Silence stretches out in from of Steve as he stares, trying to quell thoughts of why there’s a seemingly hollowed out metal box at the bottom of the lake. None of his thoughts are connecting anywhere solid when there’s another clang through the water, but this time it’s not Steve making it. It’s coming from inside the box and fuck, he realizes with a startled shout, bubbles escaping to the surface from the breath he’s holding in his lungs. It’s an impossibility, but… He hits the box again, tapping a pattern into the metal and waiting even if he knows he needs to surface again soon. There’s an answer in the same pattern. SOS. The only Morse code Eddie Munson knows. OR: The one in which Eddie gets trapped at the bottom of Lover's Lake for two years following Vecna and the aftermath.

Ooooooh this is perhaps not so much 'wildest' as it is 'most self-indulgent', BUT: Korn not having the foggiest notion about anything that's going on with Kim and Chay is a concept that is VERY dear to my heart. I just think that a) it is very fun when my faves are skirting the edge of the narrative and yet hold more power to tip its balance one way or another than the characters who are actually at the centre of it; b) that terrible old man deserves to be FALLIBLE!!!!

Oh goodness... so.

Cooking is a huge thing to Brook. Because she did not have a good time with her previous places of occupancy. (She's Fourteen in my pinned post explains that.)

She also managed to live five months in the woods on her own hunting and fishing, so she definitely is good at it.

But, I also headcanon that X is a good cook too, so they eventually wind up bonding over that.

oh man idk there are so many funny ones. every story has someone saying a hilarious comment (more than one) that i quote to myself forever afterward (i.e. patriotism v. pussy). i love every single comment i get.

ooooooh tough. I absolutely cannot choose. Not shikatema, I'd say the ones that are coming to mind are a teen wolf one, an inception one, and a merlin one. all of those i kept thinking about long after reading them... ooh some oryx and crake. there are so many though. and everything i bookmarked on ao3 is because i came back and read it more than once.

already answered but my end advice the more i think of it is don't read my work if you're trying to learn to write i am a horrible example i make up words on the daily. and not making shit up in a shakespeare way, more like a sarah palin way

Aria's not particularly into the Seiros faith, and by that i mean she's not the type to pray or really be devout much, but i don't really imagine she's religious at all

i mean she's obviously run into and works with those who are devout, but she's more busy with training or her own work than giving time to get into being faithful

👻A headcanon about what scares them

i actually have something more solid for Arval here- they really fear being lonely.... being with their partner in destiny gives them a purpose and motivation, but without them, even if Arval was still alive, they would lose that purpose

not only does losing their partner in destiny mean that "cycle" they wanted to protect goes as well, but it also means they're without anyone to speak to...

i don't like thinking about them being alone (*sadly looks at that one feh quote and their last zahras chapter quote*) :(

Sorry it took me a while to answer this, but as of right now... t i r e d .

Doing alright, but very tired from work.

To explain my lack of activity on Tumblr, basically I've been hanging out on Discord more often with really cool friends (hey @sneklover!!!), battling some mental issues including art block, and also in the process of making yet another project for this year's Halloween!

Unfortunately, the last attempt at making another Trunk or Treat project didn't work so I'm making up for it this year. This year's theme for my Trunk or Treat project is: Widows. 🕷️🕸️👵👴🏚️

Widows is not my idea - it's actually one of two brand new haunted houses/mazes located in Knott's Scary Farm in Buena Park, California. The story behind this maze is that you are entering a decrepit convalescent home where demonic spiders have erupted from the underground and are taking over the withering bodies of the residents. The fact that I'm making my project inspired by Widows is very ironic considering that I'm actually an arachnophobe, but hopefully doing this will somewhat cure my fear of spiders.

i rly think 12x8 woulda worked soo much better if there was more,, buildup to it i guess. if there were more scenes prior to foreshadow what hes going thru or to develop his friendship w archer a bit more or just more small instances to subtly imply that he hasn’t fully forgiven him. it rly woulda made his inclusion here feel much more earned and carry more weight yk
