So for the last 2 months I've fixated on doing redesigns based somewhat loosely on My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. I've had so much fun filling in the gaps and extrapolating until my version is less of a redesign and more of an AU.

"Ponies" are three species of sentient hoofed creatures that populate Equestria. They worship giant goddesses that fill the sky and ferry the moon and sun across the world.

Allegedly, yes. To her own sister, Courtney. There's a couple interviews done with her going into it, but I have to supply a grave warning for Discussions of Rape, Incest, Abuse, COCSA, and CSA:

I have to note, disgustedly, that Lily was also a rather prolific writer and artist of underage incest rape material, and it's alleged that a lot of it has been directly stated by Lily to be projections of fantasies Lily had about her sister. Just absolutely heinous.

The deal with Lily Orchard is slipping under the rug for the most part, because while these allegations are severe, she's in that sweet spot where she has enough followers to have a major influence on a lot of people but just little enough that nobody really cares. Ew.

There's also a series on her by YouTuber EssenceOfThought, though, going over her history as a creator (meaning, that one talks significantly more about her production of underage incest rape fics) and how she uses her platform to (allegedly) groom the (many) minors in her audience.

It's best to just watch the videos yourself, because I do not think paraphrasing these is at all a good idea. I will give the additional warning for Misgendering and Transphobia. Lily keeps doing it to EssenceOfThought (another trans woman) and Courtney initially came out the gate doing it to Lily, but quickly stopped. It's complicated.
