Just thinking about how interesting things would've been if Dick had met Olivia (Blockbuster's daughter) after Chemo destroyed Bludhaven, and if he took Sophia and Olivia in during that time. The three of them would've had that shared trauma of Chemo and losing everything. Plus then you've got Dick having to take care of a kid who is completely innocent, but who happens to be the kid of the man who destroyed his life.

A vigilante, a mob boss's daughter, and a crime lord's daughter. You're seeing the potential of this combo, right? Right.

Bruce comes home one day and finds Olivia playing dress up. “Sorry,” Dick winces, “I know you don’t like people messing with your mom’s things.”

Bruce remembers Dick at Olivia’s age, nearly breaking one of Martha’s heels. He remembers feeling so fiercely protective over his mother’s things. Remembers being a child and holding on to her things until the clothes smelled like salty tears instead of perfume. Remembers paradoxically not wanting Jason to touch his memorial case - like somehow he’ll destroy the memories of his boyhood self. And he remembers Dick’s eyes when he yelled to take off those pearls, how he was still upset even when Bruce promised to buy him his own makeup and skirts.

“It’s okay,” Bruce says “why don’t we all get dressed up?”

Bruce isn’t small anymore. He’d rip his mother’s dresses at the seams if he tried them on. But his father’s old suit fits almost just fine and looks nearly dashing compared to the mess of makeup courtesy of Miss Desmond

Dick’s not so little anymore either. He rolls up Olivia’s sleeves so they don’t get dirty. He makes the tea all by himself. But when he twirls around in front of the mirror and grins, he’s Bruce’s little boy again.

There are a million little regrets between them, and more wounds then you can count. But they’re still here and still belong next to each other, whether at a child’s tea party or a battle or a rooftop. And with Martha’s lipstick covering all three of their faces, well, it’s almost like a mother’s kiss.

Mhmm. Olivia Desmond. AKA Blockbuster's daughter. She's super strong and cheerful and uhhh we don't know much else about her. I mean, other than the fact that Blockbuster sold her soul to the king of hell.

Raven making an appearance on the latest nightwing issue is a pleasant surprise.

I love when she's drawn as the adult she is and I think she can be a great mentor to Olivia since she can understand exactly what the little girl is going through.

I'd like to see Raven and Olivia interact on the next comic Raven appears. Or perhaps they can make another appearance on Nightwing comic in the future since I do believe that Dick will want an update on how the little girl is going.
