my opinion on the game, i think it was a good game after the loss to ND but then again almost any big east game is a sure win. paige was good but wasn't taking the shots she couldve but still played well... sarah was also good played well rebounded well.. kaitlyn even though the stats don't show it that much i thought she played really well, she found the passes and rebounded pretty well considering her height... ash was also good esp after that last game she picked it up... ice was kinda a mess she really picked it up in the end of the game but tbh the beginning ik she only played like a few min but those were bad. subs wise: jana did ok idk not much to say she only had 2 points which a post player with 2 points is almost unheard of. speaking of which how does Q have the more points than jana and the same as ice while only playing like 5 min, that should not happen esp from a starter and a first sub... morgan was soooo good she really impressed me today esp her defensive work... kk and allie were both ok, kk was better than last game but still not doing great not much improvement over the past year and a half.. allie was good not too much from her but with more min i think she'll start playing good... what did u think about the game?

pretty good assessment on your part. expected the result we got which means i kinda checked out a little when the fourth quarter started winding down but lets get into it!

i was a little bit frustrated with some of the shots paige gave up without even looking at the basket, but she still had 24 so i'm giving her some grace there bc other than that she played a very good, paige-like game that we know and love. great defensive effort from her, she was a menace in those passing lanes.

no complaints on sarah thats my freshmen of the year. ice keeps giving me these moments where i'm like "okay may she earned that starting spot" but they did not happen today, she looked like last season ice. in contrast, kaitlyn did a lot of good things. i still wish we could see some more offensive urgency from her but hopefully as she adjusts to her role and as geno figures out his lineups that will come.

ashlynn was really aggressive, i wanna see more of that from her in the future even if the shots aren't falling. morgan was fantastic, even geno loved the effort from her and will be increasing her minutes in upcoming games, good for her! her efforts on the boards were so necessary and will continue to be bc we should not be struggling this much to rebound the basketball

i don't have much to say on kk besides thank god she finally hit a three. jana needs to learn how to adjust to what the refs are calling bc she's too foul prone right now regardless of whether or not she deserves them, that'll come with time and experience. i think a lot of what she's struggling with just comes down to adjustment and experience, i'm confident she'll get there.

u cant tell me any of these characters smell completely normal. or good in a way u can make candles out of them. this is my hc list and i am RUNNING with it. @emogaeness this 1's for u, my dude

Aoyama: one of the only 'normal' smelling ones. he defs uses french parfum but also he probably smells like heated metal and cheese all the time. Energy doesnt really have a smell til it interacts with gas so i think he probably just smells like however he wants to.

Mina: IM SORRY TO SAY BUT MISS MAAM IS STINKY AS HECK. mina is an acid producer and therefore smells acidic--and going by what we know of acid, she smells PUNGENT. dairy-like but also sour. BUT her body is probably evolved to be antacidic and she's a gymnast. after reading like, 2 research papers, gymansts chalk (magnesium carbonate) neutralizes acids (caus its 10.5 ph) and so i think while she does kinda smell, it wouldnt be AS bad even if she's training. its possible for her to wear perfume if she wanted, since usually they're around the 7 pH range.

Tsuyu: Oh. wet grass. and just. damp. she probably smells like marshlands or just nature in general, because thats part of camouflage. she probably also has an underlying sweet scent from venom? idk. on the normal she'd probably just smell neutral if a little musty.

Iida: ok i had to wiki this but i dont think he smells like much? he faintly smells like exhaust--but when he overuses his quirk and inevitably combusts whatever engines he uses, the chemical reaction creates sulfur which would make him smell like rotten eggs. otherwise he smells like orange juice (his choice of 'fuel'), sweat, and cologne.

Uraraka: I think she just smells like mochi lol. gravity doesnt really alter her body so i think ochako's normal--if a bit sweet bc she generally seems to like sweet stuff in canon

Ojiro: OK HES JUST GOT A WEIRD LUMP OF FLESH ON HIS BACK FOR A TAIL THO LIKE?? IDK HE SMELLS NORMAL?? maybe a bit like spray-on shampoo and deodorant, but that's it. does a third limb of pure muscle smell like anything? no? godspeed, mashirao, godspeed.

Kaminari: he smells like ozone. He's probably crazy static since he generates the electricity inside of him constantly and is canonically a terrific electricity conduit, so unlike aoyama he'd definitely smell like frying electricity. also. (minor manga spoilers) he bathes enough to be able to call midoriya stinky, so he definitely has basic hygiene. other than that i think he smells like sweaty leather bc of his hero costume and candy.

Kirishima: not quirk related but he probably just smells like sweat. and like, meat. maybe dirt. i love this boy but i'm also a sheeple bc i believe in the hc that he smells like axe body spray. and really good conditioner bc of how fucked up his hair would be by now if he wasn't taking very good care of it.

Kouda: smells like animals. like. bunnies and hamsters and birds and stuff. its not bad per se, but he definitely smells like he's constantly hanging out with the city's local rodent and avian population. other than that he probably just smells neutral/like nothing, since that's more approachable to the prey animals that he seems to favor.

Satou: baked goods and candy.

Shouji: I think Shouji is probably the most hygiene-conscious of all the kids in 1-A. Because of the amount of open/accessible body parts like eyes, nose, ears on his limbs--he probably takes very good care in showering and all that stuff to prevent random infections or just generally damaging any of his senses. Dude's chill--smells like mild soap and laundry detergent.

Jirou: Ah, not gonna lie she probably smells a bit like burnt electrical wires. She's a bit like Kaminari in terms of smell, except her's have that more 'metallic' and burning sharpness whenever she uses the stunning part of her quirk. Other than that... probably also leather because of her hero costume, or just like the inside of an instrument shop (wood, ivory, brass, etc.)

Sero: Packaging type. you know when you pull like, a large strip of tape and--? yeah? that. smells like tack. other than that, excellent hygiene! bergamot and pine or whatever.

Tokoyami: he smells like bird, but only faintly. dude mostly smells a little musty caus he probably never airs out his room. Dark shadow is described like "dark energy" which, similar to aoyama, kaminari, and jirou, probably makes the air around him smell different bc thats gas interacting with energy. Aside from that, he most likely smells neutral. (... maybe with a bit of leather and metal because thats just how his fashion probably works)

Todoroki: Sweat, but not like, a lot. He definitely doesn't smell bad after battles because steam kills bacteria like, fairly effectively, and would eliminate most foul odors. I think he'd smell like Expensive herbal soap or whatever most of the time. He doesn't seem like the type to be unhygienic.

Hagakure: ????? fuck dude she probably tries her best to smell like nothing, caus if her whole schtick is being invisible then its probably best if she just smelt like nothing. imagine being a villain and then promptly getting kicked in the nuts by a gust of wind that smells like strawberry peach.

Mineta: i cant explain it but just... warm grape juice. his... orbs. have oily/sticky like substances to act as adhesive and ill be damned before u tell me he doesn't smell like anything even remotely artificial-grape-flavoring adjacent. he also smells of like,, axe body spray but stronger.

Yaoyorozu: herbal tea on a normal day. most likely the digestive kind just because i think thats the most practical tea to have with a quirk like hers thats reliant on eating large quantities of food. other than that, i think she smells like basic weaponry-grade materials like iron, polished wood, copper, and gunpowder.

Bakugou: stinky boy. canonically, his hygiene's great but that's likely for a reason. he sweats a lot and excessively, and while his sweat is described as 'nitroglycerine-like' it doesn't mean it smells like caramel. the common description for nitroglycerine according to the brittanica encyclopedia is that it's toxic and has a 'sweet, burning taste'. the sweet scent is described as sharp at best--so while its totally okay if you wanna think of his sweat as caramel-like, i just wanted to clear up the misconception that thats what it factually is. ASSUMING his sweat still has a similar molecular makeup to nitroglycerine and has nitric dioxide, it would smell sickly sweet, if slightly neutral due to the nature of sweat itself being odorless when clean. other than that? bkg is definitely just a smelly, smelly boy. smells like sun and smoke and teenage body odor and burnt plastic.

Midoriya: SMELLY STINKY. deku sweats like, a lot. not only does ofa expend a ridiculous amount of energy and probably strains his muscles like crazy (forcing him to expel all that lactic acid in the form of sweat), but he also spends a lot of time just outside in general. science slightly aside, deku smells a lot like grass and dirt and just,,, the outdoors in general. he, like kaminari, smells very strongly of ozone (clean, chlorine-like) because of the sheer amount of energy output OfA has. Not expounding past the manga, Black Whip is described as a quirk that produces tendrils of pure black energy. This probably creates the same effect/smell as an area struck by lightning.

watching swim reels and reading books with your boyfriend rei ryūgazaki was very different than the runs you guys would go on regularly, or the days at the pool. of course you supported your amazing boyfriend with his passion and enjoyed spending time with him even if it was for running. today you two were curled up on a chair together even thought there was another one right there was just another thing very normal for you two to do. “rei, im going to go get a glass of water, would you like some?” you as your boyfriend, shaking out your legs so you dont walk with pins and needles. “i would like some love, thank you,” he responds, kissing you on the cheek in gratitude before scooting back in the chair so you can get up safely and more comfortably. as you stand up you immediately hunch over, almost going into a squat as you place your hands on your knees, the pose looking similar of that to when you would get winded after runs. as soon as he looked ahead your ass was in his face. “yn!” he exclaimed. “werent you getting water? what happened?” he asked lowkey concerned as to why you would be in that position. “rei, im so sorry i just saw black for a second and i hunched over are you ok?” you asked, seeing the concern on your face mirrored on his. “of course i am, why are you worrying about me? come back here and sit down ill go get us some water and you better drink a lot.” “ok, thank you baby!” you exclaim as you get comfortable, embarrassed from the moments earlier.

days like these when you and makoto had nothing to do were great. you two would just sit together and eat meals at his house and talk about either your week or your day or his. it was the best thing to do to destress and it became a ritual. in fact sometimes if you guys couldnt do it at his house youd do it at harus house. of course he minded, but he would just leave and go swim so no harm no foul. today was like any other, your daily routine with ‘koto happening just at the swimming pool with the rest of the club. as you finish up talking about your day and eating a quick snack, you two hold hands and lean back on some beach chairs. as you watch the race between rei and nagisa, you leap to your feet in congratulations at nagisas win. as you clap loudly and extremely hardly, you start to notice the pounding in your head from standing up too fast. then you register that you cant see anything. well you can see something, but all that something is, is darkness. just all encompassing darkness. but thats not what frightened you, what frightened you was the feeling of you losing your balance snd falling… falling… caught. as makoto watches you fall, he quickly scoops you up, seeing it happen in almost slow motion. cradling you in his arms like you were a baby, he gives you enough time to recover your vision and collect yourself before asking you, “darling are you alright?” “’m ok ‘koto. jus’ blacked out for a sec,” you mumble, feeling heat blossom in your cheeks from the embarrassment. as makoto sets you down on one of the beach chairs away from everyone else he takes the opportunity to scold you. “yn love, you have to slow down a bit. today may have been a slow day, but that doesnt mean you rush into things. youre a wonderful person and i am lucky to call you mine, but please be mindful. it would hurt me to see you hurt.” as he cups your cheeks and kisses your forehead you reply with a little, “im sorry ‘koto, ill be more careful next time,” drooping a little in shame afterwards. as he brings you to your feet, he kisses your cheek and whispers in your ear, “cheer up love you know youre always my #1 cheerleader and i wouldn’t have it any other way. now go, the others are waiting for you.”

watching your boyfriend haruka nanase swim was your favorite thing ever. you loved the way he glided with the water, how alive he looked, and of course you couldnt help but peek at how pretty he was too. today it was just free swim and no real practice, but the whole club gathered anyways for a little pool party. excusing yourself to go and help dry haru off, you walk over the music making your head pound. as you press a hand for pressure on your head, haru the always noticing boyfriend, saw and asked if you were ok. “haruu dont worry about me! now come on put on a shirt this is a party and no one but you has swim yet. were all inside lets go!” you say excitedly as you pull him indoors in the middle of him pulling a shirt over his head. fixing him up a bit, you two walk into the room, his arm around you as everyone whistles at how cute you two are. and intimidating. as you sit down in the “kitchen” of the club house for a sec, wanting to take a quick break from everything, haru followed you and say beside you asking you what was really wrong. “baby you have to tell me. im being serious just tell me,” he says with a pout, something he only does in private. “dont worry ill be fine, now lets go back with the others hm?” you reply nonchalantly, your head killing you. as you hop off the counter you realize maybe you had been a tad bit naive. relying on the counter you were previously sitting on, haru rushes to support you instead. “yn?? hey babe. oi look at me!” he says quickly and concernedly. rushing you to sit down he starts pacing before you mumble a, “haru?” when your vision had returned. “youre so dumb i could kiss you right now. but i wont. you wanna know why? because you scared me you dumbass. im your boyfriend i care about you. tell me these things i dont care about my friends, i care about you,” he scold yells. as you manage to chuckle a, “haru my head hurts can you turn the volume of your voice down?” out, he scoops you up and carries you fireman style out the club house and away from the party, yalls friends whistling on your way out but him flipping them off. as you lightly smack his ass and as he smirks you grumble affectionately, “thank you haru.” “i love you too babe.”

Pain, thats all Dream felt for a moment, he twisted and shifted, trying to make the pain go away, even If It was for a while, It was also really dark too, he has no Idea what Night made him drink, but he doesnt feel good.

He felt panic as he noticed his conscience slipping away, as he panicked around, he felt a huge pain going through his entire body as he fainted.

…

After moments, he woke up again, as he slowly got up, he kept hissing at the pain that still jolted through his entire body:

-"Ugh, this sucks" thought the little guardian, "I wonder what Night gave me", as he thought, he opened his eyes slowly and blinked a few times before brushing his hands on his face to try and stir himself more awake, but he swears his hands felt...different.

As he opened his eyes, he took a glimpse at his hands, his tiny gloved hands looked smaller than usual, he turned around slowly to find his oversized clothes laying around him, and the clothes he was wearing weirdly looked like the clothes he wore when he was younger, as the realization crept in, Dream slowly realized what just happened, as panic began to grow inside him, he nervously touched his own hand and face while searching for a mirror.

It didnt take long before he found a small, partially broken mirror laying around the room he was in:

-"...It's becoming increasily obvious...I can deny It no longer…"

And, with a tired and defeated breath, Dream spurted out:

-"I am small"

Dream sat back while crossing his arms, how on earth would he even survive here with this size? he needed to come up with a solution fast, before anyone dangerous come-

Dream's eyes widen at the sound of the door being opened, as he panicked inside, he quickly jumped somewhere to hide, and for now, he needed to be careful to not be spotted.

-"Ugh, now to see how Dream is-"

Night paused, looking at the clothes laying around, It was silent, too silent, he walked over and grabbed a fistfull of Dream's present cape as he began searching for any trace of Dream, but his expression slowly began changing from a calm and neutral face to a worried and panicked one, he moved on from the clothes and began to search around the room, Dream cant be dead right? It was only a magic repressor he gave him after all.

Dream quietly watched from afar, and with a determined face, began to crept closer to Nightmare, ready to jump out and hopefully succeed to escape, a moment passed before Night got a surprise attack from a screaming skeleton toddler, he climbed Night in a rush while he was trying to get Dream out with force, and eventually, the guardian was caught by one of Nightmare's tentacles, as the cyan eye began analizing him, Dream tried to angrily break out of the tentacle's grasp, constantly trying to bite and punch It, It was quickly getting tiring.

Night watched the toddler scream and struggle silently, his face with an serious expression, Dream quickly looked at him angrily and tiredly as he spoke out:

-"Night...I will..ugh...I will break free, let...let me go"

Night listened silently and looked to the side like he was thinking, and with a wide grin, Night answered Dream's request:

-"...no"

Dream gave a tired sigh at the response as the silence between them remained, well, until a particular oreo came in the room in a rush:

-"Night are you ok? I heard screaming-"

Cross paused and stared at the scene, Night holding a toddler that looked like Dream on his tentacles and the toddler looking defeated and tired, It also looked so dirty too, Cross looked at Night silently and confused, Night sighed as he started:

-"Cross, believe It or not, this is Dream...yeah, i know its confusing, and i dont exactly know what happened to him, but trust me, its him"

The toddler tiredly looked up at the ex-royal guard, and shot him a tired but "ready-to-attack" glare, he knew he couldnt actually do much, but he could at least try.

Cross quickly spoke up:

-"...ok? Soooo you have no Idea what happened to him and he is just a toddler now", Night nodded calmly as the toddler looked seriously to the side, at this point, Dream just wanted to sleep, or at least take a nap, and the tentacle had a really tight grip so struggling was quite Impossible.

Night glared at Dream and gently approached him with a wide grin on his face, as Dream looked at him motherfuckerly:

-"awwww, the little kid right here wants to take a nap?" Said Night mockingly.

"No, i dont, let me go Night" spat Dream rudely.

"Not happening little pal, you're staying here until i decide what to do with you" grinned Night maliciously

Dream stayed silent at Night's response, but still kept glaring angrily at Night.

-"anyways, perhaps we should introduce our new pal here to the rest of the team since It might take a while for us to decide what to do, shall we?"

-"yeah, sure"

As Night walked towards the door, Dream looked at Cross with such a serious look that surprised Cross a little, he didnt expect the toddler to suddenly look at him while he follows Night, Cross glared at Dream back, but this only seemed to make Dream look offended, they both kept "fighting" with shooting each other daring and sometimes offensive looks.

-"stop hitting me!"

Cross was having a hard time with bathing Dream, it seems that the little guy wouldnt give up so soon, It would be a miracle If he even behaved a little, but everytime Cross tried, Dream kept hitting him as hard as he can, and he also seemed very panicked whenever Cross succesfully held him, and then resorted to squirming and throwing water at him, honestly, Cross just wishes this would end soon.

-"I will not stop fighting!, leave me alone at once foul wench!"

Cross looked at him silently as Dream looked back with equal seriousness, they both stayed in silence until Cross handed him the soap and the sponge, as Cross tiredly got up to leave, Dream whispered at him silently:

-"......thank you"

Cross looked back at him with a questioning look, as Dream seemed to ignore the glare, he silently looked away as he left the bathroom, but not before whispering back:

-"......yeah...no problem"

Cross was eating his dinner happily, well, until Night requested him to call Dream for dinner, since he didnt come down from his room for a while, Cross lazily walked towards the room Dream was given, and then knocked on the door a few times:

-"Dream? You there buddy? Come eat dinner, hope you like soup"

The bedroom stayed silent, Cross knocked a few more times:

-"ok buddy listen, im not joking, Night is telling me to come and get you to get down for dinner"

A faint shuffling was heard from inside the bedroom, Cross waited a while before deciding to turn around the doorknob and opening the door.

All he saw was a little toddler cuddling to the blanket It was given, It looked rather happy and comfy there, but It quickly opened his eyes to stare at Cross, and in turn, shift to sit on the comfy bed he was on:

-"ah, you have returned, welcome back" greeted Dream tiredly.

Cross stared at him confused, why would he even greet him after all of the chaos that happened today, perhaps he was so tired that he gave up on the thought of attacking him? Well, If thats the case, then at least he wont have to deal with a angry Dream.

Cross approached Dream slowly and quite cautiously, as Dream looked at him boredly, the blanket he was holding was quite fluffy though.

-"um, ok so, Night told me to get you to come down for dinner, now answer me, do you like soup?"

-"...hmmmm yeah sure, soup is nice"

-"uh right"

The silence was quite awkward, Dream seemed like he calmed down, but there was still a bit of cautiousness in him, seems like they werent getting his trust so soon.

-"...so, will you come down?"

Dream looks down, thinking carefully and silently before a grumbling sound coming from his stomach (???) broke the silence, Dream got spooked by the sudden sound and made a scared squeak because of It.

As Dream took some time to calm down from the sudden spook, he slowly stared at Cross:

-"...fine, I'll come down"

-"good, follow me, or dont, its your choice"

As Cross made his way to the door, Dream quickly got down from the bed and let go of the blanket he was holding at the entire conversation, following after Cross silently.

- first of all i find starz funny bc for real i swear ive never freaking heard of it before, except for torchwood: miracle day which.... literally i never finished but thats a whole ramble for another time (bc despite torchwood being VERY bumpy, i found a lot of value in it, but miracle day was just. give us nothing! to me...help)
