A system member who is an introject of most of, many, or all depictions of their source character.

Someone that identifies as a cladoject may experience:

Identifying with every or most RP character(s) that a specific content creator portrays.

Identifying with every or most depiction of their source character in fanfiction and AUs.

Identifying with every or most characters an actor plays in films.

Having specific portrayals/sources that they identify the most with or prioritize the most in their identity.

These experiences are not required to identify as a cladoject. The only requirement for identifying as a cladoject is believing the term describes themself.

The prefix clado- comes from the Greek word "κλάδος" to mean "branch" and is inspired by alterhuman terms such as cladotherian.

The -ject suffix is taken from "introject" and used for convenience and to serve as an umbrella term. Because experiences are unique and individual, -ject can be replaced with other suffixes such as: cladofictive, cladosomtive, cladofactive, cladoconceptive, etc. If subterms are coined, link to this post.

I am comfortable with this term being uploaded onto Pluralpedia, as long as proper credit is given. Message me before uploading it onto any other website.

Hey hi hello — I’m Michael. You can also call me Logan, Flipside, or just Flip. I use any pronouns with a heavy preference for he/him and my neopronouns, kit/star/it. I’m 18 years old, disabled, and a college student. I speak english and I’m learning Brazilian portuguese, in which I’m at a relatively conversational level at. (although I definitely do better reading it than writing it, at least currently.)

This is my system-centric sideblog. My main blog is @oil-bh , and my sideblogs are @michaenics (host sideblog), @deimosgunrange (host sideblog), and @urfavepairisdoomed (silly your-fave-is sideblog). Despite this, I’m not an avid Tumblr user, so expect this blog to lay dormant for months at a time.
