Gaia babe, I’m watching about people pretending to be celebrities, ie Ariana, Taylor etc and wanted to know what placements indicate this type of obsession? To the point of changing one’s physical appearance. I’m fully aware that most of it, if not all, is because of a mental disorder but are there placements that point to this?

People imitating celebrity looks have always been around. On one hand they're inspired by their celebrities & want to embody what they do. It's alright to be inspired by someone's look but obsessing to the point of wanting to change everything about themselves to match said celebrity is just not healthy at all TT.

I think one reason could be their synastry with that celebrity. Heavy neptunian influences or aspects to the 1st House, 8th or 12th House usually. It points to a very unhealthy obsession towards that celebrity. Perhaps their Neptune or venus conjuncts the celebrity's ascendant?

Other than that, I think it could also be influenced by the celebrity's natal/persona charts themselves.

Let's look at Ariana Grande's persona chart for example.

She has both Uranus & Neptune in the 11th House. Both are in a virgo (18°) degree, in Capricorn.

A lot of what her fans or the public does or believe about her will be out of her control. This will usually be quite frustrating to her

Ex: The name "Arianators" wasn't something she came up with at all. Her fans just started to call themselves that rather than being given a name by Ariana herself.

Her Fama (18° virgo) conjuncts venus (17° leo) in libra:

Meaning that an iconic look of hers (particularly the petite looking, oversized sweater wearing, high pony Ariana) will gain a lot of attention or will be infamous in her career. However, Fama squares her Uranus which usually means she doesn't or never wanted that part of her to be so recognised by others i.e people only ever associating her look with that era. She'll be quite uncomfortable around people that imitate the person that she was before.

In her natal chart, she has pluto (23° aquarius )in Scorpio 10th house:

She has a very magnetic and revolutionary presence in her career. She was bound to gain obsessed fans or people who are strongly obsessed with her in general (whether love, jealousy or hate). This is where the copycats could come from. Being so obsessed to the point of wanting to be her.

Her pluto also opposites her venus lmao. It's quite similar to the previous aspects. This part of her fame is not something she'll be very pleased with. Although, people will see her as an icon.

And it is just so satisfying to watch. No, for real, it brings me so much joy, I can't even pretend to be mad.

They're obsessed with this man, and defending him.

And it is unhealthy (look how I'm turning their own words against them - isn't it fun???)

They got mad for us dragging him but still followed our every move and the second we switch to someone else, they get mad bc we're not talking about him anymore.

i mean this in the nicest way possible but making pieces of media your whole personality is not a good idea. not just cause individual authors can turn out to be horrible people that you might want to distance yourselves from later, but also because your self deserves to not be flattened by one story (no matter how important it seems to be). you deserve to be a person who cannot be defined in a few sentences.
