I think it's funny I keep seeing posts like "anders is going to be experiencing his calling soon :(" and "the warden is probably dying in the deep roads rn..." About the veilguard and. For YALL maybe. Not me. My warden found a cure and the first thing she did was hunt down Anders to shove it down his throat. Shes now happily married to Morrigan. They have double dates with Hawke and Anders sometimes they're living the life

Two people who are extremely competent on their own become dumbasses when put in the wardens together, apparently.

I'm such a sucker for anders and Amell/Surana friendship these guys have been on my brain all fucking week I love them sm... Pounce is just happy to be included

Local mage leaves the circle for the first time, realizes she's bisexual while trying to stop the apocalypse. I feel like my bias towards Morrigan shone through while I was drawing this help I'm sorry the lesbianism just doesn't sleep <//3

Anyways I think a Morrigan romance with a female warden would play out very very different from her canon romance. Because there is no way in hell she has 1) realized she's bi pre origins and 2) come to terms with that enough to you know. Be able to start a romance THAT quickly. I think there would be a solid few weeks where Morrigan throws prickly barbs at the warden, and can eventually be confronted about these remarks (I think this confrontation would happen around when Zevran joins the group). Certain dialogue choices would lead to her admitting/realizing her growing desires towards the warden, and then the romance would proceed as normal

Or maybe this is an elaborate excuse to draw Morrigan and Aviae with killer tension idk

I got the warden battle mage armor earlier in inquisiton and when I put it on Dorian I immediately knew I had to draw Aviae in this so. My girl!!!!

Love that when a warden decides to seduce the guard to escape fort drakon, Alistair is standing in the background like 🧍. They don't even acknowledge him it's so funny.

I love my canon dragon age worldstate, because not a SINGLE one of those love intrests would get along.

Like. I feel most of my protagonist get along well (Surana and Hawke are very close friends in canon). None of them would actively start a fight with each other yk?

Their partners however. Put Morrigan, Anders, Sera and Lucanis in a room together and somebody is going to die. I cannot think of a single scenario in which that doesn't end with blood. It's so fun to me

I like the idea of an extremely pro mage/ anti chantry warden getting watered down and basically propagandatized by the chantry

Like Aviae hates the circles with a passion, and is actively outspoken about that. Shes killed templar's by the end of awakening, and has almost zero remorse about doing so because they hurt her best friend! Her whole life has been spent under Templar control and she's angry and pissed off about it. She may have played the perfect pupil in the circle (only because she was terrified, she was so scared of the brand that it made her sick to her stomach) but now that shes out? She refuses to be quiet about it

However. The chantry can't have someone that important speaking ill about them, can they? Luckily, Aviae has a distaste for politics (even if she becomes fairly okay at them out of necessity), and generally avoids the public eye so the chantry does what they do best (and lies). The hero of Fereldan? Oh yes, she was a Circle mage. Yes she was the epitome of a good mage; she followed the rules and did as she was told. In fact, her success just proves how well the circles work! If it weren't for her years of discipline, surely Fereldan would have been doomed to fail.

Idk I really like the idea of the hof being used as a form of propaganda by the circle, especially non human and mage origins. Even better if they died killing the Archdemon because what are they gonna do, contradict them? They cant! They're dead and their image is being used as propaganda
