Considering a lot of the Straw Hats and Kid Pirates can not communicate with Tobiuo without her own crewmates there to translate her sign for her, Franky gifts Tobiuo a hand crafted 'voice-box' so she can use her chords in the air alongside the sea. It is not waterproof, and is more a novelty item than anything else. Franky was very kind about approaching the Fishwoman, and she appreciated his thoughtfulness.

The catch: the setting is stuck at a deep baritone, mimicking the beautiful 'Terry Crews'.

Tobiuo will not let Franky adjust the setting. She thinks she sounds fine as hell. Law is not so pleased about it, and has been attempting to have Franky fix it so she either sounds the way she does in the sea, or remove it from her all together.

Tobiuo has been a menace, especially flirting with Law's partner, Kiki ( @thenotsofantasticlifestory ).
