Static is,, for lack of a better term, a people pleaser. not just in the sense that they like to help out or avoid fights, but because she sees this as the only way anyone will really care about them. the only way he'll be useful. they're always at their loved ones beck and call, even when he himself is struggling. they often suppress their needs and negative feelings for the sake of not being a burden to anyone around her, until they cant bear any more and break down, usually followed by apologies for their own expressing of such emotions.

His "creator" more or less engraved it into them that even at their very best, when doing everything she could want and ask for, they would always have failed potential. always could've been better. always never being enough, even when giving every last bit of herself.

they still carry some of this mentality subconsciously, years of healing and recovery later have lessened the thoughts, but he still sometimes gets the gut feeling that their very presence is unnecessary. that no one really wants let alone needs her around. they're only good for what they can do for others. utterly, and wholly Replaceable.

HAII WAVES I EXPLODE HAPPY !! I'll do my best to semi explain... so I'm working on another ask that will have more context for this type of ask >:] which makes me more excited to draw out the comic even more so I'll make it in parts to make is easier for me! BUT OKAY so technically Ichimatsu?? KINDA??? He had his own way of confessing his feelings (denying any closer feelings that he had for her) that's for sure. But Honno did say that they like, liked him outwardly in the context more normally (as normal you can call these two) But there wasn't a normal confession to asking each other out when Ichimatsu brothers were encouraging + kinda helping to push Ichimatsu to admit his feelings while they're also being haters at the same time (we love and hate em) Though being the second one of the matsuno family to get into a relationship wasn't on anyone's bingo card. But Karamatsu is supportive about it! :D

Silas doesn't stop being capable of romantic feelings after Morrigan. In fact, it's very possible for him to fall for someone. He just won't ever persue it, simply because he doesn't have the energy and, well, he doesn't want a repeat of falling so deeply in love and then having his heart ripped out of his chest and torn to shreds. He just. Can't do that all again. It's highly unlikely he'll ever meet someone who will catch his interest that way but if it were to happen, he's not doing anything snsnsnsn.
