Hi sorry for the inconvenience, I just wanted to tell you that I love your gameplay, you have such a beautiful way of living and telling stories!

I would like to know if you could tell me how you manage to make the lighting in your game look so clear, white and sharp, as well as such vivid colors both indoors and outdoors. I know of mods like (noglo/noblu and ootd) but your pics look so good, perhaps you edit them in some way? Sorry if I'm inconvenient but your game always seemed beautiful to me and I would like to be able to achieve the same! Thanks in advance 💚

Hello! It's no inconvenience at all, and that's very kind of you to say!

I don't actually edit my pictures (aside from adding in-game text from moodlets and pop-ups), but I do very occasionally bump up the brightness on a picture if the sim is in very dark lighting. (And by occasionally, I mean I've probably done this to maybe ten pictures out of the thousands I have posted)

I do use few mods like Luumia's NoGlo and NoBlu, as well as Fogity's Hidden Highlight and Shimrod's no distance blur, but no other light mods like g/reshade.

I think the biggest factor might actually be the in-game lighting? I use the subtle saucer lights in all of my builds, and edit the light colour to be the brightest white, then dim the lights from there to my liking. Then I'll throw a 'decorative' lamp on top of the saucers to hide them, and dim that lamp down so it doesn't actually affect the lighting of the room.

Sometimes I'll throw in a few extra light sources on top of the saucers that use a different colour tone, which can really change the look of a room! I think my magic realm build is probably the best example of this:

I hope this helps! I really don't do anything special other than using the mods listed, and editing the light colour tones in-game, so it's really lovely to hear that my pictures look good despite that!

I SAW WICKED AGAIN!!!

We went to see Wicked on Tour last night at Bass Concert Hall and it was just as wonderful and fun and fantabulously fabulous and thrillifying in all of it’s Oziness as the last time I saw it! (10! years! ago! Lol)

And we weren’t late this time so I actually saw the whole thing, lol. (Ten years ago my mom & I missed everything before Dancing Through Life)

I have no real pictures from 10 years ago, except for merch pictures & my nails. But, this time I didn’t get merch. And I didn’t paint my nails. Lol.

BUT. I do have outfits pics! Lol.

10 years ago I wore a black dress, and this year I wore a pink dress!

Our Elphaba was Olivia Valli and our Glinda was Celia Hottenstein.

I had so much fun!!! And I couldn’t be happier I got to see it again!!!
