Code Name: Living Animation Avatars

Special Containment Procedures: Each SCP-AHZ instance has been placed in Site-GRID as it is the only area that can contain them without any backdoors back to the internet. In order to keep them from trying to escape new weapons, tools, toys, games, memes, videos, and various other items from the internet are to be collected and sent to the digital housing of the SCP-AHZ instances so they can be entertained. SCP-AVC has assisted in making sure to occasionally make “adventures” for them in order to prevent them from getting bored as well. 

Person of Interest: Alan Becker has been processed by the Anomalous Employment Division and is now under the direction of SCP-AVC who has recently been promoted to Site Director for Site-GRID. Researcher Becker is to assist in expanding the capabilities of Foundation Personnel in Site-GRID including developing new weapons, tools, and abilities to assist the Foundation further given his status as a Level 3 Reality Bender. 

Description: SCP-AHZ are five stick figures known as SCP-AHZ-Hero, along with SCP-AHZ-Red, SCP-AHZ-Blue, SCP-AHZ-Green, and SCP-AHZ-Yellow that originally lived in the computer of Person of Interest: Alan Becker. Originally, he created them to create funny little animations, but these animations gained sentience and tried fighting him for independence. Eventually the two made peace and instead made little animations together. It's believed that this is all possible Person of Interest: Alan Becker is a Level 3 Reality Bender with his aspect being digital elements. 

This becomes clear when viewing each SCP-AHZ instance, as they seem to carry the same abilities as he does. Each SCP-AHZ instance is not only fully sentient and flexible, but they can interact with anything in Alan Becker’s computer. They can also utilize these aspects however they want, for example when an art studio application is open they can take the drawing tool and not only use it to draw anything but have those drawings come to life as well. They can create tools, weapons, functioning firearms, living animals, and even other stick figures to act as their soldiers or assistants. 

There are more extreme examples, once it was reported that the SCP-AHZ instances got their hands on an application of the game Minecraft. They were not only able to grab the application as if it was a common tool but could use it to manifest anything they desired. They were even able to go into the application and manipulate the Minecraft world however they desired, even to the point they all temporarily were considered kings by NPCs of the game, perhaps even gods. Thankfully they never did anything more extreme than trade with villagers, defend villagers from monsters, or create massive structures for art, but it was very possible for them to create massive creations of great power and even armies of loyal soldiers should they desire. 

It should be noted that this is the first ever scenario of an anomaly created by a Reality Bender having the same reality bending powers as their master. Granted their capabilities are limited to behind the screen but that does not make them any less dangerous. Just like with SCP-AVC they cannot kill people directly but if given the chance they can alter the internet to their own image. Due to the internet being a massively dependent tool in the 21st Century, anything that controls it will change the fate of humanity forever. It is for this reason and the fact that each instance requires constant entertainment is why SCP-AHZ is labeled Object Class Keter.

SCP-AHZ was discovered in 2014 during the first fight between Alan Becker and the SCP-AHZ instances. SCP-AVC noticed the interaction during his expansion through the internet and reported it to the Foundation. In the small amount of time, he also devised a deal of having SCP-AHZ be brought into his custody at Site-GRID and having Alan Becker work for him after being processed by the Anomalous Employment Division. The Ethics Committee and a majority of Administrative Staff agreed much to the annoyance of the O5 Council, especially since they had no reason to refuse. The five SCP-AHZ instances now live peacefully and in luxury at Site-GRID. Meanwhile Alan Becker likes his new job as a digital weapons designer and digital technology manager for Site-GRID. It is with hope that the SCP-AHZ-instances can be utilized for something more beneficial to the Foundation in the future. 

“I do not plan on weaponizing SCP-AHZ instances, instead in my long research with SCP-AED I’ve noticed that their anomalous wavelengths are almost similar to one another, hence why I proposed to move them to Site-GRID which worked with 0% chance of error. Is an important question, but at a certain point you either throw up your hands and give up (and, tacitly, go back to whatever background assumptions you already had. That used to be "animals are merely automatons" or "animals don't feel pain" in some times and places!)

This Generations Obsession with visual communication is Symptom of the evolution of information. Information is condensed and relayed, repeatedly Abstracting into a new iteration . The Algorithm is the Output of the Input that is Emotional Charge. Everything becomes Visual, seen in 2D characters becoming Omnipresent Symbols of Ideas and Identity as they last forever on the Internet. Everything is Characters, be it the Lines of a Script or that of a 2D 'Face'. Eyes are the Visual Organ, Beholding 2D characters without Sentience behind the Eyes. They are personified through Attribution, the Light rays cast against the Retina like a Projector to a Screen. Objective or Subjective? What does the Collective Optic Nerve See?

The natrual result of this is Flat 2D Images which attempt to relay Multi-Dimensional concepts, and the Simplification of langauge alluding to highly contextual and Elborate ideas. Forwarded memes pointing at the Collective unconscious. The nature of communicating has simplified to create an Echochamber fueled by Emotional Charge as Few and vague words are the Best Canvas for Projection. It’s all Shorthand. Hyper-individualism creates Hyper projection, creating Aesthetics and Microaesthetics that condense and Reduce all aspects of Reality into a Flat 2D Image. Charecterisation. Internet Theory Part 2:

(I just didn't wanna write it all in one post lol).

So what about characters that Users create? What about places like neocities? What about Original Characters, who's lives may solely exist on the internet?

The answer is a bit complicated, and before we talk about OCs, we have to talk a little bit more about YouTube, and explore one of my favorite parts of this theory:

Memes

To start though, let's look a little bit closer at video content platforms. Clearly, these Websites are going to pack a significantly higher punch in terms of Relevance, but also sheer strength. YouTube factions like Hyun's Dojo and Mashed have Users collecting and creating fighters of immense strength. Not long ago Dojo actually held a contest of creational champions, searching for a User and OC team to crown as The Chosen One.

The beings created by Users are called Fictional Characters. FCs are native to their channel/forum, and cannot leave it without express permission from their creator, or the direct intervention of an Administrator. They can also be taken by Envoys, but we'll get to that later. FCs take shape dependant on the Systemic Relevance they were given by an Administrator. On YouTube, this takes the form of Channel Licenses---

Irl respite, as a way of briefly explaining this upcoming section: when you apply to get monetized for AD revenue, YouTube essentially reviews your channel, and one of the things they're looking for is consistency in your content type. Okay back to the fiction.

---which is what determines the type of galaxy creators will be able to craft for themselves, and right away there are some obviously more powerful options. Where vlog channels have to rely on the real world and the actions of the head User to generate content and create FCs, artist channels have the limit set to their imagination. Channels like VivziePop and Alan Becker are excellent examples, creating entire worlds from nothing.

But what about beings that aren't a User, aren't an Administrator, aren't a Fictional Character, and yet exist and interact with The Internet regardless?

And thus we arrive at Memes: The Universal Constant of The Internet.

Memes at their core are societal hallucinations of User concepts, things like masculinity, toxicity, anime, strength, and comedy. Low-teir memes don't have sentience, they are instead objects or beings that are drawn to their usage and breed endlessly like parasites, always mutating and changing. There are many such as these, and the interpretations of them are often affected by the Website or galaxy they inhabit.

There are Higher Memes, however, beings of such Communal Relevance and reference that they've developed a personality and consciousness. It is here that beings like Ultra Instinct Shaggy reside. Memes such as The Trollface have been around for millenia, and hardly change on a grand scale. The image of a Higher Meme is fed by the creations that Users make including them. Higher Memes also mutate, but only when there's been a drastic altering of their Lore by a large amount of Users (such as the Trollge Renascence). When a Website is created, Memes will find a way to inhabit it, one way or another.

Dorian for the headcanon meme

send (HC: the name of one of my muses) and i’ll give you 5 random headcanons about them! feel free to specify if you want them to be relationship headcanons involving your muse.

The building that Dorian's sentience is in isn't actually its own, meaning it essentially wasn't "born" in that body. The original Office building was alive with a different sentience long ago, back when Stanley and Thursday were employed there. It died when the mist took it as a host and after the mist was defeated, because nobody realized it was alive to begin with and needed rescuing. The Monolith (yes, the one from 2001: A Space Odyssey) gave the Office a new sentience, which became known as Dorian.

Because of the way the Office is set up with the control booth having control over all the doors and various systems around the Office, technically both Cyrus and Dorian have control over Dorian's functions. Things like opening and closing doors can cause a bit of a power struggle between the two at a times, when Dorian wants to open a door to allow someone in and Cyrus wants to keep that person out. In the end, though Dorian ends up winning out, because it is its body and has slightly more strength to it than the control systems do.

Dorian can see everything inside of the Office, everywhere, every space. There is a loophole, though. It can't see inside of things. For example: It can see inside of a room, but it can't see inside of an object that's in that room. If you were to put a box inside one of its rooms, it could see that box, but it wouldn't be able to see inside that box. Therefore, you can technically exploit this loophole, by lining a room with something and Dorian wouldn't be able to see inside that room. It would functionally blind it to seeing inside that room.

Dorian loves its humans. Cherishes them. Is very proud of them. But also is very confounded by them. It doesn't understand why they put themselves in so much danger so often. It thinks they and their lives are so precious, it wishes they valued themselves more.

It hates spills on its carpets. It hates the way liquids feel when it seeps in under the carpet and down to the floorboards. It's just a very icky feeling to it.

I'm just curious - what can you do with a zero-dollars check? Do you just frame it as an avatar of spite and stare at it when you want to remind yourself of the soulless nature of the industry you've clawed your way into? What else can you do? Do you just try and deposit that zero-sum, which causes the ATM to momentarily gain sentience and object permanence?

The ATM then spits out a deposit readout that says "You serious, bro?"

No, seriously, if you're older and not a fan of online banking (for zero bucks, lol), can you quite seriously drop at the bank and tell the nearest teller "I am of sound mind and wish to deposit this slip that has, in fact, no monetary value whatsoever?"

If so, would the teller ask you if this is for a meme?

It's just - the pettiness and administrative small-mindedness of sending a zero-sum check is so fucking deep you want to grab the closest accountant by the shoulders and scream at them to snap out of it.

With the actors and writers strike in the U.S., I'm reminded of this tweet from John Cho who got zero payment from a residual check.

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy silly irreverent memes just as much as anyone else, and maybe I'm being a fun sponge who can't read social cues and humour right now, but I feel like I'm getting major deja vu right now in terms of both memes crossing the line from funny fandom in-jokes to being projected back onto the text as if it's textual, and 'I would survive a horror movie, unlike these stupid characters' smugness, like, 'Jonathan is so stupid and oblivious, how has he not figured out that Dracula is obviously evil!' has been replaced with 'Jack is so stupid and oblivious, how has he not figured out that Dracula is responsible for the fog!', and instead of how it's so ridiculously obvious that Lucy is being attacked by a vampire that Mina and Jack are stupid for thinking it could be something else before they are aware vampires exist, unlike us smart and genre-savvy readers who figured it out right away, it's how the characters are too stupid to make the connection between the fog and Dracula, or that they haven't even caught on that something has gone wrong at all - which is not really supported by the text, just like Jonathan's supposed naivety and inaction at the start of the novel.

Also, I understand that Van Helsing is strongly disliked or even hated by many, and no one is obligated to like him, and yes, he is a flawed character who has made mistakes, some understandably unforgivable to some readers, but we can criticize him for the actual things he's done wrong without misreading and misrepresenting him to make him look worse; Jack explicitly wrote that Van Helsing was anxious and afraid that Dracula is escaping today, and yet, that's still being read as him and everyone else being totally oblivious to the fact that something has gone wrong, and that the fog is relevant to the situation.

And finally, the characters are all ultimately narrative devices rather than real people with sentience, so it's also important to remember that Stoker is using them to tell a narrative story, not post a wiki article explaining facts - we are meant to make the connections about the fog and its significance ourselves, so he's not going to write out everything to tell you exactly what to think while using his character as an objective mouthpiece; and as I explained earlier, there are other characterization reasons that may explain Jack's sparse entries yesterday and today other than mind-boggling obliviousness.

OK, so we all already know what The Three oldest archons abilities. So I’ve come up with my own ideas we could use for the younger archons! (And yes I’m grouping Ei, Venti and Zhongli as the older siblings since Ei Is 1000 years old Venti is 2,500 and Zhongli is 5,000-6,000 and the other archons are still in the hundreds I think)

Definitely a Bow User. And Is a Healer. But the their Ult can cause damage

I have a theory That during the Archon War The dendro Archin created the Regisvines to fight for them, and only two were left. I also Headcanon The dendro archon can bring plants to life and overwrite what each plant can do. (Maybe even bring mushrooms to life 👀).

Maybe They can create a giant plant from the ground that spreads Healing energies and since this is a god where talking about can Cure Curses (Ahem Vils Curses Ahem) and major Diseases and what not.

For Their Ult maybe a giant plant monster (kinda like how Gouba and Oz exists ) that will attack for them (could make for fun combos with different elements like if the dendro archon was wet Hydro Plant monster)

Polearm or sword (theirs way too many Hydro Catalyst) Healer and Dps, Why? Cause I say so.

You’ve mentioned how Hydro archon summons a giant wave? I’ll do you one better and their E skill summons a giant sea creature of your choosing to soak the fighters (A cool visual is their polearm turning into a big dream catcher then going swoosh and Baam Maybe like A giant Water Koi fish finna drown your ass *ahem ace ahem*)

Now mihoyo likes to reference Their character form honkai impact into genshin impact (and since they took a characters look from Honkai and another characters abilities with the whole Dual ego thing for Raiden shogun and Ei) I’m gonna base this Ultimate Skill From a character from Honkai (for research search up Herrsercher of Sentience)

Since the Hydro archons whole thing is about Justice. Now here me out here. WATER WHIP. Just a giant whip of water that can go on for miles (maybe it’s salty maybe it’s like fresh water depends on our readers mood lolol). Like, It’s whip of water strong enough to cut diamond or whatever it would be very cool (Kalim would wanna see if he could do something like that with his UM Que jamil trying to stop him)

Maybe their hair turns into water too.

Now It’s not just one claymore, It’s DUAL-CLAYMORE, why? Cause it’s a war god that’s why!

I like to think the shield is like Xinyans and XiangLings combined and it’s constantly sending off tiny Fire Discs. Or just symbols shooting fire like what the Pyro Abyss mages can do

For Ultimate I like to think it’s like Childes Daggers but Bigger and on fire just a huge sword made of fire.

I can’t really come up with much for Cryo archon. But maybe a Catalyst that can summon a giant blizzard that drops down giant ice swords (kinda like Ganyus)

Definitely a sub DPS.

Maybe a healer too since The Tsaritsa is The archon of love?

What do you think about these abilities? Since you mentioned that the students and staff would assume their just strong mages I tried to be very creative with these abilities.

Also how I think the lore could go is maybe somewhere after leonas overblot and before azuls, Crowly has found a way to send Yuu home reluctantly. Yuu, grim and the aduece duo, and maybe some of heartslaybul or savana claw whoever you want come with them to the office to send them home. But Yuu is contemplating whether or not they WANT to go home now. But something goes wrong, maybe grim messes up the spell for the portal to work becuase (although he doesn’t want to admit it ) doesn’t want Yuu leaving, and their greeted with a surprise guest. Now this gives Yuu time to decide if they genuinely wanna go home and when teh archon finally has the materials they need to create a portal Yuu will tell them to leave the portal open (maybe put it into a tiny pocket mirror like the how we have the teapot) because they wanna stay for a little while or just until grim graduates (Que a happy fire cat ) and the archon whose grown attached to some people here was like ok “let our friends visit whenever they want, only if their headmaster allows it”

Now onto the headcanons

Anemo Archon! Reader and Mondstadt! Yuu

Everyone expected a lot of things not a person with Green eyes and (H/C) hair with green highlights. And an odd thing about them was the glowing stone on their person, Yuu didn’t have that?

Everyone’s freaking out because they’ve accidentaly taken another person from Yuus world.

And since Venti Is a well known famous bard In teyvat let’s say or Dear (y/N) is also a known bard and is not at all freaking out about what’s going on in fact let’s say our dear reader recognizes Yuu! And so now (Y/N) is now a new student (and a new headache for Crowley) in the ramshackle dorm! Yup! Just an ordinary human bard, Ehe~.

I’ll leave the rest of this up to you, Where Yuu has to explain what the world of teyvat is like (and why Yuu doesn’t have a phone (and a vision) because Twisted wonderland is far more advance in Technology and teyvat has JUST invented the Camera)

Also I head canon that people with Visions can summon their weapons and object with their visions, ok? Ok. To make things make more sense when reader pulls out a lyre from floating glitter.

Anyways, for skills of the archons-

Dendro Archon

I think they'd use a sword or a catalyst tbh, if the skills you listed, it makes a little more sense to have them be more of a catalyst

For their elemental skill, I think they'd summon/throw something similar to Klee's and Aloy's elemental skill except they heal if someone in your party is nearby, their healing could scale by their EM or ER.

For their burst, I like your head canon for the Dendro Archon, so I might go off from that and your idea for their burst, just more tweaking. The dendro archon would be able to summon a large plant that heals AND deals Dendro damage by sapping mobs hp. The amount of life sapping it does and the healing would scale off their original HP (artifacts that give hp won't be of use)

Hydro Archon

I agree with hydro polearm or sword. Too many catalysts

Mmm... To be honest, I think you should have the burst be her skill... The whip idea is intriguing, but I think it would work more for a skill which can allow them to use it several times before waiting for the CD to go down. I think the whip skill would work better with Crit as well.

AND AS FOR THE MENTIONS OF WAVE AND A SEA CREATURE, I'LL DO YOU ONE BETTER BUT FOR THEIR BURST!!!! They summon a large tsunami which takes form of a monster/animal and lunges at the mobs (similar to Zhongli tossing down a dumbbell), however the amount of damage the burst can do is depending on if they are afflicted by the wet status the mobs are afflicted by. If already afflicted with hydro, the mobs would receive double damage while those with other elements afflicted on them would receive the element combination DMG and normal DMG while those that aren't affected by an element, they would receive normal damage. The amount of damage the burst does is scaled by EM.

Pyro Archon

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA CLAYMORE

Hmmm.... I think the skill would be they set an AoE with magma, mobs will receive damage from it and will continue to receive damage if they stay on it, but those who are in party, they will receive an ATK boost that scales from HP.

For the burst, I think I'll use a character from Honkai Impact with their special move which is Murata Himeko in Vermilion Knight: Eclipse battlesuit. Pyro Archon uses their claymore and another claymore but made of pyro and is far more larger and their cut scene has the Archon raise the pyro claymore above their head and slam it down to send pyro erupting from the ground (similar to the pyro axe wielding hilichurls)

Cryo Archon

Mmmmmm.... I'd say her skill would beeeeee... Trapping several mobs or so in ice. They can either do 2-4 ice traps depending if you got their c1. (The ice traps are similar to Mirror Maidens traps BTW but it deals or affects the mobs with cryo)

For burst, I like the idea of summoning a blizzard/swords, but it's similar to Ganyu's. SO I'LL DO YOU ONE BETTER!!!! Cryo Archon will summon a blizzard which freezes mobs without having to use hydro, the freeze status lasts for a total of 15 seconds or higher if you got their c3

Hmmm... I like the idea, but imma tweak it a bit. The archon was in fact summoned through that portal because Grim decided to mess it up just for Yuu to stay a little longer, and so the Archon now resides in Twisted Wonderland as well in order to aide them until they can return back to their world. That way it makes more sense and makes it more fun.

Unpopular opinion meme: How about a post about the character you think is the most overrated?

i must be moving out of my Mood because this very difficult to do! the most-most highly rated characters on- and off-screen in trek (spock, data) totally deserve it, and honestly WHO KNOWS how a character is rated in fandom, because tumblr trek is always collecting and loving the characters that larger trek fandom dislikes (see: janeway and bashir).

but on-screen at least, i’m gonna go with the doctor on voyager.

this is part of a larger issue with the back half of voyager: the ensemble is sacrificed because all the character development points are held by seven, the doctor, and.... you know, i don’t know if janeway’s slow burn untreated psychological distress is character development, exactly, but the show definitely did not spread the love around to the entire cast.

and in that, my early season love for the doctor wears thin. some bloggers i follow made the good point that a character shouldn’t have to be likeable when fighting for their rights any more than a real human person should be, or be openly grateful to their “oppressors” when they’re well-treated, so why should i be cool with data and annoyed by the doctor -- who is objectively treated worse by his crew -- just because he’s abrasive about it?

and i don’t know! i have to do some more soul-searching on this. but i get exhausted having so many doctor-centric episodes because eventually, his personal development comes with a level of carelessness about the larger effects of his actions, and he’s not held accountable by the narrative when he causes harm to his friends.

“tinker, tenor, doctor, spy” is the last doctor-centric episode where i really, unequivocally LOVE him. he wants to grow!! but he wants to do it with the consciousness of being part of a community and wanting to serve his ship and crew as well as expanding his program and exploring the new frontier of hologram life.

but then you get like... “virtuoso.” (🎶fame! i wanna live foreverrrr🎶) he demands to leave the ship and wants to delete his medical database so he can explore an opera passion project -- but he shows no concern that as the only doctor, leaving the ship will absolutely eventually result in members of the crew dying. he argues that every other crewmember made a choice to serve on the ship (the maquis?? everyone else who signed up for a three-week mission??) and that janeway would never deny a flesh and blood crewman the right to self-determination for the good of the ship -- when she already has (b’elanna, in “nothing human,” and for the same reason: the entire community relies on them for survival). 

but mostly what bothers me is that so many of his episodes toward the end of the series put him in inappropriate and sexist situations with seven of nine (that fucking bet leading to the romantic grooming in “someone to watch over me”; using her body against her wishes in “body and soul” -- i mean hilarious tour de force from jeri ryan or not, that’s fucked uppppp man). and it’s always his POV, not hers. she has to forgive him, and we’re supposed to feel sorry for him.

it could have been cool to explore the kind of toddler id thing that might happen with newly developed sentience, but the writers would have to arc that out and hold our hands through it, you know? because i don’t think that’s what they meant, and they didn’t really bring it to a satisfying i-am-one-but-respect-the-needs-of-the-many resolution that sticks with him. and that makes me feel like it’s too much screen time without the payoff.
