No fucking wonder Ace wanted to be King of the Pirates initially. All of a sudden his dad was something to strive to, to overcome. In a way these words led him to whitebeard and accepting that he was loved for the first time in his life. In another way, they led to his death.

The fact that Ace's death will also change the world. Not because he encouraged a bunch of pirates to go after treasure. But because it was the thing that Luffy couldn't take. That forced Luffy to become who he was meant to be.

Ace responding with anger and Luffy responding with grief. What will Luffy do now that Ace is dead? After he grieves, will he switch to anger like he thinks his brother would've wanted?

Not stupid at all! I've definitely thought about it a lot, but comic making is hard work, it's extremely time consuming (either that or my method of drawing is just absurdly inefficient. Probably both). I don't think it's something I could just pick up and realistically fit into my daily life, at least not at the moment. I'm just one person with very limited time and resources. Sorry!
