it is day 126, I have lost all hearing in my left ear and taste in my right

Nereid Irene canon??

maybe but it’s just something for fun cuz I’m a big fan of these girlies even if they have like barely any lore, I’m gonna make a better design at some point trust me chat💯🤞🏽

also I am a big believer of the idea that nereids should have tails 🙏 idc idc it makes sense to meee

Putting in some new potential lore below instead of a repost

So I was up at 2 am thinking about irenes backstory and tbh it’s not that exciting and mostly mundane but then I remembered that nereids are a thing in tes lore especially since they show up in eso and I wanted to incorporate them into irenes character somehow which is how I came up with the idea of Irene initial being a nereid who died (still working on the reason why) and then was reborn as a Breton in Daggerfall a few hundred years later.

Actual big brain stuff right there. But then I also thought that this could be a cool way to have Irene and Mannimarco meet before the whole planemeld stuff, and it would be in the time period after mannimarco was exiled from arteaum and then he somehow has a chance encounter with Irene. Probably using some small “abandoned” ruin for his research but turns out it’s actually irenes home or something like that and then I suppose the two get to talking.

Irene as a nereid is curious about humans almost to the point of wanting to become one (hence the reincarnation aspect ig) so this naturally means she takes an interest in mannimarco and they form some sort of relationship maybe? Idk still working that one out as well but then at some point she ends up dying and I kinda want it to mirror her death at his hands when she’s a human when he sacrifices her or something but I want her first death to kind of affect him in a way that’s not too out of character for him.skip to a few years later, Irene is half unconscious about to get sacrificed until mannimarco notices a few things about this girlie but he brushes it off and he ends her ass💀 but as time goes on and the two have more face to face meetings during the main quest he sort of feels like he’s going crazy bcs he feels as if Irene is familiar somehow but she has no idea about her past life cuz she’s a dumbass.

also I was looking for names I could give to nereid Irene and I decided to settle on the name Cyrene because not only is it similar to her human name but also because Cyrene is the name of a nymph in Greek mythology, (Yas) who was known for her beauty and strength and those are aspects that fit into irenes character 😋

so I’ll probably have to come up with designs and weapons for the other three when they’re in their undaunted era

I’m bored and its 1am so I’m trying to come up with a little redesign of the emperors regalia costume that you get to wear when you beat molag bals ass and I have this for now

A quick-ish sketch but I’m gonna come up with a few variants. I want to incorporate some form of dragon imagery here and there for Akatosh obviously but the helmet is something that I want to change the most because i do not like the helmet In game lol my vestige takes off the helmet mid fight and slam dunks it onto molag bcs it’s a bit of an inconvenience tbh (she ate🤷🏽‍♀️) I think it might take awhile to finish cuz I’m gonna be using my phone + finger and ibis paint instead of my usual computer and drawing pad so wish me luck💀
