Andrew Minyard mic’d up if aftg took place today and the Foxes did social media promo

Andrew absolutely refuses to be mic’d up for a long time

When he finally agrees to do it it’s during a game against the Jackals

Everyone is sure it’ll be a bust and they won’t get much of Andrew actually talking

But to everyone’s surprise, Andrew turns his inner monologue outwards and doesn’t shut up

He commentates the game from his perspective

‘And there’s the son of Exy Kevin Day running the ball up- and oh yeah no he’s down for the count’ *huffs a laugh through his nose*

‘The other fuckers have the ball now, if my brother dearest let’s them get it to my goal I’ll kill him’

And when the opposing teams striker trips Aaron up and gets past to Andrews goal he shuts them out of course

‘He’s dead. Find a new backliner coach’

When he gets bored of the game and the backliners are keeping the ball away from his goal he starts to sing

He does a full rendition of “Life is a Highway” because Neil and him watched Cars on the bus ride to the game

And he gets into it

He makes the guitar noises with his mouth and everything

He even sings it in the best low, country voice he can do

He interrupts himself in the middle of the song suddenly, feeling the need to give his full synopsis and review of Cars

‘If I was the stupid fucking car and I fell out of my sentient truck/trailers ass I would keep driving in the same fucking direction. Simple’

‘Josten would do the same thing as Lightning McQueen. He would fuck up an entire town, he’s already done it once actually, when he came here.’

‘Stupid junkie, I hate him’ he adds but there’s a fondness in his voice

‘How do the cars reproduce? Are there humans in this universe that build cars and then make them sentient? Do the cars bang?’

Halfway through his rant one of the strikers gets past Matt and Aaron and he doesn’t even stop talking when he smacks the ball halfway across the court

When the other teams strikers start breaking through the backliners more frequently Andrew doesn’t even seem to care

He just swats every attempted goal away, squawking a quite ‘mine’ like the seagulls from Finding Nemo after hitting each one

Mine *smacks* mine *swats* mine *swish*

He keeps his goal almost completely shut down the entire game, spare a few times when the other team can get the ball past him because he’s not paying attention

‘I wonder what coach is buying us for dinner after this. I hope it's good since we’re’ *his goal lights up red* ‘Oops, anyhow it better be good, I’m working my ass off out here,’

‘What if we all started moving in slow motion. Josten and Day would look stupid running up the court like that,’ *a ball flies past his helmet* ‘If we were in slowmo I would’ve stopped that’

He plays the entire game (Renee's out with an injury) and he shuffles through doing all this the entire game

He sings verses of whatever song pops into his head

He reviews the movies he’s watched recently

He commentates the game in his dry manner, listing off every stat he knows about the other team and then explains why they still suck

He makes fun of his Foxes and the other team

He talks about his random hypotheticals

All while keeping the goal almost perfectly defended against the other teams strikers

When the game ends and the Foxes are loaded back up on the bus they listen back to the recording of Andrews mic

And they’re shocked that he doesn’t stop talking once the entire game

They listen to his entire recording on the ride back to campus

All of the Foxes are laughing the entire time

Even Neil is smiling (even though he’s used to this version of Andrew that is weird and likes to ramble)

When they post his mic’d up highlights to their social media it goes viral

It’s their most viewed and liked mic’d up video

Their fans are begging for more of Andrew mic’d up but he refuses to do it again

He got the enjoyment out of doing it once and doesn’t feel a need to do it again

The foxes do start to pay a little more attention to what Andrew’s saying while in goal (and all the time)

Last book: can I say something embarrassing? I haven’t read an actual novel since I graduated. Oops. But I would eventually like to buy and read some horror novels!

Last movie: Piece by Piece, the Pharrell Williams Lego movie at the theater (bf’s choice, but I still enjoyed it! lol)

Last tv show: I recently finished Bridgerton and have been watching Great British Bake-off since then. I don’t really watch a lot of tv shows honestly, I will more often end up on youtube watching playthroughs, cooking videos, and other random stuff

Sweet/savory/spicy: my sweet tooth is out of control honestly. I have something sweet like every day. And sweet/savory is often my favorite combination. I have like zero tolerance for spicy 😭

Relationship status: happily dating my best friend for 6 years, known each other 10 years now. we’re basically high school sweethearts except that we met through an online game and never dated long distance.

Last video game played: Veilguard, of course. I’ve started my second playthrough and I am severely in love my second Rook. btw @introvertedfangrl his name is actually Kalais I misspelled it when you asked me before 😭

Last thing I googled: literally “why is flanking in Veilguard so hard” LMAO and my explanation for that is: my second rook is a rogue, and while it’s not that different from the dagger/orb mage combo, I’m just generally struggling with it more. The rogue’s “mana” is stacked from successfully attacking without taking damage, but if you take damage, it depletes some of the charge you just built up. What makes this more annoying, for me personally, is I suck at blocking. Dodging is fine, but sometimes I end up out of range to attack. It’s also really annoying that enemies will aggro on Rook much more often than they will aggro on a companion. I’m consistently ending up with 2 or 3 enemies aggro’d on me and I’m trying so hard to dodge and get in a single attack and will go almost whole fights with only getting one ability off. I spent half of a fight just trying to get behind an enemy, for flanking, but it feels impossible lol. They’re spinning just as fast me!! okay rant over lol

Current obsession: dragon age in general, but paying special attention to Cullen and Dorian bc they’re my comfort ship

Looking forward to: I have plans for getting my car fully paid off so my bf and I can get our own place again. just trying to manifest a happy and peaceful future for us haha

PROPAGANDA: while their story is still a work in progress the main important detail about them is that they are so fucking doomed to fail their one main goal no matter how close they get to success and this is driving them absolutely batshit. video game protagonist that lost the job of player character to some mass produced level 1 enemy. not once have i drawn them happy

PROPAGANDA: this poor man. buckle in, you have a LONG one coming. he's very old, he's the god of plants + the earth and he's great i love him but man i have not been nice to him. so. way early in his life, he had a very sweet boyfriend named azyll along w lots of mutual friends. except oops, sal developed chronic anxiety and depression and decided that he did not think he would be good for azyll and broke it off w him. it was amicable but it still sucks. fast forward a bit, one of the friends in their circle, jekath, is being manipulated and hurt for no reason and sal knows but for magic reasons he's incapable of telling anyone, just has to watch. and then he eventually has to watch jekath finally snap under the pressure and betray them all and go evil. no bueno. so he spends a long time feeling terrible and eventually he plans to just. yknow. off himself. but oh surprise this little boy named safari shows up in his garden! and he's like well shit guess im a dad now. and he loves this little boy very much. it's good times! except when he's a teenager two of the little boy's biological brothers drop him off a cliff and nearly kill him, which is, yknow, terrifying. that's his son! his son was almost murdered! no! bueno! anyway, azyll's mortal so eventually he dies of old age, now sal's even sadder. least he's still got his other friends and safari but Man. anyway fast forward again, whole world is at war. and his two best friends, arona and morana, both die in it. but if that was not bad enough, arona was killed by jekath. you know, the old friend that was abused and eventually betrayed them all. so the friend he felt like he failed has now murdered one of his best friends. and his other best friend is ALSO dead. things are just going Great. flash forward another little while and his goddaughter's husband, sibrum, goes evil against his will too. he's known sibrum since he was a kid so now he's got ANOTHER person he felt responsible for gone evil against their will. then sibrum's daughter dies. are you seeing a pattern yet. anyway, sibrum soon kills jekath so now sal feels like he's double failed both of them and also even MORE of his original friends are dead now. so he is trying So Hard to relax! but then safari is turned into a terrible person against his will too! and because they were so so close for so so long they end up in a toxic dynamic instead of cutting each other off. sal finally figures out how to break the spell on safari and it's all Okay Now (they're both traumatized and it's definitely not okay). he gets to relax for only a brief time before his other child's son, volta, has a villain arc too. and what happens? you guessed it! sal tries to stop him and help him and he's not able to. and feels like he failed someone AGAIN. yeah this just happens over and over through the course of his life. he's so tired and sad man

PROPAGANDA: let’s see, lost her family at 7 years old (none of them died there was just a house fire where she was put inside an iron stove to “protect” her by her father (her father doesn’t like her can you tell) and they left her there (the rest of her family thought she’d left already)), (un)fortunately picked up by a guy who took her to a very ethical lab where she was healed! And then forced through many painful experiments. Also she was the executioner for a Lot of people later in the lab time and she’s not even 16 yet. So she escapes at age 16 and spends a year with her girlfriend just existing and processing (poorly) what she had to live through and trying to acclimate to life outside of The Lab. Then her girlfriend (who is a cyborg fun fact) got a virus and so she had to be decommissioned which was not a good time for Tamara.

Other physical details: One of the experiments was a test in how high someone’s empathy can get and. Tamara’s the highest Kyne (the one guy who loves experimenting on her) got. So she’s having a Time. She has lost sensation in her extremities, her bones are weak as Fuck due to being part bird (because of very little bone marrow and airy bones), and she just always looks soggy regardless. Also she’s trans

So she just can Not catch a break and she unfortunately gets exploited by her need for parental love and general guidance in her life and joins a cult :( Like can you see the fact that she just cannot stop being kicked while she is down. (I love her to bits and she is my favorite oc I promise)

I haven't played an ACTUAL video game in a while. But we played jackbox games on christmas eve, which would definitely be the most recent for me. But ACTUAL video game? Probably either Genshin Impact or Mario Party but I'm genuinely not sure which 🤷‍♀️

Eh, sometimes. I'm not one of those people who always has gum every day. But I'll buy some every once in a while. I usually keep either mints or mint gum with me when I go out but I don't leave often so I don't use them often 😂 But every once in a while I'll buy a fruit flavor like grape or watermelon or something just for fun

Milk for sure. White chocolate's not terrible, especially when it's mixed with something else, but it's often too much for me after a bite or two. And dark chocolate is almost never my thing, too bitter for me lol

I am boring, so just like...birthday cake. Like vanilla with butter cream lol (I say that...while I currently have a half eaten piece of chocolate cake next to me 😂)

Ehhhh yes and no? Like I love looking up at the night sky and thinking about space in like a philosophical sort of way if that makes sense lol. And I am interested in science stuff about space. But like, would I be scared to like, GO to space? Absolutely. I think it'd be cold and lonely and depressing and very scary lol. (Not for alien reasons, I think they either are not close enough to reach us, or else they are not hostile, otherwise we'd probably know by now. But just like, for "very easy to die cold and alone and very far from home" reasons lol)

Ooh that's also a tough one. I mean I guess not really actually, cuz I WILL go in the ocean, just like...close to shore lol. And actually enjoy that sometimes.. Whereas I wouldn't want to go in space even just into Earth's orbit lol. So maybe space. But still. Deep ocean is pretty scary too imo lol

Ohh this is hard. Cuz there are lots of shows I love and would recommend to many people, but to EVERYONE...I think maybe I'd say Ted Lasso. I really think it'd be impossible for anyone not to like that show, it's so good. But god I just love tv I love so many different shows lol

As a food? Noooo absolutely not. In the wild, near me? No thanks. At like, an aquarium? Sure they're cool to look at lol

hey guys heres my new project sekai event idea

EVENT SUMMARY: ichika wants all the miku items from the fortnite battlepass. however, she's really bad at video games. even though you don't need to do win or get a lot of kills to progress the battle pass, it does take a lot longer, and ichika can only play for so long between school and band practice. how will she finish the battle pass in time??!?!? read more to find out...

during ichika's vocal lessons with nene, ichika mentions she's been playing video games recently. nene asks what game, and ichika explains her plight to nene. being the god gamer she is, nene offers to be ichika's fortnite coach.

while nene's able to teach ichika some basic tips, like how to use shield items efficiently, it doesn't fix ichika's dogshit aim. like its REAL bad. nene says she'll keep teaching ichika what she can, but her performance won't get much better until she gets better at aiming, which could take weeks, or even months...

the next day, ichika's at school, feeling a down about her subpar fortnite gameplay, the leek backbling looking further and further out of sight. kohane notices she looks a little sad, so ichika explains the whole saga to this point, a little embarrassed about the fact that she's upset over a video game.

kohane reassures her that it's fine, and that she also gets a little competitive when it comes to games. ichika asks what games kohane likes- she likes party games, but she also plays a lot of rhythm games. kohane shows her some of the rhythm games she plays, including one akito showed her- it's a computer game where you use a mouse to click dots on the screen in time with the music (its osu. picture attached)

once she gets home, ichika decides to download (osu), and immediately gets absorbed. len stops by to see what she's up to, surprising ichika, who lost track of time while playing. len says the game looks super fun, and ichika promises to bring her computer to SEKAI later, but for now she needs to practice L/N's new song since she got too distracted by games (oops. ive been there ichika)

a few days later, ichika runs into nene, kohane, and minori, who are buying sound equipment for MMJ with nene and kohane's advice, due to an earlier incident where shizuku spent like $300 on an audio mixer that wasn't compatible with the mics they already had. ichika thanks kohane for introducing her to (osu), and says that she's been playing a lot recently. like a LOT. maybe too much.

nene recognizes the game, and tells ichika that some people actually use games like (osu) to get better at aiming in shooter games. and since she got so invested in (osu), ichika hasn't played fortnite in a while, so she has no idea if it's been helping... could this be the breakthrough ichika needs?

at home, ichika opens fortnite again, a little nervous after not playing for a bit... but when she drops in, there's a complete 180 in terms of performance. now that she has the aim training from (osu), ichika is dominating these lobbies. first game back is a victory royale. shes never seen the battle pass gain this much XP at once. in just a few games, ichika's gained levels in the battlepass that would've normally taken her almost a week.

finally, after a few more weeks, ichika completes the battlepass with time to spare. she can't use her new item yet, since she has to go to band practice, but it's all unlocked so there's no need to worry anymore. she heads off to SEKAI happily.

before practice, honami is doing a debrief of L/N's schedule, along with some MAJOR news... L/N's been asked to write & promote a song for a big game called "FORTNITE"!!... but nobody in L/N has played it, and are only vaguely familiar with the game.... except ichika. roll credits

do you have any tattoos? I have 8 in total which I will absolutely describe in great detail:

1 - A big traditional style wolf head with a dagger through the top, on my abdomen. This was my first ever tattoo and took two sessions to finish, actually my least painful??? I would do this again and again lol

2 - A mini Ghostface on my right ankle

3 - Another traditional wolf head (can you tell I enjoy traditional wolf tattoos oops) with a hatchet in its head, on my left thigh above my kneecap

4 - A skull of Spyro on my right thigh also directly above my kneecap, same area as the wolf head

5 - A tree frog wearing a cauldron as a hat on the side of my right calf

6 - A cowboy rat (again in traditional style) on the back of my left calf

7 - The shards of Narsil on my left shin (do I even need to mention it’s traditional style at this point lmao) ((also I absolutely love LOTR with all my heart so this is I think my fave tattoo))

8 - The words Live, Laugh, Lobotomy on my left ankle 🤠 I can’t explain this but my tattoo artist and I found it hilarious

piercings? I now only have my septum and my lobes done, but in the past I’ve also had both my nipples, smiley and cartilage done. I much prefer getting tattooed compared to getting pierced, but I’ve had my septum done for I think 11 years now?? I love it and will never take it out (mainly because I cannot figure out how tf a clicker ring comes out lmao)

hiii i come bearing a very silly wip question

for whichever wip you think would be the funniest to answer for... please tell me what a discord server with the characters would be like. is it a fun hangout with friends? is it a discourse-riddled nightmare? maybe both?

Multi!! I was going to talk about the androids from TFA because they already organize their chats in a serveresque format but a Nicea server would be so much funnier. Cady started the server but got bored of making admin decisions so he added Rodney. Rodney was like "uh…great but I don't know either" and Gil was like "nonono I got you" and got Rodney all up to speed and now they are Discord admin spouses as they were meant to be (again. mlm/wlw solidarity). Of course the whole crew of the Nicea is on there, plus Bo, Celia, and Martin, and eventually Tatya. They all have their own circles within the server. And oops this was so delightful to me it got long so

Cady: has had Nitro from the beginning, which he uses to post gigantic ascii pictures that he creates, and is always the first person to try whatever new feature. He loves soundboards so much. He's also usually the person hosting Jackbox or otherwise streaming something (playing some horror game and screaming every time he gets jumpscared, or being way too serious about a flash game that he's way too good at).

Declan: has almost every channel muted because he can't stand the endless notifications. Cady made him a channel for his special interests, #declans-amphitheatre, which he had every intention of using for five minutes and then forgetting about it (for real or on purpose), but it's actually become a space that most of the server members pay attention to. He also shows up to the politics channel when summoned because there are some things that he keeps tabs on and knows Everything about.

Rodney: has never muted any of the channels and just deals with the onslaught of information. He wants to Know. He has his own black heart emoji that is optimized for both dark and light mode, and he reacts to everything with it. He keeps second guessing the organization of the server and is usually the one revoking privileges that Cady gave to someone then forgot about. But his favorite thing to do is post goofy things he encounters in his historical research, followed by talking at length about action movie choreography and watching Cady play (non-screaming) games.

Gil: constantly sends messages with no context because she's so deep in thinking about it that she forgot no one else knows what she's talking about. It's usually drama from the school where she teaches or home improvement plans. She and Rodney had an admin channel but it's barely about admin stuff at this point - they're just talking about politics and philosophy. On the public channels she is the reaction meme queen and also tied with Tristan as the most likely to ask everyone to show up to an event/rally for something.

Tristan: mostly posts her landscape photography and videos of her and Gil ballroom dancing. She hangs out in the voice channels a lot because she likes doing things while other people talk to her. Since the two people most likely to be in the voice chat are Cady and Bo, she also gets to hear a lot of chaos and nonsense that is extremely funny to her. She has tried to explain it to Gil and failed so many times that now she just shrugs and says "friendship?"

Isabel: most likely to send goofy selfies to the chat, half of which are just her poking fun at whichever server member she's hanging out with (they're in the background doing something else). She also posts her song recordings, which are 90% serious samples of her work and 10% meme songs that she also wrote, and you can't always tell which is which without clicking. She agonized over adding Tatya to the server because she didn't want it to devolve into strange flirtational chaos but she immediately begged Cady not to add his nephews (Neb & Oran) to the server because their love language is being fucking annoying.

Spinder: the emoji polls guy. Usually it's about something he's working on, like an embroidery piece, but it's also sometimes about whether he should get involved with whatever the tailors are up to or an extremely meme question (you know, the kind where you answer "vanilla extract") or sometimes something important and serious like when they're going to play Jackbox. He knows the name of almost every emoji and emote offhand but he does not use :rod: (Rodney's heart).

Bo: treated the server as a personal foodstagram to the point that they got their own channel, #restaurant-recommendations. He rarely messages on the server but is always emoji-reacting to random things and spends an inexplicable amount of time in the voice channels with Tristan.

Tatya: is honestly just so excited to see everyone else being excited. She's the other person most likely to message #restaurant-recommendations with suggestions for places and snacks out in her locality, which no one is in any hurry to go all the way back to. Despite her FTL connection her messages are most often a little bit slow and sometimes jump out of order. She asks lots of questions about the server like "why aren't Neb and Oran allowed here? also who are Neb and Oran?" and posts pictures of cool things she sees in the desert where she lives. Currently there is a debate going on among the triumvirate of admins whether she should get her own channel, #tatyas-travelogue. Or something like that. They can workshop it.

Celia: the server's hypemaster. Most likely to say "okay I'm catching up on all this and what the fuck????" in the main and drama channels, and has genuinely become enamored with #declans-amphitheatre and has learned an enormous amount of interesting things about pens by talking to Declan there. She always reacts with a relevant emoji and always votes the most YES option in every poll about whether Spinder should get involved in tailor schemes. She also loves Isabel's meme songs and Tatya's weird space snacks and thinks Cady is the only person she has ever encountered who is More than she is.

Martin: is never online except when summoned for Jackbox or when Cady begs him to post a picture of his pottery, but you will take his membership in this server out of his cold dead hands. He has had to swear not to also add his sons (Neb and Oran).

4. So… I don’t really cook or bake 😬 but if I imagine that I did, I think I’d like baking more. I usually don’t like cooking bc I only cook when I’m hungry and I’m impatient. I also really don’t enjoy having to feed myself 3 (theoretically) times a day. It feels like work. Baking makes me think of little treats and I love little treats

12. I have a cat named Henry! He is very long and is convinced he’s orange I love him more than anything in this world. My roommate also has two black cats, Aphrodite and Athena. (I love them more than almost anything in the world)

21. Incubus has always been a band that makes me think of my siblings. We have all loved them since I can remember, and we’ve seen them in concert a few times. My first concert ever was actually seeing Incubus with my brother and sister for my 11th birthday. The last time we went to see them in 2017 my brother recorded parts of it, and there’s a video on his Facebook of the three of us singing our hearts out to this song. So whenever I hear it, I think of the video and how much fun the concert was and how much I miss my siblings and wish they were here and not across the country (oop got a little sad, my bad)

31. My favorite dinosaur is the Ankylosaurus. The first movie I remember watching is Dinosaur (2000), and Earl is so derpy and he looks kinda dumb (affectionate) and I love him. I actually have a little guy I keep on my nightstand

ok most of the stuff im learning is school stuff which is just theories of media whoops . learned a lot of music lately though !! i just finished my honour band program which was so fun and i learned so much about playing my instrument (trumpet) and a bunch of new music that actually challenged me

i have lots of siblings !! 4 or 5 (complicated question, you'll see why)

d (technically oldest sister) : ok so she's Very Dead like . died 20+ years before i was born but the only reason im including her is we look the EXACT SAME . which is weird bc i look exactly like my mom and we don't have the same mom ? but yeah

p (oldest sister who i count, 31) : we are scary similar 😭 once again we look the same (i look like my mom, she looks like her mom, our dad has a type) . we're both very positive people who love to look on the bright side, we're both very interested in activism, both extroverts, and we're both very resilient :'-) most of our differences are generational-- she's 31 and im 19. but she's also more forgiving than me oops i think i hold grudges a lot more which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

r (older sister, 28) : we are not very similar at all-- i don't get along w her very well bc of this and because we weren't raised together. however we both have very strong senses of justice and work at nonprofits !

r (older brother , 23) : we aren't very similar either-- he's rlly introverted and focused on his interests which differ wildly from mine (comics and dnd mainly). but we're both very friendly + very focused on our individual interests even if they're super different (aka the Autism ...)

d (younger brother , 16) : we are so different but also the Same Fucking Guy . my fav family member he is literally the fucking realest . idek how to explain our similarities he's just the only sibling im close in age with (2.5 years) and we Get Each Other . differences wise he's an athlete (star wrestler + football player) whereas i quit sports 5 years ago, he plays video games and i don't, and he gets pissed off way easier but yk . 16 year old boy 😭 we also look SUPER similar especially when we were younger, except he has brown eyes and mine are green (and his eyebrows are 1000× better than mine NATURALLY)

oops i ranted . tldr : mostly feels like i had a singular blink, sleeping/napping without dreaming, closing my eyes for a few minutes, or watching a twitch stream .

its definitely weird. heres examples of ones ive personally experienced within the past month or so !!.

sometimes its time being extremely slow, then suddenly everything snaps like a rubber band & is super fast and then i know almost Nothing of what occurred and im fronting again. everything is unrecognizable when its slow [ try putting a youtube video on the slowest setting, then imagine its even slower. its horrible ], and when its too fast its basically just a blur of colors & sound. very weird and scary 0/10

other times itll be a blink, and then its over. its been hours and i was gone without realizing [ like anesthesia! ]. if we're in our room, i likely wont notice until i realize time has passed, or if an activity has changed. 4/10 chill most of the time cuz it feels smoother than it sounds but NOT when im in a conversation

in others time might get slow [ not as slow as the first example ], then it gets distant, like someone changed the FOV setting in a video game. then itll go back to normal pretty smoothly!. so its kinda like the first one, but without the fast part. still means my perspective of what happened is pretty fucked but its not as bad as the others. 6/10 annoying but not the worst

sometimes, for shorter amounts of time, it'll feel like i closed my eyes & another system member did something while i was "resting" , but it still felt like the same amount of time passed. so, for example, im playing project sekai, and i rest my sore fingers & "close my eyes" mentally , ill wait a few minutes and when i come back to front then therell be a finished song on my screen [ has genuinely happened . fucker got a full combo on our FIRST TRY on expert mode while i wasnt looking 🙄 diabolical ] 0/10 can these fuckers stop playing video games when this happens ITS ALWAYS ON MY SAVES TOO

if its during a fully consensual switch [ so its been agreed upon by me & whoever im switching out with , & we are both aware of when its going to happen ] then its not very distorted at all, its just like im watching whats happening over the fronters shoulder or on a livestream [ so, not in control, but definitely aware ]. things might get a little blurry when im not super focused on whats happening or ill "look away" & not see/feel anything for a while, but after coming back to front its Much MUCH easier to recall the memories & information!! 10/10 yayy its like a twitch vlog/ stream where im one of the only viewers !!!

& i have yelled/made a noise when switching back because it absolutely can be like a fucked up fnaf jumpscare . yes this happened during our school years

Ghoster and Friends June 2023 Devlog

What's that? It's time for another devlog!?!?!?!?

Like I mentioned last time, I finally got a new iPad! Meaning I've finally been able to continue drawing art for the game, even if most of them are just rough sketches so far.

Here, let me show you all the new Ghoster sprites!

Speaking of sprites, I've started actually adding them into the game and figuring out placements, including textbox sprites!

(except the project i used to test the sprite sizes has a bigger resolution than the actual game so all of the sprites are too big so i'm gonna have to resize them all oops)

As for the music, it's almost done. Usually I have a habit where if I need new music for a new scene I’ve just written, I'll just make the music straight away. I just have a few more songs to make for the most recent new scenes. Here, let me show you Caterpillar's new theme!

Finally, the most important news… The rough script for the game? Yeah. Well. It turns out… IT'S PRETTY MUCH FINALLY DONE

All the endings have been written out, and now I just need to go back and check typos and such. I have to admit, for me writing the script has probably been the hardest part, but I'm really happy with how it's turned out so far. Although I have to admit, I might not be making a demo after all. The game's only about an hour or two long and feels a little short to release a demo for. I can say with certainty though, that the game will release this year!

(or at the very least, early 2024. screenshot if this ages poorly i guess)

Now, about m o n e y. I do plan on offering a paid option for the game. You'll be able to download and play the whole thing for free, but if you buy the game, you'll get the full soundtrack and art collection! (the soundtrack will also be avalible to buy separately) Still haven't figured out a price yet, but maybe around £5? It'll be easier to decide once the game is fully complete.
