OK im home from school and its limited life time. im gonna start with grian’s episode bcuz its longer but more pressingly um. its title worries me a lot ��� so im watching that first

List of my safefoods

you can take it as inspo if you want 🫶🏻

• low fat cottage cheese (usually around 60-65 cal and 13g protein for 100g!) I also luv the taste so 10/10 fr

•tuna ( also like 90ish cal for 23g protein per 100g) I like to add it to salads to boost the protein a bit <3

•any kind of berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries etc..) (just 30 -40ish per 100g and so good)

• cucumber a huge safefood for me just 12 cal per 100g and a whole cucumber is most of time under 50 kcal !!

•tomatoes i believe they're abt 20 kcal per 100g, so pretty low cal too

• ricecakes, the ones i use are 26 kcal per piece, i usually have 2 with cottage cheese and cucumber or tomatoes, but you can get very creative w them so top them with wtvr you enjoy

•egg whites, i think one is 16 kcal (depending on the size) and 4g Protein (so basically pure protein) If you don't like wasting the yolk you can buy containers with just pure Egg whites

• salsa, If you are looking for a good low cal dressing i think Salsa is a pretty good option and it's also quite tasty ( 30-40kcal per 100g)

• fat free- yoghurt, i think abt 35-40kcal and 5g protein per 100g, on it's own it tastes like shit so i'd suggest to add a sweetener of you're choice <3 (i like to use stevia or erythrit)

•skyr it's basically the same as yoghurt but with a like 20 more cals per 100g but also double the protein so it'll help to feel more full for less cals :3

• any (green) veggie (spinach, paprika, carrots, salad ect.)usually super low cal (bc it's mostly water lol)

•konjac noodles i've just discovered them a few weeks ago and there're super low cal (8cal per 100g I think) and with the right seasoning it's actually not bad

• diet sodas Idc if you say they're unhealthy I will drink my coke zero forever ^^ and they help me drink more water so that's also nice

•soups most clear soup bases are super low cal and also soo filling (at least in my opinion)

•popcorn good bc you get a lot for not much cals so you can easily volume eat on popcorn

•watermelon I looove watermelon sm <33 and js 30 cals per 100g and soo delicious!!

•pickels one of my favs it depends on which sort of them you choose but the ones I use are 24 cals per 100 gramm (drained) js don't eat way too many of them bc of the sodium<3

I wrote this a while ago but it's short and silly, and with the real world post-election being such a relentless shitstorm, I thought we could all use something fun. So this is a series of 3 drabbles, the first one from Buck's POV

He should be here in 40ish minutes. Great. Lasagna’s in the lower oven, salad in the fridge, I’ll put the bread rolls in the top oven in 20 minutes. When should I light the candles? I don’t really need mood lighting until Tommy gets here but what if I wait too long and I forget until he knocks on the door? I don’t wanna keep him waiting while I light candles. Then again it is only the four on the table and two on the island, how long does it take to light six candles? Except . . . what about upstairs, I didn't think about the upstairs, should I light candles in the bedroom too? Because I definitely don’t want him to hear me through the door charging up and down the stairs like a hyper kid or like I’m not prepared or something. Maybe light just the upstairs ones now? A first time having sex with someone special, you want it to be super romantic, right? Yeah. So, yes on the bedroom candles. Although . . .

. . . We didn’t officially call this the sex date, did we? Not out loud. But, well it’s just what you do once you're calling eachother ‘boyfriend,’ right? If not a little bit sooner. It's just we never fully specified this as the–STOP IT! It’s dinner at my place after eight, he’s bringing *vintage* wine, he specifically said vintage which means expensive which means extra special date. Not regular. Special. Plus he made that adorable joke about showing up in a tux–unless he wasn’t joking about the tux. Was he? Oh god, should I be wearing a tux? I DON’T OWN A TUX! No, no he was kidding for sure, tuxedos aren’t his style . . . I’m like 90% sure they’re not his style. 

Dude, get it together! Breathe! There’s no way we’re not on the same page here, this IS the sex date and the tux thing was a joke, don’t even worry about it. There’s nothing to worry about. Wait, do gay guys expect different sex stuff than women? I’ve got condoms and lube covered, but are there other standard things? Are most gay dudes into chest harnesses or have I just been watching the wrong kind of porn? Never trust porn. What do I have onhand toy-wise though? Nothing too wild, actually. Oh, and I guess I can get rid of that strap-on now, Tommy’s got his own dick pre-attached. Haha. Unless . . . wait, no, keep it. I don’t wanna think about it right now but if Tommy and I don’t work out I might end up dating a woman again. Right, so. Keeping the strap-on. For now. Just make sure Tommy doesn’t see it, I don’t want him to imagine me sleeping with a woman. I don’t want ME to imagine me sleeping with a woman.

Let’s just calm down, assume the basics are enough for tonight, and focus on the actual DATE part of the date. Be present. Be the moment. Get those bread rolls in the oven. Oh, he’s texting me . . . *I’m on the elevator* –DAMMIT, UPSTAIRS CANDLES! NOW!

What do you think the age ranges are in HotD? It is very obvious Aemma wasn't eleven when she married or fifteen when she had Rhaenyra. There is no second Great Council and Aemma is visibly pregnant with Rhaenyra so I putting her at 20 and Viserys at 25 making them 35 and 40 in the first episode. I think Daemon is around 3Oish. Alicent is 16/17 to Rhaenyra 14/15.

Alright putting my ages on top and then i’ll kinda ramble a bit haha-

Viserys - like 24ish in flashback, just shy of 40 in the first episode

Aemma - like 19 in flashback, somewhere around 33-34 in the first episode

Daemon - like 25-27 in the first episode

Rhaenyra - lower end of 15

Alicent - lower end of 14

Okay so my read on Aemma and Viserys in that flashback and also their relationship is still that they married really young - i got the impression that they’ve been partners for a very long time, long enough that Aemma feels comfortable putting her foot down with him which still means imo that Aemma got married a bit young (also as kingcunny said a few days ago, i got the feeling that part of why Laena freaks him out but Alicent doesn’t is because all he sees when he looks at Laena is his guilt over killing Aemma, which means they were young when they married too to me). I landed somewhere on her being sixteen and him being like 21-22 ish when they marry, so she’s like 19 in the flashback, and he’s like 25ish, so roughly around the same age as you clocked too. Which then makes him like 40ish when he marries Alicent and like….58ish when he dies?

With Daemon, I kept getting the impression he was like…..still considered a young hot shot but also old enough that his behavior is getting a bit troubling bc it’s not straightening out. And tbh…..Idk if it was just because Matt Smith reads a bit young in general to me but I guess I got the impression that the age difference between him and Viserys was more severe, like young enough that he has more of a “big sister” relationship with Aemma than a “we are both lil rascals” thing they had in book canon (or at least that’s MY read of all of them in book canon, is that up until Rhaenys’ marriage, Gael, Rhaenys, Aemma, Daemon, & Viserys were all kinda running wild in the Keep, and probably Rhaenys was excitedly telling Aemma and Gael that they can visit whenever they want, but don’t miss her too much because she’ll have to move back to the Red Keep after she has a son so she and Aemon can train her son to be king, obviously). Anyways, I clocked him as like 26ish, so quite a bit younger than you. That makes him like almost 30 when he marries Laena, and then like 45-46 when the Dance kicks off. Which, part of why I like him being a bit younger is because he’s around the same age as Viserys is when Viserys started getting really obviously sick (we see his hand fucked up by the time he’s 40, and he’s struggling to get around already by 42-43 when Helaena is about to be born), and I like to think this adds to his general erraticness during the last episode - not just that Viserys is dead, Viserys chose Rhaenyra over him, but now he’s the age Viserys is when he started to decline and he’s got jack shit to show for it, not even Viserys’ love.

For the girls I guess I just…..from the way Alicent dresses, it made me feel she’s only recently ~flowered~ whereas Rhaenyra has been A Maiden for a bit longer. Rhaenyra feels much more aware of her body and beauty, wearing clothes that are cut closer and in a more flattering way (or well, they’re trying haha, some of those cuts were bad) whereas Alicent especially in that introduction scene and her awkwardness at the tourney, made me feel like she’s very new to puberty. Like, Rhaenyra went through her awkward phase, she’s fine, it’s why she thinks so often about how much she doesn’t want to marry, whereas Alicent kinda shot up recently and overnight, and it’s made her more awkward as a result.

I'm playing the original trilogy rn and I would love to know who your favorite characters/cases are! I'm still pretty early on in the game but I think Maya is probably my favorite so far.

Sticking purely to the original trilogy! Most of my favorite cases are from the first game!! I really adore turnabout sisters, turnabout goodbyes and rise from the ashes!! But I also really enjoy Turnabout Beginnings: from trials and tribulations!! And Bridge to the Turnabout

As for my favorite characters again sticking solely to the original trilogy! I’d say edgeworth (as someone told me months ago and I quote “since you like Daniil you’ll like edgeworth.” They weren’t wrong!) mia, franzsika and Lana! Honestly I really don’t get attached to characters as easy as I used to? So I kinda meh on most the characters unfortunately? Oh I also really liked iris as well!

I do highly recommend playing the investigations games once you finish the original trilogy! I can’t recommend the Apollo justice trilogy as much however….uh…well Apollo justice is good and the other two games certainly had ideas! It’s uh…mmmmm maybe look into those slightly more before spending the $40ish they cost! Since those ones are pretty hit or miss! (Well actually you’ll miss out on the orca case if you don’t play dual destines so suppose i recommend dual destinies solely for the orca case.)

something 2015ish (means 22 episodes, 40ish min log) -> limitless tv show (continuation of the movie), kind of white, mc is manic pixie dreamboy but he wears the coolest sweaters, fun times. i would take that drug.

if you are good with horror and have not watched mike flanagan's stuff id rec it. if you are not good w horror i would still rec haunting of hill house because it is heartwrenchingly beautiful. but ya it has scary points.

i watched mrs davis recently and the tv show is bonkers, but episode 9 pays off bcs the reveal is great. perfect if you are like a person who has worked with code and programming. also there is jesus there and he lowkey hot.

Rated PG-13 for mildly graphic medical scenarios, fluff and kissing, and some more passionate making out.

I hope I did all this right, haha. <3 This is a new realm for me (especially writing in present tense, goodness) so please forgive any errors. There is a full novel-length fanfic in the works too, coming once season 2 finishes, featuring a charming romance between Tech and an OC female character. Getting ready to go!

I didn't really mean FALL when we were planning to take a trip! On my way home from work last night, it was dark out and I tripped over.....what appeared to be a metal u-shaped...thing? someone had seemingly permanently put in the ground on the sidewalk out in front of a house? I have no idea what it was and should have taken a picture but...I definitely couldn't see it, and definitely totally ate pavement tripping over it. I tore open my right knee and hand, and banged my left elbow pretty good -- it ripped through my jacket and I had to do a quick last minute repair before we went to sleep last night. Somehow my hand still hurts the most but it'll be okay I think. It cleaned up well, just raw and sore. No photos, you're welcome, haha. And hopefully this is me getting out all the bad luck NOW before we get there!!

Last night we actually slept on the couch so we could get in a little extra time with the babies -- for whatever reason, they refuse to sleep in the bed with us, so we came out to them.

It wasn't a bad night's sleep but we "laid down" around 8:30 or 9pm which is.....quite early for us....so it wasn't like we immediately fell asleep or anything. Mainly, we listened to the podcast Ship Hits The Fan to help us fall asleep, which is an historical podcast about maritime disasters. It maybe doesn't sound like the most relaxing thing to listen to at first, but I swear, it's quite funny and fascinating!

We were up at 5:15, and then it was all the last minute packing and tidying -- toothbrushes, deodorant, whatever. I made a whole pot of coffee thinking we'd have time to drink it but alas. That's what Dunkin Donuts is for I guess! 😅 We said goodbye to the kids (except for Ellie who decided to hide) and were on our way!

(my coworker Elijah doesn't live far from us, so he is going to be stopping in daily to make sure everyone is healthy and happy while we are away, and send us pet updates 💕)

We took the metro to Union Station in DC, and from Union Station, we took the MARC train to Baltimore.

And now, around 8:40ish, we are settled in at our gate, waiting to take off!! When next you hear from us, we'll be in Tokyo!!

Genuine q: post top surgery how did ur clothes fit? asking cuz as another fat trans man i have no fucking clue how it would effect me vs a thin person. Esp as someone who currently has a larger chest. Like would it be a “need to buy a new wardrobe” situation i’m trying to plan ahead

oh man no, as far as i can recall, the fit of my shirts stayed the same post-op (after the tubes came out LOL, you gotta work around those for a while), its definitely not a "whole new wardrobe" type of deal

for reference though, i was a D cup and had been wearing a pretty good binder until i got surgery, and my surgeon had let me know too that he wouldn't go in and take everything because then i'd look unnaturally flat

but also! my top surgery was like 30 or 40ish lbs ago probably, so idk if that would've made a difference or not, but i kinda doubt it

i might see if i can find some pics to add once i get off work to show like how i looked w my binder on vs post-op with a shirt, that may take some digging tho so no promises haha

I wrote 5 oneshots this year, and I marked Chicken Ramen (my large Naruto smut compilation fic) as completed for a few months, but I opened it up again to add a few more chapters from old fics that I'm reworking the smut portions for. So, maybe 5 and a half? Lol 😅

2. I started 7 fics this year and completed 5 of them, which were oneshots!

3. Omg I actually drabbled like crazy this year. I wrote maybe 40ish or so drabbles? At first I kept them strictly 100 words, but then tried 200 and 300 word drabbles. I always kept them as multiple of 100 words though. I posted most of them in either Chicken Ramen or Sweet Treats.

4. I think it was around 95k words 😁

5. Haha, well if we are counting Chicken Ramen, that was just past 100k words when I marked it as complete. And that was my big goal, to have a fic reach 100k words, because I'm super confident I will never do it again 🤣 But I reopened it sooo...if we don't count that my Naru/Saku oneshot, Protein/Creatine was the longest at 3.3k lol 😬

6. Shortest was another Naru/Saku oneshot, I Won't Share You at 888 words.

7. Such a hard question, they're all my babies lol. Maybe the DILF Naruto chapter for Chicken Ramen? I was frothing at the mouth writing that dynamic 😅

8. Lips, Tongue, Teeth...I'm trying to keep each chapter short, dyamic, sexy, and not too repetitive with the overarching theme being oral fixations but yeah...tough lol

9. Maybe not lessons, but maybe two though processes. The first one being "Perfect is the enemy of good." I used to always worry about the quality of my writing to the point where I was reluctant to post it because it wasn't perfect enough for my, but I got over that mentality this year.

And the second one being to just write what I want without caring what others may think. I originally did this back when I got back into writing in 2019, but when I joined communities like the Naruto Fanfiction Discord, I was worried people would find the stuff I write gross and limited some of the stuff I was willing to put out. But at the end of the day I need to be happy and be motivated to write what I want especially if it's stuff I wouldn't see otherwise. So I abandoned bring cringe and embraced being unhinged lol.

10. I want to finish Lips, Tongue, Teeth so badly, it wasn't supposed to take more than a month and it's taking muuuch longer!
