jokes aside yeah it's probably vanny/vanessa (together or separate) tied closely with springtrap (and thus afton)... their respective games may both be utterly scuffed mechanically but at least they can frolick about their nightmarescape worlds together. when i was a kid it was definitely the puppet/marionette, though, and i still have a lot of love for them -- just don't like the direction canon ended up taking for them/most fanon characterisations. i mean, i don't like that for afton, either, but i can least respect the balls to just switch the personality of your main villain whenever you get bored (and he's responsible for all the best parts of the novel trilogy, so) while charlie is............................................... charlie. thinking abt how satoru is one of the only adults in the jjk universe who can separate the child from the situation/cards they are dealt with… yuji took in sukuna as a host and he’s the only adult who sees yuji as a child/his own human being while other adults see him simply as “sukuna’s host” who needs to die. thinking abt how satoru was also one of the only adults who stepped up for yuuta and that’s one of the reasons yuuta appreciates him so much… same with when he took in megumi. at the end of the day gojo satoru is the only one in the universe that knows what it’s like to be used/seen as a weapon or Entity rather than a person and he won’t let his kids feel the same way/he’ll do everything in his power to make them feel better & actually LET them be children!

I imagine that nanami, out of all the sorcerers ever, is so Normal that it circles back to being crazy— i kept thinking abt how gojo says that "every jujutsu sorcerer is some kind of crazy" and started thinking abt nanami and how much he just yearns for a normal life but cant do that because his sense of justice and fulfillment in sorcery is much too strong for him to be in a normal life and caused him to go back and like—yeah no i can see nanami having that special type of crazy, that even other sorcerers would claim is weird KJDFGKSR

Vox can understand Velvette just fine. They don't necessarily need to get along all the time, but they have a mutually beneficial contract that guarantees her support in the most efficient way possible, just how they both like it, short and strict and to the point. Vox does not understand Valentino. It drives him unimaginably, disgustingly insane. He knows how to handle him, make no mistake. Valentino is a never-ending powerhouse that wrangles out content from his employees like there's no tomorrow. He's proven himself to be Vox's most lucrative investment yet. He is resourceful, well-connected and most importantly predictable enough to rein in. Because he listens to you, because he needs you.

He is also, undeniably, out of his goddamn mind. Yet you've already invested too much in the corporate empire you've built together and there is no point turning back now that you have him so close to your side. It's OK however! He couldn't possibly be stupid enough to throw away the best partnership deal he's ever had just for the sake of something petty cause -oh, wait - he genuinely might just be that stupid and you never would've guessed because he's so cocksure of his bullshit that 80% of the time it ends up working in his favor anyway.

Fuck his life indeed. The kicker for this of course is that Valentino, genuinely does believe he has struck gold with Vox. Valentino is a clingy, possessive, immature, perverted, sadistic, egotistical man-child with severe rage issues and zero impulse control. No he is not aware of this at all. No he does not know why nobody is able to tolerate him and why every single person he gets close to hates his guts with every inch of their burning rotting souls. All he knows is that hell has now given him a flat faced prince in shining liquid crystal armour, riding on a cash filled horse with promises of power and luxury, who's practically handing him success on a silver platter. Doesn't mean that Val trusts him, doesn't mean he doesn't enjoy seeing him lose his shit. But at the end of the day vox has his back, and as long as Val keeps calling for him, he'll eventually turn up and make everything better. they should do another tv show about the jedi but actually lean into an episodic nature. instead of having a static main cast, have a constantly rotating ensemble one to show the various ways the jedi help/live in the galaxy. like star wars visions except live action. i think that would be fun + add constraints (1 plot per episode) that would force the writers to keep each episode tight/not have the crutch of "we can expand this character later/add a random one-off NPC to introduce a critical plot point and then vanish forever" to fall back on. imo star wars has always done better with movies than shows and i think this would be a lovely marriage between the two. have a c-plot throughline tying all the episodes together for the final episode to resolve w/ cameos from characters that had episodes about them throughout the season. like atp they have so many of these mid to flop shows floating around might as well just add another one just to see if it breaks the curse. statistically speaking they've got to strike gold eventually
