"Have I done something wrong?" The question hung heavily in the air as Olivie picked at a loose hangnail on her left hand. She though doing this cooking competition with Anthony was right right thing to do but ever since she'd told him that she had signed them up he'd been so distant. Olivie had thought this could ultimately bring them together, that maybe he'd manage to gain the courage to ask her out on a proper date. Now she's worried that she wasn't going to get any closer to him than she already was. "I didn't overstep by signing us up for the competition, did I? I just thought it would be something we'd be really good at." She could feel herself panicking, she was even more worried that her actions may get her fired. "I can see if I can pull us out." She offered, though her nerves are still rushing through every part of her body in the moment. "Just don't be mad, please."

Olivie absolutely loved days like these, getting to cater to a little kid's birthday party was always a fun event. Kids loved sweets and she loved making them, the two tended to go hand in hand. And this little boy was an absolute angel. She had set up all of the treats she'd been instructed to bring, except the cake of course since that was to be hidden until cake time. She leaned across the table to adjust one of the cupcakes when the young boy had stopped right next to her, eyes looking up at her expecting to be given a treat "I don't think you're supposed to have anything this early into the party." She scolded with a small laugh. When he didn't leave she glanced around obviously before picking up a cupcake with blue icing and placed it in his open hands. "Shhh don't tell your dad." She said, smiling at him as he ran away. When she straightened back up Olivie saw Lucas standing not too far away from her. "I know what you think you saw but let me defend myself." She grinned. "He told me he would cause a scene if I didn't give him one, I swear."
