Thank you so much to @cadhla182 for another home run on this art of my NRP OC (brace yourself) Empress Benalla Amah Constantina Varletta, First and Only of Her Name, Empress of the Forinann Hegemony and one of my major blorbos. It would take too long to go into detail about everything I love about this piece, from the detailing on the weapon sheathes to the lustrousness of her hair, but I think it's safe to say that Cadhla blew me away once again! thinking about my Moldavia OC. Anyway my human name ideas for her are: Constantina, Ștefania(or perhaps, Ștefana), Cornelia (kinda)

I kinda want to give her the surname Dragoș, bcs one of the first rules of Moldavia was named Dragoș I think (I suck at remembering stuff sometimes & I am not able to fact check it atm). I guess if she were to be a boy she would simply have it as a first name.

Connie is a commoner born with a lot of energy. She loves to laugh and play physical games. It made sense that she manifested rubber magic because her parents would describe her as a child that bounced off the walls. Her parents were too burnt out to entertain Connie's constant need to play.

One day it reached a breaking point and her parents blew up at her, saying hurtful things. They called her annoying and wished she was born a normal girl. Connie ran away from home and broke down crying in the woods. Her cries drew the attention of a massive wild beast. She used her rubber magic to defend herself but was running low on mana. Before it could harm her, it was sliced up by Captain Jack. Jack was out hunting and thanked her for crying so loud so it was easier to track down his game. His Vice Captain Amiris wasn't too far behind him trying to get him to come back to work. Amiris was attentive to Connie and gave her the reassurance she needed to go back home. Connie apologized to her parents for running away and decided to focus her playful energy on training her magic. The same year she was awarded a grimoire was the same year she went for the Magic Knights Exam. She passed and chose the Green Mantises because she was starstruck by Captain Jack. Connie deeply admires Vice Captain Amiris who she refers to as "senpai" when not in a formal setting. Amiris and her older squadmate En treat her as if she were their younger sister and soothe her whenever she gets too overzealous. She spent a lot of time tormenting Sekke before he became the king's assistant. During the Royal Knight exam, she set her eyes on Luck Voltia as a new playmate. They hit it off and eventually realized they were more than friends.

Connie also goes by she/they pronouns.

Okay I’m trying to pick a name for my new OC and the way I do that is I keep a note open while I just sit there and look up names and just write ones down that I like. But I just find it funny that they all end in ‘a’ and idk how I did that. Anyways here’s my options and I can’t decide:

Anyway! Mainly I have these 6, they are part of a very recent project I named (temporarily) 'Convent" so they don't really have a concrete idea yet, but a collection of ideas...

So far, they are part of a cult that gave them their magical powers, and they hunt espectros (specters/ghosts) for reasons that are unknown to them. They just know it is part of their job as magical girls. You see the cross in their pupils? They have magical eyes that allow them to identify/see the espectros. They can deactivate and activate this at will ( like Dolores that doesn't have them because she is scared of espectros lol and rather not see them)

The first one I created was Isabela (Pink Magical girl) , and I want it to be a story about her discovering the secrets of the cult and job she respects so much, with the other girls being part of this.

That's pretty much it for them so far!!

As for other magical girls...I have one more named Stella! She is an idol magical girl. She was supposed to be the protag of one-shot / storybook-like project . I have been working on redesigning her tho ^^
