It was the coronation day in the Briar Village. Coronation of their future king, Malleus Draconia.

Many authorities, and royal families were invited to this historical event. He gazed at every of the partying nobles from his throne, above them all. His most loyal retainers, Lilia Vanrouge, Silver, and Sebek Zigvolt, standing at his sides for his protection, even though he could overpower them all in a matter of seconds.

This event was also greatly feared by humans from all across the world, which made all the fae's even more proud. The view of humans shaking in their boots gave them a sick satisfaction.

Even the newly crowned Fae King had to admit, that seeing humans shaking in fear at his power also gave him the same sick sense of satisfaction, and he greatly enjoyed it.

Especially that one human in the corner, who was fiddling with their fingers. He was watching them for quite some time now, his eyes unable to leave their smaller form. Since coming here, they never raised their gaze, not even once, and the King found himself being drawn to this human.

With a few of his words, he already saw his advisor, Lilia, walking towards you. He smirked slightly and smugly at the sight, and yet even when his retainer talked to you, you still haven't lifted your gaze.

When Lilia finally took you before the throne, before Malleus, only then you decided to lift your head and look at him. The dragon fae, becoming awestruck, not being able to utter a single word.

It was you.

You, the person from his dreams. The person who was always with him, whom he was sure he would never meet. The very person he cherished, even if there was a chance that you didn't exist in the same world, till now that is.

He immediately stood from his throne, alarming many, guests, staff and the guards. Moving so fast that, you couldn't understand nor see what was going on, you found yourself in his embrace, straddling him.

You instantly flushed at the King's bold action, as everyone was watching you two now. To avoid having to see everyone staring, you hid your face in the crook of his neck. Which gave you even more attention, as the man you're straddling responded with a low pleased growl.

Everyone was extremely shocked at the happenings before them, but when Malleus exchanged a look with Lilia, who immediately got the message, started to stop the crowd from staring at the two of you. Everyone instantly lowered their gazes, just like you did before, scared to look up again.

'Look at me again' A deep voice echoed in your ears, a command, as you slowly looked up with the help of his 2 fingers under your jaw. When your eyes met you got crushed by the feelings his gaze held. An intense longing, with an enormous amount of love and devotion.

He finally has you in his grasp, and he won't let you go. He supposes he can spare that family of yours that was hiding you all this time, but only if you're gonna beg for it. After all, he is merciful enough, doing everything for your sake.

But one thing is for sure, this dragon wasn't so happy in a long time.

I'm gonna say it again BUT writing for Malleus is so satisfying. I wrote a fic way longer than intended but oh my, it came out so good. I'm so proud of this one 🦚

Vampire Malleus that sees you trembling through the ruins outside his territory. A shaky hand holding onto a heavy flashlight and the other wrapped tightly around your midriff. A pathetic form of protection, he muses.

Mortals tend to steer clear from his area. He wasn’t even sure when was the last time he saw one. Surely by your indecent way of dress, it's been quite a long time. Ah, how time flies when you're a creature of the night.

Vampire Malleus that follows you throughout the night. Always stepping out of sight everytime you squeak and flash your light in his direction. He could see the tiny tears pricking at your glossy eyes. Throughout his years, he’s seen fear plastered across the face of many and yet, something about yours has his dead heart thrumming in his cold chest. Maybe it’s your eyes, big and shaky, or your trembling lips that squeaks like a little mouse. Or perhaps, it's because you're just so pathetically human that it lights up his curiosity.

Faintly he could hear the sounds of other humans approaching the area. And suddenly, your fear has disappeared into relief. And Malleus’ serene smile twitches. His fun is over and soon you’ll disappear beyond his reach. It can’t be helped, Malleus sighs. For as fleeting as you were, you sure were entertaining.

And yet as your voice met your friends and you turned to face them, your foot slipped and you came tumbling down. Yelping as jagged rock embedded itself into your palms and exposed knees. You hissed in pain as you examined the blood that began to leak out your poor cuts, dripping and collecting into a puddle down below.

And just like that the smell of your blood has awoken the beast.

The moment your friends made it up the hill they fell down wordlessly. It didn’t even click in your brain what had happened. Eyes couldn’t even follow the large black blurr that seemingly flew down from the sky and picked off your friends one by one. Leaving them not a second for them to scream, not a second for them to feel an ounce of fear.

Shakely you called out for them. No response came, just the sway of the wind. Fear mounted you to your spot. You couldn’t see anything, couldn’t hear anything and the smell of blood, thick and metallic clung to your nose.

And that smell only became more apparent as a pair of sharp slender pale hands reached for you from the darkness. Twisting your head from the lifeless bodies of your friends to the glowing red eyes of a beast. Domineering, lustful. The beast gazed down at you with such ferocity, you were sure you were about to pass. Those hands, stained with the blood of your friends, trailed down to your bloodied hand and lifted it up to its mouth.

A forked tongue slithered from its mouth and slid across your open wound. And just like that, its eyes rolled back and closed, and it visibly shivered. Disgust thick with fear coated your throat at its reaction and your body fought to move. And yet, it’s hold on your wrist turned harsh, knife-like nails digging into the delicate skin of your wrist and you stilled.

Its eyes opened into narrowed slits. Lips parting into a pleased smirk, allowing you to see its long, sharp teeth. And with a voice, deep and smooth and seemingly human, it purred.

“What an interesting find…”

Cosmic's Malleyuu Whump vs Flufftober: Day 9

OBSESSION broken window / "Don't do that!" - "But..."

"This isn't fair," wheezed Yuu.

Malleus didn't respond.

"Hey," they croaked out, pushing themselves onto their elbows. "Answer me."

It seemed deliberate at this point, his refusal to answer. Malleus could so often be hot and cold like that- kidnapping them out of their room one minute, and purposefully ignoring their gaze the next.

Yuu didn't know why he was acting this way, but they'd been around him enough to know his body language was telling them a whole story.

His neck muscles were tense, his shoulders hunched over. Malleus's fingers were flying over his work, his movements jerky yet precise. Yuu couldn't see what it was he was toiling over, but whatever it was, Yuu could bet that it wasn't more important than answering them.

They swung their legs over the bed, but before their socks could even brush the carpet draped over Diasomnia's trademarked flooring, Malleus appeared, and shoved them back onto the bed with the faintest push.

Yuu's blood pressure spiked at his sudden appearance- they always had a suspicion that Malleus did certain things solely for appearances' sake, and that he could move much faster than he actually tended to betray.

They only caught a glimpse, but Yuu could see his face was stony and cold. The corners were tense, like he was holding himself back, and his jaw was clenched. Still, he'd had centuries of practice keeping his emotions under tight lock-and-key.

Much like how he was keeping Yuu now. Was this some sort of instinct for dragons?

He fled before Yuu could get a word in. They huffed, hoping Malleus would hear their complaint and make a comment.

Their childish plot failed. He went back to his work, no indication that anything had ruffled him.

It wasn't fair, but his antics were starting to wear on them. Annoyance was prickling at the back of their neck.

Sometimes, it was hard to remember who was the elder in this relationship.

Yuu stamped it down, biting their lip hard to refocus on the most important thing right now- getting out of this situation.

How had they gotten into it?

Yuu assumed it had to do with the days of class they'd missed. At first, because they were taking a personal day after a string of bad ones, and then because they'd fallen ill.

In their low-power week, Yuu may have neglected to respond to a few of Malleus's messages. They had known they were missing something, the reminder nagging at the back of their brain, but the fog of illness had swept them under, over and over.

To their side, Malleus placed down a small bowl filled with something dubious looking. The substance was creamy, with a visible layer of powder on top that warped the light reflecting off it.

Thankfully, it didn't seem like there was a lot of it, which was good, because it seemed likely Malleus wanted Yuu to ingest it.

They looked up at him.

"Drink this," he said, just as Yuu had feared.

"What is it?" asked Yuu.

"Drink it," he insisted.

"No. Tell me what's in it."

"Please," said Malleus, a trace of haggardness slipping into his voice, the first bit of emotion Yuu had been able to pry from him.

It needled its way into their heart, but they refused to back down. "No. Keeping me in the dark isn't fair. Tell me why I'm here, and tell me what-"

Yuu's grand speech was interrupted by a wheezing cough, and it was only after a few long moments that they were able to catch their breath.

Malleus finally looked something other than paralyzed- his eyes were wide as he stared, looking frightened.

"Tell me what I'm doing here," finished Yuu, much weaker than they had started.

Malleus held the bowl up to their face as he rested his hand on their back.

They weren't giving up. Yuu shot Malleus the most menacing side-eye they could muster, and he finally conceded on one point.

"It's an old herbal remedy from the Briar Valley," he explained. "The concoction is difficult to source, but I have my own stash of herbs."

It was something, and now Yuu had to give something back. They reached forward, closed their eyes, and chugged.

Not too bitter, it had a wretched aftertaste. Yuu smacked their tongue against the roof of their mouth.

"Thank you, I recognize that was unpleasant."

"Less unpleasant than being treated like I'm stupid," insisted Yuu, even as the taste got worse. "Now. What am I doing here?"

Malleus paused, blinking at them slowly in apparent realization.

"I..." he trailed off. "I was overcome with worry at your condition. I realize that now. I apologize- this was an overreaction."

Progress. The blessing of emotional vulnerability.

"I'm glad you realize that," said Yuu, able to relax more now. They lay their sweat-drenched head on the little stack of pillows Malleus had arranged behind them. "I'm gonna text Ace. I hope you didn't scare him."

"I broke his dorm window," admitted Malleus in a breathy tone. "Please tell him to bill me."

Yuu looked at him incredulously, then laughed as they pulled out their phone.

"Why?" they asked with a smile. "You can teleport still, right?"

"I became frightened," he reiterated. "I was not thinking clearly."

"It's just a head cold, I think," said Yuu.

Malleus stood over their bed, wringing his hands. "Every illness a human has can shorten their lifespan," Yuu would have said he mumbled, if princes did that sort of thing.

"Don't believe everything you read. Now, c'mon," they said, patting a small strip of open space on their bed next to them. "Sit with me. And don't to that again."

"But-"

"I mean it. Or I'll sleep alone."

Almost instantly, Malleus had taken the place, and he leaned over them, placing his head on theirs.

Yuu let him, before realizing something.

"This isn't your room. Where are we?"

"Diasomnia's prison tower," said Malleus, cooing into the top of their head.

"We're in what?!"

Obsessed Malleus x GN!Kidnapped Darling

Povtober 2023, Day 2 [Masterlist]

The sound of the heels clicking on the black marble floor echoed through the corridor, as the king walked towards the highest tower in his castle.

The frown on his face slowly disappears, the closer he got to this particular, massive black doors with golden designs and several locks.

He took his sweet time, unlocking each of the locks, searching for sounds from the other side of the door. With his enchanted hearing he easily picked up on some ragged breaths inside the room along with panicked footsteps, he laughed in his mind.

The Fae King smirked to himself giving his 'lover' extra time to hide, after all if he were to find them after they hide, it would crush them even more than it already did, and if they got no will to leave, they will stay with him forever.

Malleus let out a dreamy sigh at the thought, eyes becoming cloudy from even more lovesick thoughts.

The door opened easily and the game of 'hide and seek' began. His slitted eyes roamed around the room briefly, already knowing where their darling went, hearing their fast heartbeat.

He pretended to pounder on their whereabouts for a moment and going into the opposite direction, when his darling thought they were safe and breathed a breath of relief, after seconds of holding it, he in a few quick strides stood right in front of them, with that smile of his.

He didn't wasted any time, enveloping his darling with his arms, pulling them as close as possible, their scent overwhelming his senses as he growled into their neck with delight.

It was such a long and tiring day without them by his side. The darling shivered under this action, halfheartedly trying to get away, knowing they won't be able to escape from his hold no matter how hard they try.

They were slowly giving in, giving up and Malleus couldn't be happier about it.

All these years of pursuing you, courting you, in his own twisted ways, finally paid off. His efforts haven't gone to waste. As more thoughts of this type started flooding his mind, his tail unconciously started quickly wagging and smacking the floor, as he snuggled even closer to your warmth.

His hands roaming through your body, his bright green eyes staring sharply into your own, making you squirm under their intensity as he laughed at your reaction, taking in all of you.

Your eyes, your face, your sounds, your reactions. Everything he had ever wanted was standing right before him, in his arms.

He wanted it all, and he will get it, after all dragons are really possessive over the things they own. There was no escaping this greedy dragon, as you were already in his shackles.

Your person, becoming his most important treasure, hidden safely in his tower.

Writing for yandere, obsessed Malleus felt so easy and right?? I can't explain it well enough, but it was one of the most pleasant things to write. Please feel free to give your opinions on my works and tell me where I can improve.

Trey, pointing at the lightning strikes, Malleus, and Shock: "You want me to get between that? I already tried. You do it."

Vil, hand to his chin, observing the scene taking place: "No, no, let him cook, boys."

Malleus, chasing the little gremlin of a witch around: "I've had enough of this disgrace! Now take me to the hidden place! Where my friend sits locked in a cage! OR YOU WILL FACE MY RAGE!"

gotta be honest.... i need everyone to stop misunderstanding characters. and going with the fanfic stereotypes . or whatever first impression they give off..
