This. Every single fucking day. Sometimes it doesnt happen but it all just teaches me to be wary. I am not "prevented" as my family (rightly actually) says. I am afraid. That if i step a single foot out of a line i dont know exists and cant even see everything i love will be torn away from me and if i as much as EXPRESS anything that isnt compliance i get ridiculed by shadows of reality *itself*. Because its just my luck that while everyone's boogeyman is the governmant (or some minority or other in the stupidests of cases) i am stuck with the universe. Because if i as much as TRY to make me a safe space im called lazy and that i need tog et off that damn game. And i understand it, but i ask why. Why the fuck am i not even ALLOWED to do anything else even REMOTELY pleasurable or interesting. Why does everything require me strife. If im water. Than my enemy isnt a rock. Im in a still jar made of the toughest and smoothest possible glass and there is no movement to get out of it. Fuck this shit.

and yes a mimir became a meme! and that's exactly how you use it LMAO one of my friends actually always says "hora de mimir" (time to sleep) people also say "la mimición" which is not actually correct at all but it mean like, the sleep LMAO

dude if i knew!!! i forgot to say you can also use it as an exclamation kinda like saying great, but you would say la raja and not just raja. cara de raja my beloved i use it so much :')

these are a couple of phrases that come to my head right now (and i have no idea if they’re used on other places, i’ve never heard anyone else use them but you never know)

we’re going to start with the most famous one: “boludo” it can be used to insult someone (‘sos un boludo’) or, a way to call your friend over, or an idiot when they do something stupid. it’s not a big word to insult someone since it has that same purpose as well.

“me voy a mimir” means “i’m going to sleep” it’s another way of saying ‘dormir’

“cerra el orto” means “shut the fuck up” or it can also be used as “te voy a dar una patada en el orto” which means “i’m gonna kick your ass” (orto=ass. but we also have another word that can be used for ass “ojete”. “cerra el ojete”. the actual translation for that phrases is “close your ass” but the meaning is shut the fuck up basically)

“chapar” means making out with someone. “yo me lo re chapo a ese chico” which means i would kiss the shit out of that guy

“ahre” has a lot of meanings and a lot of uses. but the main thing is when something bizarre happens or you say something weird.

“ándate a la puta que te parió” the exact translation of that is “go to the whore that birthed you” yeah, not the best in english. but it’s an insult similar to “fuck off”

“pelotuda/o” similar as “boluda/o” (without the calling your friend over part)

“me chupa un huevo” the translation is so weird so i won��t waste time on that. but basically means “i don’t give a fuck”

there are SO much more but these are lesson 1 lol
