Okay, so follow up question to Sanji being french with a japanese name and Zoro being japanese with a french name

Given that we know Zoro and Sanji's prototypes were created parallel to each other, and also that their names weren't always Zoro and Sanji, do we think the reversal of their names and nationalities is just a bizarre coincidence, or do we think Oda did that on purpose as part of the ways they parallel each other?

Totally haven't been dying the past months.

I hope these drawings make up for it! Most of them are doodles along with a new add on to my likings! I started playing overwatch a while back and started drawing Characters I've mained before, some which are old, the Reinhart is my newest technically but its a doodle for a project 😅 I started liking prototype and one peice as well! Sorry for the mix I feel like it'll get very confusing, this would count as an art dump right?

Things I should be doing: finishing detective-izing the monkey or doing the ironing for the second quilt for the twins

What I’m doing instead: impulse making a purple bunny

#fabric #sewing wip #sometimes I am consumed by the urge to make a specific thing #frequently I can’t figure out what it is I want to make #or how to make it #but this time. this time!!!#I saw an old drawing I did of a bunny #and was like wait. shapes. I know those shapes!!!#this is a much more complex pattern than I’ve attempted drafting before #it has 12 different pattern pieces for a total of 27 different pieces of fabric #which isn’t THAT many but for reference my eel pattern has one pattern piece and two pieces of fabric #and my whale shark is 4 pattern pieces for a total of ten pieces of fabric #the bee is five pattern pieces for eleven fabric pieces #so 27 is a bit of an outlier for me #we’ll see how it goes! not sure #should I have chosen a less fussy fabric that’s easier to see results in for the prototype? maybe!#if it works I’m going to go with an EVEN FUSSIER fabric #it’s also a fuzzier fabric #okay I should sleep now good night

Good news

Dad appears to be COVID free and we caught the stones forming in his lung capillaries (which is a thing COVID’s infection can do if it loses to continue hiding in the body without proper detection- which is why a ton of people relapse, most MDs didn’t start doing X-rays on the organs of infection after the 10 days until recently and btw if you or your loved ones with COVID/relapses/long COVID haven’t gotten said X-rays or organ screenings you should, immediately) the process to eliminate that without surgery has started. 3% in 1 lung is FANTASTIC given that typically the rate is closer to 30-70% in both lungs for folks my dad’s age (63) a n d over 80% in unvaccinated individuals

I am still negative

Concerning news

The stress of the last 10 days has caused me to lose hair near my hair line. I need to buy clip on bangs in Jan because that’s going to take a bit to grow back; since my hair ends are dyed a deeper red I may just convert an old wig into a clip on for now

Bad news

Mom tested positive yesterday but her meds are almost out so by Saturday if she’s not negative, we’ll have to take her back to the Dr. She doesn’t technically have COVID but the onset bronchitis that can turn into the infection if the body and medication don’t work.

So I will essentially be stuck in quarantine until Jan 2023 as long as I keep testing negative and don’t show any changes + all the gift and holiday money I had saved up has gone into medications and me making m a n y soups. At least I am going to be a soup making expert - I have made soup almost every other day since Dec 4.
