Only child and Mt. Komorebi born snowboard champion, Keiko Nakagawa is famous for being reserved and very down to earth. She has always been close to most party goers of Mt. Komorebi as her best friend is part of them, but would rather enjoy a good drink from the side.

nowboard has been her lifestyle since she was a child and most people that know her root for her. As ski and snowboard competitions were held in Mt. Komorebi, she met Emery as a teen. He was good looking but already famous for being a player at a young age. But to be honest, she did have a crush on him. He was her first kiss - and she didn't know that but she was also his. However, as the boy attracted too many girls for her liking, she said she would rather focus on her career because one doesn't have the Ito backing. She would then later on acquire her own fame as a snowboarder, still being in the same circle of friends as Emery's: a mix of party goers and snow sports enjoyers. Among their friends, it was always an open secret that Emery liked Keiko. But he never tried again with her, fearing rejection again. He was still a playboy - even more than before in her eyes. But one day, he confessed that he wanted to settle down. Keiko herself had thought of having her own family... Maybe it was time to give him a chance again. And so she did. All their friends were surprised but happy that the two of them got together. As they both wanted to have a stable relationship, marriage talks started soon between them. Emery didn't hesitate after less than a year to propose and their wedding was announced as the event of the year. Right before her marriage day, Keiko realized she was pregnant. Everything aligned for her, so she was overjoyed with the news. but decided to wait for the honeymoon to announce the pregnancy, especially as Emery seemed weirdly more nervous with their big day approaching. However, when she announced her pregnancy, she did not get the reaction she expected. A few weeks ago, Emery was all over her, but when he heard he would be a father, he seemed... displeased? Was he backtracking already? Was he as fickle as she had thought when they were teens? What does the future have in store for her as a future mother? With all these doubts plaguing her mind, Keiko navigates her first pregnancy and being a wife to the heir of the Ito resort.

"A Wellness Escape" - Employee Wellness Retreat

In response to the ever-increasing recognition of the importance of employee well-being and mental health, NowBoarding Inc. is embarking on an impactful initiative - the Employee Wellness Retreat. This project is designed to provide our employees with a transformative experience that goes beyond the conventional definition of relaxation.

The retreat will take place in a serene countryside location, carefully selected to provide participants with an immersive experience in nature. Its primary objective is to foster holistic well-being by addressing physical, mental, and emotional health. We aim to create an environment where our employees can unwind, rejuvenate, and acquire sustainable tools for enhancing their overall well-being.

Through a well-rounded program featuring yoga and meditation sessions, outdoor fitness workshops, stress management workshops, nutritionist consultations, team-building activities, spa services, and more, our employees will have the opportunity to embark on a journey of self-discovery and revitalization.
