OMG ANON…you get me. Daisuke has me in a CHOKEHOLD. Ok so here are how the headcanons are gonna go. Pre dating/confession. Dating and NSFW. I had another anon ask me to do NSFW head canons with daisuke. So why not kill two birds with one stone. The regular head canon r gonna be Gn. But the NSFW are gonna have some AFAB stuff. Still can kinda be read as Gn.

Crushing - Confession

- I believe Daisuke crushing on you would be a very, you fell first, but he fell harder kinda thing.

- I think that because Daisuke can be well.. a bit dense (still love him though). That he’s not really gonna pick up on any hints or flirting. So you kinda of have to wait till he realizes he likes you.

- When he does realize he likes you is probably when you were sticking up for him against Swansea(I love you Swansea but you still were mean to Daisuke🙁).

- It’s gonna be easy to tell when he likes you. This man is gonna be so obvious😭🙏

- We all know he’s eager to please right? He’s doing this with you 2 times more. Always asking if you needed anything, he’d be right on it.

-Little things to. I’m talking some laying his shirt over a puddle for you to step on. I feel like he tries to woe you with these gestures.(and it works)

- Daisuke loves listening to your voice. No matter how your voice sounds. He’ll go out of his ways to find you to ramble on about something. He thinks you look and sound cute rambling. o(^w^)o

- Also I think he just likes looking at you. There have been MANY times where Swansea has smacked Daisuke in the back of the head, cause he got sidetrack staring at you with this very lovesick grin. Staring like you personally hung the stars for him.

- Daisuke would be a bit too nervous to think of confessing first. So Swansea would definitely be pushing him to confess. He’s tired of seeing you two ogling at each other and doing nothing about it😒.

- Our sly little man some how convinced Curly to make a cake for him to give you. (I swear on my life curly is a die hard romantic but I’m saving that for when I do headcanons on him later)

- I feel like Daisuke would sneak in your room. Waiting for you to enter. When you do he lifts up the cake in his hands, “ Imadeyouthiscakewillyoudateme” He rambled out. Being scared you would say no.

- But when you say yes. I’m not kidding he shouted “WHOO HOO!!!”. It was very funny. Daisuke would quickly put the cake down and rush to hug you,

Dating

- I feel like the affection he likes to receive is words of affection and physical contact. And for what he usually gives. Acts of service and physical affection. Let me explain

-(Daisuke receiving) It’s a bit obvious that Daisuke probably hasn’t gotten a lot of praise in his life. So I believe that he absolutely melts when you give him these encouraging words. It can range from a lot. From a small, “good job” to a “I love you so much, no matter what.”. It makes him so happy like you don’t even understand.

-(Daisuke receiving) Idk it’s just a an itch in my brain telling me. I think he likes all kinds of physical affection. From holding his pinky, to wrapping you arms and legs around him cuddling. If it insures some sort of touching he’s down. I also think he like resting his head on either your thighs, or chest. Resting his eyes. PLEASE scratch his head or tangle your fingers through his hair. He loves it so much. Like it calms him down so much.

-(Daisuke giving) You can’t tell me this man isn’t at least a bit clingy. Not in a “if you talk to someone else I’ll kill them” type of way but a “ you make me feel safe and secure” kind of way. Does that make sense? Anyways, he loves flopping onto you when he sees you laying down. Like I’m talking full rag doll flop. I fully believe he brought a stuff animal on the ship. So he fully treats you like a stuff animal. Quick random switch. I don’t think he likes being the small spoon. Only because I feel like he needs to sleep holding something. I don’t think he would mind being big spoon. But overall he prefers you two facing each other.

-(Daisuke giving) We all know he has a knack for trying to be as helpful as he can. We can see that when he tried to fix the vent! To trying to crawl up it to save Anya… guys I can’t do this anymore. ANYWAYS. This man does not want you to lift a FINGER. He is so head over heels inlove with you. He’ll do anything for you. He’ll ask him to bring you a star and he’d ask which one. LIKE HE LOVES YOU SM AND JUST WANTS TO SEE YOU HAPPY.

- He loves kissing. Receiving and giving. From a simple peck, to kissing your face all over. He just loves it so much. He finds it so romantic. Listen hear me out. Non sexual neck kissing. He could be waking up before you(highly unlikely). Softly kissing your neck to wake you up. Just soft and sweet.

- Late night talks are a must with him. It could be about anything really. From what plot twist you guys thought would happen on the shitty soap opera you guys were watching. What ifs, what your guys future would look like, what you guys would be if you were animals. The topics you guys talk about are far and wide. But he enjoys the comfort of being by you.

- You can’t tell me this man isn’t a big back. Daisuke definitely brought a bunch of snacks with him. So he will happily share with you. He is a very giving person. But also expect to get your food stolen sometimes.. make sure you get extra food in your plate to give him the rest. He would appreciate it a lot!!!!!:3

- He also really loves spending anytime he can with you. Especially if it involves games. Let me tell you. YOU DO NOT WANNA PLAY DRESS TO IMPRESS WITH THIS MAN. He would cook you so hard in the game it’s not even funny. He’s literally in the top 10 players in dress to impress.

- Daisuke is willing to try almost everything. I full heartedly believe this man is a virgin. The furthest he’s ever gone is making out. So he’s eager to learn! He was a bit nervous your guys first time. But after a bit that nervousness dissolved into eagerness! I don’t think he’d be into hurting you badly. And I don’t think he likes pain that much either. But I think he would like his hair being pulled. Or maybe you lightly scratching his back.

- I think he would be open to having sex not just in your rooms. Either in random room barely used. Or a couple of times on the couch when everyone was in their sleeping quarters. Thankfully you guys weren’t caught!!! But Curly was wondering what that clear sticky substances was on the couch…

You both are still groggy but you have time before you have to get up. Hell sink himself into. Before thrusting as his arms are wrapped around your waist. His hot breath on your neck, as he trailed kisses all along it. Just because he can be a freak doesn’t mean he can’t be really soft either.

- Daisuke loves cock warming. Try. Try to prove me wrong. He loves cuddling. He loves being as close to you as possible. What’s better than combining the two! But after a bit he does get a bit impatient and starts to subtly thrust. He really is trying to not to be you feel to good!

im so happy other people have the headcanon of “qsmp eggs look like their parents + start looking like the people they hang most around” because i’ve had that idea since like. day one of the eggs lmao

i’ve only drawn dapper, but! i have many design ideas that i wanna write out (bc i might forget them lol), if you have any questions, feel free to ask them, I love talking about my designs, they are weird and silly and i love them all, i promise i will not be upset if you ask something i will instead by very happy

first, each egg started off basically as a blank slate (this is all with human designs in mind), just whatever is their defining detail but also pure white clothes, white hair, etc. but the more they hang around their parent(s), they go through a transformation and then look like their parent(s), typically after an emotional/impactful moment, like how pokemon evolve in the anime

second, to be more specific, every egg has different “Styles” that match each of their parents, as well as a few having mixes of parents (the beginning 8 [except Tilin and Dapper] and Richas w/ TazerCraft) called Duo Styles. All these Styles represent and resemble their parents in some way. 

Still, these Styles can change over time, fading when a parent is absent, or warping to fit the people (not their parents) that are around them the most. This came from the idea that BBH takes care of a lot of the eggs very often, even being referred to as another parent. but what if he hangs around them so much they start to look like him,,, as an example, now that Tallulah sees Phil as her father figure and wants him to refer to her as his daughter, she technically has two Styles, Wilbur and Phil, but since Bad takes care of her so often, tiny details start to change. most obvious, her eyes are becoming lighter, like Bad’s pure white eyes, as well as the tips of her fingers and fingernails creepily starting to turn into the charcoal black that Bad’s skin is. 

Warping to Styles can be stopped if the egg accepts the person as their parent, in that case, a new Style would be made, and the previous Styles revert to being not affected. 

Negative relationships with eggs or even between egg partners will reflect in the egg’s Style, for example, Mariana and Slime’s... thing they had going on? It showed in JuanaFlippas Duo Style

this is gonna be an entire essay, i’m sorry, but now its full on ramble time of each egg, some things will be vague, i’m just too lazy to try and describe it fully, while others i have more specific ideas that i wanna talk about ok lets get on with this mess:

Bobby - Since he had such a close, positive relationship with both parents, Bobby has fully defined Styles of Jaiden and Roier, both having full patterns and even a bit of color in his hair. He also has a Duo Style, again, very developed, comfy, and stylish. As for any particular warping, he wore fingerless gloves (Cellbit), had yellow and green accents in his clothing (Mariana and Slime), and had slightly light eyes but nearly had his hands fully black (BBH)

Chayanne - Fully defined Style of Philza, even to the point of having small crown shaped arm bands from his stories of Techno. As for Missa, his Style is less defined from not being around very often, but still very Missa, lots of bones and purples/blues. His Duo Style is more leaning towards Phil, but noticeably different from Phil’s Style. His clothing has soft yellow accents (Wilbur), a leather holster for his sword and one shoulder pad (Fit), and lately, his eyes are pure white (Missa Style already had pretty light colored eyes, but they’re now pure white from Bad)

Dapper - He’s basically Bad’s mini self, I’ve already made a design for him a while back, but it needs to be updated. After Baghera, he now has a second style! Lots of soft, fluffy colors and textures. Owns a pair of sunglasses that he wears every now and then (Max), has some brown accents in his clothing and a dark grey glove on his left hand (Fit), horns have bright yellow tips, his shoes have purple accents, and his hair is braided back in Baghera’s Style (Forever), and his clothes have gold and diamond details (Foolish and Skeppy respectively)

JuanaFlippa - With Slime’s Style, the ends of her limbs and hair were slime-like and green, and even had one of the slime creatures (?) that Slime has on his head and shoulder. Mariana’s Style wasn’t as defined, but still had the same colors and generally shapes. Her Duo Style was messy and vague, kinda like if you took the two main Styles and mushed them together, instead of being a third new one.

Leo - Very defined Styles of Foolish, Vegetta, and Duo. Foolish’s Style has many gold and emerald details, and is comfortable to even swim in (because shark). Vegetta’s Style resembles Trunks/Bulla from Dragon Ball because haha funny. While not being a parental figure, Leo does have a Roier Style, with heavy details of Cellbit. They have semi-red horns (Bad), black accents in their clothes (Bad and Max), and fingerless gloves (Cellbit)

Ramon - Duo and Spreen Style has nearly fully faded, but Fit’s Style, similar to Bad and Dapper, is very much like Fit himself. Lot’s of warping from Bad, charcoal skin goes up past his knees and elbows, horns are almost fully red, and eyes are also nearly fully white. He wears fingerless gloves and has a white streak in his hair (White streak earlier resembled Spreen, but is now closer to Cellbit’s hair)

Tilin - Never formed a Luzu or Duo Style, and his Quackity style barely resembled Quackity. Bright purple eyes and accents in clothing (Jaiden), bright red accents and spider web details (Roier), red/white shoes and green under shirt (Slimcicle)

Trumpet - Dan and Duo Styles vaguely resemble Dan at all, but it was still noticeable. On the other hand, Maximus’ Style was very defined. Had pure white eyes and red horns (Bad)

Tallulah - Again, Wilbur’s Style resembles Wilbur exactly, even after all this time. She doesn’t use his Style since he left, but it’s still exactly how it was since then (aside from warping). She had HEAVY warping from Phil, but since asking him to refer to her as his daughter, she now has a Philza Style. She has a lot of colors in her clothing, im gonna have fun designing her (i say, through gritted teeth) Her hair is now a lighter brown, nearly a dirty blond, and is braided back (Forever), eyes are fully white, hands are becoming that pure black, and she has many black accents in her clothing (Bad), a white streak in her hair and some dark brown accents in clothing (Cellbit), previously had dark brown eyes, still has light brown/blue accents (Fit), previously had dark blue accents(Quackity, not anymore tho), and her horns are purple (Jaiden). I’m gonna regret doing this once I get to drawing her design but its ok i’ll survive. maybe.

Richarlyson - Style for all five parents, Felps is the least defined but still there, and TazerCraft does have a Duo Style. He also has a Quackity Style, but that has been slowly fading since the arrival of El Quackity. Red horns and black accents (Bad), yellow accents (Baghera), and a few emerald details (Foolish)

Pomme - Has five Styles, but Kameto’s is basically just a dark blue dress since he was barely there, all others are very defined. Consistently has bright blond hair in all Styles (Forever), red accents in clothing (Forever and Bad), and has some black accents (Bad)

This is gonna be the death of me but I just needed to get these ideas and designs out of my head, I draw so slowly and I didn’t wanna forget anything so spitting them out in text form was my best bet, once i finish this kirakira precure drawings, i’ll start drawing these out, some of the wording might be confusing, i apologize, but it’ll all make sense once i draw them out

hey, i hope this isnt rude, but i value your thoughts on betty (and simon!) and i think about your various analytical pieces often.

so i hope this isnt too vague, but. ive been thinking about the ways betty and simon might differ from each other, specifically in the way they view...everything. do you think one of them has a 'sees the big picture but misses the small details' view and the other has a 'gets lost in the details, cant see the big picture' view? im not sure if they differ here, or if they are both the 'gets lost in the details' but going opposite ways...?

FINALLY getting around to awnsering this. i got sick so it took me even longer than i thought it would (had to wait until i could retain coherent thoughts)!!

Ok So, a lot of this is extrapolating (esp for betty) and goes very into more of a headcanons and Personal Interpretations area than a, like, canon analysis. in part bc the show dosen’t give us a ton of content of these characters (i mean, there’s plenty of simon content as ice king but im talking about pre and post ice king simon here). but yea im just gonna ramble. dont take this super seriously btw guys. again a lot of this is just personal Interpretation yknow

SO i think simon is definitely a “gets lost in the details guy”. at least like, overall. that man overanalyzes things until he goes into a state of paralysis and then he just passes out. in some ways he might better about this post being-freed-from-the-curse, on the basis of "had to survive the apocalypse by thinking on his feet", but also worse about it bc of the lasting impacts of having been ice king. because one of the Big Things about ice king is that he almost never thought anything through and just did things as soon as he thought of them. i think simon probably really wants to be Not Like Ice King and so might be scared of making choices too fast or acting too impulsive. i imagine he’s very worried about behaving like ice king and thats something thats in the back of his mind most of the time, impacting his confidence in his own choices & actions. but also f&c sorta shows that he has that issue of trauma responses causing him to have emotional outbursts and make quick decisions. so thats something to keep in mind.

i think he's, like stuck in a state of being scared to do things without thinking really hard abt them but then sometimes he does that and then he usually regrets it and feels really awful afterwards. not always guilty-awful even. f&c seems to show him feeling angry a lot. to me simon deals not just with guilt over being ice king or recovering from being ice king or Having strong reactions to things or making choices he regrets… but also with Anger At The Situation - a lot of feeling confused and not sure what to do and overwhelmed, i think . (i like that they let him be angry and frustrated, not just sad and depressed. i think this is very realistic to trauma related emotional responses)

the other thing abt simon is he tends to follow other people's lead on a lot of things. i think he just likes not having to deal with the pressure of making decisions. he seems more inclined to lead around f&c than around, like, finn, though. and betty. but i think that’s in part because he was taking on a protector role w them. but yeah. he does a lot of crazy shit in f&c but very noticeably does not really act as a lead decision maker. until they get to the vampire world and they get attacked for a second that man is yelling orders and breaking a chair over his knee and pulling out a pocket knife to carve it into a stake lighting fast. which i loved that. i loved that he gained so much confidence from being in Panic Mode when confronted w vampires Because those where something he had to deal with in the apocalypse when raising marcy. he had to know what to do for marcys sake. other than that tho he's usually making suggestions at most. and agreeing to do scary crazy shit lmao . EXCEPT he decides on his own in secret to try and contact golb . hehe (motivated by wants to see his wife)

(it also seems like when he feels more confident in something he's much more capable of making choices. (makes sense) he wasnt paralyzed by anxiety when going on that research expedition with betty, probably because he was literally getting a phd (or had a phd, the show was so weird abt that) in that subject. makes sense he knows what he's doing. and also is interesting bc in ep2 of fionna and cake when he goes on an Adventure with finn he's very scared and nervous, but then talks about how he "used to be quite the adventurer in [his] day", which fits into the theme f&c had w his character where he feels out of place and less confident bc his whole ass profession isn't really relevant anymore, and everything is so different from how it used to be. so yeah. current simon has even less self confidence and confidence in his own decision making than Back In The Day simon bc of that)

id like to say that…. i think that the fact that it took betty only a few years to summon and eldritch god to free simon from his curse meanwhile it took simon 12 years to get to the point where he kidnapped a guy to use in a summoning ritual to talk to betty is interesting. bc i really do think they both love each other, and are both obsessive and co dependent. but betty went off the deep end so fast, meanwhile simon took a lot longer to do something comparatively Less Evil for betty. i think that a lot of this is because simon is just less confident in his choices, more nervous about making decisions, and *slower* at making decisions. in part because of a obsessive focus on details (i also think a buncha other stuff contributed to the difference in how long it took betty vs simon to do differing levels of fucked up shit for eachother but Yeah that’s the relevant part.)

i wouldn't say betty is a "think about the big picture, ignore the details" person though, necessarily. maybe compared to simon she is, but she's still a huge fucking nerd. she's an academic! to me she's someone who takes issues and situations that are more subjective and translates them into concretely structured language in order to guide herself through what actions she should take (my friend responded to this with “so what youre saying is betty took a philosophy class and was like ‘aw yes! Math!’” and yeah that is exactly what im saying)

i feel like canon sort of implies this, and definitely doesn't Not Imply It, but i also think canon didn't flesh out her character very well, so in a lot of ways im making my own assertions. but i think she's the type of person who likes to view things in ways that are ....not necessarily less complicated, but more concrete? like she can handle an uber complicated math problem with ease, but the way a math problem is complicated is entirely different from the way a social interaction is complicated, you know. and she's way better equipped for the first one.

so, basically, i think betty would be like: Dosent see the bigger picture.... but in a different way from simon, where instead of getting caught up on and overwhelmed by all the little details, she picks a specific angle to view the situation and then focuses on That, often to the detriment of viewing things from a wider, more complex and nuanced perspective. so better at seeing the bigger picture than simon, but still can miss a Lot…

i also feel like she leans towards viewing things as "identify a problem/issue, then find away to eliminate it" and "identify a goal, and find a way to reach it" . like i feel like she'd tackle social and personal situations in this way. it's not like she can't do things for fun or anything, but like, if she upset simon she'd go into Solving A Problem Mode and be like: “The issue is Simon Is Upset. The goal is Make Simon Not Upset. First i have to identify Why simon is Upset, and then how to make him Not Upset. This is The Current Goal I Must Complete.” like, not in an abstract sense. like shes literally narrating that to herself. i think she likes to focus in on  "what's wrong here and how do i fix it" as opposed to dwelling on emotions and exploring nuance. (which may be a contributor to how she ended up in that “there’s so little me left anymore” state by temple of mars: she was so focused on Fixing the Problem that she didn’t allow herself to really process her feelings too deeply and that took a toll on her mental health.)

simon is maybe more aware of nuance, which could be part of why he gets caught up on details because he's like "this CANT be properly categorized into something more straightforward, there's actually a billion TRILLION little details and that is stressful". like simon desperately wishes things could be simplified down more but is usually like "actually no, a million things are happening actually". he's like me he would get upset if asked to rate his pain or feelings on a number scale at the doctor (i can’t do that shit for the life of me. Those things are far too complicated to put on a number scale in my eyes). meanwhile betty just will force things into concrete categories and steps and factors that Make Sense To Her with intense fervor and if she starts to have a "this is too complicated to address" moment she feels threatened and then tries very hard to reprocess things in a way that is easier, or just does her best to ignore the things that make stuff too complicated to address

i think betty tends to view things in medium-sized chunks that incorporate some but Not All details in a situation, and that she cares about small details and being thorough but feels like accomplishing the goal is the most important thing, so is willing and able to make a quick decision if she feels it's the only choice. like. she had a limited time before the portal closed, and she chose to jump through it, because she thought "the problem is that im not with simon. simon is on the other side of the portal. ill go there" it's not that she doesn't like to think things through. she loves to think things through! its just that OVERALL she is a Doer who wants to solve the problem and thinks taking action and doing something is way better than sitting there and missing an opportunity. betty will think through the details if she has time, but if she doesnt, she just breaks things down into whatever is most easy to digest and process, and then takes the option that seems.like it will get the most desired outcome based on the available info. and also shes just very confident and headstrong. and THATS.  why she punched bella noche

In my eyes betty likes having rules and defined, structured processes about what to do or how to deal with stuff. and she dosen’t really like changing those. she's very autistic. she hates change i think. so does simon. but i think that simon would be more likely to be like: the change in situation is so upsetting that it's making it harder to think and process things, so he just gets overwhelmed and has an even harder time addressing whatever is happening or comprehending it. meanwhile betty is quick to try and find the easiest way to rerout her thinking to fit the new change, she's just really fucking pissed off and stressed out about it (part of this to me is she hates feeling powerless & hates feeling like she might fail). she copes with changes in her surroundings by finding a way to connect the changed situation as well and as fast as possible with her pre existing methods of tackling situations. i think bettys also worse at handling changes in people than changes in situation. to quote my friend when we where texting about this “Situations dont have feelings”.

Like. Betty has so many skills. so much knowledge. but isn’t great with people. And she gets to know people and figures out how to understand them and then THEY CHANGE??? ILLEGAL. and so… like…this is literally her whole thing with simon!! elements seems to imply that betty originally views things as "simon is cursed, i have to fix the curse". but when she makes an attempt to meet simon where he’s at and try to interact with him as ice king, she is unable to handle it. she is upset that he is different, so much so that she concludes the only way to view things is to see them as separate people, even though it was implied that she wasn't doing that before! she was approaching it like he was Simon With Memory Loss…..but then she does her villain betrayal scene and now she's all "things will be back to just me and simon, and you won't exist" . meaning before she directly started interacting with him, she was able to view him as simon, but when she did interact with him for an extended period of time and found out how different he had become, she felt so threatened by this that the only way she could handle it was by switching her view in order to not have to confront the idea that simon could have changed that much. it also meant switching her view to a place where she would be okay hurting simon. but when he starts to protest, get upset, ask what's wrong, and worst of all, insist that he's worthy of respect, that starts to stress her out and she has to talk out loud to herself to reassure herself that she's doing the right thing

and in that scene simon goes "i don't know who this simon guy is, im ice king", which i think is a Big line - he's responded to simon in the past, but doesnt always. Like. he's inconsistent in whether or not he's aware that's a way of referring to him, which makes sense bc he seems to have memory lapses where he remembers things fine one minute and forgets them the next, them remembers about them way later. anyway having him say that simultaneously provides a Confirmation of bettys new perspective, but it also… isn’t meant to. i feel like, to the audience, its saying that "simon has changed so much, he's entirely different now. and this is the way things are, and betty should accept this, but she cant" . to betty its telling her she’s right, but that kind of sucks, because she’s not totally sure how much she wants to be right (she dosen’t want this to be simon, but she also dosen’t want simon to be gone)

(i think the idea of betty Swapping her perspective abt simon during elements as a coping strategy to deal w the panic of What If Simon Is Different + the moral dilemma of potentially hurting him fits nicely into the "betty has bpd" interpretation . my girl is splitting)

(also ik many people interpret simon and ice king as Literally being entirely different people but tbh i think that is way less interesting and doesn't make a lot of sense with the canon. but also ik this is partially because what people consider to be "different people" is subjective.  like it depends somewhat on ur perception of identity and stuff. also having different interpretations is valid and fair and all that - and adventure time is often very loose in its text and there’s lots of ways to interpret it. but whatever man im just saying my feelings and That is and Always Will Be the Same guy to me and i think that perspective is waay more interesting to explore than simon getting possessed by an alternate personality or whatever. so im just going under that interpretation….. i think some ppl would perceive the "im ice king" line as being a conformation of them as separate people but to me it's a more abstract representation of the idea that a Drastic Change has taken place that Cannot be reversed!!.... which. Ok eventually it is but tbh i doubt they even knew how they'd end the show by this point and i still think in the context of elements it still works very well as a way driving home both how betty is Not Handling the Situation Well while also making you empathize with her bc u also know how hard that must have been for her to hear)

i think betty is very person-oriented in a unique way!!she's codependent while also being low empathy, introverted, and in many ways socially inept,  which is an interesting combo! i really get the vibe that she has always struggled socially and had trouble fitting in, so attaches really heavily to people who she does feel a connection to, and works really, really hard to maintain the relationships she has. i like to think she’s scared of rejection…

i think simon is much more empathetic, emotion-driven, and in tune with others than betty, but i also think he can be Very bad at actually understanding other people on many levels - like with his obliviousness to betty being interested in him romantically until she spelled it out for him, or to the impact of bettys earlier sacrifices. simon also, with the mission to get the crown in f&c, despite his empathetic nature and love for his friends, does not seem to consider that putting the crown on would upset his friends. This shows a "focusing on one thing and missing something else" scenario, and perhaps more of a "thinking abt the big picture" (saving f&c's world) over the details (friends would be sad) thing. so that's interesting. (although i think part of this example in particular stems from his self hatred preventing him from really thinking that his friends would be upset if he did that. but in a sense it is focusing on big picture over details). So theres some nuance there i think

BUT Anyway, i think this issue probably is mainly with him struggling to read people, or fully understand others perspectives, despite caring deeply about people and feeling Upset when he can tell other people are Upset. he cares and he feels very emotionally connected to people, especially people he cares about…. he just isn't that great at picking up on things sometimes. (also. Worth noting, i think its def shown that while simon may be very caring towards his friends and is a generally nice and approachable, well meaning person who wants whats best for other people. He still is very capable of Hating People and Doing Bad Things On Purpose. Don’t want to ignore that. also hes very desensitized to bad things happening in many respects lmao. So its not like hes just always super nice and caring and amazing. He still murdered choose goose to death and That is via the power of choose goose being annoying and Simon Loving Betty)

Betty also struggles to understand other people but instead of being downright oblivious to certain things or being unsure and nervous she finds relating to people and understanding their actions and emotions to be actively difficult and makes an active effort to understand people in a bit of a scientist-looking-at-a-subject way. Which can be helpful sometimes and less helpful other times. like. it's good that she has a way to navigate social interactions . but also that way of addressing things isn't always conductive to a healthy relationship, especially when she doesn't really let simon in on the fact that she's making these sort of analyses where she's like "what will maximize Simon Being Happy and how do i accomplish this" sometimes to her own detriment.  simon is just like "wow betty is so confident and good at knowing what she wants" meanwhile betty is like "i will make the best choice For Simon" betty i think is better than simon at reading people but not good at Empathizing With Others Emotions or really Understanding or relating to the emotions behind their actions .

she also is shown to, despite caring So much about simon, not be very considerate or caring towards others (not the same as being low empathy & etc dw im not equating them. Its just on the topic of How She Views Others!!!). To be fair, we don’t see nearly enough of her interacting with people besides simon, but i like to think that she just sorta struggles to really care about and have compassion for Random People but deeply cares about those she is Really close too (but as far as we know, thats just simon)

OVERALLi think they see the world very similarly in some ways and very differently in others and it's an interesting balance. also they are both Autistic. In cconclusion !!

betty

likes to break things down into concrete concepts because she struggles to comprehend more subjective and nuanced experiences, especially in social situations + Feels more comfortable approaching things from a “scientific” perspective because it is familiar and easy for her to navigate; threatened by uncertainty and comforted by things that are more straightforward and well-defined

doesn't dwell on things a ton (esp not as much as simon) because she's very goal-oriented and focused on the Now. she wants to get to the next step. that often then means ignoring Her Own Feelings Or Needs if she deems Other Things to be more relevant or important than them (not good for your mental health) + this also means she’s better at making quick decisions! she cares about details and prefers to have All The Relevant Info but is willing and able to cut things down to a “wider-picture” that helps her make whatever choices will help her achieve her goal - that wider picture just may not always be the Full Actual wider picture.

struggles to put herself in other people's shoes - finds it easier to view herself as an outside party with the goal of achieving the ideal outcome in a social situation. In general has low empathy and struggles to understand/relate to others feelings, which impacts her perspective on things and how she handles/views situations.

(not really mentioned earlier but idk where else to put it:) i also think she has that Autism Trait where you focus in on a specific goal you want to achieve and struggle to focus on anything else until it's accomplished (and that that sort of thinking pattern happened with curing simons curse). where you put off doing anything, even things you could do, until something that you Need to happen (according to your brain, not the real world) happens.  Betty put off being person until simon was saved. she put Everything on hold until she accomplished her mission. and this is in a way a form of not seeing the bigger picture, because its overly focusing on a specific thing at the expense of others

(bettys better at balancing seeing the details & the big picture in a sense, but more like. she picks a medium sized chunk of what is going on and focuses on that and acknowledges details when able to but is willing and able to make split second decisions based on little info and is confident in doing so. but whereas i think simon might have more of a "sees the whole big picture but then gets caught up on the details" thing going on, i think betty just straight up focuses on One Portion of something, of varying sizes, which could or could not he considered a "detail", but then almost completely ignores everything else, viewing things as individual challenges or events that need to be addressed before anything else can be)

simon 

is someone who really likes to think things through, and can easily get hung up on details and can easily get overwhelmed by those details and sent into a state of anxiety-fueled-spiraling or decision making paralysis

this is worse probably for Current simon because he’s also Trying To DIstance Himself from his identity as ice king, and as ice king he had no impulse control and thought things through very little. so simon likely puts even more pressure on himself to think things through! unfortunately hes also Going Through A Lot Emotionally and sometimes that’s too much and he Dosen’t think things through and just acts on how he’s feeling. And that makes him feel Worse about himself and just Everything in general

he is more confident with his decision making skills if he feels more prepared/knowledgeable on the subject at hand or is taking on a caretaker role (like with marcy, or f&c). but currently he dosen’t have a lot of that going on so that kinda sucks for his self confidence. 

simon is better at empathizing with people than betty & at creating connections with others & is more caring towards people he dosen’t know that well - and so may consider Other People more in his perspectives on things. But on the other hand hes not always the best at reading people or understanding their perspectives, even if he feels emotional connections and cares about people, so he can easily overlook other people’s struggles or perspectives within an issue - even if he cares deeply about their wellbeing (very relevant to his relationship with betty)

he’s generally more emotion driven than betty, and dwells on & ruminates about his feelings, sometimes to the point of obscuring his understanding of a situation or his ability to engage with it. On The Other Hand this means he at least acknowledges how he’s feeling meanwhile betty is like “im classifying that as irrelevant information until further notice” lmao. 

he’s better at understanding nuance & subjectivity than betty but this contributes to his habit of getting-overwhelmed by everything & Overthinking

(simon focuses on details over the big picture overall. he easily gets caught up in details and panics. he traps himself in cycles of worrying about details that can paralyze him when making decisions, and so prefers to not have to make choices. BUT simons "paralyzed with fear of making decisions" state can often be overturned by the power of Having Strong Emotions and his decisions may be Less Good because of the power of not being great and understanding other people. he's very emotion-driven and currently suffering from a billion mental health issues so sometimes all that gets in the way of his natural over-thinking. hes got a better understanding of nuance than betty & is better at Empathizing with others and more considerate but not all too great at reading them or recognizing others Feelings or Behaviors)

Ok so prefacing this by explaining some stuff. Ok so I have listed all the neighbours but some of them are like. Related and stuff. Roman and Lois are married and live together, Robertsky and Albertsky are brothers and live together, Selenne and Elenois are twins and live together, Arnold and Gloria live together and are married, Nacha and Anastacha are mother and daughter and live together (Anastacha is also the only child in the apartment), Mia and Dr. Afton are engaged and live together, McClooy and Steven are father and son and live together, and Alf and Rafttellyn are married and live together. Everyone else lives alone. Anyways! ALSO A LOT OF THIS IS JUST HEADCANON THESE GUYS DON'T REALLY HAVE PERSONALITIES

Roman Stilinsky: They have a buisnesslike relationship. He hands over his papers, they let him in, you know? They now each other. 

Lois Stilinsky: They don’t see Lois much since she usually stays at home, but they do love hearing the most recent gossip from her. Still, they aren’t close but it’s chill. 

Robertsky Peachman: Robertsky doesn’t talk much, to The dOOrman usually just rambles at him as they check his stuff. They are kinda fine with each others. 

Albertsky Peachman: He talks more than his brothers, but he doesn’t really like small talk so they just check his stuff. Maybe asks a few security questions. But really not much. They still check on him and his brother at night but they don’t really hang out. 

Angus Ciprianni: They are ideoligally opposed to his existence. I mean they aren’t gonna be rude but they don’t trust him. He doesn’t trust them. They stare at each other for a long time and they scowl while letting him in. 

Selenne and Elenois Sverchtz: I put them together because. They are twins and I like to think they align themselves as much as possible. In any case there’s no animosity but they aren’t friends. The dOOrman is just their doorman. 

Arnold Schmicht: They think he’s cool as hell!!!! They’ve always wanted to be a writer so they pester him with questions. He’s glad for the conversation too, it takes his mind off the day. They also test jokes out on each other, Arnold likes to try and make his wife laugh and The dOOrman likes brightening people’s day so. Yeah! I like to think they like chatting. They do go to his apartment sometimes to hang out. They have knit him a scarf.

Gloria Schmict: Public worker solidarity. While they check her papers she gets to rant a bit about her day which is great for her. They aren’t the closest but she likes them enough to talk to them. They don’t try and joke with her pureply because they want to leave that to Arnold. While they aren’t super close they still knit her a scarf because they like her. 

Izzack Gauss: Eh? They exist to each other? I guess?

Margarette Bubbles: BESTIES. They are really close, Margarette was actually one of the first people to not really be wary around The dOOrman so they bonded to her. They usually hang out at Margarette’s apartment after curfew and chat with her, since they can’t leave their little room it’s how they get all their news. They are a very attentive listener! They also knit sometimes so Margarette has a lot of scarves from them, and Margarette always makes sure to pick up a sweet treat for them when she’s going home.  I also think they kiss who said that. 

Nacha Mikaelys: They are pretty good friends too! They are pretty similar and usually chat at the window for a bit before they let her in, and they go to her apartment for dinner sometimes. Generally just chill with each other! She also gets scarves.

Anastacha Mikaelys: They try to talk to her since they go to her apartment to chat with her mom a lot, but they aren’t really close. They do slip her candy they’ve hoarded though. 

Mia Stone: They don’t like her much since she almost never actually says she’s leaving so they can’t put her on the list. This is very frustrating to them. 

Dr. W.  Afton: He walked in once when The dOOrman left the door open accidentaly and they had a full day panic attack so they don’t like him. 

Francis Mosses: They rarely ever talk but there is some unspoken solidarity between them. Who knows why they act as different as night is from day. 

Steven Rudboys: I genuinely think these two would get along really well. Steven is a bit dry but he has a healthy sense of humour and appreciates someone other than his dad to chat to. They both have the same type of social awkwardness that makes them a bit slow on the uptake but REALLY funny when they hit the right moment so they’ll shoot one liners back and forth as The dOORman checks his stuff. He gets a scarf. 

McClooy Rudboys: They don’t feel comfortable around him, but they don’t hate him. They just don’t really talk to him. 

Alf Cappuccin: Again, he’s just one of those people who exists and they don’t really have any particular relationship they just kinda know each other. 

Rafttellyn Cappuccin: She’s pretty soft-spoken I think, so they try and talk with her as much as they can so she’s not so nervous! They make sure to visit her after hours to make sure she’s ok. They aren’t exactly friends but yeah!

Bonus round!

The dOOrman waves to any D.D.D. member that comes to get rid of the dopplegangers and thanks them for doing their job. They actually like the D.D.D., finally an orginization that is genuinely out here caring about the people who they are protecting. 

While they don’t like the dopplegangers, they do feel bad for them as their nature is too seek out food at eat just as their own nature is to protect. But then a doppleganger will copy one of their friends and they no longer feel bad.

Ok ok ok I'mma just infodump some ninjago element headcanons because I can't stop thinking about it and my mind decided to run with figuring out how all the elements work. All of this is just me taking plot points, running away with them, and shoving 50 different headcanons in there lol. Pretty long post warning, rambles below the cut

So -- We start of with the 'Origin Elements' also kinda known as 'Elemental Essenses' because they're the elements that make up all of the rest of the elements: Creation (Dragon-shifted), Destruction (Oni-shifted) and Balance/Green/Energy/whatever tf you call Lloyd's element. Now these 3 are the basis of all of the rest of the elements in the show, and it all started w/ the source dragons and the sorce oni or whatever the oni equivalent are. So there are 7 source dragon, and 5 of them were like hey, I don't wanna be like other girls imma make my own element and made the first 5 primary elements: Fire, Ice, Earth, Water, and Storm. One of the source dragons was fine with being like the other girls and stuck w/ creation n one was like yo... oni are kinda hot n made the element of balance and the FSM w one of the source oni. So that's how the FSM got balance, and then there is Firstborne who got the elements of Ice, Fire, and Earth, and Firstborne's younger sister, Wojira, who got the elements of Storm and Water.

Now during the war btw Oni and Dragons Firstborne was all in on it, FSM was like why am i so special just leave me alone and Wojira was like fuck this im out and Wojira runs off to ninjago. While in ninjago, Wojira gets corrupted somehow and turns evil? idk how tho maybe some oni maybe bc i said so. So that's how the FSM finds Wojira when they end up running off to Ninjago too. Then FSM n Nyad beat Wojira up n FSM sees the corruption that's been put on the elements of Water n Storm and is like woah that's not good n immediately tells the source dragons what happened. The water source dragon looks at the element of water n goes well, it found a master so ig it's not that corrupted we good. On the other hand, the storm source dragon takes one look at the element of storm n is like WOAHHH NOT GOOD n decided, hey, I could maybe split this element into two elements n then insead of one element with 98% corruption it'll be two elements with 49% each n i can handle that so that's what they did. Then the FSM is like hey, ik im already taking Ice, Earth, n Fire to make a landmass here but can I take lightning too? Pretty please? Then the source dragons give the lightning to the FSM and also give lightning, wind, and water Firstborne.

So that gives us the first 6 primary elements, Ice, Fire, Earth, Lightning, Water, and Wind; with Ice, Fire, and Earth being elements of creation/FSM, Water and Wind being elements of Wojira, and Lightning being an element of both. There are also 2 'outlier' elements, Time and Amber, that kinda just showed up one day n no-one could trace them back as secondary elements to any of the other primaries so they are just primaries as well.

That then leads us to the Secondary elements, aka any other element that ever appeared on the show. These elements came to be as the primaries have a habit of breaking off during transfer between masters. This usually happens when either an elemental master dies n the element has to find a completely new host or when a parent has multiple children, hasn't specified which one inherits the element, and the element is trying to move on. For example, sometime during the succession of the water element, the elemental master died and the majority of the water element was like hey person A is the perfect canidate let's go for them, while a small portion of the water element was like no person A is horrible imma go for person B n then made the element of Poison. Or, in an alternate universe where Kai and Nya had a 3rd sibling, part of the element of fire could think that the 3rd sibling is a more suitible canidate and go for them, same for the element of water, combining to give the 3rd sibling the element of steam.

This also means that because all of the secondary elements are based off of the primary elements, with enough training a primary elemental master could tap into and control a secondary element, granted not to the extent a secondary elemental master could. Like, if Cole tried hard enough, he could use the element of metal like Karlof, or if Kai tried hard enough, he could use the element of light. Now this is also where the Storm split into Lightning+Wind gets a little tricky. Because Lighting and Wind split form the same element, they have a natural affinity for each other. And I know that the Jay using wind s1 was an error n Morro using lighting was probably just because he was in lloyd's body, but i'd be rlly cool if Jay and Morro/Euphrasia could tap into the others elements if they tried hard enough. That also means that they'd be able to tap into each other's secondary elements. The combination of Earth+Storm results in both Technology and Dust, but Tech is lightning-shifted while Dust is wind-shifted. That means theoretically Jay could use Dust and Euphrasia could use Tech, but it'd be a lot harder than Jay using Tech n Euphrasia using Dust.

Ok listen call me emo but he LOVES going to graveyards. So many ghost Pokemon hang around there and pretty much no one is there at the hour you two would go, so it's super peaceful. Especially if the stars are out, prepare for a long night of comfortable silence and an occasional ramble about astronomy/ghosts.

B eauty - What do they admire about their s/o? What do they think is beautiful about them?

I feel like Allister is drawn to a person's energy the most, but that can't be seen so I'd go with eyes. Eyes express so many things, and he's gotten very good at noticing and reading eye expressions. He loves the way people's eyes light up when they smile or get excited.

C omfort - How would they help their s/o when they feel down/have a panic attack etc.?

It's Allister. He's chronically anxious. He of all people would understand. It really depends on what you're comfortable with, if you're cool with the eerie graveyards or abandoned buildings, he'll take you there. If not, he'll just bring you somewhere quiet and sit in silence with you until you feel better. He wouldn't let you suffer alone.

D reams - How do they picture their future with their s/o?

He wouldn't. He wouldn'y be able to comprehend that someone could care about him that much, he just doesn't see himself like that. But all he knows is that if you make him feel safe and loved, he will want to be around you for a long time.

E qual - Are they the dominant one in the relationship, or rather passive?

I feel like he's passive. He would have his own opinions but he would not force them in any way.

F ight - Would they be easy to forgive their s/o? How are they fighting?

He's normally scared off before anything can get bad. But if it EVER happened that you got into a fight (extremely unlikely), I think he'd just distance himself. He'd feel super bad, especially if he hurt your feelings. You'd have to be the first one to reach out. If you did something to hurt him, it'd take him a while to forgive you but eventually he will.

G ratitude - How grateful are they in general? Are they aware of what their s/o is doing for them?

I think he's completely aware, he just doesn't know how to express that he's thankful. But he'd start opening up as he gets more comfortable, and that's his way of thanking you.

H onesty - Do they have secrets they hide from their s/o? Or do they share everything?

I feel like he keeps secrets, but not in a malicious way. He's just either afraid to reveal parts of himself or just isn't ready/comfortable. Especially if they're more emotional. Just be gentle with him :(

I nspiration - Did their s/o change them somehow, or the other way around? Like trying out new things or helped them overcome personal problems?

You definitely helped with his anxiety. But other than that nothing really changed. He's still himself.

J ealousy - Do they get jealous easily? How do they deal with it?

He's not the type to get jealous, really. He might be discouraged if anything but I don't think he would be the super jealous type.

K iss - Are they a good kisser? What was the first kiss like?

It took a LONG time for him to even be comfortable taking off the mask for you in private. And assuming that he's in the ~11 age range, the most I think he'd give is a very quick peck on the cheek. He's still a kid so I don't think he would give anything more than that and holding hands really.

L ove Confession - How would they confess to their s/o?

There's a 95% chance he wouldn't. But in that rare percentage that he would, it would be very shy. As I mentioned in his headcanons, he isn't great with words so he'd probably just give small gifts and spend more time with you until you realize how he feels.

M arriage - Do they want to get married? How do they propose? What would the marriage be like?

He's still a kid. But if you guys are together years down the line I think he'd want to be married. It would be a very private ordeal, and the wedding would have very few people. Mostly his Pokemon in attendance.

N icknames - What do they call their s/o?

Honestly I really don't think he'd be into the cute pet names or anything. He'd probably just stick to calling you by name or your nickname.

O n Cloud Nine - What are they like when they are in love? Is it obvious for others? How do they express their feelings?

I feel like it's only obvious to people who are around him. His Pokemon obviously know a lot more than any other people. But he's a very shy person, especially when he realizes he has a crush. He'll find himself spending more time with his crush, slowly gravitating toward them.

P DA - Are they upfront about their relationship? Do they brag with their s/o in front of others? Or are they rather shy to kiss etc. when others are watching?

No. No PDA. Poor guy would have an anxiety attack if you did any more than holding hands in public

Q uirk - Some random ability they have that’s beneficial in a relationship.

He's very good at reading emotions, and good at just having a comforting prescence. He befriends ghosts, which are normally timid and hesitant, so it's safe to say he has a calming aura.

R omance - How romantic are they? What would they do to make their s/o happy? Cliché or rather creative?

Allister would show affection through very small gestures. If he's comfortable with holding hands, he will. But most of the time he shows his affection through giving trinkets or quality time.

S upport - Are they helping their s/o achieve their goals? Do they believe in them?

He's a gym leader at 11 years old. So I think he would have faith in his crush's abilities and would do what he could to help.

T hrill - Do they need to try out new things to spice out your relationship? Or do they prefer a certain routine?

He lives by routine. In fact, if his routine is ever thrown out of whack he doesn't know what to do with himself. If you plan it out with him he'd be more open to trying new things but he would still prefer having a solid routine.

U nderstanding - How good do they know their partner? Are they empathetic?

He is extremely empathetic. He has a somewhat docile nature and is very good at reading people (and Pokemon). So I think he'd get to know you rather well, and would pretty much always be able to grasp how you feel within a few moments

V alue - How important is the relationship to them? What is it’s worth in comparison to other things in their life?

Depending on what stage you guys are in, it varies. If you're just starting out there's still a barrier separating you two because the trust hasn't been built that much. But if you are further in your relationship, he values it a lot more.

He likes to draw things as small gifts and give them to you, whether that be a drawing of you, your Pokemmon, or even just something you enjoy.

Once you two are a good amount of time into the relationship, yes. Still not in public, though.

He'll have his Pokemon to keep him company. He'd probably write letters or send texts when he misses you

Yes and no. He wouldn't go way out of his comfort zones for a relationship, he wouldn't break his boundaries. But if it came to protecting you or helping you, he'd do what you needed if it was within reason.

YES YES thank you for asking abt this uhhh i have been dying to post something about it but i wasn't sure if other people would be interested ? since it's fairly niche but uhh apparently you would >.>

under the cut so as not to utterly flood people's dashes with my ramblings but! click if you'd like some unnecessarily in-depth discussion of 1) how the different realms in obey me deal with gender/gender identity and 2) my personal gender headcanons for the obey me characters. this is mostly pieced together from one night when i went all pepe silvia in discord but hopefully its now somewhat digestible. thanks for your patience! 

ok so first of all: all three realms interpret and approach gender differently. i don’t think any of them are inherently wrong or bad, it’s just unique ways of viewing the same concept. i prefer the devildom way of looking at it but to each their own :] it maybe goes w/o saying but trans people are supported in every realm, no matter how they view gender !

GENDER IN: THE HUMAN REALM

obviously, the human realm in the om! universe views gender pretty similarly to how our world does. this is sort of like our baseline, where humans generally view gender on a male/female binary. (tho i do like to think that this version of earth is more welcoming to nonbinary and trans people, just cuz i do like a bit of escapism <3)

ultimately gender in the human realm is the most simplified version we will see. i actually have a small headcanon that MC, regardless of gender, is referred to with they/them because this simple gender structure doesn’t translate over well to the other realms

GENDER IN: THE CELESTIAL REALM

with that in mind, we can talk about how the celestial realm views gender. this gets into the whole ‘what is the gender of angels/god’ which is probably outside my expertise to talk about, but i will anyway! 

the celestial realm views gender as, ultimately, unimportant. what matters about a person is who they are, like one’s willingness to help others. most of the angels present masculine and use he/him, as in the image of their Father. there are some who choose to use she or they or present feminine (or any combo of pronouns/presentation), but they arent necessarily ‘boy’ angels and ‘girl’ angels.

i’m a messenger of our Father

ugh, that’s not what i meant. what’s in your pants?

oh, so that’s where my halo went!

transitioning, for lack of a better term here, is pretty rare in the celestial realm, but it does happen occasionally. michael will update the records with their new name if they so choose, and celebrations are thrown heavenwide in honor of the angel!

GENDER IN: THE DEVILDOM

now, on the flip side, the devildom almost...reveres gender? since they’re the polar opposite of the celestial realm, demons tend to hold gender up into the spotlight instead of rejecting it. this is why we see so many demons presenting as men but having feminine aspects (like asmodeus wearing pink off the shoulder tops or the demons’ painted nails). 

for angels who Fall, this difference can be very jarring and hard to deal with when they become demons. expression is important in demon culture! while angels see all others as made in their Father’s image, demons emphasize the things that make them different from one another. fluidity of identity is particularly celebrated!

GENDER HEADCANONS: BROTHERS

now here’s the fun part, which is how i interpret these characters! feel free to let me know your own headcanons, i love seeing how others view the same characters :] 

LUCIFER: sure, he’s a demon now, but he still somewhat aligns with the celestial view of gender. to him, a person’s character is much more important than how they label themself. he’s just...lucifer. (agender man, he/him) 

MAMMON: has always considered himself a man! one of the rare instances of someone transitioning in the celestial realm. lucifer helped him pick his name :] (trans man, he/him)

LEVIATHAN: levi my beloved <3 ive shared some headcanons on levi’s gender in this post, as well as in the tags of this post. i think he really likes the freedom of demonic gender identity, and is very fluid (genderfluid, he/she/they/it)

SATAN: looooves fucking with gender, particularly if it irritates lucifer. he’s read a ton of gender theory and would love to have discussions about human gender with MC if they want. feels a connection to masculinity, but not to actually being a man (transmasculine, he/they)

ASMODEUS: loves fucking with gender even more than satan does. had gender with your mom last night ;) super gender non conforming, though most of the time you can’t even figure out what gender he is! basically the definition of ‘gender is a performance’ (nonbinary, he/she)

BEELZEBUB: probably doesn’t think too much about his gender. he was told he was a man so he just kind of goes with it. it’s really important to him to align with a healthy form of masculinity! doesn’t seek out pronouns beyond he/him, but wouldn’t mind she/her or they/them (nonbinary man, pronoun indifferent)

BELPHEGOR: similarly to beel, probably doesn’t think too much about his gender. he knows he enjoys being a brother and a twin, but doesn’t care much beyond that. he used to ascribe pretty heavily to celestial gender theory, but after Falling he’s shifted from gender apathy to like. seeing that feeling as his gender identity itself (agender man, he/him)

GENDER HEADCANONS: SIDE CHARACTERS

DIAVOLO: literally just a guy. like hes just a dude but in a slightly fucked up demon way (nonbinary man, he/him) 

BARBATOS: literally look me in the eyes and tell me this dude isn’t a he/they.  he’s not a man, he’s a butler (agender, he/they)

SIMEON: really subscribes to the celestial view of gender/believes that who you are in other people’s eyes is just as important as who you are in your own! doesn’t really identify w gender in any way since angels don’t technically have a binary to deviate from, but in human terms he is (nonbinary, mainly he/him but she/her ok too)

LUKE: also transitioned in the celestial realm! the brothers tease him, but if anybody misgenders the chihuahua, they should be prepared to eat shit (trans boy, he/him)

SOLOMON: started out as a sorcerer while trying to alchemize testosterone. he’s been living as a man so long that sometimes he forgets he’s trans in the first place (trans man, mainly he/him and occasionally they/them)

Love, at Last TodoDeku One-Shot

FINALLY I FINISHEDDDDDDDD. Ignore that I spent a week working on this when I could’ve been finishing “No One’s Chasing You” lol. It’s still on going!! If I get off my ass I’ll have it out sometime next week. In the meantime, enjoy some cute blushy oblivious boys.

This was based off of a headcanon I came up with for Todoroki: he loves reading romance novels, but he never quite grasps the idea of a relationship

Shoto Todoroki never knew what love was.

He could only vaguely remember his mother’s tender touch. He knew that he had once been loved, and perhaps he had even loved in return, but those feelings had long since been diminished in the sands of time.

Shoto had read about love. He could never understand romance, or the concept of giving all you had to someone, but there was something so innocent, so pure about a love story. The tales were so addicting, Shoto read every romance novel he could get his hands on.

The one thing these sweet stories could never capture quite right, though, was the feeling of falling in love. Shoto understood the theory of romantic relationships well enough, but he still couldn’t imagine what being in love actually felt like.

That is, until he met Izuku Midoriya.

Midoriya was kind to him. He regarded Shoto with a level of respect, reverence even, that he was unused to. Shoto couldn’t recall for the life of him the last time someone had honestly told him that they were impressed by him. No one else had seen his quirk as anytime by a product of his father. No one had seen him as anything else but Endeavor’s son.

“It’s yours! Your quirk, not his!”

Midoriya’s desperate words still haunted Shoto. The very night after their fight, he laid in bed, wide awake, Izuku Midoriya’s face branded into his mind. When sleep finally did take him, there Midoriya was again.

In his dreams, the freckled boy had become Shoto’s greatest source of comfort. In some dreams, Midoriya would be holding a sobbing Shoto in his arms. Sometimes, it was vice versa. Sometimes, they’d simply sit and talk. One night, they even kissed. Shoto had woken up at four in the morning, unable to fall back asleep after that particular dream. He had also found it quite difficult to look the curly-haired boy in the eye the next day, much to said boy’s confusion.

All at once, all of Shoto’s books made sense. Descriptions of fluttering hearts, longing glances, and blissful moments that had once confused his suddenly seemed so perfectly right to the heterochromic boy.

Suddenly, Shoto Todoroki was in love.

He quickly realized why the feelings described in his books never made sense to him. There was no way to make them make sense. There was no way for Shoto to concretely put what he was feeling into words. One moment he felt like flying, the very next moment though, he wanted to stay exactly where he was and never leave again.

Shoto had told Fuyumi about Midoriya. She encouraged him to “make a move”, much to his embarrassment.

“What good are all those love stories if you don’t know how to flirt?” She had exclaimed, incredulously.

“It’s one thing to read about it,” Shoto had muttered, face reddening. “putting it into practice is different.”

He rationalized that if he was going to “make a move”, it would be a natural thing. Shoto wouldn’t be able to consciously flirt even if he tried. The day finally came on a cold December night, when a move was at last made.

Midoriya had come over to Shoto’s dorm room to study for a hero law test Mr. Aizawa had been warning the class about. The cold from outside had seeped into Shoto’s room and Midoriya could feel it.

“Todoroki, is your AC off?” The green-eyed boy asked, wrapping his arms around himself.

“No, I think it’s broken,” Shoto examined his thermostat. “It hasn’t been bothering me, though. Are you cold?”

“A l-little,” Midoriya admitted, both eyebrows raising. “Does your quirk regulate your body temperature? The hot and cold could heat or cool your body depending on the environment!”

“Yeah,” Shoto cracked a minuscule smile.

“Doesn’t really help me, though.” Midoriya laughed apologetically, sitting down on the floor, pulling his legs up to his chest.

Shoto was quiet for a moment, before taking a seat net to him. “It can.”

“W-What do you-” Midoriya flinched in surprise as Shoto snaked an arm around him, pulling him into his warm body.

Midoriya wasn’t wrong; he was cold. Shoto felt goosebumps prick up on his arms before his natural body heat washed them away. He felt Midoriya stiffen. “Is this okay? Are you still cold?”

“N-No, actually-uh, th-this is nice.” Midoriya relaxed into Shoto’s gentle grip. “Really nice.”

“Mmm.” He was right. It was nice. Cradling Izuku Midoriya in his arms was literally one of his dreams come true. He was so small and so soft, but he was all so much more. Shoto had seen his grit, his determination, his selflessness. Izuku Midoriya would sacrifice the world to save a friend, and Shoto loved him for it.

“Weren’t we supposed to be studying?” Midoriya asked suddenly, still not moving.

“Oh, yeah.”

“…We’re still not getting up.”

“Looks like it.”

Midoriya laughed breathily, leaning over to grab his notes. Shoto impulsively wrapped his other arm around him, pulling the red faced boy into his chest.

“T-T-Todoroki! W-What-?” Midoriya yelped.

“You’ll get cold again.” Shoto rationalized “And… you feel too good to let go.”

“O-Oh. Okay then.” Midoriya slowly melted back into the taller boy, this time winding his own arms around his torso. “You feel really good, too.”

Shoto was sure his brain had been fried. All thoughts of studying banished from his mind, he ran his fingers through Midoriya’s soft curls, memorizing every contented sigh and shudder that left the boy.

He wasn’t sure which of them had fallen asleep first. The next thing he knew, he was being jolted awake as a flustered Midoriya rambled on in embarrassment and scooted away from the heterochromic boy as a confused Iida looked on.

Shoto’s arms felt empty without him. His perfectly heat balanced body went cold as Midoriya put distance between them. He wondered if he’d be a horrible friend if he kicked Iida out.

He had to tell Midoriya how he felt before he spontaneously combusted.

. . . . . . . . . . . . .

Shoto began going back through his old romance novels and taking notes. He skimmed the familiar, well worn pages, thoroughly inspecting each line of typed cliche text. He went through, underlining passages, jotting things in the margins, and copying dialogue into the back of a notebook. He had pages upon pages of confession examples and date ideas. The idea didn’t even strike him as being silly; it was the best way he could think of to plan.

Midoriya wasn’t a terribly private person, but he still got flustered very easily. A big public event wouldn’t do either of them any good. Midoriya could also be a bit dense at times. Innuendos tended to go right over his head. Whatever Shoto did, it had to be direct, but private. He figured a date would be the best route to go, that way they could test the waters.

He steeled his nerves during lunch the following day. Midoriya was deep in conversation with Iida about a new hero documentary. Shoto abstained from the chatter, opting to take in Midoriya’s bright smile as if it were a drug he’s spent far too long being withdrawn from. He noticed the way his eyes lit up, and Shoto decided in that moment that Izuku Midoriya’s beautiful eyes and charming smile were more than enough to light up the whole world.

“Midoriya,” Shoto hung back as Iida and Uraraka turned to head back to class. “Can I talk to you for a second?”

“Oh, sure!” Midoriya chipped, waving their friends off. “What’s up?”

Shoto swallowed thickly. Bright green eyes pierced his own. “Would you like to go get dinner some time? Just us?”

“J-Just the t-two of us?” The freckled boy’s face started to go pink. “Y-Yeah! That sounds cool!”

“It would be a date.” Shoto clarified bluntly. “Is that ok?”

“Y-Yes!” The green-haired boy exclaimed, a little too loud. “I’d love to go on a date with you!”

Shoto deflated, visibly relieved. “Good, we can work out the details later. We should go before we’re late to class.”

Later, after school, Midoriya pulled Shoto aside to plan their date. He said he had a place in mind he wanted to take Shoto, but only if it was okay that he took the lead. Shoto was more then happy to let him plan the date. He was just happy he still wanted to go. The boys agreed to go to a ramen and bao place near Midoriya’s middle school. Shoto left that conversation with a content smile on his lips, only for it to fall when he realized he didn’t have a clue what to wear. Fuyumi was FaceTimed the following night.

Friday night finally came, and Shoto found himself the victim of a brutal interrogation.

“You’re all dressed up on a Friday night?” Sero tugged at Shoto’s gray blazer. “What are you up to, man?”

“Isn’t it obvious? He’s going on a date!” Ashido squealed. “He’s clearly waiting on someone, right, Todoroki?”

“Yeah,” Shoto saw no reason to lie. He wasn’t embarrassed, just wishing his classmates were less nosey.

“Wha- seriously? Who?” Kaminari demanded, shaking the heterochromic boy violently.

“Please stop that.” Shoto warily removed the blond’s hands from his shoulders, head spinning.

“Ugh, of course the pretty boy is the first to get a girlfriend.” Mineta complained.

“I don’t have a girlfriend.” Shoto denied.

“You’ve still got a date, though!” Mineta pointed an accusatory finger at the confused teenager.

“Yes, but not with a-”

“Hey! Sorry if I kept you waiting!” Midoriya stumbled out of the elevator, hurriedly smoothing down his pale blue button down.

“I haven’t been here long,” Shoto assured him, breaking out of the small crowd of their friends surrounding him. He noticed Midoriya’s usually unruly curls had been patted down with water. It hardly made a dent, but the attempt was cute. “You look nice.”

“Thank you! This shirt’s kinda old, I was surprised it still fit.” Midoriya hooked a finger around the collar of said shirt. “You look r-really good too!”

“Thanks, my sister helped me. Ready to go?”

“I’ve gotta grab my coat from the hall closet, then I’m ready!”

“Let’s go then.” Shoto, eager to get away from his gaping and giggling peers, followed Midoriya to the coat closet, watching his strong, scarred hands slip his coat on. “I’m hungry.”

“Let’s go get some dinner, then!” His date grinned, his smile so sweet Shoto felt his knees goin weak.

He was hyper aware of Midoriya’s hand brushing against his own. What would it feel like? People held hands on dates. Should he ask? Should he just grab it? Shoto’s internal debate was distracting enough he didn’t realize how much Midoriya was blushing and staring at their swinging hands himself.

“Hey, uh, would you feel comfortable holding hands?” The freckled boy asked, blush deepening.

Shoto stopped short, terrified that Midoriya could read this thoughts. “Yeah. Do you want to?”

The boy nodded mutely, shakily tapping the back of Shoto’s hand nervously.

He felt the heat creeping up his neck as he hesitantly took Midoriya’s hand. It was warm and soft, and his grip as protective yet gentle. He felt safe.

Midoriya readjusted their grip, squeezing Shoto’s hand and smiling bashfully up at him. “Come on, Todoroki! Let’s go!”

. . . . . . . . . . . . .

Days later, when Shoto was re-reading an old book, he paused for a long time at a point that usually didn’t faze him at all. The first kiss.

It was always described as a magical, perfect moment. Characters would touch lips as though it was as natural as breathing. Was it really that easy? How did kissing even work? You pressed your lips together…. And then what? Were you supposed to do something else?

Completely and utterly confused, Shoto turned to YouTube. Without an ounce of shame, he searched movie kiss scenes, wherein he found the “Top 10 Most Romantic Kisses in Movies!”

Ah, so that’s how that works. He mused.

Confident that he knew the theory well enough, he texted Midoriya, asking if they could hang out. The response came almost immediately.

Absolutely!! You wanna watched that anime I was telling you about? I’ve got it saved on my computer.

Decided that watching a show would be a good guise as any to wanting to kiss, Shoto agreed, and headed down to Midoriya’s All Might-plastered room.

“Hey!” The boy grinned brightly as he let the heterochromic boy in.

“Hi,” Shoto took a seat on the bed, next to an open laptop.

“Okay, I’ve almost got it up,” Midoriya settled next to him, tapping the keyboard. “It has to load-“

“Midoriya. I wanted to ask you something.” Shoto interrupted.

“Oh? What is it?” Midoriya cast him a curious look.

“May I kiss you?”

If being asked out hadn’t broken the poor boy, this defiantly did. His face exploded with color, and his arms flailed in shock.

“K-K-Kiss?! Y-You wanna k-kiss me?”

“Yes.” Shoto quietly confirmed, a bit put off by the sudden panic. “If you don’t want to-”

“No! No, no, no, I’d r-really like to kiss you. I’ve just n-never done that before.” Midoriya palmed the back of his neck.

“I haven’t either. I think I know how it’s supposed to work, though. We can figure it out as we go, though.”

“Y-Yeah,”

The two were silent for a minute. Finally, Midoriya took Shoto's hand shakily. “I want to kiss you.” He whispered.

Shoto gently cupped his cheek, scooting closer. “Okay,” he murmured, carefully touching his lips to Midoriya’s.

It wasn’t nearly as magical or perfect as his books had led him to believe. The kiss you shy and awkward, and neither boy really knew what he was doing. But it was still sweet. It may not have been a perfect kiss, but it was theirs.

Midoriya pulled away first, but didn’t back off. “Can we do that again?” He asked quietly after a second.

And so they did. It was still a little clumsy, but to Shoto and Izuku, that was perfectly fine. To them, everything was right with the world.

At last, Shoto Todoroki had found love.

He had found Izuku Midoriya.

Neurodiverse Remus Lupin

And his loving boyfriend who helps deal with his shit though these are mainly Remus centric w some Sirius

So basically Remus has ADHD, which is a hyperactivity disorder but there’s much more than that so here’s a few of my glorious neuroatypical Remus Lupin and his boyfriend headcanons

Sure, Remus is quiet but he talks REALLY fast; to the point that it’s so hard to understand him and he usually has to repeat his words A LOT

Remus chews on literally anything. Pencils, necklaces, jumpers (both his and Sirius’), even his fingers. So Sirius buys him a rubber stimming necklaces, in high hopes that he’ll stop “eating” things that aren’t meant for his mouth. Remus wears it but forgets he has it so he still chews on things besides the necklace.

Sometimes Remus chews on his nail beds and cuticles and it makes him bleed so Sirius now covers his fingers in band-aids to make sure he doesn’t break skin and it’s the sweetest thing ever.

Remus cannot sit through a movie at all but the boy can read for hours on end. The apocalypse could be happening and Remus will kindly sit on his bed and read an entire book series that’s like 10 books long in one single sitting and the other boys just watch and question on how the hell he does this.

Hyperfixates on his ADHD? Hyperfixates on his ADHD

Remus seems to be really quiet and timid in public but if just him and the boys, he’s like, the loudest one out of the entire group. When Lily was finally apart of their little group, she was, well, safe to say she was definitely taken back by Remus’ amount of PURE ENERGY.

You never know what’s going on in his head. It’s like a computer with a million tabs open at once

Remus has meds but forgets to take them all the time. Sirius had to remind him nearly every day and Remus is just like “oh, fuck me”

Sirius just like, has to manage Remus’ days sometimes because Remus has no routine (besides his lycanthropy, which he even forgets sometimes, and he’s practically been like that his whole life)

“Uh, Siri... I can’t find my keys.”

“... Remus, babe, honey, the love of my life... they’re on your wrist.”

Remus accidentally insulting someone because it’s the first thing that came to his mind when greeting them.

Time management? Haha who’s she? Remus doesn’t know her

Shockingly does work last minute, and finishes on time and passes.

Sirius totally allows Remus to play with his hands and hair to keep him busy, especially if they’re waiting for something or together during a really boring lecture. Sirius thinks it’s quite adorable seeing his boyfriend so focused on his hands (or hair).

Stim. Stim. Stim.

Remus stims a lot listening to music, especially if it’s one of those punk rock bands Sirius likes listening to. Serotonin hath been provided for the boy and Sirius (because his short happy werewolf boyfriend is just, *chef’s kiss*) But like sometimes he does these little nose twitches (which are more like tics rather than a stim) or Remus bouncing or swinging his feet when he’s in chair like a five year old kid who’s eaten the entire candy jar.

Arm flappy thing when he gets really excited. There was a time when Sirius and Remus were on a road trip and omg their song came on and Remus was doing the flappy arms because he was so happy as he practically screamed the lyrics.

Remus, rambling about his current hyperfixation, and Sirius, merely admiring his adorable ass boyfriend who’s currently obsessing over whales.

Even though sensory things are more related to autism spectrum disorder (ASD), some people with ADHD can be like that too and Remus definitely is one of those see people. Example, he chews ice really loudly at three am simply because of the way it feels when he does it.

Remus tries his hardest to be quiet in public. Like the fear of people getting angry because he’s very much so a handful and could be labeled as “annoying” to many people and he would rather not upset anyone for being too loud. But he’s containing a lot of energy so sometimes it’s near impossible or he’s bursting with it as soon as he’s away from the public. (Sirius loves seeing him all excited and happy but hates seeing him feeling all down in public so they don’t actually go out often)

Some people think Remus is cool and ADHD is absolutely like, amazing and quirky but it’s a big struggle in his daily life, and affects him more than others think.

There’s these small things he does that Sirius finds cute but others have no shame in bringing Remus down for it, you know, being the ablist pricks they are.

Remus having to explain to some that there’s more to his ADHD than the hyperactivity because some asses just don’t understand and it’s tiresome because people don’t realise not everyone’s ADHD is the same (nor does it fit society’s idea of it)

Remus hates his ADHD so much; wishing he was normal and not just, broken

Sirius knows of his insecurities, showering the boy in many, many compliments and letting him know that Remus is just okay the way that he is.

Remus halfly believing in them because he knows Sirius is right but there’s still a chance Sirius is lying about it.

Sirius is the supportive boyfriend that Remus always needs. Remus having bad thoughts? Not on Sirius’ watch; not while he’s still living and breathing.

Remus’ ADHD being more than just “crackhead” energy because that’s not what it is

okay so i feel like fugo would be the type to slowly come to love someone . i also feel like when he does learn that he is in love w/ someone that he would try to learn more abt you and learn up on stuff you like and like ,, he 'd just try to learn as much abt you as he can . idk i think i 'm making him a bit ooc but like ,,, thats just kinda my hc for him . i feel like he 'd try and act a bit softer around you and just ,, try not to get angry around you . he 'd also ask bucciarati to like not pair you to up for any possibly dangerous missions bc a.) he doesn 't want to have to pull out purple haze ; b.) he doesn 't want you to get hurt ; c.) i feel like he thinks he isn 't strong enough to protect you and he doesn 't want to be a burden and make you do all the fighting so like ,,, // idk i 'm rambling i 'm really sorry i just have a lot of part 5 character hcs but imma stop now i don 't wanna waste anymore of your time (hihireads)

Oh my gosh, ok absolutely! i agree with you! I don’t think you’re making him a bit ooc at all! Your headcanons are canon now! Even though Fugo can have somewhat of a short temper, I do think that when he cares about someone he cares about them deeply. He most definitely would want to get to know you well, and tries his best to remember small details about you! He’s definitely the protect type - he wouldn’t want anything bad to happen toy ou!
