nothing will ever top warner bros. releasing barbie on the same day as oppenheimer as a way of retaliating against christopher nolan for deciding to stop working with them and taking oppie to universal because wb probably thought they were going to overshadow his film with barbie but instead barbenheimer was born and it gave oppenheimer a level of marketing that nolan and universal probably never even dreamed of. what a time to be alive <3

My estranged partner insisted over and over that Oppenheimer was a Nazi and told me to look it up so I did and when I saw that he was born in New York, I. Could. Not. Stop. Laughing. Like I was trying but it just kept happening... I apologized but he told me to go fuck myself so now I'm alone in my bedroom. Why can't I ever just shut up?

As an autistic person, tact is so fucking hard. It was probably mean to laugh but he was SO insistent that it was just so hard not to find it ridiculously funny. I literally had tears in my eyes and he pointed out that I don't react well to being laughed at, which is true. I don't like him anymore but I don't like myself very much either.

Second best character in Oppenheimer was Florence Pugh naked communist insane for that Oppy dick. BEST character in Oppenheimer was obviously the incredibly bitchy Senate aide who was delivering burn after burn to Robert Downey in his final scene. "Maybe they weren't talking about you at all. Maybe they were talking about something much more...important." The absolute slay. Half expected finger snaps upon his exit
