literally nuts that bethievesda thought players wouldnt like the settlement building. I have spent most of my time in fo4 just building shit. literally a fantastic tool to daydream abt ocs also

#one save i have for jaws and like.... idk. there is an element of depth that you get when you can literally create and live in the space #the area by jaws' bed is all knick-knacks and drugs and stuff to keep her equipment in shape.#her bed is a sleeping bag on top of a filthy mattress. all the doors in are powered and therefore locked in fo/4 logic.#she eats whatever she can get her hands on which is a LOT of meat. and a decent amount of pre-war food.#she collects her little games and magazines. she keeps weird little things like souvenir magnets and bobbleheads and toy aliens.#she looted a hand from the deathclaw at the start and it's displayed as a trophy in her home. she didnt even use the minigun; she-#-BEAT IT to death!#anyway.#oc; jaws #nonsense thoughts

I don't think I'll ever be normal about meeting Inquisitor Ameridan in the Jaws of Hakkon DLC. Especially not as an elf mage.

Here's this guy, and he's just like you! He's an elf, and he's a mage, and he was in love! He was made Inquisitor against his will, and he gave his life to save others, and they thanked him by burying his true identity under a sanitized, fictitious history. His best friend didn't come to his aid, and his best friend's son invaded the Dales and killed his people. His attempts to turn the Inquisition into something good were corrupted and misused to control mages.

And you think: is that what's going to happen to me? Will they forget I'm an elf, a mage, that I'm in love with a man? Will they turn me into a mindless figure of worship like Andraste, and use me for their own ends however suits them? I've given the Inquisition so much, will what is left of me be erased, too?
