYBRID: CHIMERA CENTAUR!!! LET'S GO, SUNEATER!!! YOU'RE DOING GREAT, SWEETIE!
"So cool! Say it again!" "Leave me alone!" Oh, Suneater!... relatable...
DARK SHADOW!!
FATAXI! I love how Tokoyami is just sitting there. Tiny little guy. Like even compared to his classmates, he's short.
"I'll become an even stronger hero." Yes. I believe in you, my goth bird son!
Oh! Twice got a half time cut title card! First villain, too, for this season! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Oooh... nope, nope, nope. I refuse to cry. I refuse... and the tears are coming... 😭😭😭
"... to protect everyone's happiness!" DAMN IT!! HOW CAN YOU NOT CARE A LITTLE?! HE JUST WANTS HAPPINESS!! HE WANTS HIS FRIENDS TO HAVE HAPPINESS!! THIS IS SO FUCKING UNFAIR!
"Twice, you did nothing wrong." See? Dabi cares!!!
Okay, the whole Dabi & Twice vs Hawks scene, still in my feels! So intense! That blue is BEAUTIFUL!
BUT! How did Dabi know his name... probably did his own research, I don't recall. Maybe Skeptic with his nosy ass.
As sad as that scene is... that poo line got a chuckle out of me. I forgot about that line!
Toga's reaction is just... I just got up. I need to lay back down.
WOW!! They made basically a tribute to Twice in the ending song! Anybody else notice?!
Overall Opinion? MY FEELINGS ARE HURT!! I'M CRYING, YOU'RE CRYING, WE'RE ALL CRYING!! COMPOSED THE MUSIC FOR THIS EPISODE DESERVES AN AWARD, DAMN IT!!! THE POWER IN THAT MUSIC! CLAP IT UP FOR THE CAST AND ANIMATORS! Seriously, can we appreciate them at least?!
As much as people complain about BONES, same energy should go into at least complimenting the creative team. Like Twice's VA, Daichi Endou, fabulous performance! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Excited to see what more goes down in the next episode!! "INHERITANCE" LET'S GOOOO!!!

Here's some incorrect quotes I thought of ^^
---
Chucky: *talking to Buckman about Tiffany since she's angry at him and has been avoiding him* "Remember when you told me to toghten the lid on the jam jar so Tiff would have no choice but to come to me for help?"
Buckman: "Yes. Did you do it?"
Chucky: *deep breath* "Yes."
Buckman: "Did it work?"
Chucky: "She broke the damn jar, Buck."
---
Carrie: *exploring some secret place with Stu and Billy* "Oh gosh, this place is really creepy."
Billy: "Not as creepy as Stu's internet history."
Stu: *gives Billy a dirty look because his crush is right there* "Shut up!"
---
Smartass: "Remember: If you bite it, and you die, it's poisonous. But if it bites you and you die, it's venomous."
Stupid: "But what if it bites me and it dies?"
Smartass: *so frustrated at this point because he's had to go through this at least twice before* "That means you're poisonous. Jesus Christ Stu, learn how to pay attention."
Stupid: "What if it bites itself and I die?"
Psycho: "That's voodoo."
Stupid: "Then what if it bites me and someone else dies?"
Wheezy: "That's correlation, not causation."
Psycho: *now wanting to join in on the question asking* "Wait! What if we bite each other and neither of us die?"
Greasy: "That's kinky. Trust me I'd know"
Smartass: *wondering in physical pain how the hell anybody will hire them now* "Oh my god..."
---
The whole 'Steamed Yams' bit from the Simpsons but it's Smartass trying to convince Judge Doom to hire him and his gang. Enough said XD (its too long so just find it on YouTube)
---
I'll think of more later, but here's the ones I could remember XD
THESE ARE SO GREAT XDD
I am very, very intrigued by Chucky and Buckman hanging XD Wonder how that would go 🤔🤔🤔 I can see Chucky believing in reincarnation though, so... do you know where I'm going with this? XD 😅
Also Chucky calling Buckman, 'Buck'. I cant XD
ALSO ALSO, just mentioning something that you can do with what you may but- Tiffany and Boone. I can only imagine their interactions XD
And the Toon Patrol one XDD Poor Smartass !!
