Younger me: OH MY GOD, WHAT IF I HAVE A CONNECTION TO ANIMALS OR WHAT IF I'M A THERIAN?!

Literally me watching animal documentaries: Okay, so like, big bird thing, try to become friends with the adult - OH MY GOD THEY'RE EATING TOGETHER, AAAAAAAAAAA -

(My point is that I have to often remind myself that "they're animals" because I keep accidentally making them anthro, I am also posic, objectoplatonic, and an accidental furry, so I WILL end up labeling a dog as "sarcastic", "judging me", etc, even ending up more regularly making their behavior in my head less animalistic, and I also don't have a connection to nature - in fact, I don't understand it, and I like tall glass buildings and office stuff, so I tend to conclude that I'm not only human, but "very human" at that, or whatever - and sure, I want a tail and all, and can see my face in my dog-headed doll, but still - I also felt nonhuman ONCE, which was for seconds when I was a kid, and yet again, wondering what I am, as I was undiagnosed and autistic, and none of this text is to invalidate anyone, but I just find it funny that I ever think that my plastic brain could ever be a therian or something).
