Hey I just learned that Biomancers are a thing in Warhammer 40k, Psykers capable of controlling the biology of other living things with their minds. So I was curious if Lachesis was psyker biomancer?

I'd like to think so but you need an incredible amount of discipline to do other people. I believe that one of the best canon biomancers was a T-sons Apothecary! But Lachesis IS a biomancer and his legion used to temporarily graft body parts (like wings more so) for the tactical advantage and that was aided by his librarians. He's much more practical about his biomancy, and doesn't use it unless he finds it's needed. Other than that he keeps that ability a more closed off so not a lot people know about it. Horus did know about the true extent of it. He kinda stumbled upon Lachesis testing out his mount one time in the lab.

This is his "mount" and he seldom uses it when he's around his brothers as that he's is cautious on how they'd view it. After all, his apothecaries are seeded throughout the region AND some of the non-11th apothecaries were trained by him as well. Something about know a legion's medical history and being able to manipulate the body like this does NOT bode well (light hearted).

This ammount is, as you can probably tell, the same type of form his warp form soon takes. ANd That's another ramble for another day

trying to work out Lachesis' and Shatterglass' designs. i think i like Lachesis but I want to work on Shatterglass some more...he doesn't seem quite right.

context:

Lachesis and Shatterglass are the first pair of clones, made from genetic material obtained from Mantis as a kid during the 80's.

Lachesis is blind, possibly slight Marfan's syndrome, mild form of gigantism and albino. He's quiet and reserved, kind of fragile, and he navigates through his mind's eye (like idk. psychic echolocation or smth). He is unique for his ability to heal wounds and even bring someone back to life, provided they haven't been dead too long.

The only thing I have solid for Shatterglass at the moment is that he is good at...well, shattering glass and using it as a weapon. He can also create glass itself from sand and use it as defense or offense. I see him as boisterous, kinda rude, and a bit violent. He is the one who helps orchestrate Vesper's escape from the Novosibirsk facility.
