I like billf0rd in the way the parallel between stancest, how they are foils of each other and both so important to Ford’s character and his growth. It’s a fascinating dynamic to explore. And I love me some toxic Yaoi.

But something about seeing so many fanarts and fanfictions and AUs ignore the canon torture that Bill put Ford through, the psychological damage that Ford still does in canon suffer from, kind of rubs me in the wrong way. Like it’s fun to do “what-if’s” and explore different dynamics, it’s great that people are doing and creating so many wonderful pieces of art and literature around it, it is! But Billf0rd at its core is not a cute and blushy relationship, and it was not mutually abusive. Ford being a victim of Bill’s violent abuse and torture is the core of the relationship, it was never healthy and fun and cute.

Idk, I like seeing the fanart and AUs, but I think there needs to be some acknowledgment that the pairing itself is steeped in pain and abuse, that is the one definable thing about the relationship and for Bill and Ford’s character, and taking that away is losing the essence of the characters and the ship. Again, I enjoy the ship, I truly do! No antis here. Just, you know.

Who grew up hearing the stories of bygone kingdoms and wondered what it would be like growing up then. And, since people that aren't orphans exist, are there any *parents* in Hallownest? I wonder if anyone's interested in an entire AU I made for my OCs where they work at a restaurant called ChildBurger! (not actually called that, but all my friends call it that for some reason. It's called Charlotte's) but also my friends have their own little characters working there as well it's really cool and uh there's a lot of lore and stuff. The entire thing is a big jumble of stuff that I've only said verbally and the thing is always changing (Thats the fun of it!)

Also only one of my friends (We can call em Arachnid) knows the full lore, the rest of my friends only know of the restaurant's existence. :3 I'll just post random nuggets about it even tho nobody cares (btw it's actually really edgy and stupid and nonsensical. ChildBurger! is a good dive into my mind because I just spout random stuff and it becomes canon if Arachnid likes it.)
