The arrival of Saint (KANTAPON JINDATAWEEPHOL aka OFFROAD) made me remember so much more about this series.

So Mon is a wanted man. He has crushes coming from So (THATSAPON RUENGKITRATTANAKUN aka MHING) but he also has Saint crushing on him.

Both Saint and Mon share a love for the game (basketball) plus Saint identified Mon as his ex. I had forgotten about that. Hmmm.

Then there is the cutie pie Tim (NATTAPAT SUTHISAWAN aka ZAX) who clearly has a thing for Saint.

OFFROAD in OUR DAYS and OFFROAD in LOVE IN TRANSLATION are like NIGHT and DAY.

Century of Love - Ep 10 Finale

This will be a general summary of the series.

Overall, I really liked Century of Love, except for most of the last 3 episodes, which unfortunately exceeded my tolerance for the soap opera genre, which is high, but also has its limits 😄 There was also too much crying, I don't like watching it and there's nothing I can do about it..

The plot also seemd a bit dull, replaced by an excess of expressive feelings.

And that's all the criticism, apart from that the series met my expectations 😉

DaouOffroad proved that they are one of the best couples in the BL industry, their natural chemistry has been maintained since LiT and they carried this story, this romance, and made the love believable. Apart from that, they are simply incredibly attractive and watching them is a real pleasure

Daou as a 100-year-old man was totally believable, conveying this specific vibe of older, grumpy guys. He was just as convincing when he cried, writhed in pain, as he was totally in love with Vee and discovered the joy of sex 😏

Offroad as a slightly broken young man struggling with adversity, poverty, his grandmother's illness, loneliness, who still retains his kindness and optimism was also very convincing and wonderful. It was obvious that San would fall in love with him, who wouldn't

special mention to Chibi San, what a kid 💯

the other characters (San's family, Tao, Ton and Third) were really nice, I especially liked how supportive they were of San and Vee and their genuine devotion to them. It's also good that they didn't make Third a jealous villain

Ju is one of the most wonderful girls I've ever seen in any production, EVER, but then again I just love the vibe of the Gen Alpha girls, so no surprise that she was my fav 💖

the humor, lightness, funniness, camp of this series was really good

I'm absolutely delighted that the series overall ignored the reincarnation issue and went in the direction I wanted, which was San falling in love with a specific person and when he made a choice, he didn't look back. And Vee was just Vee, no Vad in him, in his memories, his personality. San, Vee and Vad were all DIFFERENT PEOPLE

I like that the series showed that you can fall madly in love once. And then you can fall madly in love a second time.

I liked that when San fell in love with Vee, neither he nor the series introduced any drama with the "choice" between Vee and Vad. San only had Vee in his heart and only wanted him. 10/10, no bullshit, only true love

San and Vee stayed in character until the end. San "nobly and chivalrously" wanted to spare his beloved pain, Vee of course thought that it was all his fault and San was avoiding him because he didn't want to see him. Was San's behavior irritating? Of course, but just as it normally annoys me, here it surprisingly suited San, BESIDES the series showed that this was the wrong approach with Third's words and resolved it without stupid scenes and unnecessary drama and fight. Likewise, their reconciliation was very delicate and kind, as they are

San and Vee barely holding it all together, their last night together - it was very beautiful and moving. Such beauty, raw emotions, despair and nobility are rarely shown in BL series, but it also works best in costume series and soap operas. I also liked how they spent the last night showing that physical contact is not just sex, that it is something important in a relationship and is used to convey feelings

we got a happy ending and their nice scenes together, when they are happy and free

I can only hope that Daou and Offroad will get the opportunity to star in a well-written and directed series in a nice atmosphere on the set, and that we will see more of Pond and the actress playing Juu and her sweet face 💖

Being disabled and actually starting to live a healthier lifestyle according to the nature of a disability can be so fucking hard.

I know I'm right on the cusp of my quality of life improving dramatically from multiple different factors coming into play recently, but until those things actually happen, all I can do is stay in bed and sit with myselves (DDNOS-1B; google it) while I resist the urge to crumble under all the years of lost opportunities due to my chronic pain and mobility needs.

Like... I know I'm disabled, and have been my whole life, but my journey has been rough as hell. Before I got approved for disability status legally, I couldn't really work despite trying for years to make it as a writer (yeah, I quit, for a lot of reasons), while begging my family to help me out with affording mobility devices.

It took me almost 5 years of pleading just to get my cane. My mom, being my only financial supporter at the time, only ever reacted like I was just being melodramatic. Until I finally got in her face and screamed at her, "I HURT ALL THE TIME BECAUSE I HAVE TO WALK WITHOUT A CANE!"

Another 5 years of begging and pleading for help, and I'm finally getting an electric wheelchair so I can stop pushing myself to walk altogether. A family friend is the owner of a wheelchair and mobility aid company that's not only responsible for some of those awesome offroad wheelchairs with tank treads on them, and he's been sourcing some of the newest and shiniest models of wheelchairs for me with financial assistance, too.

It's just that, now that it's actually in the works and happening, the first thing I have to do is wait. He asked me a lot of questions about my mobility needs and what I like doing that a chair could help me do more easily, and then went off to Miami to a floorshow debut of some even newer-generation, specialty wheelchairs he'll be stocking.

I'm not not excited. I want to be able to move without pain! Of course I want to go outside without worrying I'll fall or have no way to move if my sciatic nerve goes berserk on me! But now that I'm actively waiting for something that's gonna happen, that's actually going to happen...

I've never been more aware of how close my bedroom walls are. I hate asking family members to help me with basic tasks, or even helping me pick up something I knocked over and can't bend down to retrieve/clean up without godawful pain. I've been bedridden for weeks now with what's turned out to be Endometriosis Appearing In My Abdominal Muscles. My PCP has me on a good pain-plan while I wait to see a surgeon (I'm trans so it also doubles as bottom surgery for me yay), but I've never seen myself for how limited I actually am until the promise of more mobility became a reality, and it's really hard not to feel even more self-loathing than I already naturally do.

I'm also angry. Angry that it took so many years of literally crying for help with mobility aids before anyone in my own family took me seriously, while simultaneously wondering why I rarely ever left my room, or even got out of bed, for almost a decade.

At least I have one escape hatch: The DDNOS-1B. I may be in a lot of pain, but Alex has been a champ at fronting for me for hours on end and greying out my senses so I can move around a little more comfortably with less pain medication, get a handful of tiny things done, and getting me fresh air. Sometimes he'll just sit there in front in order to force my perception of time to move faster.

I cannot wait to finally go outside in the sun again when my chair arrives. But until then, I keep remembering the words of Nando Parrado when he was trapped in the Andes and facing despair: "Suffer for a little longer."

ADHD is a gift and a curse.

What happened is I got a new machine washable runner rug that is more Our Colors for the front entryway, who's current rug is a drab burgundy, and before swapping the old one out I realized that I needed to mop up the mud from my boots from when I got the 4runner stuck offroading. Then as I was planning that I thought "well if I wanna swap that light there's no point in mopping up the mud before I drop tons of drywall dust."

See, when we got the house the entryway had this rug and this light. The light is alright. Kinda boring, definitely too modern for the house, but not awful. And then when you go upstairs into the first bedroom, you would see this majestic light:

That's right, she's got a titty out and everything. It's so awesome. I immediately knew that light needed to move to the front entryway. The problem: there was no conduit box under the original/worse light, and also at the time we only had a ladder tall enough for Cattail's brother-in-law to reach the ceiling (he's 6'8" or some shit, Cattail is 5'10" but scared of ladders and I'm 5'2") and a limited time with him in town. That was Thanksgiving 2021. It is now February 2023. I finally have the right conduit box and a ladder tall enough, and an ADHD train of thought that has put me in the mood to switch the light.

I got the old light down. I got the old mount out. I cut a new hole for the conduit box in the drywall using three teeth at the tip of my drywall saw. At that point, my legs and milder fear of ladders shut me down, and now I'm sitting in bed trying to recoup before work tomorrow. But...

The only thing my brain can think about is finishing the light swap.

It's not that many more steps. Cut away the exterior sheathing of the wires, slide the wires through the conduit box knockouts, check if I have to cut away more drywall, shove the box up in the hole, screw it into the wood behind the drywall, then wire and hang the light. It'll take me like two hours tops but I just can't finish it right now. And that's infuriating to my dopamine-deficient brain.

I have rambled about each one to give you a starting point, please write what you feel moved to write. I am very into stories about relationships - platonic, romantic, sexual and all the overlaps. I have loved Le Sserafim since the Hybe Picnic aka Game Caterers x HYBE. I enjoy their attitude and their chemistry, and I’m fascinated by their histories - the fact that Sakura and Chaewon were previously in a different band together, and that they knew Yunjin as well, and then you’ve got Kazhua speaking another language, from a totally different world of classical ballet. And Gold Maknae Eunchae too of course! 

I would be really interested by a fic about them and their interactions, be that a slice of life or something more complicated, ‘canon compliant’ would be fascinating but I could imagine wonderful things with e.g. X Files AU, buddy cop AU, omegaverse - or a canon-divergent where they meet under different circumstances. I would love something shippy, for any combo of these 4 including poly (to be clear: not anything shippy involving Eunchae though).

Like so many I fell for Vanner during Peak Time, and I’ve become increasingly obsessed with Taehwan and Gon’s married couple vibes. The dynamic between Taehwan as the sensible leader but also the band’s biggest cuddler, versus Gon as the choreography who joined them as a member, who is so wacky and yet so sweet. I feel pretty certain they’ve made out a non-zero amount of times, even if it was just to get attention in the club, back when they were far from famous and Dispatch was not remotely an issue… Again, I would be really interested in a fic about them however you’d like, be it canon based (and so much has happened to them in the last 2 years!) or some kind of AU (they would also rock the ‘buddy cop’ trope).

Love in Translation RPF

This is classed as ‘Love in Translation RPF’ but it was actually ‘Century of Love’ which got me into these actors/singers and their amazing chemistry. The scene in ‘Century of Love’ where Offroad is a nine tail… phew! I know they won a survival show together and obviously have done these two awesome projects since, I love and am fascinated by that ‘work relationship’ where they need to be so intimate and are clearly so comfortable with it and each other. If you’ve offered this pair, you probably have your own ideas about how you’d write them and please go for it! If you’d like a prompt, I’m up for all the classics: kissing practice, fake dating-turned-real dating, feelings realisation, domestic fluff :D

I really enjoy this adaptation of the Blyton books - it’s diverse, inclusive and the kind of show my young teen self would have adored. And as a young teen at a girls school, what I was going through at their age was realising that I felt a whole lot of certain kind of way about other girls. Daryl and Gwen are my favourite characters, and I’d love a story about them having that kind of experience. I do ship them - the foe yay, Drarry-style, is immense, and I love the idea of how *annoyed* they’d be at finding each other attractive as they grow up, and how blindsided they’d be by a crush. Gwen’s earnest romanticism and wanting someone to kiss her - maybe she’s got a volunteer closer to home? But equally, them reuniting as adults would be fascinating - possibly seeing each other with a girlfriend, how would that feel? Or not shippy, but one of them having that experience and the other reacting and incorporating that into their ongoing relationship.

There are several companies we have in mind that we have an idea that these would sell like madness people are asking how big is it it would be the size of a small SUV but the shape would have a lot more space inside like a Volkswagen Golf has space And we want to make it so you can order it as utility vehicle or an SUV and we'll have one size on 1 vehicle. we wil have attachements and each an electric motor no need for a pto which are dangeorus hard to use.

I have a bit more time this week and decided to catch up on watching BL series, but whenever I watch 2 episodes, I feel like another 3 new ones jump in their place. Today, seeing the Korean version of Why R U just killed me lol 👀😭💀 I guess I'll never catch up 🤷‍♀️. Especially since very few series really interested me so I feel like I'm dragging. Most are engaging but like "ok, I'm watching, because maybe the next ep will be interesting" or to just see how it ends...

At the moment I am watching the following series (starting with the ones I like the most): Laws of Attraction this series has it all, a beloved couple, an interesting and engaging plot, romance presented at a high and satisfying level. It's perfect, it's what I want, I look forward with excitement to each new episode 💖 Jun & Jun the series started great, it also has a nice couple, unfortunately the last 2 episodes lost "steam" due to the appearance of as many as 2 (!) rivals and devoting LOTS of time to scenes with them, which made the romance fall into the background (you don't do that, as Chains of Heart has taught us). But I think the end of episode 6 got the series back on track 💖 My Personal Weatherman it's actually quite nice, very old school yaoi Hidden Agenda hm, I don't know what it is about this series, but I enjoy watching it, although it has many flaws. I guess I just like actors 😎 Love in Translation It's only the first episode, but it's looking good. I like the main couple (especially Offroad, I liked him a lot in Our Days). The trailer suggests a nice series, although the Step by Step trailer also suggested it will be good (it wasn't), so I'm optimistic, but cautious 😉 Kiseki: Dear To Me the series so far is trope after trope, cliché after cliche, and all the old school yaoi manga i've ever seen packed in one product. And we see so many familiar faces! It's fine. Love Class 2 it's fine. Be Mine Super Star I just don't feel Ashi's emotional commitment to the relationship, also the series itself is very silly. And I keep waiting for a good script for JaFirst. They were almost there in Remember Me. They just deserve something good, not another series "feeding" on their good chemistry Only Friends I've only watched the first ep so far, and I'm waiting for the right mood to watch the next ep. TBH I'm not really interested in this one, might drop it if the second ep feels the same as first 🤔 Wedding Plan I also only watched 1 or 2 episodes. I WANT to give it a shot, but the plot, which I understand is pretending to be getting married to hit on a wedding planner instead of just going out with him like a normal person, is so incredibly stupid and cringe to me that I had to take a break lol As I mentioned, I WANT to give this series a second chance, I like the couple, but it may take time, I have to be in a special mood for it 😄 Stay by my Side dropped Stay with Me dropped, but maybe I'll come back to it someday :) Why R U I honestly couldn't even get past the first episode

I plan to watch Dinosaur Love and maybe Dangerous Pleasure, although I'm not a fan of PerthChimon pairing.

There are so many series, but in my opinion quantity does not translate into quality. There were times when there were fewer series, but actually more of them pulled at my heartstrings and I spent hours on tumblr reading awesome meta and experiencing, analyzing meaningful scenes, words, gestures. I don't have it now. Only LoA does that to me, a bit of Jun & Jun.. it breaks my heart, that one wonderful BL, Sing My Crush, aired all at once recently, making it easy to overlook and not getting the recognition it deserves. Idk... I just want to be emotionally (and a bit intellectually) invested 🥺 OR JUST HAVE FUN 🥳

Stellantis is bringing back the Warlock package on the Ram 1500 Tradesman for 2024. Introduced in 2019 as a package for the Ram 1500 Classic, the company introduced it to the sixth-generation 1500 in 2023. Now, it will return again as an affordable off-road truck, adding much-needed mechanical upgrades without the hefty price tag that often accompanies models like the F-150 Tremor. Based on the affordable Tradesman derivative, the Warlock package includes an electronic rear-locking differential, skid plates, a one-inch lift, 33-inch Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac tires, Bilstein front and rear shock absorbers, and much more, including a bunch of tech (the 8.4-inch touchscreen included) and unique styling. Last year, the Warlock package came in at $2,995, but its 2024 pricing hasn’t yet been confirmed. Other features of the 2023 Warlock package included blacked-out trim and badging, Warlock decals, an 8.4-inch touchscreen with Uconnect 5, a seven-inch display cluster, Apple CarPlay, and Selec-Speed Control. We assume this and more will be back for 2024, though the company hasn’t released the full list just yet. Opting for the Warlock also adds the Tradesman Level 1 Equipment Group as well, which includes carpet floor covering, a cloth bench seat, front and rear floormats, power sliding rear window, and Sirius XM. If you want more power with your Tradesman Warlock, the 5.7-liter Hemi V8 comes in at a $2,995 option as well.
