If you could redesign Mitsuri, what would you want her to look like?

Took a while to answer this because I havnt really felt as motivated to post kny stuff recently but this is a fun question!

Personally, I really love her design. I know a lot people don’t like how revealing it is and she definitely suits the pants don’t get me wrong. But I actually really like how after realising she could’ve had a regular uniform and had that option, she made the choice to keep hers.

The fact that she chooses to really stand out and be super confident, I find it very admirable

But if I were the one designing Mitsuri with her concepts in mind I’d probably go smthn more like this initially

Probably with the uniform jacket with her ofc but I’d have her at least show off the muscles she’s worked for and also…

It’s just unrealistic that she doesn’t have body scars TT I have her a few

Let my girl swap her uniform out occasionally, let her have two!!

No seriously, I gained quite a few followers during my Wenclair Era, and don’t get me wrong I still adore Wenclair to absolute pieces, but RWBY has been a special hyperfixation of mine fer YEARS. It’s been an interest that hibernates on and off during hiatuses but nothing has ever latched onto my psyche so deeply as RWBY has with all of its faults and good parts alike. Once Feb 18 drops, I swear to you I will be the most obnoxious person e v e r like I will be rwbyrotting so hard I will SCREAM and CRY and HOLLER about Bumbleby and Whiterose and my babygirl Ruby finally finally finally getting some fresh hot juicy character development but I’ve missed all of the girls in general and!!! Just about everything about V9 so like. Prepare yourself fer my true form.

Here’s my vision for show gojocent: (Satoru and Show Alicent) Satoru would annoy Alicent the way he annoys Utahime and Alicent wouldn’t be able to stand how he seems to be good at everything but would also be thoroughly impressed by with his versatility and overall talent. Alicent would think he looks like the three blind mice and he would think Alicent looks like a pug. They would be slowburn because ideologically they are different and where show Alicent is a cipher Gojo is a revolutionist in disguise so you could say a good chunk of their relationship would be Gojo challenging Alicent’s line of thinking.

Book Alicent wouldn’t be caught slipping but Show Alicent would slip here and there. I think book Alicent’s would be too much like the elders for him to particularly like her but Show Alicent would be interesting to him because as you said even though she’s supposed to be the second most powerful she is very weak. I think Gojo has a bit of human disconnect considering he is the epicenter of the society and so witnessing how someone who is physically powerless and instead collects through soft power would benefit him. However he would never admit to Alicent helping him and instead would make fun of her. Also since she’s nicer if she did something wrong to him she would apologize but I don’t think Gojo ever apologizes directly (at least sincere apologies) and would be indirect with it or only say it if it’s incentivized. Yes I have mapped out a whole storyline for this, everyone check AO3 when it drops this Winter. 🧑‍💻
