I naturally have a very flat monotone voice, and speaking with emotion is something I have to put effort into, and it takes a lot of energy. And lately I just haven’t had any energy so I’m speaking in a flat tone or just not talking and everyone’s on my ass about it and keep asking why I’m angry or mad or being bitchy and I’m not. I’m really just tired and that’s just how I sound. I’m really just stressed because I’m responsible for too much and instead of anyone helping they just tell me I’m so mature and responsible and like more work on me because I’m just so responsible.
