Juliana is the triplet to Jeremy and Jarrett. She happens to be witch, which she knew when she was a young girl. When she was younger, she told people, but they brushed it off as a child's imagination. As she grew older, she stayed silent on the matter, still believing she was one.

However, after visiting Jarrett in the mental hospital, the car she and Jeremy were in, went over Wickery Bridge. The only thing that saved her and Jeremy that night was her magic that she always knew she had.

After school, Juliana and Jarrett stood on the steps, waiting for Jeremy to emerge. Walking home together had been something they had done, but that was before Jarrett had gone to the mental hospital. That was before the accident that she and Jeremy had survived.

"Hey, sorry I can't walk with you two," said Jeremy. "I plan on going to the Mystic Grill."

Juliana heaved a sigh and Jarrett looked down at his shoes.

"If you keep that up, Vicki might get a restraining order against you," said Juliana. "Or at least, Lockwood would make her get one just to piss you off even more."

Jeremy rolled his eyes, "Are both of you going to the back-to-school party tonight?"

"No," replied Jarrett flatly.

Juliana shrugged, "No. That's not my scene. We better go. We don't want you to hold you up on stalking Vicki."

"I'm not stalking her," replied Jeremy.

"Yes, you are!" Juliana yelled. She attracted a few looks, and she took a deep breath and let it out. She didn't want to have an argument with her brother in front of the school. "She's dating the biggest jerk in town and you can't accept that. You plan on going where she works just to see her and flirt with her. You can't accept the choice she made. Therefore the only thing you can do is stalk her because she doesn't want you anymore. That's not love, that's obsession. I am not going to stand in your way of stalking. And if you get in trouble for it, then you deserve it. Right, Jay?"

Jarrett looked like he'd rather not be there. He always hated getting caught in between people arguing.

"You're overreacting," said Jeremy. He looked at Jarrett, as if looking for agreement.

"Uh..." started Jarrett, looking anxious. "I think I need fresh air." Juliana and Jeremy looked at each other confused. He pointed off to the side, "I think there's more fresh air over there to be had."

He hurried off.

"What do you mean?" Juliana asked.

"You're a reincarnation. Highly different from a doppelgänger. I happen to know of the Ainsley triplets' tragic tale, and you three are not their doppelgängers. I never heard of doppelgängers being born as a set of triplets. It could've happened, but I never heard of it. The most, you three would've been born in different families, not in the same one, like in your situation. You three are just reincarnated. It's a very interesting situation," Mr. Saltzman explained. "But that's all I know on the subject."

Jarrett: “You know how in horror movies, evil spirits write stupid crap on steamed up mirrors like ‘get out’?”

Juliana: “Yeah. Why?”

Jarrett: “If I was a ghost, I write stupid crap on steamed up mirrors like, ‘you left the fridge open’. Or, ‘your dog is now in the backyard’.”

Aunt Jenna: “You would be the ghost who’s just an ass in horror movies.”

Juliana: *shakes Jeremy awake*

Jeremy: *in his sleep* “Get the damn shovel and dig it up, jackass.”

Mr. Tanner: *to Jeremy* “I don’t get why you don’t just try harder.”

Jeremy: “Sometimes I think I can murder someone and then I think, ‘hmm, not today.’”

Jarrett: “The three of us know that you’re just lazy and don’t feel like it.”

Juliana: “Yeah.”

Jeremy: “Maybe they’re not just worthy of my time and effort.”

Grayson: *to Jarrett* “Sometimes you worry me, son.”

Jarrett: “Sometimes I worry about myself and then I realize how narcissistic that makes me sound.” *laughs* “I crack myself up. I should date me.”

Juliana: “…but people coming out of the attic?”

Jarrett: “That’s a lot more common than people think. People hide in secret rooms in houses all the time. I think there was something like that in Japan once.”

*Aunt Jenna enters the room right as Jarrett speaks*

Jarett: “Popping out like ‘I’m going to devour all your food, asshole.”

Jeremy: “I don’t get the freaks who smell underwear, like what is wrong with you, man? Why would you do that to yourself?”

*Jarrett smells a shirt to see if it’s fresh enough to wear again*

Jarrett: “Does this say saucy sauce to you?”

Juliana: “That’s savory sauce. Here, have some juicy juice to go with your saucy sauce.” *Hands him a cup of apple juice*

Jarrett: “Thanks bro…sis. Bro-sis.”

Juliana: “No problem, sis-bro.”

Juliana: “Just imagine walking in the woods alone and just hear this church choir singing.”

Jarrett: “The true horror of that sentence is 'church choir singing.'”

Aunt Jenna: “I need to teach you three how to drive.”

Jarrett: “I’m backing out of it because when you’re driving, I look out the window and see these people walking and I’m instantly thinking, ‘I wonder what would happen if she just drove into those people.’ She’ll be an instant headline, like ‘terrible tragedy’ and if she drove a little more to the left, the headline would be ‘there was no indication that she tried to stop’.”

Aunt Jenna: *stares blankly at Jarrett* “Yeah, you’re not allowed to drive.”

Juliana: “Am I the only one who sees someone standing on a ladder and just has the thought of going up to it and shaking it to see what would happen?”

Jeremy: “I hate when someone says, ‘you know what your problem is’? I just want to take whatever they’re holding and smash it in their face. I know what my problem is. You’re not going to fix me by pointing it out.”

Aunt Jenna: *very concerned* “I found a crack pipe in your room, Jarrett.”

Jarrett: *laughs* “Oh, I found that at the park when I was in the third grade. I thought it looked funny, so I kept it.”

The Darkest Nights - The Tragedy of Adrienne Ainsley

"I looked really deeply into what happened with Alistair, Adrienne, and Augustus Ainsley. I'm not an idiot. There were pictures of them, including 'recent' pictures of Adrienne. They look terrifying similar to Jeremy, Juliana, and Jarrett. Now Juliana thinks she's a witch and I wouldn't doubt it," said Grayson.

"Are you saying that they're doppelgangers?" asked Miranda worried.

"No, I think they're reincarnations," said Grayson. "I think Fate thought the Ainsley triplets a second chance. They weren't deal a crap-show in a time period that hated witches, so Fate decided to give them a second chance, by reincarnating them into our triplets," said Grayson.

"I just hope that Fate would be a lot kinder to them now than how Fate was to them in their previous life," Miranda replied.

"Yeah, let's hope that history doesn't repeat itself," said Grayson looking at his triplets.

"It's been said that in 1692, Adrienne Ainsley lost her brothers, her triplets, Alistair and Augustus. It's been said that they were her heart and soul, so when they did, her heart and soul was ripped away from her. She tracked down the guys who had murdered Alistair and Augustus, and killed him. She was a witch, and they were in a way, her two familiars. When they senselessly died, she did too. She tried to find a way to bring her triplets back to life, but she couldn't. She used the longevity spell, searching for a way to bring them back, but she couldn't.

On her journey to find try and bring them back, she lost herself. They were her heart and soul, after all. They were slaughtered after word spread that she was a witch. They were going to kill her, but she fled to a place called Mystic Falls. It's been said that there were still pieces of the boys that were never found. In 1789, she met a boy named Cyril Holloway. Miraculously, she fell in love with him. He was a charming boy, who didn't know anything her about her past, her two late brothers, or the fact that she was far older than him, but she looked eighteen. She had told him that she was a witch, and that made him fall even more in love with her.

Unfortunately in 1790, anti-witch hysteria swarmed to town and over one hundred people where senselessly killed on what is now called the Witch Burial Ground. One of them was Cyril, someone who Adrienne considered her one and only true love. That blackened her heart even more. She decided to find a way to bring him back to life as well. In 1862, she ended up meeting with Katherine, who had promised her a way to bring back Alistair, Augustus, and Cyril, but just like what she did to Stefan and Damon; Adrienne, too, was manipulated. After realizing that, Adrienne fled in the night, though through Katherine, she had learned black magic. It corrupted her even more.

Although she knew what Katherine did to Stefan and Damon, she stood by and allowed her to turn them. She knew what Katherine was going to do. In some twisted way, Adrienne looked at Stefan and Damon as surrogate brothers, to make up for the ones that she had lost so long ago.

However, hanging out with Katherine caused Adrienne to become cruel and vicious. I think Adrienne looked up to Katherine as an older figure that Adrienne never had, so Adrienne was trying to impress Katherine, except the vampire never cared about Adrienne at all.

Sometime in 1864, Adrienne wised up and realized what she was doing, so she took off in the middle of the night, disappearing as if by magic.

According to some other witches who knew Adrienne's story, sometime in 1890, Adrienne ended up back in Mystic Falls, where she stayed until the hundredth anniversary of what happened, right on the burial ground is where she took her own life, after spending a little more than two hundred years on the run."

Summary:

Instead of Elena surviving the car accident that killed her parents, it was Jeremy and his twin sister, Juliana. No one knows how they survived, except for her. She knew that her magic had saved her and Jeremy that night. When danger comes to Mystic Falls, Juliana realizes she has to tap into her magic and protect what remains of her family.
