i think subaru is very handsome, like his brothers, but he dont know it, he dont realize how good looking he is. i can imagine subaru being constantly approached by his classmates, both woman and men, but since he ghe way he is, his appearance got overpowered by his personality.

i also think, maybe a little too out of the clue but, i think subaru face most of the time is like a little angry, without realizing it, his eyebrows furrow giving an angry image, even if he is not, it is like his face of rest. angry rest face.

i think subaru is very similar to his mother, but with the structure of his father, i imagine subaru with slanted eyes, a straight nose, and his strong jaw makes his face come together so well. i like to think subaru has a gentle gaze, not a killer one like ayato, maybe bc he is constantly on his past and feels pity for another living being, something in between.

i think subaru has one of the most hipnotizing eyes, not like his brothers tho. i like to think he is has more the kind of eyes shu has, like a deep color and with a fixed expression. i like to think they, shu and subaru, are very alike even if they have different mothers.

i belive subaru is the kind of man that don't sweat much, even so, i do think subaru likes to shower often, i think he is more into long hot boiling baths, and if he is more stress than normal, he totally is gonna ask for ayatos bath bombs or so, dont like candles tho. and i also think sometimes he fell asleep during some baths.

to start off with this man. i have some thought on his behavior. like have you guys seen how jelaous he is? he is maybe the most childish one out the sakamakis when it comes to jealousy. and thats canon for me.

but i do see him being very passive aggressive with the people he enjoys to hang out, like if you are with him and you ask him for a pencil, he will just say no and then pass it to you. and with a dead ass angry face. no reason for it. or if you ask him a favor he will say "fuck off" and then do it.

i also think he might have tried to draw animals in the woods close to the manor but the animals moved so much he got frustrated and never tried again.

Art dump four!! Getting away from the mandalas now, now onto OCs of mine (a few are split custody OCs or just plain fanart tho)

In order:

1. this is an OC AU of my guy Static, where four of my OCs are mermen. Static (this one) is a deep-sea bioluminescent octopus, chosen because octopi are intelligent compared to most other animals on earth. I’m proudest of this one bc it was a pet project for a few months, and I let myself go all out in terms of shading and hair and detail!! Put 60 hours total into it before I felt I was done. I didn’t draw the background though, that’s just a stock photo I put a few layers over. Credit to @nitroish who helped me figure out how his legs (?) should lay and rest! (He is fully an OC here, I’ve split him off from his original inspo, Mind from Chonny Jash.)

2. A shared OC of mine named Petrichor! A combination of my guy Static and a friend of mine (Q-ott on Discord)’s guy Storm. I didn’t go as all out on him just bc I got art block halfway through, but I used a new sketching brush on him! Thank you to @squeak-4657 for helping me, they gave me a sketch to help me get past my art block that I just lined and colored. (He is not divorced from his inspo, both he and Storm here are still tied to Mind. Petrichor is a 2/3, something akin to a Steven universe fusion, but I believe @disruptivevoib did it first in our circle!)

3. A collab of Again my guy Static, this time a Stardew AU, and my friend Foxy’s (Foxy0709 on discord) characters Odarian, plus their junimos Min, Hep, and Sol! Odarian’s inspired by CJ’s Whole, with the junimos as his thirds. Foxy sent me a traditional sketch that I imported into my art program and colored!! I couldn’t figure out how to do the background so those are just stock images but it looks a little strange :( probably bc I just did flat colors, again bc of art block

4. A meme redraw of Clunk, a little goober Chonny and @artofdansan created!! Dansan’s doing Clunktober rn, if you want to see more of the goofy lil guy!!!! I love him sm you have no idea

5. A redraw of an old art I had done as a reference for Static. Under the cut I’ll have the original I did for an artfight ref/icon, this is the only non-simple character I haven’t used a sketch reference first and I’m happy with my progress even if my art on my own still isn’t perfect. Drew him while I was in the hospital the other day! He’s still inspired by CJ but I’m using this art as a pfp first a tupper that’s divorcing him more from his original intended concept.

Hello again.

So I have been having more ideas to add more Athena angst generally and

May I suggest. A Halloween oneshot story featuring Feral Winged! Athena.

Because it is screaming classic werewolf story. Of fighting an inner or opposing beast within. Paranoia plaguing your mind.

But first general angst. Does Athena feel any guilt or shame for being particularly to blame for starting the Trojan War? Does she think of moments where maybe if she didn't fight for the apple ECT.

I imagine the way how she is perceiving the world is that unlike normal instances she can only find herself think in one track thoughts unable to go more than "must find Odysseus" or "there is a threat" but she is aware that she can only think in these simple tracks and her interal dialogue grows more and more frustrated at "Why can't I plan things out like I use too" "why are my thoughts so one note" but she is unable to do anything aside from the options presented.

Also when she tries to project thoughts to communicate it simple pictures or image instead of words and or just garbled mess on unintelligible hissing.

(so first of all, I'm really sorry I can't really work on a full separate fic rn, Fighting to be loved is kinda a full-time job atm but maybe someone on tumblr will help us out here (c'mon chat, make this happen))

Now thoughts

I think Athena wouldn't really feel bad for the war itself (she is a war goddess after all) BUT I think she would feel guilty for not helping Odysseus escape the war, cos I mean he tried to get out of his war contract himself but maybe if she had helped him it would have worked and he could have stayed with his family. (I very much doubt she helped him with that plan but I wanna address that whole situation in Fighting to be Loved at some point for sure)

I really like the "birb backseat driver" idea. I think it would be angsty mainly but like also a little funny bc Athena would be like "why am I so dumb is this how ares feels like normally?" (Athena you're a little asshole you know that?)

Also Ody would look at bird behavior books and the bird in question is just sitting there grumpily, bc she is not just a bird! (Bird mind is possible to appease with food tho methinks she would still like olives (stole this from the baby Owlthena au admittedly)

Sry that was a little unserious here's some angst:

If you make it fluctuate where she sometimes is more like herself and she can tell if it gets worse that must be so scary for her (werewolf indeed) like it's like the classic whump trope of being drugged when the character really doesn't want to, and she never knows how long it'll be like this this time and what if she's needed?

Fic Descript: Eddie hears Steve's proper laugh for the first time and becomes OBSESSED with hearing it again. Luckily, Eddie has a way to make that happen.

~A/N  - This is my first ever Steddie fic, and I haven't actually got up to Eddie in stranger things😅 but the amount of fics I've read (mostly nhasablogg cause their fics are fucking GOLDEN) makes me think i've got a decent understanding of the guy. lemme know if I completely fuck up his character tho lmao.

Fighting demonic entities from another dimension is certainly one way to bring people together.

Steve and Eddie certainly didn't have had the most typical start to their friendship, so the pair were more than happy to slide back into a more regular young adult friendship experience once everything had calmed down.

But, the less crazy shit the two experienced, the more Eddie noticed Steve's little quirks that his brain couldn't help but fixate on. Nothing that necessarily bothered him, just weird things that most people probably didn't realise about Steve.

One of those weird things was his laugh. Or, rather, his lack of proper laughter.

Any time someone cracked a stupid joke, or something funny happened in the movie they were watching, Steve would bow his head and let out a few near-silent snickers, before lifting his gaze again with a slightly-too-perfect grin.

The first time it happened, Eddie put it down to nerves. Steve wasn't quite used to hanging out with Eddie's bandmates yet, so of course he would be more reserved than usual.

But it happened again, and again, and again. And the less people that were around, the more confused Eddie became. It was almost like Steve was consciously stopping himself from laughing aloud.

From that point forward, Eddie made it his mission to make Steve laugh. He'd poke fun at Dustin, goof around with his guitar, and add even more dramatic effects to his DnD games. But nothing seemed to crack Harrington.

That was until they were alone.

The pair had been lounging on Eddie's bed, talking back and forth about whatever TV show they had just finished. Eddie had made some stupid joke under his breath, not thinking anything of it. It was nothing out of the ordinary, and had no intent other than maybe getting Steve to roll his eyes.

But with the relaxed atmosphere of Eddie's bedroom, Steve's guard was so far down he didn't have time to pull it back up, and it was almost like the laughter started before either of them realised.

It was high pitched, only a level or two below squeaky, and certainly didn't fit Eddie's old image of 'Douchebag Steve'. The giggles were bright, clear but still bunched together. It came out in a stream for only a few seconds before both men locked eyes with surprise on their faces.

Eddie was entranced. It wasn't a particularly special sounding laugh, but it was coming from Steve. It was Steve's actual real laugh.

The man in question went red, and started stuttering out a "Where were we?" in an attempt to switch the conversation back.

Though Eddie allowed Steve the free pass, and carried the conversation back to Twin Peaks. But his brain kept ticking. Would Steve let that happen again? How could Eddie get him comfortable enough to laugh like that? How could Eddie even make him laugh enough to spill?

Steve was, by now, fully under the impression he had gotten away with it, but Eddie - the meddling kid - was far from ready to let it go.

As the conversation fell to a comfortable lull, Eddie spoke.

"You know, you should laugh like that more often."

Steve completely bluescreened. "Uh- I- What do you mean?"

Eddie sat upright. "Your normal laugh is so... quiet. Just then it felt like you really let go. I liked it."

"No I didn't." Steve's eyes fell to the bedsheets, out of Eddie's gaze. "My normal laugh is my only laugh, I don't have a different laugh."

Eddie chuckled, moving closer and almost looming over Steve. "You really don't want to start this fight with me, I know what I heard."

Still maintaining direct eye contact with the bed, Steve rubbed the back of his neck. "There's no fight to be had, I didn't laugh any differently. You can't prove it."

Oh that did it. Those three words struck a chord with the resident musician, and everything clicked into place in his mind.

"I can't prove it, huh?" Eddie smirked. "I think that's where you're wrong, Harrington."

With a predatory glint in his eyes, Eddie launched his fingers onto Steve's ribs and began vibrating his fingertips against the bones.

Steve let out a strangled gasp and tensed up, half-choked grunts squeezing through his sealed lips as his hands fought to pry Eddie's off him.

"Come on Harrington, just lemme hear you laugh." Eddie teased with a wink.

"ED-EDDIE- PL-PLEASE-!" Steve groaned through gritted teeth, snickers beginning to break through his resolve as he gripped Eddie's wrists rigidly.

Almost there Eddie thought to himself. "Just let it happen Stevie."

And happen it did.

It all became just a little too much for Steve's nervous system to handle, and those adorable squeaky giggles Eddie was looking for flooded the room. Steve's hands lost their strength, and his arms crossed weakly in front of his stomach to protect himself. At least, that was the intention. In reality he had just trapped Eddie's ticklish fingers against his sides.

But by this point, Eddie had forgotten all about his little attack. His fingers stopped abruptly only seconds after Steve had cracked. Frozen, Eddie was unable to pull his eyes (and his attention) from Steve's bright giggly smile, even as Steve's laughter faded.

"Fuhuhuhuck..." Steve whined, his hands covering his eyes and breaking the silence that had formed since his little giggle fit had ceased.

Eddie chuckled, ruffling Steve's hair. "I'd say that proved my point, wouldn't you?"

"You tell no one about this." Steve said sternly, lifting himself onto his elbows. "Especially not Robin... or the kids."

Eddie grinned. "Oh I'm happy to keep this between us, our little secret hmm?"

After a quick nod in response, Steve let his gaze drift around the room for a moment. "So... uh... are you gonna let me up or..."

"Pfft, nope." Eddie laughed, and shot his fingertips straight under Steve's arms.

And this time, Steve didn't even try to stop himself.

Saxoland is a nation situated between the UK and the rest of Europe. It used to be part of the united kingdoms... used to. Nowadays it's only associated with it in pop culture due to its history, as the country itself isn't and doesn't see itself as part of the uk or britain or anything.

Saxoland is slightly older than England, and during their early years they were very close and did consider themselves brothers, but overtime once the UK became a thing and England became... england, Saxoland started getting used as a meat shield and a convenient country to blame for all the bad things England did. If other countries, mostly european ones, believed England in that, they'd go beat up Saxoland as it was closer than the rest of the UK and the apparent cause of any given troubles. Saxoland was weakened due to the constant attacks, and whenever he'd ask england for help, England would be like ":3 nah". England also used that weakened state to take over any land Saxoland has on the main island, reducing it to the islands between him and europe.

One day the king of Saxoland decided that enough was enough and effectively put the country into lockdown, refusing to allow any ships that weren't local to dock and kicking out anyone without a citizenship, especially english people. The country then stayed isolated for around 100 years give or take, and recently they've been opening their borders again! They're now a tourist hotspot due to the mystique and percieved exoticism of a country that was hard to access not so long ago, so now there is a shitty tourist problem there 😔 The population being generally pretty chill and low crime rates made Saxoland kinda popular as a good country to live in, tho it's really hard to get citizenship there.

Nowadays England is trying to establish a good relationship with Saxoland again and have it join the UK again, but all those attempts are kinda… useless. It's not happening, England. The Saxolandian government ignores any communication coming from the english government and Sigewine, the country person, hates Arthur with a burning passion. If Arthur tries to get close to Sigewine, he will be threatened and attacked if the threats don't scare him off.

the white bunny and the brown rabbit are local deities, the white bunny represents fertility, kindness and protects people from sickness and the brown rabbit that represents luck, courage and it protects you from evil people who mean you harm, specifically english people. Rabbits and bunnies are a really important part of Saxolandian culture due to the many myths involving them.

There are stray bunnies and rabbits just living and chilling in the streets like we'd have stray cats and dogs, those rabbits and bunnies mostly survive cause the people feed them and care for them despite not bringing them home. They arent brought home most of the time cause the popular belief is that stray bunnies and rabbits are servants of the gods and are on a mission so bringing them home would hinder them from accomplishing whatever they're out to do. Nowadays tho there's a local organisation that takes care of chipping and neutering the strays so they don't go out of control like a few times in the past.

There's a popular children's book character called Sige the bun that is TOTALLY NOT a rip off of Winnie the pooh what do you mean? In any case, it acts somewhat as the mascot of the country, it's used in advertising, merch and other similar things. It's the plushie Saxoland is holding in the illustration at the top. In his books/cartoons, Sige has a rabbit sidekick called Wine, who is way less popular than Sige but who gets a lot of love too. They are 100% reference to the bunny and rabbit gods, not sharing their names because at the time the books were written it was considered rude to speak the names of the gods without a reason.

Easter is a major one week long celebration, but instead of egg hunts they do country wide rabbit and bunny statuette hunts, but those fulfill the same role as the eggs do in other countries. In Saxoland, the meaning of easter is also not related to christianity at all, they just borrowed the idea of it because of the bunny theme and now they use it to worship their own deities. Once easter is over, everyone puts the little rabbit and bunny statuettes around their house as decoration and as a way to attract the blessings fo the Bunny and the Rabbit. Once the year is up and easter arrives again, the statuettes are gathered and hidden around Saxoland again. Sadly, lately, the statuettes have started being stolen by the tourists coming over for the holiday to keep as a souvenir or to make a quick buck, which is generally seen as a bad move.

Eating rabbit isnt illegal, but you're probably gonna be judged really hard cause it's disrespectful to eat a messenger of the gods and it attracts bad luck and sickness. You might also get a beating from the gods who knows.

Saxoland keeps a list of micronations they acknowledge as countries, and he has a form online you can fill in if you're the leader of a micronation and you want to appear on this list. However, he makes a point to never include Stomaria because Stomaria wants to be like England and that's a nono in this household

Definetely noticed how much I am learning about the game through trial and error. Some details I just don't notice, until a certain moment where it clicks in my head.

Earlier this morning I rewatched the videos from the developers and noticed they did show closeups of a few crew members, including Muir and I was like- Wait, that's him!

I remember watching that video before, but not quite understanding who these characters were, or maybe the way they got rendered threw me off.

Seeing how much I am learning here makes me wonder, how come I don't do the same with other topics? There is so much I could learn, if I had the motivation or the drive. It's hard on some days.

I am not sure how deep I want to dive in for this game, considering it's quite time consuming to check small details (replaying the entire game again each time). Who do you think loves building miniatures in Haikyuu?

Tbh i had to look up what this was cuz I had no idea LOL

But it’s those little DIY building kits!! Those look so fun! There’s like houses and cafes and little nooks for your bookshelf. They kinda remind me of Legos but a lot more detailed. I imagine they’re very relaxing to put together.

Anyway, a few characters did come to mind that I think would enjoy building miniatures :3

First up is Akaashi. We all know our favorite literature major has a mountain of books and what better way to organize them then with some book nook miniatures? It’s relaxing for him to put together and quiets the rush of thoughts that usually flood his mind. Fidgety hands begone! Although he puts them together pretty fast…

EEEEE I JUST LOOKED UP A BUNCH. HE WOULD TOTALLY HAVE AN ALICE IN WONDERLAND THEMED ONE. And I can see him having the one with cherry blossoms and a train in it. Bokuto probably saw them and got interested too. They tried to build one together once. Bokuto’s hands were not very steady lol and he kept losing the smaller pieces. It’s okay tho, he likes watching Akaashi put them together instead.

I can also see Asahi and Yachi liking them. The Karasuno artists✨ Asahi doesn’t like buying them for himself but when Yachi finds out he likes them too, they buy the same one and do it together.

It becomes a whole thing with Karasuno. On days off, they chill at one of the third years’ house and try to help Yachi and Asahi with them. The Single Braincell Squad™️ (Tanaka, Noya, Kags, Hina) don’t find it that interesting. Hinata would be curious but ultimately would be kicked outside with the rest to work off excess energy lmao

Finally, we have the man, the myth, the legend himself Kita. Just try and convince me that Mr. “Being Meticulous and Thorough Just Feels Good” would not enjoy putting together a tiny doll house. YOU CAN’T CUZ HE WOULD!!

It was actually a gift for his grandmother but she can’t do it by herself. She’s gotta call her beloved grandson to help her out and of course he’s gonna agree cuz why wouldn’t he. This gets added to their ritual. Every day after dinner and cleanup, they take some time to work on the miniature together. This image makes me incredibly soft brb I’m gonna cry.

SO! First group of OCs is a project I'm currently calling "Escapism" which takes place in 1890s England. (Check the #buttersketch-escapism tag for content of em)

Okay so I started typing and realized I included WAYYY TOO MUCH info but I worked hard on it so I'll still include it, bUT

TLDR: Aster (tired, anxious, hopeful) is magic (plant magic) and is being used for experiments and tests by Charles(friendly guy, stubborn, cheery) and Beatrice(joyful, caring, passionate) until Beatrice herself becomes and experiment when Charles wants to find out what would happen if you attached wings to a human being. Also aster and Beatrice are girlfriends. Charles accidentally kidnaps Martha (extroverted, curious, peppy) because her magical(healing magic) girlfriend Grace died and Martha has info about her magic. Eventually Aster kills Charles and is haunted by her guilt, which is manifested in a character I call Ghost!Charles (self-explanatory)

Second story which I haven't posted about as much as one I'm calling "Dawn" which takes place in the modern day, and is about demons & angels, heaven & hell & earth type stuff. Simpler than escapism, thank God- (check the #buttersketch-dawn tag for some content of dawn!!!!!)

Here's the cast!! Refs are somewhat outdated but do the job. (Sorry for the last image I don't have a ref for him yet)

I'll keep this short, for real this time!!

In 2019, Chigs accidentally falls off the edge of heaven and misses earth so they fall straight to hell. They didn't have any evil intent so are still an angel, but they need to find a way back to heaven. They stumble into Dawn's office and Dawn reluctantly agrees to help them. Frappe also barges into Dawn's office to hide, as she's on the run from the police. Gene comes around to check on Dawn and finds an outlaw and an angel. Dawn, Chigs, and Frappe run away to earth. Gene recruits Ronnette to help him track down the trio. The trio accidentally gets separated on their way to earth; Frappe and Chigs find each other but Dawn is left to navigate a modern day earth on her own. HIJINKS ENSUE!

Gene and Lucy used to be boyfriends but Gene broke up with Lucy in the 1920s because Lucy was so drowned in his work and wouldn't care about anything else. Hey.. т.т Is this a good time to cry and beg on my knees as an autist that I am? I wanted to ask, are you able to mod Dark Souls 1 like you do with Elden Ring for example? I have a little problem: these two!!!

These two non-respawning invaders appear after destroying illusion of Gwynevere, and these are the only, and I mean the ONLY images of them existing in the entire internet! I've been able to find screenshots of other NPCs without their headwears that can be reliably zoomed in to even figure out their eye color, but not these two. I miiiiiiight assume that Berenike Knight is sharing face data with a sad merchant at Sen's Fortress (like how Quelana and Grana, or Oscar and Ricard, share face data) but I am not so sure about the Balder knight!

I neeeed to see their actual faces. Or if they just use generic placeholder model like Ciaran for example, I also want to know. They are the only ones missing from my list. Even Lautrec's two helpers have a semi-decent look in one (1) obscure video on Youtube. These invaders are THAT underlooked. I am ready to master the modding tools MYSELF to get me references, but EVERY single person or space I asked about how to see face data in DS1 gave me cicada noises reaction. EVERY single ONE. It is so tiring, it feels like there is some unspoken rule in Dark Souls fandom to never help someone who wants to see face data of the minor characters and I've missed the meeting where it was agreed upon fsdhfdhs If you could access face data, or tell me how to do it myself, please ;-; I don't know who else to ask because it is never not just cicada noises.

Hi! Unfortunately I have no idea how to check NPCs in DS1 like I can in ER, modding is very hard for both DS1 and 3 (as in, even just making them work bc they require CE, which is very difficult for me) I guess it'd be easier if I had the map mod (stuff that Zlofsky has for example), which I'm planning to learn one day when I have space on my laptop, not anytime soon though unfortunately. My laptop only has less than 500GB space when empty, and that is completely full now, even tho I wanted that software for over a year. Right now I don't even have time to check it either sadly, this past 2-3 weeks, I only had an hour or so on my laptop, if I even make it to my laptop at the end of the day. I can say more maybe after a few more weeks, I apologize!

Okay so i might make Siren AU into a thing. Got some very loose thoughts / this is basically just me brainstorming (if anyone has any ideas please don't hesitate to tell me)

Peppino can't swim. He just sits in his shitty little boat while fishing one day and suddenly gets attacked by probably Pizzahead or Pizzaface. Gustavo sees him struggling and panicking, and saves him from almost drowning.

I already made some concept doodles for Gustavo, he's basically a mermaid but with a shark tail and those fin thingies instead of ears. Round little shark man <3 He also doesn't inherently think humans are evil or something, when someone's in distress he tries to help as best as he can. He can get very protective over friends and loved ones tho. Don't anger him. You'll regret it.

The sirens probably can't speak human language, with a few exceptions. Pizzahead probably learned it from (obsessively) observing humans, and then tried teaching it to Fakey. Fakey can speak fractions of sentences or words, but it mostly sounds like gibberish. He doesn't speak often though, mostly communicates with croaks, gurgles, and other noises. I like to imagine Gustavo tries to learn to speak human language so he can communicate with Peppino better (bonus points if his first full sentence for some reason is "I'm going to kill you", not knowing what it means and scaring the shit out of Peppino)

Fakey stays a frog, but with like. A tail, like when frogs are in that transitional phase between tadpole and frog ya know. But still humanoid looking, i mean he has to look like Peppino, right? Created by Pizzahead out of literal frog DNA and.. anger? Jealousy? Unhealthy obsession? All of the above? Idk yet

Mr. Stick is probably one of the few characters that stay human, and he's one of Peppino's friends/acquaintances

Not sure if Brick should stay a rat, possibly even Peppino's (involuntary) pet, or some kinda fish that's already Gustavo's friend. Although it'd be fun if Brick just lives with Pep, and Pep can't get rid of him no matter what he does, so he reluctantly keeps him.

I literally have no ideas for Pepperman and Vigilante. All i could think of for Vigi rn is uh. Sea slug. But Pepperman?? Zero clue. Head empty. Help.

Got two thoughts for the Noises, either Noise is a human too, but Noisette is a siren luring him in (or vice versa!), or both of them are sirens. Option 2 would make more sense to me, but option 1 seems interesting too.. OR secret option 3, Noise and Noisette are both creatures that transform depending on if they're in water or on land. Peppino doesn't know this. The Noises act like it's the most normal thing in the world.

Pizzahead as either a regular siren or maybe like. An octopus/squid? Kinda like Ursula from Ariel idk. Or maybe an eel. Idk why

I still think it'd be funny if Pizzaface was a flat fish. I forgot what they're called but the mental image is so funny to me. Flat fuck.

Pizzahead probably got the idea of cloning Peppino cause he once saw how strong he is, and thought he would need that kinda strength for the war between him and.. other creatures.. i actually haven't thought about that one.. who would he even be against? Are the other bosses on his side? Is he trying to start a war between sirens and humans bc of people like Peppino fishing all the time? Or have humans started a war against the sirens in ancient times and it's still in their nature to despise humans because of that?

Because of your last post, I kept thinking about what Flaky would look like without her quills which ended me coming up with a cursed image in my mind of her being straight-up bald and I can't stop thinking about it! It got me like that one meme of that guy putting his hands over his head

I noticed you draw Flaky without her uh.. flakes, what's up with that? Or she just doesn't have Dandruff in this au? (weird question I know...)

forgetting to draw her dandruff is common to me, I should remember it more often tho, she looks like a strawberry, a watermelon or a granulated ice cream, she's so cute...

3. I have it on the making, one day we will get it, not so similar as the character sheets from Flippy and Flaky, one a little more fun? That all I can say QHAUAHUAHUAH

classic FNAF au post

hey guys, I just wanted to make a post about a project I've been working on for the past month or so:

THE CLASSIC FNAF AU!!!

what is it?

Well my goal with the classic FNAF au is to basically rewrite the Rebornica FNAF au with more of an emphasis on story and serious character arcs. There's still goofy stuff here; but it's a lot more serious and story based than the original.

The story would take place mostly during the years 1999 - 2002; with things happening before and afterwards as well.

Let's meet some of the characters shall we?

Mke Schmidt

Mike Schmidt is hired apart of the nightguard team in 1999 at 18 years old; he's about 5'11" and Caucasian with dark brown hair and a horrid scar causing half of his head to remain bald; and for him to be blind in one eye.

Mike is the titular victim of the bite of 87; happening to him when Mike was only 6 years old; after that Mike suffered from heavy mental issues; including bad anger issues problems; lack of empathy and others.

He's not a bad person even if it seems like it sometimes; he's just angry about what happened to him and can never really just... get over it. The other older guards try to help him out sometimes tho.

2. Jeremy Fitzgerald

jeremy is another character in the au, being a pale ginger standing at 5'8"

jeremy is also hired at 17 in 1999; however he doesn't take the nightguard shift until FNAF 2 in 2000. He's mikes childhood best friend; and is a shy timid dude who just wants to do his best and not make anybody mad.

Jeremy wears sunglasses in his shifts all the time because he has a condition called heterochromia; causing each of his eyes to be colored different from one another. This fact about himself is something he finds embarrassing- even if everybody tells him it's not that big of a deal.

3. Fritz smith

fritz is a 6'0" tall chubby African American in his 20's, he's the son of the boss; and really only had his job for that very reason.

He mostly works the day shift; playing on arcade machines and doing piss poor attempt at cleaning when Scott asks- he really just doesn't care about his job at all, and if you were to meet him; you would be able to tell.

4. Scott Cawthon "Phone guy"

in every Freddy's; there's a "phone guy"; a phone guy is the mascot character Freddy's uses to represent its staff, specifically it's managers. Scott here is the phone guy of the current location; being a jewish man in his late 40's, and standing at 5'11.

Scott is a clearly overworked and tired man; he tries everything he can to keep his staff under control; but given who he has working for him; it can be hard sometimes.

Scott had a wife and a son; however he doesn't spend too much time with them unless it's his off days given how much he has to do at the restaurant to keep it running. All in all he's just a very tired, and clearly overworked man.

5. Vincent Bishop "Purple Guy's

Vincent is one of the older employees at Freddy's, being 35 in the events of the story. He is a 6'5" mixed man, being half Japanese and half African American.

Vincent was born with a very special kind of autism where Vincent cannot understand emotion at all. He is completely unaware of what emotions are; meaning he only expresses himself in 2 ways; being creepy, and acting violent.

Vincent was 8 years old when he saw the first murder happen outside of fredbears, and ever since he wanted to follow in THEIR footsteps; he doesn't even realize his serial killings are a bad thing- he thinks he's doing them out of a place of love; or whatever his perception of love is.

Vincent contributed to 5 of the 10 missing kids of Freddy's; and is a major antagonist in the story.

6. John doe "Pink Man"

john is a unique character for this au alone, not appearing in the original Rebornica au.

John is a shadowy figure of whom nobody knows his true name, all that is known is he is an older Caucasian male wearing a pink suit and magenta vest. He caused the first murder outside of fredbears when Vincent was 8; and contributed to another murder in 1985 where he killed 4 more (foxy go go go minigame) leading to 5 more missing kids.

John doe is by all means an enigma; nobody knows who he truly is or what his motives are; and for the sake of the story and the au; they are largely left vague to allow for personal headcanons and interpretations.

🐾 What is your species? How do you experience aspects of your nonhumanity?

I’m a fisher marten, human-gem-hybrid, coyote, animal familiar, artificial mobian hedgehog, and a demon-weapon. I’m also a Storyteller archetrope, though that doesn’t totally apply here (until it does, sometimes).

Generally speaking, I experience various shifts — most commonly in the form of phantom limbs / parts (ears, tail, fur, fangs, gem, etc), envision or "self-image" shifts (tho I hesitate to call them "shifts" since I don't usually internally "see" my human-body-self, when I think about my self-image anyway), and mental / instinctual shifts — and have sort-of-memories, as well as noemata. All of this is physiological & neurologically based (though, my Shadow fictotype was just kind of... dropped into my lap, uninvited, and I've simply been Shadow The Goddamn Hedgehog ever since), with a very "narrative" framework to a lot of it.

When it comes to my animality specifically, I experience it in possibly a very niche way. I do have very “usual” experiences of beastly shifts, instincts, etc, but I’m not just restricted to four legs. I’m kind of like those queer little animals in Beatrix Potter’s books, Little Bear, or RedWall — I’m a creature straight out of a beast fable. Kind of furry adjacent, but also Pretty Much A Furry in a very nonhuman way. It kind of melds into very human activities. Unnoticeable unless I become aware of it, because it’s become almost background-noise levels of normalized to me. I almost always have some phantom animal part, be it ears, a tail, quills, fangs, pawpads, claws. It's more noticeable to not have these shifts.

My animal familiar-ness is still something I have yet to delve deeper into, as this is a concept that requires connection to another; lending one’s self to help someone you’re bonded to. Admittedly, I haven’t had the chance to explore it yet, but I do know that it’s affected by all manner of its depiction and origins. Be that daemons from His Dark Materials, or palismen from the Owl House, each iteration of the “magical animal companion” feels like me. It also bleeds into dragon-rider bonds, and heavily affects how I experience that genre, or stories that have this as a trope or character. Rather than relating to the (usually always human/humanoid) rider, I find myself in the shoes (or, more aptly, the scales) of the ridden dragon.

Being Steven Universe is an experience I’m not sure I can articulate properly in a few sentences, other than... that is who I am. I am Steven in the most mundane, everyday ways possible. Being Steven is also the closest to being internally human that I'm ever going to get, and even that never feels like "human from this earth." I am Steven in the way I have endless optimism, in the way I always want to help and fix others’ problems (even if I can’t, and even if it’s detrimental to my own mental health), and in the way that I have Goddamn Mommy Issues. Again (which is only partially a joke). I may not be Steven-From-The-Show or Steven-From-The-Light-Games, but that's also me. Even some fanfiction iterations are me, which is something of an entirely separate essay in itself.

The demon-weapon thing is... well, saying it (simply) “feels good to identify as something that can turn into a weapon” seems... kind of surface level, but, it’s what I experience. There are days where it feels like I should be able to flex some unseen muscle, something under the surface, and have my arm become a blade, or to be able to morph completely into a scythe or sword. That I should be able to resonate my very soul with the one(s) closest to me, so that they could literally wield me as the weapon I was meant to be. It’s something I know will never be a reality, but that it should.

And... being Shadow the Hedgehog means experiencing a gut wrenchingly regretful nostalgia for a sister I never had & couldn’t save. It means having quill shifts out of nowhere, sometimes over top other phantom shifts, and having something to attribute my memory gaps to (even though I know they’re because of the auDHD, & not caused by this fictotype. Sometimes to get mentally well you have to be a little mentally unwell). It means embracing not knowing who I am, and forging ahead anyway.
