E allora.... la mia cucina, nel week-end, diventa outdoor. Da quando c’è @oonihq con il forno #oonipro , sto scoprendo la bontà delle pizze cotte a legna. Prima di tutto vi devo spiegare che, questo piccolo forno, funziona a legna, carbone e gas (bombola). Arriva a 500 gradi e, come in pizzeria, sforno pizze napoletane in circa 60/90 secondi. E Che Pizze ........ Oddio, devo ancora prenderci la mano, ogni tanto il cornicione si brucia un po’ troppo, ma, lo sto testando e migliori ogni volta 😅 Con questo modello, grazie ad #oonihq, ho scoperto il sapore del pane cotto sulla pietra e con la legna, gli hamburger straordinari, le pizze che sognavo. Ora, non vuole essere una marchetta, ma solo entusiasmo vero. Mi mancava un forno così. Per altro è bellissimo cuocere all’aperto anche nella stagione invernale. Tutti intorno al fuoco 🔥 Sulla pizza, anche qui, sperimento sempre nuove basi e mix di sapori. Questa settimana ho fatto due impasti: integrale e bianco. Ve li scrivo nel primo commento.
