POTS fam help me out here before I self implode. Was given ivabradine to start today, but when I've got home and had a look at contraindicated drugs (I was checking for my antibiotics) it came up with ondanestron (zofran) being a no no? Now it's not on the actual leaflet that came with the ivabradine but anything you look at online says not to be taken together. So is anyone doing this? I really wanna start this med so bad.

I don't have health anxiety, I honestly do not care there are very few illnesses that scare me. I don't worry about things, I just like to know. I like answers. BUT, I have to say, this nausea & vomiting is like nothing else and I'm starting to wonder if something is actually really wrong.

So, let me write everything down to process it in my own head.

Normal blood results for the small amount that have been done.

Swollen lymph node on my neck but I don't have a virus or illness in that sense.

It's been getting worse and worse for a few months now. No med changes, no illness in-between.

Main symptoms include extreme nausea, vomiting, and extreme fatigue (even for me). It's mainly the nausea that feels extremely bad. It worsens in the evenings, but there's a level there all day. Not affected by food (which I'm eating very little of).

Weight loss, loss of appetite and now constipation.

I always have some kind of discomfort in my lower stomach (like constant period cramps). I've just attributed that to my embedded UTI.

Abnormal bleeding outside of my periods, which over the last year have been very intermittent.

This doesn't feel like a flareup of my autoimmune illnesses. They've very distinct and they usually happen very quickly so the longevity with which the worsening symptoms are happening is not normal.

I'm seeing a cardiologist for a potential POTS diagnosis but this has been something I've had for a long time, not recent, so can't attribute current issues to that.

Three different antinausea medications have not worked (metoclopramide, cyclizine and ondanestron). Cyclizine did seem to work at first, but as the nausea became more severe nothing helps, not even slightly, and I'm still vomiting.
