Micro-Trends to Watch: The Latest Fashion Fads in the World of High-End Jewelry
Jewelry trends come and go, but in the high-end world, the details make all the difference. While classic pieces will never go out of style, micro-trends are introducing new layers of creativity and individuality to luxury accessories.
The latest trends in fine jewelry are steering away from conventional norms, giving rise to fresh, innovative styles that cater to the modern-day fashionista.
From bold, eye-catching designs to subtle, meaningful pieces, the world of luxury jewelry is embracing a new era. Let us take a closer look at the micro-trends that are reshaping the jewelry landscape, ensuring that your collection stays ahead of the curve.
Personalized Monogram Jewelry
Personalization is no longer just about engraving a name or date; it is about making a statement. Monogram jewelry, especially in the form of diamond initials or custom-designed pendants, is having a moment.
From necklaces that feature delicate letters encrusted with diamonds to bold initial rings, this trend allows wearers to showcase their individuality in a refined and luxurious way. It is the perfect blend of classic elegance and modern customization.
This micro-trend is especially popular for gifting, whether it is to mark an anniversary, the birth of a child, or just to celebrate oneâs identity.
Sig Ward Jewelry offers customizable options, where clients can work with skilled artisans to create one-of-a-kind jewelry that reflects their style, initials, or even the birthstones of loved ones. Check out Kylie Richards donning the gorgeous monogram necklace while filming RHOBH season 14. Â

Gypsy-Style Rings
Speaking of vintage, gypsy-style rings have gained a loyal following in the luxury jewelry space. These rings, often featuring a bold center stone surrounded by smaller diamonds, are known for their bohemian flair.
With roots in Victorian-era jewelry, gypsy rings are now being reinterpreted with modern elements like colored gemstones and unconventional settings.
At Sig Ward Jewelry, the exquisite collection of gypsy-style rings offers a nod to the past while embracing contemporary design. Whether you are looking for a gold diamond gypsy ring or a unique, bohemian-inspired band, these rings provide an elegant balance between vintage charm and modern sophistication.
Rainbow Gemstones
Gone are the days of sticking to just one gemstone. Rainbow jewelry, featuring a mix of vibrant, multicolored stones, has become a playful micro-trend in high-end jewelry.
Designers are embracing a kaleidoscope of colors in their creations, offering rings, bracelets, and necklaces adorned with sapphires, emeralds, rubies, amethysts, and moreâall in one stunning piece.
Rainbow gemstones bring a sense of fun and whimsy to luxury jewelry, making them perfect for adding a pop of color to any outfit. Whether you are wearing a rainbow gemstone bracelet or a multi-colored cocktail ring, this trend adds a joyful, eye-catching element to any jewelry collection.
Convertible Jewelry
Practicality meets luxury with the rise of convertible jewelryâpieces that can be worn in multiple ways. Whether it is a necklace that can transform into a bracelet or earrings that can be worn as studs or drops, this trend is all about versatility.
Convertible pieces allow you to get the most out of your high-end investment, giving you the flexibility to adapt your jewelry to different outfits and occasions. Not only does this micro-trend offer a fresh approach to wearing jewelry, but it also adds a modern twist to classic designs.
Vintage-Inspired Designs
The love for all things vintage continues to influence the world of high-end jewelry. Designers are taking inspiration from Art Deco, Victorian, and mid-century modern styles to create pieces that have a nostalgic yet timeless appeal.
Vintage necklaces, cocktail rings, and bracelets adorned with diamonds, sapphires, and intricate filigree work are all making a comeback. This micro-trend appeals to those who appreciate the craftsmanship and elegance of bygone eras, while also offering a sense of rarity and uniqueness to their jewelry collection.
Chunky Chains
While delicate jewelry will always have its place, chunky chains have become a dominant force in high-end jewelry this season. These bold pieces, often made from solid gold or platinum, are perfect for making a statement.
Whether worn as a stand-alone necklace or layered with more delicate pieces, chunky chains are the epitome of modern luxury. Their versatility allows them to be dressed up for a formal event or paired with casual attire for an effortlessly chic look.
Minimalist Layering
For those who prefer a more understated look, minimalist layering is a micro-trend that is steadily gaining momentum. The key to this trend is delicate, fine jewelry that can be worn in multiple layers to create a subtle yet chic effect. Think dainty gold bracelets stacked together, or slim diamond tennis necklace worn with chic pendants that bring good luck.
Minimalist layering allows for versatility and personalization, as you can mix and match pieces to suit your style. Sig Ward Jewelry offers a variety of layering pieces, from simple diamond pendants to elegant chain necklaces, so you can curate your own collection of luxe, minimalist jewelry.
Shop the carefully curated collection of high-end fine jewelry pieces, and embrace the latest fashion fads with confidence. Whether you are looking for the perfect gift or a new addition to your collection, the best fine jewelry store online has you covered with exquisite options, including the antique opal and diamond necklace and the stunning 14k diamond signet ring.

JEWELRY RAFFLE FOR PALESTINIAN SURVIVAL AID -- EXTENDED
Due to a lack of entries, a need to get this jewelry off my hands, and these 3 fundraisers' need to reach their goals ASAP, I've decided to extend my authentic crystal jewelry raffle for another month, or until I feel I have enough entries to do the raffle properly.
A local artisan was kind enough to provide me with 8 pieces of authentic crystal jewelry to offer for donation funds supporting three different campaigns for Palestinian families looking to evacuate Gaza or in need of survival aid while in Gaza.
These families are:
Ahmed and Maramâs family (in Euro)
Mohammed Shamiaâs family (in Swedish kroner)
Marah Atallahâs family (in USD)
All families are 100% legitimate â I have been in contact with Maram and Ahmed for months, who have provided me multiple pictures, videos, and recordings of their situation. They have been featured in a video by YouTuber Ro Ramdin and have been vetted by @/el-shab-hussein. I am also in consistent contact with their beneficiary through a group chat who updates us on the movement of all money.
Mohammedâs family has multiple pictures and videos of their situation on family member Ahmadâs Twitter/X account proving their legitimacy. I have personally communicated with Ahmad and his history online stretches back far before 10/7. His campaign has been SEVERELY stagnant, often going 20+ days before receiving a donation. He is trying to raise enough to evacuate his sister and her two children. He has had 2 donations in 29 DAYS!
I personally connected Marah to the one managing her campaign, who is a friend of mine. Marah is also friends in-person with other verified families over on Twitter/X, where she posts pictures and videos of she and her familyâs situation. They use all money raised to survive displacement in Gaza and to save up enough to register for evacuation when the time is right. Marahâs campaign has been shared by @/90-ghost.
Donate an amount of $5/âŹ5/kr50 SEK or more in multiples of 5, DM me proof of your donation, and tell me which piece you are interested in (send the number and letter listed next to the description of the piece). I will enter your name into a raffle for the piece you would like. One donation of 5/kr50 SEK = one entry, 10/kr100 SEK = 2 entries, and so on. At the end of the raffle, I will randomly choose one recipient per piece, contact said recipient for details, and mail the piece to you.
From left to right: A pair of Rutilated Quartz earrings valued $20 (E1), a pair of Kunzite earrings valued $18 (E2), and a pair of multi tourmaline earrings valued $20 (E3).
From left to right: A labradorite, aura quartz, clear aura crackle quartz, and sea sediment jasper bracelet valued $30 (B1), and a chrysocolla, morganite, phosphosiderite, and yellow opal bracelet valued $30 (B2).
From left to right: A clear quartz necklace valued $30 (N1), a red tigerâs eye necklace valued $30 (N2), and a flower agate, rose quartz, lepidolite, strawberry quartz, and clear quartz necklace valued $32 (N3).
If you canât participate, thatâs okay! Please share this post so that others may see and enter to win some beautiful jewelry for the most important cause â saving lives.

SugarMommy!Wanda
A/N: I couldn't stop thinking about her. I'm a sucker for this trope
CW: Use of mommy kink
"Baby, come here," Wanda's smooth voice calls out for you. You're in the middle of changing into a brand new silk pajama set as she calls you. You quickly slip on the shorts and walk out of the closet, finding her sitting on the bed. One leg crossed over the other, green eyes focused on the screen of her phone, gorgeous brown curls flowing over her shoulders. There's a slouch to her back as she reads her screen, thumb scrolling up.
You sit down next to her, laying your head on her shoulder. She wraps an arm around your waist, pulling you closer against her. "Yes? Is there something you need?" you mumble softly, pressing a kiss to her shoulder. Her skin is warm and soft, the scent of rose and honey wafting into your nose.
"You said this is what you wanted, right?" Wanda asks, turning her phone screen towards you. Displayed on her screen is the opal necklace with a matching pair of earrings. She continues to scroll through the online cart, seeing that there's the dress and shoes you were dying for.
"Oh, yes!" you say, wrapping an arm around her shoulders and laying your cheek against her shoulder. "I've been thinking about them all week! Wouldn't they be perfect for the party this weekend?" The mayor is hosting a grand party for the Avengers and of course they're allowed to bring a plus one.
"Definitely," she grins. "And if I buy it now...they should arrive the day before."
"You're the best!" you exclaim, planting a fat smooch on her cheek. You go to stand up, but she tightens her grip on your waist, keeping you next to her.
"But," she starts, clicking her phone off and setting it down on the nightstand. Very slowly she begins to lay you down on the bed, climbing over you, her knees on either side of your hips and her hands on either side of your head. You breathe heavily, heart pounding against your chest as she begins to trace the pulsing vein in your neck. Her green eyes bore into your eyes, her curls having fallen over her shoulders and barely graze your skin. "You know what you have to do to earn your things, baby." She leans down, her lips hovering above the shell of your ear. "Mommy can't buy you anything unless you work for it," she whispers, her warm breath sending shivers down your spine.
You shudder out a breath, eyes half lidded, lips curled into a sultry smile. You wrap your arms around her neck, rubbing your thighs against her waist. "I didn't forget," you murmur, leaning up to lick her lips, "mommy."
Wanda lets out a soft satisfied noise, leaning down to press small kisses into your neck. Her kisses sends heat straight to your stomach, the tension between the two of you thickening. You shift beneath her the moment her lips meet your pulse point, your breath caught in your throat.
"Did you like that?" she mumbles against your heating flesh, laying on the side of you to continue to pepper kisses into your neck.
Your eyes flutter shut and you nod your head, chest falling up and down quickly. "I did."
"Hm? Baby, repeat that for me, please," she says, slipping her hand into your silk shorts to rub her thumb against your hip.
You gulp. "I-I did, mommy. I liked that."
Wanda lifts her head up, winking down at you. "That's a good girl." She returns to kissing your neck, her hand gripping and massaging your hip. You breathe heavily, her delicate touches driving you mad. You turn your head, lips brushing against her forehead.
"You're just teasing me, aren't you?" you ask, trembling when her teeth nip at her skin.
"No, baby, I'm just taking my sweet time savoring you," she says softly, licking up your neck.
You grab her hand that's in your shorts and guide it towards your quivering pussy, having her feel how wet she's gotten you. "Please, I'm desperate," you pant, rubbing her fingers against your wet folds.
"Wow," she chuckles, taking control of her hand and brushing her fingers over your velvet heat. "I forget how sensitive you are." She kisses the corner of your mouth, breathing heavily against you. "But you know what you must do if you want mommy to make you feel good."
You let out a small whimper, nodding your head. Begrudgingly, you peel yourself out of bed and rummage through the drawers. You pull out the strap with a thick dildo attached and lube, setting them on the bed. You slip out of your silk pajamas and toss them onto the floor, knowing you won't be wearing them for the rest of the night.
You yelp when you feel something smack your ass and turn to see Wanda propped up, a red glowing light flicking around her hand. She winks. "Couldn't help it, baby." She stands up and peels off her clothes, and you can't help but observe her body.
In the light of the waning sunlight, her body glows. The sun reflects off her soft, brown skin, casting a aura around her. You trail your eyes up and down her heavenly body, noting the building muscles in her thighs and ass. You trace the curve of your hips with your gaze, over her chest and towards her beautiful face, finding she's as well checking you out. She catches your stare and chuckles, taking a step towards you and wrapping her arms around your waist, pulling your flesh against her.
"You're so beautiful," she whispered to you before pressing her lips against yours, sighing softly. You melt into her warm embrace, tingles buzzling around in your lips. You wrap your arms around her neck, hip against hip, tilting your head to deepen the kiss. Wanda makes a soft noise, massaging your hips as she begins to bring you to the edge of the bed.
The back of her knees hit the bed and you both fall into the mattress, you right on top of her. You prop yourself up, staring down at her before you both break out into a laugh, reconnecting each other's lips. The kiss is soft and slow at first, but overtime her hands go from your waist to your ass, squeezing. You moan against her lips as she kneads at the flesh, giving you a firm slap. You gasp against her mouth and she uses this opportunity to slip her tongue into your mouth.
Wanda's wet tongue swirls around your mouth, tasting what you had for dinner earlier. She squeezes your ass harder, pressing your hips into hers, rubbing her tongue against yours. You tremble against her warm body, breathing heavily through your nose as she explores every inch of your mouth, leaving no surface untouched. The heavy make out causes the world to spin and you struggle to stay up on your hands and knees, your slit fluttering in response to her sloppy kiss.
You're the one to break the kiss, gasping for air. A string of saliva connects your tongue to hers, both of you panting. You let out a breathless chuckle, laying your body on hers, lips hovering above her ear, "I'm going to make you feel so good."
Wanda shivers at your notion, a smile on her face. "It's about time you did," she teases, trying to rile you up. "I was debating whether or not to delete that cart if you hadn't made a move soon."
You bring your knee between her legs and begin to grind it against her soaking pussy. She gasps, her hands finding purchase in your elbows. You trace the outline of her ear with your tongue, relishing in her soft whine.
"You really think I don't want to make mommy feel good?" you whispered hotly into her ear, grinding faster. She trembles beneath you, back arched off the bed as her pussy leaks against your knee. Her nipples brush against yours, adding in delicious stimulation. "Well, mommy? Do you feel good?"
"S-So good," Wanda moans, nails digging into your skin. She lifts her head to face you, sweat beading on her flushed skin. She leans up to lick your lips, flashing a sultry smirk. "Such a good girl for mommy," she purrs, hands now gripping your hips and giving them a firm squeeze, encouraging you further. "If you make mommy cum, I promise to fuck you so good you'll forget everything except how good I'm making you feel."
You pick up the pace of your leg, grinding your knee against her dripping cunt. You groan at the thought of being pinned beneath Wanda, her hands pushing your knees to your chest and her thrusting into you, the thick dildo stretching your walls apart. You bury your face into the side of her face and she laughs breathlessly, patting your ass.
"Yeah? You want that, don't you?"
"I do," you whimper, feeling her hips twitch as you roll your knee in circles. She moans lewdly, back arched.
"Oh, good girl, just like that," she pants, nails digging into the plush flesh of your ass.
Wanda bucks her cunt against your knee, fully lost in the world of pleasure. She squirms, eyes fluttering shut and lips formed in a perfect o. Her wanton moans echo in the room followed by the slight squeak of the bed frame. You listen to her sweet noises, face buried in the crook of her neck and inhaling her decadent scent, desperate for her to reach her release.
You're impatient, even.
You remove your knee, relishing in her groan of disappointment, which is quickly replaced by a gasp the moment your lips touch her firey flesh, kissing trailing down her trembling stomach. You mouth at her pelvis teasingly, tongue grazing over her skin and she bumps her thigh against your head.
"No teasing," she said, propping herself up on her elbows. "You're going to finish what you're started, understood?"
You nod, spreading her thighs apart and peering down at your meal. "Yes, mommy," you murmur before licking a stripe up her cunt, smirking at her sharp inhale of breath. The sweet taste of her pussy pulls you in and you're buried between her glistening folds, nose pressed against her puffy clit.
Wanda grips your head, her own falling back against her shoulders as she lets out a loud moan.
"Oh, yes!" she screams, velvet heat pulsing against your tongue. "Oh, keep doing that and you're mine all night long."
You moan between her folds, tongue lapping over her fluttering slit. You press your fingers firmly into her plush thighs, fingers dipping into her flesh. You suck and lick sloppily at her heat, unable to get enough of her sweet nectar that melts onto your tongue. It's as if you've been lost in the desert for days without food and water and for once in what seemed like an eternity, you're finally quenching you're thrist and you're not sure that you can stop.
You spread her lips open and press a kiss against her clit, as if in apology, and wrap your lips around her bundle of nerves and torture it. Wanda gasps silently, eyes wide and mouth dropped open, her hands gripping the sheets in pure desperation. You suck and suck and suck on her clit, pushing her knees into her chest in order to put your pure focus on it.
"I-I'm close!" Wanda cries out, her sweat covered body writhing. "Oh god, I'm close! Keep doing that! Fuck! Oh, you're such a good girl for mommy!"
A few more sucks and licks and she's cumming all over your face, her cunt squirting. You're quick to catch every drop of her fluids, not daring to let even a speck go to waste. You sit back on your knees, patting her thigh, a delirious smile on your face.
"Mmm, thank you for that, mommy," you purr, licking your lips. "You taste so-ack!"
Wanda had grabbed your wrist and pulled you down onto the bed, back facing the ceiling. You attempt to flip over but she presses a hand to your lower back, clicking her tongue.
"Stay on your stomach," she says, but tilts her head. "Actually, get on your hands on knees while I get the strap on."
Who are you to disobey?
You immediately get on your hands on knees, a dip in your back as you purposely arch your hips up. You hear Wanda behind you preparing herself. She slips into the strap and flicks open the cap to the lube, pouring a generous amount onto the dildo and stroking it. She pours a glob onto her hand and rubs it against your folds, the gel cold and causing you to shiver. You bite down on your lip when she slips two fingers into you, spreading the lube around.
"Are you ready?" Wanda asks, voice dripping in desire. Her fingers are still inside when she spreads you open, tapping her plastic tip against your dripping entrance.
You tremble, suppressing a whine. "O-Oh, mommy, I'm ready," you pant, wiggling your hips. "Please, please fuck me."
She wraps a hand around your neck and forces your head back, leaving you gasping for air.
"You want mommy to fuck you good, hm?"
You whine when she squeezes slightly and you push back against the dildo, whimpering as it slides between your folds.
"Mommy, mommy please! I need you inside me," you plead desperately.
She nods approvingly, guiding the tip back towards your entrance. "That's my good girl," she purrs right before sliding in.
The rest of the night, as promised, you're at the mercy of Wanda. She drills her plastic cock into your velvet heat, relishing in your moans and screams. You're either on your hands and knees or bent over the bed, wrists behind your back. The bed frame slams against the wall with every powerful thrust of her hips.
Orgasm after orgasm is pulled from you, your body shaking every time. You'll receive a break when Wanda sits on your face, demanding you to eat her out and of course you comply.
Wanda pounds into your cunt, lips attached to your neck, murmuring praises. A lewd smile is glued to your face, eyes rolled to the back of your head.
Oh, this is so worth it.

i really dont know much about maine coons but they look super cool, what are the "maine coon features" you mention in your post about people thinking their longhairs are maine coons?
The appearance of the Maine Coon is supposed to be a well-balanced. The head and muzzle should be squared with a clear stop. Ear tufts should be distinctly present.
For the sake of showing the Maine Coon is classified as a âsemi-longhair,â so they arenât supposed to be a giant puffball like the Persian or British Longhair.
Iâm having a hard time explaining it in a way that I feel makes sense.
The French registry LOOF has some excellent illustrated standards for some of their breeds. Cedarseed has also put together an excellent visual guide to various breeds available for purchase as an e-book or physical copy.
Itâs an awesome, huge resource that I canât recommend enough both for the feline artist - be it big cats, other wild cats or our domestic buddies - or the purebred snob afficiando likes myself.
On the left we have Honey Sushi, a Domestic Longhair available for adoption mis-labeled as a Maine Coon mix and on the right we have Tigerfeet Billie Holiday the Maine Coon.
Honeyâs ears are too wide-set and rounded, he lacks the characteristic ear tufts and his muzzle is not well-defined. His whisker pads kind of just blend into the rest of his face as an entire unit compared to Billie distinct muzzle that leaves no question where no question as to where it starts and ends. Billie also has the squared head of the breed while Honey does not.
Tallulah Gin is listed as a Maine Coon x Persian mix, although she is most likely a Domestic Longhair. Her coat is an excellent example of what a Maine Coonâs coat shouldnât look like - not that anything is wrong with her beautiful fur, itâs just not Maine Coon fur.
Compared to this Maine Coon from The Opal Temple. You can see that the topline is smooth and âshortâ but the fur gets gradually longer towards the belly and pants where it achieves maximum fluff. Also note that the Maine Coonâs head doesnât disappear into a Lion King worthy mane, the ruff is more moderate and follows the same pattern as the rest of the coat of being short up top flowing downward into the longer part of the coat.
There are random-bred cats with one or more of these âMaine Coonâ features, and there are Maine Coonâs which are more moderate or more extreme and donât meet the standard to a T.
I can show you pedigree Maine Coonâs with wide forehead, tall ears, insubstantial ear tufts, proportions not well-balanced or however many faults you want to list.
I can also show you random-bred cats with squared heads and muzzles, well-spaced ears, a coat thatâs short in the right places and long in the right places and falls just so.
Iâve met cats where Iâve been told theyâre a Maine Coon mix and I donât go âOh obviouslyâ but âYeah, I can see that.â This isnât commonplace, but itâs happened a few times where the cat has been passable as a poorly bred Maine Coon or mix.
But what gets me is so often I see people - online and in person - who say their cat is a Maine Coon or Maine Coon mix, they sweat up down and sideways that it must be true because the cat looks so much like a Maine CoonâŠ
And then the cat is the moggiest moggy to have ever moggied. Not a single Maine Coon feature in sight, unless you include long fur - and some of them donât even have that! Is the resemblance that theyâre both cats? Is that what youâre seeing?
If youâre going to try to sell me on your cat being a Maine Coon or mix at least show me you have a basic understanding of the breedâs conformation and show me what features make you feel that way about your cat that donât include âbigâ and âfluffy.â

Yandere! Sugar Daddy x "Pure"! Reader part 2
Part 1 here!
An opulent outfit of pure white stood out as it draped on a person in front of a mirror. The hands that caressed it's folds and seams trembled a bit as they tried to calculate the numbers that must have cost to come up with such an intricate piece of clothing. Their face, flushed with a tint of bashfulness, looked like an angel on earth. The way their aura and pure look awed the man sitting on his desk, his eyes ravaging on their form, pure hunger in them.
"You look absolutely stunning, love." His deep voice rang around the dark and dreary office room. "An angel, sent to me, and only me."
His fingers twitched slightly as he grabbed his churchwarden pipe, inhaling a drag and exhaling out the grey, slightly purple smoke that smelled of lavender and mint.
"What do you think? I had to pull quite the strings just to get that dress made." Rowan chuckled a bit. "What did the designer said again? Ah, the sheen on the outfit is apparently crushed pearls and opal."
He had a hard time convincing the dressmaker, but it's nothing a few... Threats won't do.
"It's beautiful..." Your voice let out an airy response, still at awe at how the dress looked good on you.
As you twirled around the mirror that witnessed different sides of your relationship, Rowan observed your form.
He always loved how you stand out of the dark office. You, and your pureness was something he craved, wanted, obsesses with.
Authentic. Uncontaminated.
In his eyes, you were something unattainable, something so holy that he shouldn't dare to even lay his bloodied hands on you.
But he dared to, and he wants to paint your white dress with his red and blacks. His blood, sweat, and tears on your body so soft and refined it's almost too daunting to glance at. He wants to sink his teeth on your untainted flesh.
"Come here, love." Rowan stretched his hand to you and you walked up to him. He whirled you around and made you sit on his lap, resting his chin on your exposed shoulder. His lips, dauntingly pressing against your neck, threatened to place salacious marks of belonging.
That you are only his.
"Stay on my lap, love. I want you close to me as I work." He whispered, his breath hot on your ear as he started to work on his papers.
You only nodded, flushed from head to toe as you tried to focus on something other than him.
You could feel his hardened body, his calm heartbeats, and his deep exhales and inhales as if he was taking in your scent and ingraining it in your mind.
The necklace he bought you before was hanging on his monitor, taken off earlier in order for you to wear the dress much easier.
Were you bored out of your mind? Absolutely. But can you really do anything other than obey the man that spent so much money on you that you swore it can almost make you live up to your 70's without worrying about money and inflation? If you're a brat, probably.
But your nice and innocent nature didn't dare to.
"You know, you can search up things you want to buy, love. If you're bored, at least." Rowan suggested, urging, coaxing. It was weird how he's so adamant at making you spend his money, like it was a weird fetish he had.
You aren't wrong.
You were like an unspoken prayer on his lips, a saint on his sinful tongue he wishes to pleasure and please.
At first, you were always rejecting the idea of spending his money just because you're bored.
But now you didn't even shrug as you daintily grabbed his phone and typed out your birthday as his password and went to an online shop of your liking.
Oh, how he shivered at the sight.
You're tainted with his colors.
His red and blacks.
His greed.
Now, he just wishes for you to get so greedy you wanted more of this relationship.
If not, his efforts of isolating you slowly from your family and friends will be all for naught. And he doesn't like it if his efforts are wasted.
Your fingers hovered over his gallery as you finished your shopping, and you were so tempted.
Usually, he doesn't like it if you try to look at his gallery. It's as if it was totally forbidden to look at it.
But you can't contain your overwhelming (Greedy) curiosity.
So, with a slight twist of your torso, covering the phone, you opened the gallery.
Rowan smirked as he knew what you did, no matter how much you try to hide it.
And as your gasps of fear and shock filled his ears, he chuckled and placed a lustful kiss on your neck. You took the bait.
"Did you like the candid photos of you in your home, love? I especially love the photos of you in your apron." His tongue, the work of the devil, trailed along your jaw as he kissed it. "If you wanted, you could cook for me. Just staying in our home as I shower you with affection and money. And you can just devote yourself to me. As I to you."
Your lips trembled at the suggestion. You wanted to say no. You really do.
You should be creeped out by how he took these photos. It looked like spy cameras. You really should.
But do you, really? But should you, really?
It was so tempting. Like an oasis in the middle of the desert, and you, the unfortunate person to see the mirage and think of it as a haven to rest your weary form on, and not a trap set to ensnare you for life.
And, as your mouth opened to reply, Rowan's lopsided smirk appeared on his devilishly handsome face.
He won.
He finally satisfied his greed, and yours.

HOW I SPENT MY SUMMER VACATION
Records, and cassettes are too expensive. Compact discs are getting harder to find, and the packaging is bare bones, with prices too high for those as well. So, I spent the summer on YouTube listening to a very long list of albums I very much wanted to explore. Some I had heard once and never again. Some Iâd only read about. I wanted to further my musical education, expand my horizons, and just hear things that were fresh and new â at least to my ears.
The whole thing began when I bought Taylor Swiftâs The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology when it was released in the Spring. I was so overwhelmed by how good it is that for the next several weeks I immersed myself in her entire catalog. I bought several of the titles on CD, and listened to the remainder as digital downloads. I plan on writing a separate piece about the experience I had listening to her entire catalog in the space of just a few weeks. For now, I can say I understand why sheâs the best selling, most beloved artist in the world. Iâm only sorry I waited so long to discover why.
After Taylor, I moved on to another artist whoâs been on the scene for more than a decade, and who remains an enigma of sorts to even those whoâve been along for the ride since the beginning. Lana Del Rey, I soon learned, has eight of the best albums anyone has recorded over the past 12 years. Taylor Swiftâs albums play like short stories in a literary anthology. Lana Del Reyâs albums are indie films with each song a separate scene. Neither is casual listening. I discovered on the first listen to each that I would need to really invest the time to appreciate the artistry that just overflows from both artists. As I said, more on both soon.
In the meantime, I began to ask myself which records were still out there that Iâd also wanted to hear, but never had? Which albums had I heard just once, and made a note to investigate further, and just never did for one reason or another? And in the process of searching these out, I also discovered several new albums that had slipped out this year completely under my radar that were by artists Iâve followed, and enjoyed for years. The music magazine I was reading wasnât doing a very good job keeping me informed about these because they were too busy rewriting old stories about bands and artists Iâd long ago abandoned, or about whom I already knew what I wanted to know. Thatâs why I let my subscription expire, and decided to do my own digging.
One title at a time began to surface, and thanks to the magic of YouTube, I was able to hear all of these titles as often as I wanted. Below is the list with a few comments about what I heard.
Holly & The Italians â Holly Beth Vincent (1982) This is Holly Vincentâs solo album named after the band sheâd recorded her debut record with a year earlier. A terrific Pop/Rock record, but almost impossible to find these days.
Home In the Heart of The Beat â Beat Rodeo (1986) One of those bands working the Roots Rock side of the street. It commands big money from online sellers these days. Itâs a solid, if unspectacular effort.
Do You Wanna Ride? â Adina Howard (1995) I first heard this in one of the shops I used to frequent, and though it was an R&B/Hip-Hop record (not usually my thing at all), I liked her voice, and a couple of the songs stayed with me. When I searched it out all these years later, I expected it to be long forgotten, but it seems time has enhanced its appeal, and Howard still has a career in the business even though it was 9 years before she followed it with a second album. It holds up well, and I added it to one of my playlists.
Happy Nightmare Baby â Opal (1987) Long out-of-print, Opal was part of the Paisley Underground movement of the early 80s in Los Angeles. Kendra Smith from The Dream Syndicate, and David Roback crafted a sound that eventually evolved into Mazzy Star when Hope Sandoval replaced Smith. Itâs dreamy Pop I find irresistible. I also investigated a few tracks â all I could find â from Kendraâs two solo albums, both also long out-of-print, and both quite worth a reissue.
This Is Big Audio Dynamite â Big Audio Dynamite (1985) Mick Jones put this band together after being sacked by The Clash. I have their second LP, 10 Upping Street from 1986. I like this debut, but I think the follow-up more fully realizes their efforts to meld Punk, Dance, Reggae, and Hip-Hop into one big musical melting pot.
The Longest Day (1984) / Boston, Ma. (1985) â The Del Fuegos Sort of an Americana, or Roots Rock Garage band maybe best remembered for a Miller High Life beer commercial. Like Beat Rodeo, both are pretty strong efforts, but thereâs nothing spectacular that wouldâve helped them sustain a longer career. Still, both albums merit a reissue.
Sheet Music â 10cc (1974) The bandâs second album, and the one most highly regarded by critics. I have their debut, and this one is just as good. Iâm happy to have finally heard it.
Your Saving Grace / Rock Love / Recall the BeginningâŠJourney to Eden / Number 5 â SteveMiller Band (1969-1972) These four early albums were missing from my Steve Miller collection. Iâd never owned or even heard any of these, but after picking up Children of the Future, their debut, and Brave New World, their third album earlier this year (Sailor â which Iâve had for years - was the second) I thought it was time to catch up. These are all Psychedelic Rock records with a bit of Pop, and a helping of Blues done in Millerâs laid-back affable style. He would make far more commercial records beginning with 1973âs The Joker, but these are all essential to anyone who loves the sounds of San Francisco in the late 60s.
In an effort to round out my knowledge of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal movement of the late 70s/early 80s in England, I listened to a half dozen bands and/or records that are considered cornerstones of that movement. Each of the titles listed below had their good points and bad. I didnât consider any of them to be essential additions to my collection, but I included them all in a playlist of the period, and I can close the book on researching that particular movement now. Angel Witch, Grim Reaper, and Diamond Head were the best of the six.
Angel Witch â Angel Witch (1980)
Lightning To the Nations â Diamond Head (1980)
See You in Hell â Grim Reaper (1983)
Death Penalty â Witchfinder General (1982)
All For One â Raven (1983)
Crusader â Saxon (1984)
Be My Slave â Bitch (1983) The Bitch is Back â Bitch (1987) / Betsy (1989) Bitch was a Los Angeles Heavy Metal band with a sexy lead screamer named Betsy who left to cut a solo album a year after the bandâs final LP. Sheâs still on the road fronting her own band today. These records sound dated today by contemporary standards, but theyâre welcome additions to my playlist that chronicles the L.A. Metal scene of that period.
Bent Out of Shape â Rainbow (1983) This is the last Rainbow album I had not heard, and because Iâve always been a fan of both Ritchie Blackmore and Rainbow, I wanted to hear it. Itâs not their best album, but if youâre a fan, itâs certainly worth having. I preferred the band with vocalist Joe Lynn Turner rather than Ronnie Dio, but I know thatâs a minority opinion. Any record that features Blackmoreâs guitar is worth hearing.
Memories Have Faces â The Loons (2024) The latest from San Diegoâs premier Garage/Psych band fronted by Ugly Things publisher Mike Stax. This is one of their best records.
Smoke & Fiction â X (2024) A surprise new album from Americaâs greatest ever Punk band as they embark on their final tour. There are better X albums, but this one is a must for fans.
Ask The Ages â Sonny Sharrock (1991) The final record from the brilliant Jazz guitarist. Great band with Pharoah Sanders, Charnett Moffett, and the legendary Elvin Jones on drums. Bill Laswell produced. I was never able to locate a copy anywhere, but YouTube had it. Great record. If it ever gets a reissue, Iâll pick it up.
Miley Cyrus (20 track career spanning playlist compiled by The Guardian) I only knew of Miley from her Hannah Montana days, and of course I know of the controversy thatâs surrounded her since. But I didnât know the music, and I had no idea where to start. But I found a list on The Guardian website picking her 20 best songs, and thatâs where I started. There were four tracks I really loved, and another half-dozen I thought were impressive. The rest werenât bad by any means, but they werenât particularly memorable either. I like Miley. I like her strong vocals, and her attitude about controlling her own career, and being who she is. I admire her for breaking free of the Disney graveyard where so many child stars are buried, but sheâd have to be more consistent, and develop her songwriting more to keep me interested.
Show Stopper (1983) / Renaissance Man (1984) / Jukebox (1986) â Jamaaladeen Tacuma Tacuma is one of the premier electric bass players of his generation. I heard the first two records here when they were issued, and always intended to add them to my collection. But his label, Gramavision went bust, and I was never able to find them again. Heâs putting them out again through Bandcamp, and theyâre on YouTube as well. These are excellent albums, and if theyâre ever reissued on CD, Iâd certainly pick them up.
Steps Ahead (1983) / Modern Times (1984) â Steps Ahead When I was managing an NRM store in the 1980s, I had some musicians working for me who were devoted to Steps Ahead. I heard both of these records in-store quite a few times, and always meant to pick them up. But I waited too long, and they went out of print when the label collapsed. Theyâre around now as expensive imports, I believe. They still sound good to my ears, and with guys like Mike Manieri, Steve Smith, and Bill Evans in the band, their brand of Jazz Fusion satisfies.
Musicmagic â Return To Forever (1977) The final studio record from the band before they reunited more than a decade later. I never thought their work for Columbia was as good as what theyâd done on Polydor, but this one was better than I remembered.
The Verbier Festival Debut Recital 2008 â Yuja Wang (2023) This was released as a download 13 years after the fact. Yuja was the ripe old age of 21 when this was recorded. She was astonishing even then, and has gone on to become the worldâs premier pianist â in any genre.
Friends & Strangers â Ronnie Laws (1977) I first heard saxophonist Ronnie Laws when he released his 1976 Fever album. I liked his brand of funky Jazz as well as his tone on the sax. This record, like the other two Iâve heard, is quite good.
The Brecker Brothers (1975) Very highly regarded debut from the Breckers â Michael on sax, and Randy on trumpet. Itâs funky, and the playing impeccable. I found it a little slick, and short of great tunes, but itâs worth a listen or two.
Multiplication â Eric Gale (1977) Smooth Jazz from a guitarist who brings a bit of an edge to his work. Heâs an excellent player, and I like this one as much as his Ginseng Woman, and Touch of Silk LPâs.
Short Nâ Sweet (2024) / E-Mails I Canât Send (2022) â Sabrina Carpenter Iâd never heard of Sabrina Carpenter until I saw a caption on a photo of her with Taylor Swift. She hasnât got Taylorâs voice or her gift for songwriting, but this is catchy Dance/Pop with hooks everywhere, and attitude to match. I like her use of acoustic guitars on a few tracks. They lend a light, airy, almost Brazilian feel. Itâs lightweight, but not aimed at somebody my age. Still, I can understand her popularity. And the newer one is the better of the two.
Back To Black â Amy Winehouse (2006) I figured I was probably the last person on Earth whoâd never heard this. I always meant to, but when she died, I figured there was no point. That was a mistake because she was every bit the major talent everyone claimed she was, and in retrospect, itâs easy to feel the loss â even if it is 13 years since she passed.
Hit Me Hard and Soft â Billie Eilish (2024) A simple case of curiosity here. Her appeal is understandable. She obviously connects with her young audience. Her voice is slight, but sheâs a good songwriter. Her songs are more melodic than most of what you hear these days. I picked this album because she told the press that it was the most like her of any record sheâd made so far. I think sheâll be around awhile.
Ectopia â Oregon (1987) Recorded for ECM, Oregon had more of a New Age sound than the Jazz that label is known for. But whatever you call it, itâs an engaging listen.
Cloud Dance â Collin Walcott (1976) A member of Oregon, Walcott cut this album for ECM more than a decade before Ectopia. Itâs similar, and a nice companion to that one as well as the three Codona albums on the label that also featured Walcott.
Spellbinder (1966) / Dreams (1968) â Gabor Szabo Iâve been a Santana fan since their 1969 debut record, but I had never heard Gabor Szabo, Carlos Santanaâs biggest influence on guitar. These are two of his 60s albums â likely ones Santana knew well. Itâs easy to hear what Santana incorporated into his own style, but I think itâs a case of the student surpassing the teacher.
Warm Leatherette â Grace Jones (1980) Iâm a fan of Jonesâs Nightclubbing album. This one preceded it, and sounds like the template for that one.
Room of Oneâs Own (1996) / Under the Milky Way Express (2000) â Rachel Z Rachel Zâs music has been difficult to find, and Iâve been looking since she released her excellent Sensual album this past February. The earlier title is her second album, and itâs impressive. Her stuff is melodic, and sheâs got a nice touch on the keyboard. The other album is her fourth, and itâs all Wayne Shorter tunes. That one convinced me sheâs a major talent. Iâd like to see a reissue program for her catalog.
Faces at the BBC (box) (2024) This is 8 CDs worth of BBC archive recordings from the early 70s. Iâve only heard about a CDâs worth so far, but itâs a must if you loved Faces â and who didnât? Truly one of the great bands of the period.
Out of the Mist (1977) / Illusion (1978) â Illusion I missed this completely first time around. I only discovered it now thanks to one of the YouTube vinyl community channels I follow by the name of Near Wild Heaven. This band was a branch of the Renaissance tree with members of that band leaving after its debut. They gave the name to a new group of musicians, and formed Illusion. The debut is an excellent Progressive Rock record â truly a lost treasure. The self-titled follow-up is almost as good, and I can only think the reason this band failed to make any real impact was because they were late to the party. By 1977 the music world was laser focused on Disco, Punk, and the kind of corporate Rock where all the bands had logos. Progressive Rock was consigned to the dustbin, and its practitioners were outcasts. Of all the records listed here, Out of the Mist is the one I would most like to see given a proper reissue. I might even overpay for it. Itâs that good.
The Lost Record (2024) / Bright Lights (2021) / The Deep End (2019) â Susanna Hoffs Her latest along with her two previous releases. Those last two are albums of covers â something she does well, but more important is her knack for picking great, and lesser-known numbers by very talented songwriters. The Lost Record, an album of originals, was resurrected from the ashes of an aborted 1994 session, and itâs the best of the three. But if you like her work, thereâs nothing here you wonât enjoy.
Big Science â Laurie Anderson (1982) This got so much press and so many plaudits from critics when it was released more than 40 years ago, that I think I deliberately avoided hearing it. When every critic is on to something none of my friends are talking about, I generally stay away. So, it was sheer curiosity that made me give it some time all these years later. What did I discover? I was right to avoid it all those years ago. There wasnât a single track on it I ever want to hear again.
Tori Amos (a YouTube hits compilation playlist) Another artist whose popularity, and cult following always puzzled me. I listened to a few things when she was all the rage, and just didnât get it. But I figured Iâd try again, and see if maybe I was wrong. Though I respect her talents at the piano, and she has some nice melodies, the lyrics are often hard to hear because of her mannered vocals that tend to grate after a while. Just not my thing. But I did try.
Viva â Lone Justice (2024) Thirty-eight years have gone by since their last record, and subsequent breakup. But theyâre back, intact, though Iâm not sure for how long. They sound the same as they always did. But a new LP with just one original, and a mix of covers is puzzling. It almost sounds like a rehearsal just to test the waters to see if they were comfortable. Not a failure by any means, but I think we all expected more. Still, we can hope thereâll be a follow-up that will blow us all away.
At Home â Shocking Blue (1969) A Pop/Psych gem. They were so much more than just âVenus.â I intend to search out the rest of their catalog. They really had some magic.
Strawberry Alarm Clock â Strawberry Alarm Clock (1967) Sounds like the âSummer of Love.â Lightweight, nice melodies, silly lyrics, but if you were there, irresistible nostalgia.
Evolution â Sheryl Crow (2024) First new album by Sheryl Iâve heard since 2005âs Wildflowers which I bought, and sold back. I think the muse deserted her which led to a Christmas album, a collection of covers, a live record â all things artists do when the well runs dry. This new one is solid, but thereâs nothing remarkable here, and I wouldnât expect to return to it.
TexiCali â Dave Alvin & Jimmie Dale Gilmore (2024) A sequel to their last pairing, Downey to Lubbock, and this one is even better. It will probably land in my Top 5 for 2024.
The Border â Willie Nelson (2024) When this began playing, if I hadn't known going in who it was, I never would've guessed it was Willie Nelson. His voice is much rougher, and deeper than when I'd last heard him on record just a few years ago. Of course, as it continued to play, his old voice surfaced now and again, and there was that old guitar, and his phrasing. Once I got comfortable with the changes in his voice, I was able to hear the songs, and this is as fine a set of songs on one Willie album in some time. Recommended.
Across the River of Stars â Beachwood Sparks (2024) If you've never heard their brand of Southern California hippie pop psych, this isn't the place to start. At under thirty minutes, and without anything definitive here, this feels like a minor effort. Fans will want it, but Tarnished Gold, and Desert Skies are more substantial.
MoonDial â Pat Metheny (2024) All acoustic, very quiet Jazz guitar. Metheny describes it as a late night into morning record, and that's accurate. Not many guitarists can do this, and hold your interest for an hour, but Metheny isn't your average guitarist. Recommended.
Drivenâ To Drive â Joe Ely (2024) This is essentially the same record Joe Ely has been making his entire career. If you're a fan, there's nothing here you won't enjoy. If you don't know his work, begin with The Best of Joe Ely, and work backwards. If you get hooked, circle back to this one.
Survivor â Vanessa Williams (2024) I only got through the first five tracks of this before I dismissed it. She's still got that voice, but somebody (maybe her) decided to update, and modernize her approach to appeal to a younger audience. But she's working the same side of the street as artists less than half her age, and it isn't likely she'll convert younger fans with this. All she's managed to do is alienate the older ones. I thought of someone like Tony Bennett who courted a younger audience by working with Lady Gaga. But Tony did what he'd always done as if to say, "This is me, and this is what I do. I hope you like it." That's what I wish Vanessa would've done. Stick with what you do best. But do it better, and maybe use younger songwriters, and fresh arrangements if you want a new audience. Disappointing.
Brasil â Lee Ritenour & Dave Grusin (2024) I've been listening to a lot of Brazilian music recently, so the timing on this couldn't be better. Ritenour and Grusin are masters at making records, and this will put you exactly where you want to be - on a beach, with a drink in hand, and a cool breeze blowing across the sand as you watch the sunset.
Safe at Home - The International Submarine Band (1967) Gram Parsons before he joined The Byrds for Sweetheart of the Rodeo. This is very similar to that album - particularly the original version that featured several Parsons vocals that Roger McGuinn replaced when Parsons left the band due to a dispute over shows booked for South Africa. From the evidence here, Parsons already had in mind what he wanted to do with his brand of Country music, and he would fulfill that promise with The Flying Burrito Brothers. Interesting as a curio, and as a blueprint for the Country-Rock house Parsons would build.
Thatâs the list so far. What looked to be a dull year musically has suddenly become quite interesting. Stay tuned for more.

Girl I was going to buy earrings for myself that literally I swear to god looked HEAVENLY. They were black and had these dangly opal gemstones that changed colour. Like, these were some serious once in a lifetime earrings. I told my mother and she took them out of my hands saying âyou donât want theseâ (love her, she had saw them previously whilst browsing and wanted to buy me them for christmas). I didnât say anything cause I got the hint⊠and on the way home I said âwow I canât believe we both knew that Iâd love those earringsâ and she went uh-oh.
We spent ages looking through her bags but they werenât there đđ She had forgotten them in the bottom of her basket. I had a look online and I couldnât find them AT ALL! No doubt the next time I go back to that city theyâre not going to be there (as I hid something behind something earlier and went back and it was gone).
I genuinely feel like crying and I know thatâs so petty but I take my jewellery seriously and I wouldâve worn them until either I died, or they broke đđ
Wait no I get it đ that sucks

She remembers very little of her past, only what theyâve been re-taught by others. Opal has been in the spotlight since childhood - there are magazines and ads that show them as a child, be it for clothing or toys or jewelry, an accessory for their mother, the actress Brigette Fontaine. That is obvious, something that can be physically seen and understood, and with it comes very vague memories; Opal can remember being painted for pageants, can remember their mother smacking her chubby baby thighs and encouraging them to spit-take the sweets they chewed. Whoâs papa? There are photos around their grand parisian home, a stern looking man with a cold gaze, a man who prioritizes work over family and is disappointed that Opal is not a man. When he has a son with another woman, there is a complete disappearance of him from her life.
They didnât stay in Paris because now sheâs in New York, a singer in a casino. America held better studios, better make-up and record companies that Opal could be thrown at. A few minor roles, nothing serious, teenage years spent on sitcoms as the ditzy french best friend, accent thick and played for laughs in front of a live studio audience. There is always a sense of discomfort for Opal when they watch these, as if it wasnât a happy time, makes her skin crawl. Something bad happened, she cannot recall what. Parties came next, underaged in nightclubs and bars just barely 18 when pictures started showing up in papers of her in various states. Boyfriends twice her age, men with children younger than her taking her out to dinner. There are articles online Opal has read, comments still available after all these years.Â
The accident was terrible. Still, nobody knows how it came about - did Brigette owe money? The former actress had been taking out loans to fuel an addiction to surgery and opioids. Or was it the absent father? Involved with arms dealings with Chinese triads and Saudi princeâs that had gone horribly wrong? Or was it Opal themselves? Drunk behind the wheel? Nobody knows, only the outcome is fact; that legally, Opal Fontaine should be dead. Two limbs crushed to a bloody pulp, spine cracked, blood spilling from her ears. And yet - she isnât. Half of their body has become meshed with robotics, Opal a picture of modern cybernetic enhancements and what they can do. There was a price to it all, for stuff like that doesnât come for free.
Brigette Fontaine dead, aged 58, overdose. All that debt is piled onto Opal who learns that their life was paid for with dirty money, an arrangement with a local gang Burning Gods. It was transferred to her, now a headline singer at Old World Casino, a shadow of who they were prior to the accident.
OTHER
Got a job at Old World Casino due to nepotism but is actually a good singer.
Hasnât seen her younger half-brother before.
They have cybernetic enhancements, as their right leg and arm had to be completely replaced following the accident. Part of the spinal cord is also synthetic. These enhancements, particularly the one of their right hand, have allowed her to become oddly good with computers.Â
Though in debt to the Burning Gods, she also works off some of that via doing a little hacking which is why her associate status isnât chosen but almost contractual.
Still models occasionally for magazines. Their most recent one is becoming the face of Hi-Chew in America.
Speaks French, English and Korean.
Legally dead for 30 minutes.
Sells feet pics online.
Kind of a huge bitch actually.
The accident was about 5 years ago.

So I got a kitty a few days ago! She was an emergency re-home, aged about 4 years. She's been doing pretty well, considering how stressful the move was for her. Definitely likes to hide under the couch! But she's getting used to coming out and about, and there haven't been any accidents with her litter box - a major comfort to me. Eating and drinking comfortably as well, tho that took about a day and a half. Still need to set up a vet appointment, I was going to wait a while so there weren't too many stressful events right after another, but it looks like she has ear mites. And as lovey as she is - and boy is she an affectionate kitty! - I can't hold her so doing any ear cleaning or claw trimming by myself (which she definitely needs, my arms are pretty torn up from her making biscuits XD). Cute but deadly!
I ended up renaming her from Opal to ZhĂș GuÇ "Bamboo Ghost", tho I usually call her XiÇo-GuÇ, my "little ghost". She is an adorable but gremlin child and vanishes on me frequently hahaha~ Kitty isn't actually totally white, she's got an orange-tan line down her tail, plus little patches on the top of her paws. It's been an interesting adjustment, I haven't had a pet since my pitbull baby, Rowan, some years ago. All the cats I had growing up were pretty standoffish and rarely physically affectionate, so XiÇo-GuÇ wanting constant pets and play is a new experience for me! She is also the most verbal cat I have ever known!!! Oh my goodness does she love to chat XDDD Full on conversations for several minutes, it's hilarious. If XiÇo-GuÇ isn't hiding under the couch, I better be in full view and she is gonna chatter my ear off (â ÂŽâ â©â ïœĄâ âąâ  â á”â  â âąâ ïœĄâ â©â `â ) Definitely need more toys tho, I don't yet have enough stuff to keep her from being bored. I've got some stuff I'm getting online, but I'll make a store run tomorrow too. One thing I want to do is make her a little station next to my desk so she can hang out with me, since I'm usually on the computer. I have a temporary pad on my side table that she uses, but it needs something better and I'll be getting her her own lil laptop too~ :3 I'll show off her stuff once I've gotten most of it, and if I get any photos of her enjoying her cat tree!
