I had a crazy idea, and since it’s so wacky, you know I gotta do it. What’s my silly idea, you ask?

I’M MAKING A SUMMONING CIRCLE TO SUMMON THE STEEL BALL RUN ANIME INTO EXISTENCE!

That’s not all there is to it, though. In fact, I need YOUR help to make this magic as powerful as it can be. For the first time ever, I am asking for audience participation and collaboration for johnnyshrine, wow!!

How can you help me make the greatest summoning circle ever? By making your own offerings, of course! Prayer works best when people come together! I am collecting black and white images you guys submit to add to the summoning circle! These images can be whatever you’d like: drawings of your favorite SBR characters, memes, occult or silly objects you'd use for Steel Ball Run themed magic, words talking about how much the story means to you - you decide! Full info and requirements can be found on the Google form below if you’re interested in participating! Credit will be given to everyone who participates unless you choose to remain anonymous. The full summoning circle will be posted as johnnyshrine offering #101 on April 11th, the day before JOJO Day. Hopefully our efforts will pay off and we’ll get to see the anime become real!  I’ve never done something like this before and I have no idea what to expect, but I figure this is a fun way to connect the community. I really want to write some reader fic for Mark S, there is so little of it around and I just wanna slam that sexy lonely sad little nerd against a horribly lit corridor wall and make him whimper. Ruffle his neatly combed hair, loosen his tie and make him stain his pants while he turns weak at the knees. Watch his pretty face light up for just a moment while he unravels. Tidy him up so tenderly he feels like crying (he’s not sure why) and leave him to catch his breath before heading back to MDR behind you. Make him squirm with just a glance or a whispered word from your desk. Make him crave you so much he can’t concentrate when he’s at his desk pretending to refine data while really he’s flitting between daydreaming about the way your lips feel and hoping he doesn’t get hard again

DPXDC Prompt #97

The Justice League fought hard against the anti ecto acts but unfortunately it wasn’t enough and the laws were passed anyways but not before a clause was added to them that states the JL had the right to pull a ghost out of a facility of they had potential to work for them. When they see the potential hero Phantom is caught by the GIW they of course do their best to acquire him. Unfortunately the government sees Phantom as JL property now instead of his own person. Phantom seemed content being trapped on the watchtower and explained it was better than whatever the GIW was planning. Superman thinks something weird is going on with the ghost as when he supposedly went to bed in the room he was assigned he’d temporarily gain a heartbeat again. Constantine is just glad the young prince hasn’t decided to kill anyone in the US congress yet for passing such a ridiculous law. Batman’s adoption senses are tickling.

yknowwww there is something... deeply uncomfortable about the way mel never speaks directly to viktor in the 'build hextech weapons' scene. she really only speaks to jayce. plenty of people have pointed this out already but like the one scene they actually share a meaningful interaction and she treats him like he's beneath her. all this after jayce has emphasized how important viktor is, that hextech is theirs, together. she unequivocally ices him out, there's no other way to interpret this scene. the way it's shot too - from viktor's perspective, looking up at her, as though to reinforce the same belief in him. like he doesn't even bother expecting respect from her - or anyone from the upper echelon of piltover. he's fully accustomed to being dehumanized by everyone around him at this point. sometimes even by jayce, despite the trust they clearly have in each other.

then of course after this scene is viktor experimenting on himself. it's pretty clear that he has internalized his own dehumanization. crazy.

Have you heard of the "Crowley is Malleus' dad" theory going around? Where Prince Levan (or whatever his name is) didn't actually die and just went out to get some milk and is now known as Dire Crowley, the silly man? The implications of that theory is absolutely hilarious when you think about it

NO LISTEN Revaan was the guy they sent off on diplomatic missions and to take care of delicate political situations, and...look, I love this dweeb, but would you trust Crowley to be in charge of negotiating your war treaties

despite my brain insisting on reading his name as "Raven", Revaan's title does imply that he was also a dragon (or super into longan berries, I'm not ruling that out)

currently unclear why Lilia "my closest friend Revaan...he is no longer with us...I used to make fun of him for being kind of a priss about eating jerky..." Vanrouge has somehow not noticed or said anything

Charity Commissions Open + Birthday Stream!

It's my birthday on Feb 5th so to celebrate I will be accepting bust sketch commissions from January 28th to February 5th 2025 via ko-fi and donating the proceeds to two local organizations: Urban Native Youth Association (UNYA) and Radical Action with Migrants in Agriculture (RAMA) and then drawing them live on stream ✨
