August 15th Prompt: Raising a family & Nature Characters: Portugal (Amaro Vincente)/Nyo China (Mei Wang/Wang Mei), Macau (Yu Vincente), Nyo Macau (Yanmi Vincente)

Mei smiled as she rested against Amaro. She smiled and looked at his face to see his eyes are closed. They've been married for a couple years at this point. She couldn't have asked for a better husband. The sound of a baby crying had Amaro waking up and shifting to get up. Not to mention father. Mei sat up so he could do so. She watched him head to their son's room.

"Olá, Yu," he said and walked up to the crib, gently picking up the crying baby boy. Yu calmed a bit when picked up, but he still seemed fussy. "Time for a diaper change," Amaro said when he noticed the smell. He carried Yu to the changing table. "Then it's bottle time."

"Pai." Seven-month-old Yu smiled as he sat on Mei's lap, looking at his father. This brought a gasp and bright smile to Amaro's face. He picked up Yu and hugged his son. "Pai," Yu repeated. Mei looked at Amaro. "What does that mean?" She asked. "It means dad in Portuguese," Amaro said. Mei smiled softly. "So, it looks like you're Yu's first word." Amaro pressed a kiss to Yu's head as he cuddled the infant. "Pai," Yu said once again.

At eleven months old, Yu took his first steps towards his mother. She smiled and held her arms out to him as he did so. Both Mei and Amaro were encouraging him along the way. Into her arms Yu went as soon as he got to her. Amaro and Mei cheered for him and Yu smiled, giggling.

"There's someone I'd like for you to meet," Mei said when Amaro brought a four-year-old Yu into the room. Amaro then helped the boy onto his mom's bed, where he saw she's holding a newborn baby. Yu sat next to her and looked at his new sibling. "This is your new sister, Yanmi." Yet Yu stared at her for a moment more. "She's squishy looking."

In the ASOIAF au does China have any children?

Yes, she has 3 children here: Macau (Name pending), Mei (Taiwan), and Leon (HK). They’re all small children at this point in the timeline though. She married a little later, hence why she’s a similar age to Romulus but he has children in their late teens. I’m still debating whether it’s a regency situation where Chun Yan is ruling for Macau until he comes of age or she’s ruling in her own right like in a Rhaenyra Targaryen type of situation.

August 17th Prompt: Free day

Characters: Macau (Yu Vincente)/Vietnam (Thùy Nguyen), Nyo China (Mei Wang)/Portugal (Amaro Vincente)

Thùy looked around at the different pictures. So, this is what Yu looked like when he was younger. Both are fourth year students at Soderth Academy of the Arcane. They're in different houses, though. She's in white tiger and he's in black tortoise. This is the first time she's been over to his house.

"He was cute, wasn't he?" An older male voice asked. Thùy jumped a bit and looked next to her to see Yu's father Amaro standing there, also looking at the pictures. Yu wasn't kidding when he said his dad's European. That is a white man. "Yes, he was a cute kid," she said. "Dad, what have you been telling her?" Yu asked. He's back from the bathroom. "Nothing embarrassing," Amaro said. "Just that you were a cute kid." Thùy giggled a bit. "Mom said dinner will be soon," Amaro said.

"He had the chubbiest cheeks when he was a baby," Mei said and pinched Yu's cheek. "Mãe," Yu said and pulled out of her grip. "You're embarrassing me." Thùy looked between the two. Mei pouted a bit. Didn't stop her from finding a picture and showing Thùy. "Oh, how cute," Thùy cooed. Yu blushed at this.

Thùy laid her head against Yu's shoulder when the two finally got a moment away from his parents. He glanced at her and smiled a bit.

Amaro and Mei smiled as they watched the two. An arm was placed around Mei's shoulders. She looked up at him and kissed his cheek.

In my conclusion, we have a good amount of America, Italy, England, Russia, and Prussia blogs for right now and it'd be nice to see more variety for other characters!

What are your thoughts on Portugal x China?

Controversial. Difficult. Enemies to lovers and enemies again. There's a rivalry that is hard to find out in Portugal most of the time; and Yao knows how to activate that bomb. Because we are talking abut baby favourite, Macau. And Port let him go in the 90's, too much recent.

You could put it like the common child they have, but Port prefers to be single dad on this.

I tried a Nyo!Port x China in a fanfic last year and it became quite good, but they have the harsh thing that never goes. Two old b*tches bothering the other one for eternity. Nice.

Abour supernatural phases, quite elemental because they're both dragons but from different elements: Silver and sea vs. gold and wind.
