- TYME TUCKING IN HIS SCRUBS BEFORE GOING TO SEE PATIENT GREAT (internally screaming since the day I saw that clip/episode, surgeons atleast any single one I know don't fucking tuck in their scrubs, at least not in my country, UNLESS ITS SOME VERY IMPORTANT SUPERIOR COMING OR MEETING THEM like health ministry people checking the quality at hospital etc aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaass so Tyme tucking in his shirt before seeing Great is so important to me atleast)

- TYME KNOWING HIS FULL NAME, i don't really know how it is in hospitals in Thailand, do they use their full long names or both the nickname and full name, but either way, TYME KNOWING HIS FULL NAME AND HIM TELLING HE KNEW IT FROM THE BOUQUET (instead of the case sheet which is what I expected) was sexy

- TYME TELLING HIM TO COME BACK TO HIMSELF FOR SUTURE REMOVAL BECAUSE HE WAS THE ONE WHO SUTURED IT (bombastic side eye) (WHAT A FLIRT!!!!! SIR YOU JUST MET HIM)

are infact some top quality rizz and quality realistic writing(atleast to me).

I don't consider Tyme putting himself between Great's legs/leaning in while examining the wound as rizz, it's obviously unethical, there's no need to compare reality with fiction but still I'm most of the time a boring person. So I don't mention that in the list. Rest of that happenings were pure pure flirty cutey pie thing.

Did the rizz work on Great? Yes. That's all that matters.

#1 you are an amazing writer, and your work gave me a reason to pick up a book again.

#2 If Bill can disasozeate (pardon my spelling) for millions of years, why does he simply not do that in The Void? Perhaps it is the feeling of control. He cannot leave the void unless he is let out and that is terrifying to him. Perhaps it is that he is waiting on nothing. I remember it was stated in that same chapter that he feels as if he is waiting on nothing.

I don't like talking about negative things too often especially not on a Tumblr blog but I am really liking Kate so far

I actually looked at this chapter a few days ago, but I needed some more time to think. this screenshot still stands out to me (William path is calling me out so bad)

this path is making me feel a lot more emotions than I should. it hurt. at first I didn't like William, but now I do, he's cool

apart from that I have a lot of thoughts on these two chapters

usually I don't like otome MCs. at all. they tend to make rash decisions, naive, oblivious and clueless, inconsistent characterization, forceful, etc. they feel really flat to me. but out of all the Cybird MCs I know (vamp, vil, pri), I feel like I relate the most to Kate... I'm not a fan of Kate's "innocent pure heart" (natural cybird MC character trait 💀), but otherwise...

of course MC varies by path, but in William's path she has trouble asserting herself, and Kate feels really guilty for things out of her control and things she can't change. she wanted to save all the people there. overall, Kate is considered a "people pleaser". sometimes I feel that way. unfortunately I'm much more of a loose cannon than her so nvm... but we do tend to consider others before our own. to the point this chapter felt too real to me. it brought me to tears, not something that happens often when I'm reading. it's likely something that happened back then (Cybird loves teaching us history...) a lot of shi happened in the victorian era. and then of course there's something personal. there's a lot of people who take substances in my family, and as much as I'd like to say "that's their decision"... I can't look away. it hurts to see them suffer. maybe that's why Kate suppresses herself so much. that's why she wants to be polite, to do anything to prevent people from feeling certain ways that hurt them as well. this route is already depressing, imagine how I'm going to feel in Liam route there's never that much info on the MCs, because you're supposed to fill in the blanks yourself... but again, I actually kind of like Kate more compared to the other MCs, because I feel more connected to her... kind of like how I feel some sort of connection with Alfons (I won't elaborate, but not in the unholy way.) I can't wait to see her develop more throughout this path I have to get to doing my work now...

He saves Nikolai in the war but a moment later he's like "uhh nvm" then he also sacrifices himself in the end so maybe some of it is starting to seep in especially after Alina's words that he kept repeating to himself and also insisted that she wasn't true and how he Just Didn't Care 🙄 *insert the pretending not to cry wojak meme*

His POV was fun! I just didn't like the duology; I think the plot was a mess and it was inconsistent with itself, not to mention the trilogy before it. But I preferred RoW to KoS bc my evil goth son is in it at least. I've said this before but I dislike the base premise of resurrecting him at all, especially in a narrative where Alina remains out of the picture as protagonist. I think it undercuts her arc and efforts too badly, and like his send off was already good. He doesn't need to come back! But he's clearly LB's favorite blorbo and she refuses to let him stay dead lmao. So like, if he must come back, then I do think that is the funniest possible premise for it, where he's lost all status and power and is completely out of his depth. It is interesting to see him in such different context! I just wish it made sense or contributed to a better story. Personally, I liked his silly little glass prison arc and wish it had lasted longer. They needed to fully just Hannibal Lecter him and keep him as their pet war criminal to advise on random plot or the Saints or whatever. I did think it was clever though the way he got maneuvered into a grudging near redemption, where he's completely and entirely unrepentant,* but tricked into saving the day from sheer ego. He's the self appointed main character of the world, so of course he has to be the one to go to tree hell. In general, I feel like the characterization in KoS suffered? Where most of the characters got flattened, but I think he was the most intact. His actions were messier, but I got the impression that that's more him being unused to not having the power that he used to have, and flailing a bit. My main gripe is that I do think he would probably be petty enough to demand Alina see him off to tree hell. But LB super, super didn't want her involved in any meaningful way, which, I can understand! But in-universe it didn't really feel consistent. *Or so he claims! I did think it was really fun the way he was grappling with pretending to be an emotionless husk of a person as per usual and also just not quite fitting into that anymore. I don't think he was sorry, but it's like that one tumblr post that goes "not evil anymore i want to be loved now -> evil again" rinse and repeat dfghj
