When Some Of Your OCs Aren't Talking To You

So - I have a lot of OCs.

For many of them - particularly older ones like Corellan, Bas'riish, Ozibaumnu and Ulannium - I don't need to think very had about who they are. I know their stories. I know how they'll answer any question, and what the truth is. Answering OC asks for them is easy.

I'm very grateful for the OC asks I get about my less-established characters, because it forces me to start developing them.

The problem is... some of those OCs aren't talking to me. They are not telling me who they are.

And that is starting to aggravate me.

I may need to start making ... 'adjustments'.

This is why Tali and Neemah are in multiple legacies, even though Neemah is under-developed as well.

Hochix? Akhinom? I see you hiding back there. You are not in good standing.

Darwif? You are LUCKY I needed a Miraluka on that server!

Ahla? Rebib?  Urshenia? Tell me your stories, my Togrutas. I won't spare you just because you're pretty.

Ansonus? Grott'hu? Olonye? Don't think you're off the hook just for being new.

Zerahte? I actually played through your ENTIRE class story and all I really *KNOW* about you is you romanced Felix!  

Nowan Ko Detizu? Just because you're a supporting character in Corellan's backstory doesn't mean you're playable version gets a free walk!

I'm seriously thinking of cutting some of these characters entirely.

Am I the only one with this level of character creation addiction???

I called it the Green Legacy because Kayeh - my eventual Outlander - was a Green Jedi on Corellia before she was sent to Tython. (She was basically an exchange student.) And several of the others claim Corellia as their homeworld. Neemah, Vaykar and Rebib are all borrowed from other legacies while Chria is a non-OC character in my Adas Legacy, serving as Taeree’s bodyguard. More on her later.

She's completely devoted to her passions. Whether that means pursuing revenge on Baras, or her rivalry with Kayeh Antilles (in the Green Legacy) or her love for Jaesa or (in the Adas Legacy) her devotion to Teeanah and the Circle, she pursues her quarry with abandon.

She's... kinda evil. Some of those people didn't have to die?

Neemah was born on Panatha, and favored the "warrior-natures" of the locals. She also favored the Panathan flowers, which were once considered extinct.

The Beltane Legacy

So I’m dropping in Neemah, in the hopes that this will get me to start developing her more.

I like Mehio, but after Kayeh, I’m burned a bit on the f!Jedi Knight story. Nowan Ko Detizu is a “playable” version of an important background character from my Halcyon Legacy. I moved Valkon to the left of Toviq, since I’m feeling more committed to his story at this point. Deciding that Mehio and Toviq are also brother and sister was a recent development. Dalken is another fun little agent I ran around with.

But the stars - of course - are the Beltane siblings : Quoraah and Yolo.

I hope to do something with them all. For now, making a graphic is fun.

The Adas Legacy - Revised

Made some edits to this lineup. Teeanah - the central character of the legacy - is now front and center on the graphic. She’s a haughty, aristocratic Jedi who is slowly falling to the dark side. (She’s inspired by Count Dooku.)

I created a separate character in Wavanih, to replace Teeanah in the ‘Jedi Consular’ role. When not using her saber-staff, she’s a pure academic, and very sweet.

I wasn’t feeling Tridia Kressh in the Sith Warrior spot, so here’s Neemah Rath in her place. (Sith Purebloods are so pretty.)

Laht’al’ikran (core name: Tali) is about to become a featured character in three of my legacies since i find her a more inspiring character than some of my other agents.

Those eyes in the back? Those belong to the namesake of the Legacy. More on them another time.

Honestly, I mostly wanted to roll up some colorful characters. Most of them are terribly under-developed.

Character creation addiction is still a thing.
