“ puck - ” she hesitates, trying to find the fine line between keeping her distance & doing everything in her power to reassure him that somebody cares about him. that she, cares about him.     because she does.     but she had the feeling this was more about the prior, the feeling of nobody caring about you. no matter how many promises or declarations you hear, the betrayals of trust that linger after someone you thought cared about you breaks your heart ---- they change you, & warp your perception of what it means to truly care about someone. & somewhere along the way it’s hard to remember a time where you weren’t entirely, unlovable.

that’s what draws her back. there’s a deep understanding between the two, one that she’s yet to find in any other man. that’s a personal pain that got in the way of so many opportunities for happiness for quinn. & she’d give anything for someone to remind her that she, was not unlovable.

“ look at me. ” she’s steady with her hands, deliberately placing one on his jaw while the other pressed against his chest to maintain their distance (for all too many reasons), & her voice is firm to make sure he listens. if there was anything she could do in this situation, it would start with getting his attention. not that it’s ever been all that hard before. “ i wouldn’t be here right now, if i didn’t care about you... don’t you think santana’s been blowing up my phone asking why i’m running so late ? ” it’s not everything she has, not even close to the full depth of her emotions regarding him & this situation, but every ounce of that feeling plays itself out in her eyes. eyes that softly gaze up at him to balance the fabray fierceness in her tone. she wants him to feel how powerfully she feels about this. she wants him to understand, even if it’s a lesson she’s still learning herself. she wants to do for him what she so badly wishes someone would do for her. she wants him to believe that he’s worthy of love.

as far as in general : sookie & eric in true bl/ood ( god, that was annoying ) , ezaria in pll ... definitely many more that i can’t remember rn won’t lie

My Opinion on;

Character in general: the ‘bad boy’ with hidden depths! when i first watched glee, i paid attention to other characters more, but with your blog, you made me love puck but ssh, don’t tell him! ;P How they play them: he feels very canon, honestly. from his fc to his mannerisms to his verses, it just exudes him. you definitely have his voice down! ^^ The Mun: courtney! i genuinely missed you so much! writing with you was such a blast and i’m ready to pick that back up again! when you reappeared on the dash, it was like you never left. you taught me so much, writing wise! you’re the stella to my mohini.

@oflettermanjackets​​​ ------ NOAH PUCKERMAN.      ⚑ our muses are mistaken to be a couple by someone else. 

       they’re hanging out in the frat house common room, finn’s long legs stretched across puck’s lap as they watch an action movie he’s already forgotten the name of. he’s focused instead on the actors’ facial expressions more than the explosions that puck seems enamored by, and the beer in his lap is not the first he’s had this afternoon. midterms are over, thank god, and he’s celebrating by letting his mind melt back into its usual place--- one that’s ready for parties and relaxing rather than studying until oh god in the morning and staring mindlessly at a test until suddenly, two hours later, it’s finished and he’s really not sure what he actually put down for his answers.

       today wasn’t the first time one of their brothers called them on being a little closer than friends, but it is the first day he feels as though his mind’s slowed down enough to really think about it. he guesses, in a way, they are. he’s never really thought about making out with puck or touching him the way he used to think about touching rachel’s boobs, but when he does it doesn’t really freak him out like it would have a few years ago. in fact, when he looks at puck, he feels... safe, supported, and understood. he’s been in relationships worse than that before.

       “hey, man, i got a question,” he asks, and he almost immediately regrets speaking up. to gather his courage again he finishes off the beer in his lap and, without giving himself more time to think, throws out, “you ever think about kissing another dude?”

OKAY CAN I JUST START BY SAYING I LOVE YOUR WRITING STYLE, AND THE WAY YOU ARTICULATE THINGS IN GENERAL ! NOW ON TO BLAINE - you are literally blaine anderson. reed who ? idk i just know a blaine. you capture blaine's personality so well, and it makes reading your threads so amazing. i haven't been back around here on indie very long, but it took me like 5 seconds to realize you're amazing and do your character so so much justice. you really make blaine your own, and write him so beautifully
