Given enough, is this child version of him doomed to repeat the same path he already could not escape from . It’s interesting that Vegapunk joined the government so that he could do the most good, but look at the long line of people right infront of him that he’s hurt with his own hands.

He says: "I can't feel it..." he's shaking.
