Lean On Me
The three times Jeonghan sticks up for you, and the one time you finally get it.
Word count: 2k
Warnings: mentions of anxiety and stress. Creepy guy in a club.
This is part of the Three Times series. This one is inspired by this reaction.
One
You really don’t want to be out at the club right now. You’re not even sure how you ended up here. Your friends can so rarely convince you to come somewhere so crowded and loud. But it’s your friend’s birthday and you felt compelled to dress up and play along, no matter how briefly. You’ve been sipping on the same watered down drink for the last hour while chatting with a few mutual friends who have also shown up.
Joshua has just walked away, leaving Jeonghan to sip his drink next to you as he eyes you carefully. “Don’t like the drink?” His voice is teasing and it makes you frown a bit. You don’t like that your discomfort is so obvious as he clocks your squirm from one foot to the other immediately. You can tell because he fucking smirks down at you behind his beer.
“Not much of a drinker,” you excuse, trying to sound light, but it comes out through gritted teeth. Every muscle in your body is wound tight from even being here.
“I’ll go get you something different if you’d like. Something a little fruitier to mask the taste.” He’s still watching you like a hawk. His voice is still teasing, but the offer seems genuine, like he’ll turn to the bar as soon as you agree.
Still, you shake your head, twirling the little straw in your glass. All the ice is gone by now, not that you had much of a desire to drink it in the first place. “Thank you, but I’ll pass.” The music is suddenly a little too loud and your ears start to ring. Your breath catches a bit in your throat. “Actually, I’m going to head out. Can you tell them that if they ask?”
Jeonghan’s eyes drift to your mutual friend, the birthday girl, who is dancing on a table now. “I don’t think they’ll notice. I’ll drive you home, if you want. It’s late and you shouldn’t walk or get a taxi alone.”
You frown at him again. “How much have you had to drink?”
He raises his mostly full beer a little, “This is my second one.” The neck of the bottle hasn’t even been drained yet. He watches you hestitate. “Nothing more than a ride, I promise. I just want to make sure you make it home okay.”
The DJ has turned up the music just a bit, the bass thumping in your stomach uncomfortably. You place your glass on one of the trays in the corner. “Okay, if you’re sure you’re safe to drive.”
“I’m sure,” he says simply, plopping his bottle next to your glass. He holds out his hand to you and you stare at it, so long that he pulls it back. “Hang on. Don’t want you to get lost in the crowd.”
Your hand loosely finds the back of his shirt as he leads you through the crowd and out the front doors of the club. In the night air, you can breath a little better and he doesn’t say anything about it. Once in the car, he rolls down the windows for you.
Two
You’re out again, this time to dinner with some friends. You’ve had the misfortune of sitting next to Soonyoung. He’s really so, so sweet and means nothing by it, but he’s been drinking quite a bit before you got here. He gives you a tight hug that has your heart racing in the worst way when you sit down next to him. He greets you warmly none the wiser, and doesn’t seem to notice how you inch away from him. But at the cramped table, there isn’t far to go before you’re bumping elbows with Jeonghan.
On the other side of Soonyoung, Joshua is doing his best to distract Soonyoung, but the hyperactive man keeps turning to you to talk animatedly. You’re doing your best to be polite, you really are, because you know he would never try to make you uncomfortable on purpose, but some of his awareness is gone because of the alcohol.
Jeonghan stands after your third clingy hug from Soonyoung and announces, “I’ll get the next round of shots.” He turns to you, speaking a little softer. “Will you come help me?”
Much like the last time at the club, you grab the back of his shirt to get to the bar. He places the order with the bartender and then turns to you. “You looked like you needed a little breather.”
You huff, hating how transparent you seem to be around him. “Is it that obvious?”
“Yeah,” Jeonghan snorts, looking entertained. “You kind of wear it all over your face.”
Someone comes up to the bar behind you, crowding you. Jeonghan’s gently grabbing your elbow, pulling you towards him. There’s a spike of anxiety, but being inches from Jeonghan is better than being so close to a total stranger. Said stranger is totally unaware of how he’s practically breathing down your neck, brushing up against your back. You feel your shoulders tense, but Jeonghan’s hand moves from your elbow to your back, pulling you toward him into his side.
He leans down to be heard over the music. “Sorry. It’s just until we get away from the bar.” You give him a nod, because there’s a weird mixure of anxiety and relief flooding you. The noise and chaos is still a little too much, but his hand and side is warm against you and his cologne smells good.
Nevertheless, you’re relieved when the bartender slides Jeonghan a tray of shot glasses. You trail behind him, hand on his shirt, until you reach the table again. He gently nudges you to his old seat, taking the one next to Soonyoung once he’s passed out the glasses. You can breathe a little bit easier the rest of the night, while Soonyoung curls into Jeonghan’s side.
Three
You open the TikTok notification from Jeonghan at approximatley 1:30am, mostly because you were already scrolling through the app. You send a reaction back and almost immediately get a text. ‘Why on earth are you still up?’
Here in the comfort of your bedroom, there’s very little anxiety about responding to him. ’Can’t sleep. You?’
‘Same. Want to go on a walk?’
That’s how you find yourself strolling the streets in the middle of the night with Jeonghan by your side. He’s kept conversation light - the latest stories about your mutual friends, or what he’s working on at work without spoiling anything. He asks how your work is going and you squirm, stuffing your hands in your jacket pockets. You do your best to ignore his frown and careful stare.
“Stressful. Some serious deadlines coming up.”
He hums, understanding. Your sure he does understand, given what he does for a living. “Well, I’d ask if you’ve been sleeping… but here were are.” He chuckles and it makes you crack a small smile. “But you’ve been eating right?” Your hesitation is enough of an answer for him. He’s stopping at a street corner, nodding his head to the right. “Come on, there’s a 24 hour convenience store down here. We can get you something.”
You don’t budge, peering up at him. “No… I can’t really eat much when I’m like this. It’ll get better in a few days when the deadline has passed.”
Jeonghan’s eyes narrow. “Then come keep me company while I eat. I’m hungry.”
Fine. It’s not like you want to go home yet anyway. You trail after him in the dark and he holds the door open for you at the convenience store. There, he picks out some ramen and a couple onigiri. You sit across from him at one of the small tables in the store.
When he slides one of the onigiri to you, you frown. “It’s light. You should try to eat something.” Your stomach growls as if on cue and you huff. He’s smirking, but there’s something soft and not at all arrogant about his expression. “Come on. Just try it.”
You pick up the little triangular snack, peeling away the saran wrap. He’s right. It does make you feel better. He silently slides you the second onigiri and you scarf it down.
He buys you one more for the walk home on the way out of the convenience store.
Four
This time, you don’t expect to see Jeonghan. You’re out at the club again with a few of your friends. One of them recently got broken up with and this was an effort to cheer her up. It’s working because she’s already dancing with some guy, leaving you to escape the stuffy dance floor.
At the bar, you order something fruity, remembering that Jeonghan said you might like it more. It strikes you as kind of strange that you think of him as you wait for the drink. When the bartender slides you the drink, you take a sip and know Jeonghan was right. This is way more tolerable.
You turn to leave the bar, when a body blocks you. It’s big and bulky and the smell of strong cologne assaults your senses. Your body is already tense before you hear the man say, “Hey sweetheart, let me buy you a drink.”
He’s blocking your escape from the crowd at the bar and you kind of feel like a cornered animal. “Oh, no thank you,” you try to say confidently. “Just got one. I’m good. If you’ll excuse me.” You start to wedge between the space between him and the next person, but he’s moving to block you.
“Oh come on. I promise, I’m nice. We can go somewhere quieter to get to know each other.” Something about his tone and sleazy smile makes you cover your drink protectively.
“I’m good, I should get back to my friends.” There’s a bit of desperation in your tone that you can’t really hide now. The guy looks like he might become a bit irate at your rejection when he’s bumped to the side roughly and a hand comes to your back.
“Hi baby, sorry I”m late.”
Jeonghan’s inserted himself between you and the man, and despite being cramped against the wood of the bar, relief floods you. “It’s okay, I’m glad you made it.” You’re not sure what possesses you to play along, but the words spill out fast. Perhaps because it’s genuine. You really are glad Jeonghan is next to you now.
“Who’s this?” He asks lightly, looking at the guy. The stranger is shrinking away now, apologizing. It burns you up inside that your insistence wasn’t enough but Jeonghan’s presence as a fake boyfriend is. Jeonghan turns to the bar to order a drink and makes you turn with him. He leans down to your ear. “Are you okay?” You nod, not sure if it’s the whole truth. You can still smell the stranger’s overwhelming cologne nearby, so you lean into Jeonghan. If he’s thrown off by it, he doesn’t show it.
As soon as he has his drink in hand, he grabs your hand with the other, leading you away from the bar. His grip loosens once the crowd thins, but yours tightens, and he glances back, eyes a little wide. But he tightens his grip again, pulling you to a corner. You don’t release his hand and he lets you cling. “Did he say or do anything I should have hit him for?”
The words surprise you, but even more, the intensity of his look makes your eyes widen. “You would have hit him?”
He simply raises an eyebrow, beer bottle up to his lips. “Yeah. I’ll go do it right now if you want.”
“I don’t… but, Jeonghan. Why would you do that?”
Jeonghan’s jaw drops a little. “You can’t be serious, Y/N.” You just frown at him and he huffs. “I would do that in a heartbeat if someone made you uncomfortable. I don’t play fake boyfriend for just anyone.”
There’s something teasing about his tone, but his fingers are flexing around yours still. “But you’ll play fake boyfriend for me to help me get away from a creep?”
“I’ll play real boyfriend for you to help you get away from a creep.” He barks a laugh at the way your jaw drops. “Y/N, baby, you can’t be that dense. I’ve been into you for a long time.”
You stammer. “Jeonghan, why didn’t you say anything?”
He stares at you for a moment. “I kind of got the impression that you wouldn’t want me to, or anyone else for that matter.”
He’s right. You haven’t been interested in dating in so long for so many reasons. But there’s safety in standing close to him, even in a setting like this. You glance around the club for a moment before looking up at him. “Do you want to get out of here?”
You kind of expect a smirk, but instead he gives you a sweet grin. “I thought you’d never ask.”

“never talk to strangers.”
“do not open the door to anyone.”
You’ve been told this many times by your mother. Growing up she was always protective of you but in a slightly unnecessary way in your opinion. You know she meant well but you are practically an adult now and although she doesn’t remind you of the warnings anymore, her voice is clear as the first time you heard it when you were a child. It was more prominent the moment your eyes stared right at a figure dragging himself outside the road.
The thunders were exceptionally active tonight and you were binge watching a series but something at the back of your mind told you to pause and head straight to the window. Following your instincts, carefully you stepped closer to the window, pushing the curtains just enough for you to see the situation outside.
It was still raining but not as harsh as earlier when you were having dinner with both your mother and grandmother. Three women in a house together somehow made you feel the need to be extra protective like how your mother was to you. As the youngest in the household, naturally you were to obey the elders, especially your grandmother.
However, the sight of a lone man with head hung low dragging himself in the pouring rain made you want to act on impulse. You could not make it clearly but it seems there’s a trail of liquid behind him. It made you extremely curious. Not thinking of the consequences, you were determined to find out what you saw was real or just a fragment of imagination.
Looking back at their bedrooms to make sure none of the two was awake, you grabbed the keys and carefully unlocked the door and went out. Only then you realised that there was no need to be quiet because it was raining so heavily. The road was empty except for the man and without a second thought you ran towards him not expecting him to stop for you.
“Excuse me, are you lost?” Just then you realised that this would be a perfect scene in a horror movie and how dumb of you to not calculate your actions before deciding to casually talk with this stranger.
You expected him to be frail but the closer you were now, he was tall and had quite a build. His eyes were shaped in a way that would pierce through your heart like daggers but it suddenly softened when he took in your features.
“...princess” he mumbled out but you couldn’t hear due to the storm and held his arm instead. “Your back is bleeding, did you get into an accident?” He said nothing and only had a very solemn expression across his wet face.
You knew this was crazy but if this is how you die then so be it. “I don’t think the rain will stop any time soon. Do you mind coming with me?” Your mother will faint if she knew what you were doing right at the moment.
Again, he said nothing but slightly turned around letting you guide him. You passed a smile before letting go of his hand a walk ahead, actually feeling scared for your life. There is no turning back, I already invited him over.
You tried to calm your heartbeat and steadied your breath as you stepped onto the porch. He quietly followed behind you when you opened the door. “Can you go up by yourself? My room is on the immediate right. I’ll be right there.” You didn’t wait for his answer and headed straight to the kitchen trying to find a rag to wipe the blood covered floor.
“He’s bleeding a lot. I wonder what happened…” You made sure to take glances just in case any of the two ladies decided to get up and have a midnight snack and caught you suspiciously wiping the floor in the dark. You pat the floor and sniff your palm and surprisingly no stain or copperish smell was there.
Making your way upstairs and heading straight into your room, only to find him standing at a corner as if afraid he might break anything if he moved any further into your space.
“Come over to the bed, I’ll clean up your wounds.” You were way too cheerful about this strange situation and remembering that he was a stranger and potentially might be dangerous for everyone in the house right now had you switched your personality to a less friendlier one.
“I’m fine over here.” He noticed how your eyes widened when he spoke and averted his eyes away. Woah, he has a very deep voice. Snap out of it! It’s time to help. You grabbed a folding chair that happens to be in your room for some reason and called him over to sit which he was hesitant but listened to you anyways.
You observed his appearance and pinch a bit of the fabric he was wearing. It looked and felt like silk but somewhat rougher as you rub on it. “Do you mind if I take this off, I need to see how badly your injury is.” You can tell he was unsure about everything that was going on but decided to trust you. As he crossed his arms to take the top off, you heard him winced as he immediately hunched to the front.
“I guess the pain just got to you.” He remained in that position as you went to grab a pair of scissors and carefully cut it through the material on his back. Nothing could have prepared you for what you were seeing. There was a deep hole on each side of his back as if something was ripped off from his body. Taking off the cloth from his body you quickly pressed the wounds and hoped the bleeding would eventually stop.
You didn’t know why but hearing him hissing and groaning in pain worried you. From time to time you apologised and told him to hang in there as you cleaned his wounds up and bandaged the upper part of his torso. “My mother is a nurse so I know a thing or two. Although I must say this is my first time actually doing this.” You dabbed a wet cloth over his face and could not help but be awestruck at his defined features. But why was he wandering in the streets in the middle of a thunderstorm heavily injured?
“Can I ask what’s your name?” you were prepared for him to lash out at you but he didn’t and answered you simply with “Mingi.” You unconsciously smiled to yourself as you repeated his name unaware of his flustered reaction to hearing your voice saying his name.
“What actually happened to you, Mingi?” You asked as you plopped down in front of him and started putting band aids on his feet to which he surprised you by grabbing hold of your wrist. “Y-you don’t have to go that far...” It seemed that he didn’t trust you enough to share anything other than his name. You take that as a cue to back away and give him space.
You watched as Mingi mustered up all the energy left to sit up straight. At the sight of his pained expression, you softened even more feeling helpless at your limited capabilities to help him feel better. “I have a bathroom over there, you can use it while I grab a change of pants for you to wear.” His face remained unchanged as he continued to stare at you. Before standing up to leave the room, you did not forget to pass him a smile.
It was like mission impossible for you, going into the spare room and even sneaking into your mother’s room to find anything that belonged to your father or grandfather and actually managed to do so. Placing the pyjama pants in front of the bathroom, you informed Mingi about the garment and went about the sleeping arrangement for the night.
You heard the door open and turned to speak only to flutter your eyes away at the sight of him. “You can have my bed, I’ll sleep right here.” You pointed at the space right next to the bed. He stepped closer with yet the same pained expression. You wonder if it’s from his injuries or something else that you have no knowledge of.
“You don’t have to do all this”
“I want to. I don’t feel great if you sleep on the floor with such serious wounds.” You gave him no choice and quickly laid down on the layered futon you made. Mingi huffed at your actions and reluctantly went to occupy your bed. You heard him groan and peek through the blanket to watch him find a comfortable position to rest. He did not notice you sitting up and observing him toss and turning on the bed until you let out a sound.
“I think the only way to sleep is on your front.” You patted your chest and gave him a lopsided smile. He sighed, taking your advice as he lay down on his front, head turning to the side. You too were back under the blanket and stared right at the ceiling. It was indeed a weird night for you. Initially everything seemed crazy and dangerous but those feelings seemed to die down as the night went by.
“Would you believe me If I say I fell?” At his voice, you turn to your side and look at him genuinely interested. “You fell?” He nodded. “I fell…from the sky.” He scoffed at the obvious confusion written on your face. “Are you being serious right now?” Again, Mingi nodded.
“I know you won’t believe me. But that’s what happened.” His lips slightly curved upwards as if hoping for you to believe him despite knowing that would be impossible in that short amount of time.
“I believe you,” His eyes widened at your words. “But there has to be more to that, right?” You yawned right after and Mingi could only watch as you slowly drift off to sleep leaving him alone to his thoughts.
Tumblr media
The warmth and slight sweat woke you up from the fantasy-like dream. Looking around, you realised that you were no more on the floor and was laid down on the bed with the heavy comforter covering you like a baby. “I wasn’t dreaming…” slightly panicking in your half awake state, you stepped down and went straight to the direction of the voices that seemed too normal to be true.
Your eyes met. There he was, the man that wasn’t part of your dreams but was clearly in your room last night, lying almost pathetically on your bed. Your eyes then glance to the women, your mother had this stiff aura around her while your grandmother ushered you to come closer.
“I can explain” You nervously said, voice trembling as your palms came up in defence. “Sit down, dear. Mingi here told us everything.” Confused was an understatement at that moment. What does she mean by he told them everything? The only man at the dining table did not utter a word as he fiddled with the mug’s handle as if it was the most interesting item at that moment.
“He told us…where it’s more like grandma here figured out what happened. And you better thank the Heavens that it was her who found out first and not me.” Your mother sighed with a disappointed look and you were sure that Mingi’s body reacted to the word Heavens. Everything was happening so fast, you had so many things to say and to ask but nothing was coming out of your mouth.
“I found this feather outside your bedroom door. Right after that, this young man opened the door and gave me a good surprise.” The old lady laughed as she stroked the single bird-like feather in her hands.
“Your mother and I changed his bandages since it was soaked with blood. You did well trying to help this unfortunate young man, dear.” Her words were sincere and felt like a compliment but the daggers from your mother said otherwise. As if telling you that bringing Mingi in your house was the last thing you should have done.
There was a short silence hanging in the air before he suddenly spoke. “Can we talk? Just the two of us?” You turned to look at him and unconsciously nodded at his words. He stood up, excused himself and walked away. “Sweetie, whatever you do, please think of yourself first.” Getting slightly annoyed by your mother, you said nothing and went to find Mingi.
You saw him by the steps outside and went to sit next to him. “Hey” you murmured, enough for him to hear you. It felt awkward and kind of weird and you then realised that you were still in your pyjamas which was fine considering you were at home but there is this inhumane looking being right next to you that made you feel inferior all of a sudden.
“Is everything okay?”
“Yeah, totally! Sorry…I mean yes everything is fine.” Clearing your throat, you calmed down and continued, “You wanted to talk to me, right?” His eyes never left your face as if trying to remember every detail and sketch it in his mind on repeat. The way your head tilted made him feel something he never experienced before.
“This is going to sound really weird but I actually fell…”
“Yeah you told me last night-”
“From heaven”
“Oh”
There was a deafening silence as you hugged your legs closer to your chest when the wind suddenly rushed over. “So that feather earlier was yours?” He nodded, worry painted all over his face as he waited for you to gather your thoughts. “Hold on, that injury on your back… Mingi, are you an angel?” A hand clasped over your mouth as you watched him frowned further at your words.
“I was one. But not anymore. A-are you scared of me?” You shook your head denying almost instantly. “No, of course not. It’s just…what happened?” You noticed he was a bit restless and carefully gathered his palms in yours, stroking his knuckles to assure him that you were indeed not scared of him.
“I desired for something I should not have even thought of in the first place. I wished to live as a human and that alone got me banished.” Your fingers curled tighter on his cold ones as you waited for him to continue on. “I was your guardian angel actually,” He chuckled dryly when your eyes widened at the revelation.
“I knew everything about you. How sensitive you are to others emotions, how you argue a lot with your mother and your grandmother always siding with you. I know how your father…how he called you princess to stop you from crying. I knew then that I had to be there for you, not from up there but right next to you.” Mingi then pressed his forehead to yours, his hands now shifted to hold yours instead.
“I was different from the rest. I had human emotions and I realised that I was in love with you. I wanted to be with you, princess.” His tears dropped right on your skin, each drop was warmer than the one before. Your lips parted wanting to utter something but as usual nothing came out. Everything happened so fast that there was no time to properly think and come up with something that will not sound half hearted.
You most definitely did not want to hurt him further than what he had gone through. You can’t even imagine the pain he endured from being different like the rest yet you had nothing to say to him as of that moment. Mingi backed away when he felt you pulling your hands from his hold. His face wore the most heart wrenching expression you have ever seen on a person.
You glanced back towards the door and windows, making sure there were no signs of the two nosy ladies before looking right back at Mingi. Shyly nodding your head, you waited for him to take the lead as you closed your eyes. Heat rushed to your face as embarrassment took over your whole being.
“I would have given you a big warm hug but I don’t want to hurt you.” Your eyes wandered to the bandages wrapped neatly around his torso. All of this was new to you. A fallen guardian angel confessing his love to you a day after you saved him from near death. How would one even react to all of this?
“Then, can I kiss you?” His deep voice interrupted the sea of thoughts that would have given away how drifted you were from the reality of the situation.
“Princess”
“Y-yes Mingi?”
“I don’t exactly know how to kiss. Can you-”
Cupping his face, you leaned over to kiss him before another thought could invade both your anxious minds. You felt his strong arms wrapped themselves around you, pulling you impossibly close as you deepened the kiss. A loud rumbling from above had both of you parted with chest heaving heavily from lack of air.
“I think the Heavens are angry with us.” You joked trying to lighten the mood when Mingi suddenly pulled you in for another hug, nuzzling his nose on your neck as he softly pressed his lips on your skin.
“I don’t care if they are. I have you this close to me and that’s all that matters. I love you princess. My heaven on earth.”

Chan:
New Years Eve approached faster than expected and it had been a tradition for Chan and you, to always keep the Christmas tree until after New Year. The atmosphere seemed more cozy with the little tree in the corner and it made you feel more at home. It was sad that Chan wasn’t able to spend it with his family, but you wanted to make sure that he’d still feel comfortable and happy with spending it with you. You had woken up earlier than normal, being happy that Chan was still asleep and started working on the breakfast first. The dinner would certainly be more fancy but first you’d get the breakfast done. Chan normally worked late, meaning he often slept in on his off days, which was lucky for you. You were nearly done with the breakfast when strong arms wrapped around your waist and his head found its way to your shoulder. “Why are you up so early?” You questioned while turning your head to him, to give him a quick kiss. “You weren’t next to me, so I wanted to see what you’re up to.” His voice extremely deep, as he had just woken up. “I figured I could make some breakfast for us, before I get to dinner.” “Oh, about that…” His tone seemed strained and you wondered what was going on. “We can’t spend the evening together. Something came up at the Company, something about plagiarism… I really have to go and sort it out and that could take a while…” He sighed and you tried to not show your disappointment by smiling at him. “It’s okay Channie. It’s not your fault and those are some serious allegations. Just take care of them, I’ll wait here for you.” He apologised a million times during breakfast and you tried to reassure him as much as possible that it would be okay. After that, he had to leave, leaving you alone at the apartment. That was certainly not what you had planned. Not only couldn’t he spend the evening with his family, but now he couldn’t spend it with you either, which kind of made you sad. Not for yourself, but for Chan. He deserved a break and it bothered you that he couldn’t get one. You started watching a series you really liked, while snacking on some stuff. You figured you could just get something delivered when you felt hungry. However, your phone suddenly went off and you saw Felix’ name on the display. “Felix? Is everything okay?” “Yes, everything is okay. I was wondering if you’re free.” “Free? To do what?” “Well, the boys are all at their houses with their families and I heard Chan-Hyung was caught up by work so I figured you’re free too.” “Weren’t you going to celebrate with Hyunjin and his family?” “Yeah, but something came up.” “Oh, well sure. What did you have in mind?” “Lets meet at that one restaurant we all liked. I’ll send you the address.” With that you hung up and started to get ready. It wasn’t something out of the ordinary for you to spend time with the boys, or one of them but it still felt weird. After you got ready you went to the address that Felix send you and waited for him in front of the restaurant. “Hey there, baby.” You immediately turned around and saw none other than Chan himself. “Channie?” You looked around, searching for Felix but he was nowhere to be seen. “Felix is not here. He’s at Hyunjin’s.” Chan chuckled and you tilted your head, slightly confused now. “I wanted to surprise you. I knew you had dinner planned and everything and that you wouldn’t accept my help, so I figured I’d make up an excuse to leave and get you to come here.” He finally explained yourself and you pouted. “You’re a meanie! I was so worried because you had to work on New Years Eve.” “Sorry, sorry.” Chan chuckled and hugged you. You two entered the restaurant, with a beautiful view over Seoul. You were lost in your conversation when you heard the first fireworks. It was 23:59. “They started early.” “No, the big fireworks have yet to come.” Chan answered but you certainly missed them, as Chan connected his lips with yours.
Minho:
You were currently getting ready to make your way to Minho’s. Even though you spend more time at his apartment then yours, you still kept yours. You were too lazy to move all your stuff to his, but you two wanted to do so in the new year. It was one of your goals, that you had set together so that you didn’t always have to go back and forth when you two practically lived together anyway. You were looking forward to Minho but also to Soonie, Dori and Doongie. The three little cats had stolen your heart the moment you went to Minho’s for the first time, so you certainly couldn’t imagine a New Years Eve without them. But moving them from Minho’s apartment to yours would be too uncomfortable for them, as it would be a new environment. The evening would be uncomfortable enough because of the noise already, the change of environment didn’t need to be as well. You didn’t mind anyways. You often went to Minho’s, instead of Minho coming to yours, so it was fine. Your phone pulled you out of your thoughts and your screen lit up with Minho’s name. “Hey.” You put the phone on speaker as you were still applying makeup. “Are you on your way yet?” You could hear a soft “miau” from the background and couldn’t help but smile. “No, I’m still getting ready, why?” “I have to go pick something up, so I was just wondering if you’re already on your way or if I still have time.” “I’ll still need a bit so you can go and pick it up.” You also had to pick something up on the way, so it would take you longer anyway. “Okay, that’s great. I’ll see you in a bit then.” You ended the call and soon finished with your makeup as well. After getting into a comfortable dress, you took your bag and left your apartment. You decided to drive to Minho’s today. It wasn’t too far on foot, only about 20 minutes but you still had to pick something up and you didn’t really want to carry it with you all the way to his house. It didn’t take long and you were finally on your way to Minho’s apartment. “Yes?” Minho immediately picked up after you called him. You were close to his apartment now and you wanted to make sure he’s already back. “I’m close now. Are you still at the out? If so, then I can take you with me. I’m with my car.” “No, don’t worry. I’m already home.” It didn’t take you long to arrive at his apartment, parking your car and making your way up to his floor. He opened the door for you, as you had forgotten the key at your apartment and took the bags from your hands. “What did you get?” Minho asked as he placed them on top of the kitchen counter as you were greeted by Soonie, Doongie and Dori. “Just some stuff.” You answered, preoccupied with the little cats. After a few minutes you finally joined him in the kitchen and only then did you notice a cake. “No way… Is that what you went out to get?” “Yes, remember when we both saw it at the store? We both liked it so I figured I could get it for today.” “Minho…” He looked at you and immediately understood. “You got it too?” He couldn’t help but laugh at that, which you immediately joined in. Now two cakes were sitting at the living room table. You had also gotten a lot of snack for Soonie, Doongie and Dori of course. “Sometimes we really do think too alike.” You chuckled as you snuggled up to him on the couch. “True, but great minds think alike so we can’t do anything about it.” You smiled softly and the evening went rather calmly, until the fireworks started. You softly cuddled the three cats, so that they wouldn’t be too scared, offering them a lot of snacks and petting them, taking their minds of the fireworks. As soon as they were finally done, Minho couldn’t help but admire you openly. “I love you.” “I love you too.” A soft kiss followed, sealing your new year.
Changbin:
“Baby, you don’t have to be so tense.” Changbin’s voice slightly pulled you out of your concentrated state. You had been taking your wardrobe apart since the morning and Changbin finally decided to try and calm you down. His parents had invited you two to spend the New Years Eve together and even though you had met his family quite often, you still got nervous every time. His mother loved you and so did his sister and father, but somehow, even while knowing that, it didn’t calm you. “Binnie, we’re having dinner at your huge house, with your family… I don’t think anyone would be anything but tense.” “But it’s not the first time you’ve been there and met them.” He argued back, leaning back on the chair he had been sitting on for hours now. You had asked him to help you find an outfit and he of course didn’t mind, but the worry on you made him slightly worried too. He hated to see you tense, insecure or sad, so this was really no the setting he had hoped for. He wanted you to be comfortable, not worried. “Listen, baby.” He stood up and softly embraced your form, your head leaning against his chest, listening to his calming heartbeat. “If it’s too much we can cancel.” “No, it’s not that.” “What is it then?” “I don’t know. I just wanna leave a good impression.” “They love you. I doubt you can leave any better impression than you already have.” “You think so?” “Of course, baby. They love you. You know that. My mother and sister literally never leave your side when you’re there and my father likes you a lot too. There’s really nothing to worry about. They're all looking forward to spending today with us both. They even told me I shouldn’t bother showing up without you.” He chuckled at that and you had to join, finally easing your tensed muscles. “Okay, fine. Thank you Bonnie.” He gave you a soft kiss, before he left to get ready as well. It didn’t take long for you to finally choose a dress for the evening and you started to get ready as well. The makeup took you a bit as you weren’t sure what exactly you wanted to do, but you were still on time. “Lets take my car.” Changbin offered, taking the keys for his car, as you both made your way out of the apartment. It was rather chilly and you had forgotten our jacket, but the car was thankfully in front of the apartment so you didn’t walk for long. Changbin’s mother was the one to open the door for your two and she immediately embraced you first, before she did so to Changbin as well. “You two look amazing! Come inside.” She gently took your hands, leading you to the living room. Changbin’s father and sister were also already there and greeted you with the same warmth, his mother had done just seconds ago. You found yourself between his mother and sister, engaged in a conversation while he was talking to his father. It didn’t take long until dinner was ready and the conversation was moved to the dinning room. It was really nice and you felt silly for worrying so much in the first place. You felt Changbin taking your hand under the table and couldn’t help but smile at him softly. It was soon time for the fireworks, so you all went outside. It was even colder than before and you really regretted not taking a jacket. However, as perceptive as he was, Changbin of course had noticed it and draped his jacket over your shoulders. “Thank you.” “Of course.” The soft kiss that followed drowned out the sound of the fireworks completely, as you only focused on him and your beating heart.
Hyunjin:
You woke up rather early, being extremely excited for the day. It was New Years Eve, but that was certainly not the reason of your excitement. Hyunjin had promised to take you to his art studio today. He had been really inspired the last few weeks and had spend a lot of time there. You had often gone there but it felt different today. It somehow felt special. Hyunjin had already left earlier, claiming that he still had to finish a certain painting before you came, so you fixed yourself a small breakfast and readied some stuff you could eat for dinner together. You doubted that you would be back before midnight, so you could spend the evening at his art studio. After you had fixed up something for dinner, which you could heat up at his studio, you started to get ready. It was a loose dress with a pair of black leggings. You wanted to be comfortable for the evening but also look pretty, so you also fixed your makeup before calling Hyunjin. “Jinnie, are you done?” “Nearly, why did you want to come now?” “I wanted to go pick something up from the store first, but I’d come after that. How much more time do you need?” “Around an hour?” “Sure! Then I’ll walk.” You ended the call, grabbed your bag and made your way to the store. You wanted to get some snacks and sweets before going to his studio. You figured he’d be hungry and if you really were to spend till midnight there you would certainly need some snacks and drinks as well. After getting everything you needed, you finally made your way to his art studio. It wasn’t too far but it still took you a while on foot. It had already gotten dark by the time that you had arrived and knocked on the door. “Come in!” You opened the door and were immediately awestruck. Petals of red roses were scattered around the floor, while candles lit the way. His paintings were nowhere to be seen, which made sense because of the candles. You followed the candles and were met with Hyunjin on the terrace. A cozy little sit-area, made out of cushions and blankets greeted you, being illuminated by little hanging lights. It looked like it came straight out of a fairytale. You knew Hyunjin is romantic, but you certainly hadn’t expected this. “J-Jinnie, was this why you came earlier?” “Yep, I wanted to surprise you so I had to move all the paintings to safety and then start on this.” He smiled softly, giving you a red rose before pulling you into his embrace. He took your bags afterwards and you snuggled up to each other in the little make-shift couch, eating and snacking on the stuff that you had brought with you. “I do get to see what you’ve been painting tho, do I?” “Of course. I only moved them to safety but they’re still here. Even though it’s one painting I have been working on for quite some time now.” He helped you up and lead you to a painting that was covered by a cloth. It was the only painting that was on the terrace with you. He pulled the cloth of in seconds and you were left in awe for a second time. He had painted you. “No way you see me as that beautiful.” You couldn’t take your eyes off it and he couldn’t take his eyes off you, when the fireworks went off. “No… I see you as even more beautiful but it would be impossible to capture that on a canvas.” He admitted and the moment you turned to him to disagree he connected your lips, silencing the complaint in seconds. Not that you minded though, it was certainly the most beautiful way to start the new year.
Jisung:
You really worried about Jisung at this point. He had spent a lot of time in the studio in the past few weeks. At first you had thought that it was because he was working on a song with Chan and Changbin, but they both had told you that they had already finished all the songs they had been planning to finish before New Years Eve. They wanted to take it easy and continue in the New Year with new and fresh motivation. They were of course already planning their next comeback but it wouldn’t be too stressful for now at least. However, Jisung still rarely left the studio and you really wondered what he had been working on. He didn’t tell you and apparently neither did he tell the boys. None of them knew what he had been working on, but Chan suggested that it might be a new solo song or something close to that. Maybe he had gotten some inspiration and was now thriving in it, not wanting to stop until he was finished. Typical for artist and the boys all knew the feeling. You however didn’t, so you worry only got worse whenever you saw him return to the apartment, completely tired. Every night until today. It was New Years Eve and you were surprised when you were met with a sleeping Jisung in your shared bed. It was still rather early and you hadn’t heard him when he had returned last night, so he probably had pulled an all-nighter again. You got up as quietly as possible, so that you wouldn’t wake him, wanting him to rest as much as possible. Wanting to surprise and energise him, you started on making brunch, as you knew he wouldn’t wake up for breakfast, so you would just have to combine them. It wasn’t a rare occasion and you didn’t mind, you just wanted him to have as much rest as he could get, before he would get back to working again. He woke up around 11 am, softly hugging your form when he saw you. “Did you rest enough?” Your voice was quiet, seeing that the sleep hadn’t left him completely yet. “Mhm.” “Should we eat something?” He only nodded at that and you two made your way to the kitchen to eat the brunch you made. “Are you going back to the studio?” You were surprised when he shook his head. “Well not alone at least.” “What do you mean?” “Well it’s New Years Eve, so I was wondering if you wanna come with me.” He smiled softly at you, as he took another bite of his food. “Sure!” You had always wanted to accompany him after you had heard from Chan that he was working on something alone, but you also didn’t want to intrude. You knew that Jisung was often insecure about his lyrics or songs, so you didn’t want to push him to show you. So him asking you to accompany him was a huge thing and it made you super happy. It was already getting dark when you two had gotten ready and made your way towards the studio. It wasn’t too cold, so you two decided to walk, as it wasn’t far away from the apartment either. “What type of song is it?” You asked after a while. “I’ll let you listen to it later.” He answered and surprise took over your features again. Telling you about it was one thing, but letting you listen to it before Chan or Changbin did… was a complete other thing. You always listened to his songs, but he only let it happen after Chan and Changbin had agreed that it was really good. Jisung only wanted to show you amazing songs, even though he knew you would love all of them. You finally arrived at the studio and it was rather close to midnight now, after you had also eaten dinner. You wondered what song it was, as Jisung still didn’t let you listen to it. He took your hand softly and lead you to the rooftop of the studio. “Here.” He gave you headphones and it didn’t take you long to understand that the song was about you. “Sungie, I-…” Tears were welling up in your eyes but he didn’t give you any time to start crying, as his lips found yours the moment the fireworks erupted. “Happy New Year, Jagi.”
Felix:
You were really happy that Felix had gotten the opportunity to spend the New Years Evening with his family in Australia. You were currently driving him to the airport and even though you were sad that you couldn’t spend it with him, you were still happy he could with his family. “Do you have everything? Passport, clothes?” You asked for the millionth time this day. You were more anxious than Felix was, not wanting him to miss his chance to go see his parents. You had fussed over him the entire time when he had been packing and he could only smile at how cute you were being. “Yes, love. We’ve gone over it at home, in the car and here. I think I have everything. Don’t worry too much.” He smiled, his typical angelic smile, at you. You would certainly miss him tonight. A soft kiss later and he was on his way to his gate. You stayed until you couldn't see him anymore and then left as well, only then letting the tears fall that had threatened to. You went back to your shared apartment but it felt so empty without Felix so you figured you could go out. Getting ready and wearing something warm, you made your way to the beach. It had become quite a tradition to watch the fireworks with Felix together from this beach. You two had done so the first year you started dating and kept doing it every year, until today. Normally, Felix was too busy to fly to Australia, but this year was lucky and he found the time to do so. You strolled through the beach, your eyes fixed on the ocean. It had already gotten dark and it would only be a few hours until midnight. You pondered over calling Felix but you didn’t want him to see you cry. You didn’t want to make him sad. You sat down at your favourite spot on the beach, the spot where Felix had told you that he loved you. The spot where everything with you two had begun, when you suddenly felt someone behind you. You immediately turned, but you certainly hadn’t expected to see your angel of a boyfriend. “Lixie? But how? Why?” You couldn’t believe your eyes. It was really Felix standing in front of you. “I'm sorry for lying.” He softly started while embracing your smaller form, not too tight so you could still look up at him. “What?” “I didn’t book a flight to Australia. I wanted to, but when you said you wouldn’t be able to come, I decided against it as well. We spent Christmas with my family, so that’s more than enough for me.” “But I drove you to the airport.” “I wanted to surprise you. I told Chan-Hyung about it and he helped me. He picked me up after you had left.” Only now did you notice the little bag and flowers he had with him. He gave you the bouquet with flowers and you didn’t know how you had been able to unsee it. It was huge and beautifully arranged. “Lixie, I-…” “Just accept it please. I know what’s going on in your cute little brain now, Love. But this is what I wanted.” He smiled softly and you couldn’t hold your tears back, hiding your face on his chest. After you had calmed down, you two sat down on the blanket he had brought and enjoyed his signature brownies until the fireworks were only minutes away. “Love.” You turned to him. “You have something here.” “Where-…” But he didn’t let you finish as his lips connected with yours the moment the sky was lit up by the fireworks.
Seungmin:
It was finally New Years Eve. You had been l looking forward to it for months now. You had a huge surprise planned for Seungmin. The boys had helped you to keep it a secret from your lovely boyfriend for months now and you were quite sure that Seungmin didn’t suspect a thing. You had prepared it whenever he was with the boys and the boys kept you updated on when he would call you or when he would leave first, to surprise you. It felt a bit mean, as you would always act surprised whenever he was home earlier, but it was all for the sake of your surprise today. His family had gone on a little vacation, so it would be only you two tonight. The moment his parents had said that, you got ready to make it the most beautiful New Years Eve ever. You were currently working on the dinner for later, with Seungmin together. He always helped you out when he was at home, today being no exception. “Is this good?” He always asked you, as he knew you were quite precise on how things had to be on special days. “Yep, thank you.” You beamed at him and he returned it with a soft smile. “By the way, I’ll have to pick something up at the store later but looking at dinner I might not be able to. Could you do it for me?” You needed him out of the house so you could get the last part of the surprise ready. “Of course. Just tell me which store and what you ordered.” His answer came in a heartbeat and you couldn’t help but think of him as adorable. “Thank you, Minnie.” Dinner was done faster than you had expected and it had gotten quite late as well. You started to arrange the plates and make some side-dishes so that it would look as if you’re still busy. “Can you go now, Minnie?” You asked softly, pulling him out of his thoughts, as he had been focused on one of the side-dishes. “Sure.” He got ready and headed out, not a second after the door shut you left the side-dish aside and called Chan. “Chan?” “I’m on my way already. There was a little bit of traffic but I should be there in 5.” “Okay that’s perfect!” You ended the call, getting the table ready now, placing all the dishes and side-dishes on it before you got the drinks. You turned the lights off, letting only the hanging lights illuminate the apartment. You nearly tripped when you heard the door, praying that it was Chan and not Seungmin. Thankfully, it was Chan and you took the little box from him. “Thank you so much, Chan.” “You’re welcome. Don’t forget to film his reaction.” “Camera is already standing, don’t worry.” You chuckled and Chan nodded, before he left. You couldn’t risk Seungmin, seeing Chan now. It didn’t take long for Seungmin to arrive and put the little cake you had ordered on the table. “Jagiya.” He called out and you could hear the confusion in his voice. “I went to pick up the stuff you ordered but the salesman gave me dog food as well. Did you plan on gifting it to one of the boys?” Seungmin asked as he entered the living room, only to let the dog food fall out of his hands. “Nope, I got it for you.” You stood there, with a little puppy in your arms. Chan had gone and picked him up as you had planned for it to be today. It had taken a long time to find the perfect little puppy at the shelter but when you did, you were overjoyed and the workers were more than happy to help with your little surprise. You knew how much Seungmin had wanted one. Chan had told you that he had even thought about buying you one, as he wanted to raise it together with you, so you figured that you could do so, in the new year. “No way… Jagiya you’re… Amazing.” He chuckled softly, before embracing the puppy and you as softly as he could. Connecting your lips the moment the fireworks erupted, while also covering the little puppies ears.
Jeongin:
“Should we pick it up before we go or on our way?” Jeongin’s question pulled you out of your thoughts and you turned to look at him. “The cake, Princess.” He chuckled softly. You were completely engrossed in your makeup that you had barely registered what he had said. “Oh. Let’s just pick it up on the way to the boys. If we pick it up now, we would just make the way twice.” “Then we should probably leave earlier tho.” Jeongin notified before he left the bathroom, where you were currently getting ready. You decided to spend this years New Year Eve together with the boys at the shared dorm. Jeongin and you mostly spend your time at your shared apartment so this would certainly be something else. Jeongin was already finished with getting ready and was just making sure you had everything. Everyone had gotten different tasks and Jeongin and you were in charge of the food. You had all decided to order some food, so that you could just enjoy the evening. You had first offered to get a cake too but Felix insisted in making it with Hyunjin as they would be making brownies anyway. You had already called the restaurant in advance, telling them when the food had to be ready. You were at your finishing touch when Jeongin had done so, wanting to make sure they wouldn’t start preparing it too early. He didn’t want it to be too cold. You slipped into your dress and left the bathroom, taking your bag and finally meeting Jeongin at the door. “You look amazing…” He was awestruck but so were you. Jeongin looked amazing no matter what. “Thank you. I can only give that back.” You chuckled softly and you two made your way to the car. It wasn’t too far but you also had to transport all the food, so it would be easier by car. Jeongin drove while you updated the boys. Chan, Changbin, Seungmin, Jisung and Minho were already at the dorm, meaning only Felix, Hyunjin, Jeongin and you were missing. Felix and Hyunjin had apparently run into traffic but they said that they would be there in around 10 minutes. By the time Hyunjin and Felix arrived, Jeongin and you had finally gotten the food and drove off as well. You finally joined the others, taking the bags out of the car. They had heard the car pull in and immediately came outside to help you with the bags of food. The aroma was filling the dorm and you all sat down around the table to start eating and joking around. By the time you had finally started to eat Felix brownies you were full. So you pushed the brownies aside for now and all went out to sit on the terrace, just enjoying the night view. The brownies on a table in between all of you, being there as little snacks, if anyone craved any. Jeongin had never left your side throughout the evening. Even though he knew that you were comfortable around the boys, he still didn’t want to be too far away. It was the first year that you spend New Year with the boys, so it was still something new and you didn’t know them as well as Jeongin did, obviously. He caressed your hand and it made you feel at ease immediately. It was close to midnight when the boys went back inside, using the excuse that they wanted to clean up the dorm a bit. “Tonight was really fun.” You broke the silence first, while leaning on Jeongin’s shoulder. “Yeah. I love you and I love the boys so this was really nice.” You smiled softly at that. “Thank you for inviting me.” “Of course. I love spending time with you and so do the boys.” “Who loves it more?” You turned to look up at him. “I do of course, Princess.” His signature smirk didn’t go unnoticed as he connected your lips, the sound of the fireworks that just erupted went unnoticed by both of you, as you lost yourselves in the kiss. Fully knowing that the boys would certainly tease you in a second about it. “I love you, Innie.” You whispered against his lips. “I love you too, Princess.”

The following day, Y/N did everything in her power to avoid Rafe at school. She had driven herself to school even though Rafe was the one driving Mason to school. She got to her classes even earlier than she normally does. Heck, she even held a last-minute, definitely not needed student council meeting at lunch just to have an excuse not to sit with him. She knew it was wrong and he didn’t deserve it, but she just wasn’t ready to confront her feelings yet.
However, her plans were changed when Rafe found her in the gazebo after school. He moves away from the door to make sure she can leave if she wants to but also ensures to keep a safe distance from her in order to not unease her any more than she already is. “I think we should talk. The last time we did, I said all the wrong things and we ended up fighting. Having you avoid me hurts like hell. So please talk to me,” Rafe pleads to the girl. She lets out a soft sigh and takes her headphones off, “You’re right. We should talk. I’m sorry that I kept provoking the fight last night. I just… I was really ready for us to go farther than that. But then I couldn’t help but think about what Molly and Hannah said and I got a little nervous.”
“That’s okay. I hope you know that I don’t want to do anything you aren’t ready for. You know you still haven’t told me what they said that day. Maybe if I knew, it could help me understand how to reassure you.”
“Right. They were talking about our sex life and how they couldn’t see how I could satisfy you in that way. Normally, it wouldn’t affect me. But Rafe, I’ve never liked or cared for someone as much as I do for you. I got so caught up in my own fears that I hesitated. And then I picked a fight with you because I didn’t want to be honest at the time.”
“Okay, I understand why you might feel a little insecure if you heard them saying stuff like that. Y/N, I may have slept with more people than you but none of those times were perfect. You wanna know why?”
“Why?”
“Because they were not you. For me, it’s not the person's actual skills that make it perfect, but the fact that you are sharing an intimate moment with someone you love and care for. I will be ready to show you what I mean when you feel 100% comfortable with the situation.”
“I know you will be. And I’m really sorry about what I said.”
“It’s no problem at all, my rose. As long as you are okay.”
“You know, nobody is home right now.”
“Really? Well, if you think you are ready, then I don’t see any harm in trying.”
With nothing more to say, Y/N grabs Rafe’s hand and leads him toward the bedroom. She quickly shuts the door behind them. Rafe rolls them over so Y/N’s back is against the door and he locks it. He starts pressing light kisses against her neck. He trails the kisses lower and lower until he has to lift up the edge of her dress to reach his desired location.
———
Y/N wakes up from her nap cuddled in Rafe’s arms and his sweatshirt covering her body. She lifts her head from his chest to check if he is awake, which he is. “How are you feeling?” he whispers with his lips pressed against her forehead. Y/N turns to press a kiss to his bare chest, “Amazing. You made me feel amazing. How about you?”
“I feel perfect. I’m glad you enjoyed it. What do you want to eat for dinner?”
“Can we order sushi? I want one with avocado in it.”
“Of course, I’ll get our regular. Be right back.”
Rafe gently removes himself from her hold and picks up his phone. She watches as he heads into the bathroom and listens as the bathtub starts to run. She thinks nothing of it as she checks her phone. She has a text from Mason saying he and their parents are almost home. “Cameron, can you order some food for Mace and my parents too, please?” she calls out to him. “Okay. I’ll just order more of what I’m getting already.” She doesn’t question when she hears him rummaging through her cabinet; instead, she continues to look through her phone.
A few minutes later, Rafe comes out of the bathroom, walking right towards her. “I’ve already ordered the food and I ran you a bath. Is it okay if I carry you to the bathroom?” Y/N’s shock causes her to reply with a mere nod of her head. He picks her up bridal style and takes her into the bathroom, placing her on the toilet. He gives her time to take the sweater off by herself and helps her into the tub. She observes as the bubbles pop under the pressure of her weight. Once she is settled, he unwraps a bath bomb and drops it into the tub. He leaves the room for a second and returns with her laptop playing Criminal Minds. He places it on her bathroom trolley just as the doorbell rings. “I’m going to go get the food ready downstairs. Stay in here as long as you’d like. Your parents and Mace said they hit some traffic so it will be another thirty minutes until they get home,” Rafe informs, kissing her lips before going downstairs.
———
Around twenty minutes later, Y/N goes downstairs to see Rafe has set the table for everyone. Ironically, Mason and her parents have just entered through the door. “Good, the food here. I’m starving, dude,” Mason grumbles, sitting himself down at the table and eating without waiting for anyone else. Cassie is quick to chastise the boy, “Mason, you should’ve waited for everyone else.” “Sorry,” he apologizes with his mouth full. Everyone else shakes their head and joins him at the table.
After dinner, Mason clears the table for everyone so Y/N and Rafe head out for a stroll on the beach. She rests her head on his shoulder and enjoys the music coming from his phone. “I could stay here forever,” she mumbles. Rafe smiles down at her, “Me too. I just want forever with you. Wherever that is and whatever that means. I love you.”
“I love you too.”
Their first I love yous.
———
The weekend comes before they know it. Y/N and Rafe are woken up by a small weight jumping up and down on top of them. Y/N feels tiny fingers trying to pull her eyelids apart and hears a small voice call out, “Y/N/N! Wakey wakey. Why is Rafe in your bed?” Y/N bolts up at the sound of the tiny voice. “Bells, what are you doing here?” she questions her three-year-old cousin. In the corner of her eye, she can see Rafe is also sitting up, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes. The small girl straddles Y/N’s front and starts playing with her cheeks, “Mommy said to come to wake you up. Mason and you are going to watch me and Frankie. Mommy, Uncle Vin and Auntie Cass are going to go to the mainland for a wine tour.” Y/N groans at being left to babysit her younger cousins. She loves the two, but she has a ton of work she needs to get done for school today. Before she can respond, the three-year-old repeats her previous question. “Why is Rafe in your bed?” “Y/N/N and I are dating now, Bella. That’s why I’m sleeping in her bed,” Rafe laughs. He had met the inquisitive toddler many times at family events because of the fact that he is Mason’s best friend. “Come on, let’s go get some breakfast to eat.” Rafe picks the young girl up and carries her downstairs, letting Y/N trail behind the pair. She can hear Bella telling Rafe about the cars she saw on the way here.
At the bottom of the stairs, the adults are waiting at the front door. “Good, you guys are awake. Could you please watch after your cousins?” Marvin states, handing over Franklin in the car seat. No matter how much work she has, Y/N would never deprive her Aunt Millie of some independent time, “Of course.” The adults smile at the trio and they leave after saying goodbye. “Did you guys eat already, Bells?” Rafe asks the girl, sitting her on the counter in front of him. He stays standing in front of her to make sure she doesn’t fall. “No, can we make pancakes? Please, Y/N/N,” Bella begs with puppy dog eyes. Y/N smiles at the girl, “Sure. Why don’t you make some with Rafe because he is the better cook while I feed your brother?”
Y/N is pretending the spoon filled with mashed strawberries is a plane, hoping it will get the baby to eat. But as she gets the spoon close to his mouth, he quickly turns his head which results in a small smear of red to stain his face. She sighs and motions for Rafe to come towards her. Understanding what she intends to do, he comes closer to his girlfriend. “Look, Frankie. Rafe is going to be a good boy and eat his food,” Y/N tries, shoving the spoon into his mouth. She notices that it catches the baby’s attention and goes to give Rafe another spoonful. “Rafe,” a tiny angry cry falls out of the baby’s lips. Franklin reaches his hand out towards the spoon to bring it towards him. Y/N looks at the boy in shock; not believing that her baby cousin’s first word is her boyfriend’s name. Bella squeals at the milestone her brother achieved and Rafe just grins while swallowing the food. “That’s right, buddy. I’m Rafe.” Y/N snaps out of her shock to feed the now whining child.
With the children fed and changed into cleaner clothes, she needs a small break just to get a start with her schoolwork. Rafe offers to watch them while she goes to her room because they both know that if they wake Mason up to watch the children chaos would follow. Y/N finishes up some of her coursework in the hour she gave herself and goes to find everyone. She couldn’t find them inside the house or outside in the backyard, so she went to check his car. Of course, that is where she finds Rafe, with his nails painted in a rainbow pattern and his hair tied in tiny ponytails, behind the wheel of his jeep. Bella is sitting on his lap in the driver’s seat and Franklin is in the passenger seat taking a nap. The pair still awake haven’t noticed Y/N’s arrival.
“Yep, that is the gas pedal. It tells the car to go. If this was a standard car, then you would have another peda pedall to switch gears,” Rafe finishes explaining to the car-obsessed girl.
“I know, my daddy showed me how a standard car works already. I even helped him build a model of a standard car. Do you love Y/N?”
Bella being three means that the sudden change in conversation doesn’t surprise Rafe at all.
“I do. I love her very much. She makes me really happy.”
“What’s your favourite thing about her?”
“She isn’t afraid to tell me the truth and I love how she isn’t afraid to be passionate about reading.”
“I like it when she reads to me. Do you think you are going to marry her?”
“I hope so. Nothing would make me happier than being with her forever.”
Y/N can’t help but feel butterflies in her stomach as she eavesdrops on the conversation but eventually has to make her presence known because she feels guilty for spying. “Hey, you too. Why don’t we get you two monsters buckled up and we can go pick out a book to read,” she suggests based off of Bella mentioning she likes it when Y/N reads to her. This excites the little girl as she almost throws herself back into the back seat. Rafe and Y/N laugh at the small girl.
———
Rafe can’t help but watch the scene in front of him with nothing but love in his eyes. Y/N is carrying Bella while they look at different books for them to read together. “Bells, look. This one is about cars. Should we get it?” Y/N asks her cousins. “Yes! Look Y/N/N that man on the book looks like Rafe,” Bella points towards a book with a man who does look like Rafe and is also shirtless. Rafe laughs at it, knowing that it is probably a romance book, “I’m getting you this. So you think of me when you read this.” Y/N doesn’t object to his statement and they both head over to the cashier with their goods in tow. She can’t even take her card out before Rafe is handing over the baby to Y/N so he can get out his card to pay. Y/N has learnt to stop arguing with Rafe about paying; she just buys him gifts and food to surprise him with.
When they get home from the store, Mason is sitting at the kitchen island and Franklin has a full diaper. “I’m going to go change him,” Rafe announces, picking up Frankie and the diaper bag. He makes his way to Y/N’s bathroom because she has a long enough counter to fit the babe and places the changing mat on top of it. He removes the soiled diaper and wipes Franklin’s bum. But as he goes to get a clean diaper, Franklin starts giggling and when Rafe turns towards the boy to see why he is laughing, he feels a warm liquid being shot onto his chest. “Ahh, come on little buddy. You couldn’t have waited until I had the diaper on you,” Rafe complains, watching as the baby just giggles and finishes up his assault. Rafe finishes up the changing and unbuttons his shirt before washing his hands.
Y/N's eyebrow shoots up as she watches her baby cousin and her shirtless boyfriend return from upstairs. “Dude, where’s your shirt?” Mason grumbles with a mouth full of cereal. Bella can be heard giggling at the sight, “Did Frankie pee on you?” Rafe just nods his head and sits beside Y/N at the breakfast nook.
“How did you know?”
“He does that sometimes to Daddy, but only Daddy. He never does it to Mommy.”
“Bella, how come you didn’t tell me?”
“I don’t know. I forgot? It’s funny when he does it.”
“Ohh, is it? Well, I think the tickle monster sees someone who needs to be tickled.”
Rafe hands the baby over to Y/N and goes in to tickle Bella. She watches the domestic scene in front of her with the baby in her lap. She imagines her future with Rafe and wonders if their house would be filled with the laughter of their children. Would Rafe come downstairs complaining of a harmless prank from their children? Would he make them breakfast while singing along to the soundtrack of whatever Disney movie is popular at the time? “Do you ever think of getting married?” Y/N blurts out without thinking. This causes the room to fall silent. Rafe looks at her with love in her eyes, “Is this your way of proposing? Because I gotta say, I was imagining something more grand. But to answer your question: all the time. Just not anytime soon. Maybe when we are 25 and a little more settled in life.” At the mention of the question not being an if they get married but a when she feels her heart flutter.
———
After school on Monday, Y/N and Rafe decide to go to a restaurant for a date, seeing as they haven’t done such a formal date even though they have been dating for more than a month. She is returning from the bathroom when some guy who isn’t watching where he is going bumps into her with such force that she trips on her own feet. She knows he saw her fall because of him, but he continues on walking like nothing happened. Rafe sees the whole interaction and his blood pressure rises. He quickly goes to help Y/N up, then goes to confront the man. “Yo, bud. You need to apologize to my girlfriend,” he says calmly, pointing toward her. He doesn’t want to let his anger get the best of him with Y/N here and the upscale place they are in. The man looks back at Rafe with disinterest on his face, “Why? It’s not my fault she is clumsy.” This causes Rafe to go from like 20 to 100. “IT’S NOT YOUR FAULT?! IT’S NOT HER FAULT YOU ARE AN AGGRESSIVE ASSHOLE! NOW, APOLOGIZE.” This causes the restaurant to quiet as they watch the scene unfold.
Y/N tries to pull Rafe back as he approaches the person on the receiving end of his anger. The older man in the suit shrinks at Rafe’s dominating stance and whispers an apology before scurrying off to the table. A waiter is quick to approach the couple and ask them to leave after the scene. However, Rafe doesn’t seem to process the words as he stares down the man from where he is now sitting alone. This time his girlfriend tugs a little harder and speaks up. “Come on, Cameron. Let’s go to the car.” She takes his hand and walks towards the exit, but once she leaves the building, she notices his hand slip out of hers. She thinks nothing of it, believing he just needs some space until she gets to the car and turns to see his hands in front of his face. She knows he is trying to hide tears and rushes towards him. “What’s wrong?” she mumbles, pulling his head towards her chest and wiping the tears for him.
“I got us kicked out of the restaurant. We couldn’t even go one night without my anger getting the best of me.”
“Cameron, that wasn’t your fault. It wasn’t exactly fair that we were the only people that got asked to leave. But that’s life.”
“But it’s my aggression that was the issue. Am I too aggressive? What if I hurt you because of it?”
“You would never hurt me, so don’t even think about that. And you may be aggressive sometimes, but you are like a thorn. When you are handled roughly and without care,  you prick people with your aggression. But when people take the time to handle you with care, they don’t get hurt.”
“You really think so?”
“Of course, I mean look at how you were with my cousin. You literally got peed on and you still laughed about it. You felt safe and loved in that moment and you met that mood. Plus, you were only protecting me from that jackass. You need aggression for that.”
“Yeah, that’s true. So I’m like the thorn to your rose.”
Y/N takes his head into her head and wipes the tears away, “Yeah, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I just know that you will be the best person to protect our kids.” She gives him a soft kiss on the lips. “Now, come on. I didn’t want anything to eat from that place anyways. Let’s get some pizza.”
———
The next morning, Y/N is rounding her way into the kitchen when she hears Rafe and Ward in the kitchen. She freezes and once again eavesdrops on a conversation that would lead to her questioning the future of her relationship. “Rafe, where do you see this relationship going? I know you’ve known the Y/L/Ns since you were five, but Y/N’s dream is to go to Oxford. You are going to UNC for Business and going to take over the family business. How do you expect to handle such a long distance for four years? Not to mention what happens if she decides to move there,” Ward argues. Y/N doesn’t wait for Rafe to answer his father because she starts to become consumed by the seeds Ward has planted. She makes her way upstairs to pretend she just woke up, waiting for him to come and get her.

yandere!cc!george inviting reader home to himself bc he wanted to make dinner for them, however because he is obsessed with the reader he ended up drugging the food or some to “kidnapp” the reader, and they are completely freaked out once they wake up and notice that they are chained to a wall or sum (understand if this is out of your comfort!!) possibly 🌾 anon if possible

(Yandere) CC!Georgenotfound x GN!Reader
Warnings: Yandere, kidnapping, drugging (sleeping pills), slight disturbing descriptions from George’s POV, objectifying and dehumanizing,
Notes: I was very inspired with this one, though I did focus more in on the actual kidnapping rather than the aftermath. For one, I wanted to try out some new writing styles (albeit a little disturbing). Two, I had some ideas on turning this into a poly!Dream Team series. Maybe not this storyline itself, but something similar. Let me know if that’s something you’d be interested in? Anyway, enough rambling from me, enjoy! :)
Tumblr media
The scent of pasta lingered from the stove to the dining room, where you were seated at the dark wood table. George had invited you to his home for dinner a couple of days ago, and you eagerly accepted. You enjoyed George’s company, but it wasn’t half as much as George adored yours; and you.
As the pasta boiled in a separate pot, the spaghetti sauce heated up in another. Spaghetti was a relatively basic meal, but everyone likes spaghetti, so you were less likely to turn down his offer to cook for you. Spices and such were added to the sauce, however, George’s mind wasn’t on the food cooking on the stove; instead on the delectable being sitting at his dining room table.
When George had seen your Discord message accepting his offer to dinner, he pinched himself to see if he was dreaming. But as he stared into his blinding computer screen, the message stayed the same. No harsh rejection, no making excuses of being busy that day, it was just a straight yes.
The night before your dinner with him, he tossed and turned as his mind wouldn’t shut off. He thought over his plan, over and over until it was muscle memory. George’s mouth salivated at the thought of having you to himself, his pet, his toy, his darling, whatever word he wished to use; you were going to be his forever. No longer would he have to watch and listen from afar, fantasizing about the most repulsive and unappetizing things he would do if only you were near. And now you would be.
Your angelic voice broke him from his mouth-watering trance. “George, are you sure you don’t need my help?” You asked, your voice slightly raised so he could hear you from the other room.
“Are you doubting my cooking ability?” He jokingly asked.
“Of course not, but still, even the best chefs need help sometimes.” You persisted.
George couldn’t help but smile at your persistence and generosity, but if you were to come into the kitchen, you’d see the bottle of pills George had luckily gotten off of Clay (he didn’t ask any questions about why Clay had them in the first place), and his plan would be ruined.
“Y/N, you’re too nice. Really, you’re my guest, let me take care of this.” George insisted, “If something goes wrong, I’ll let you help.”
This seemed to be enough for you to back off asking if he needed any help, and he could go back to his sickening fantasies as he cooked. Eventually, he was ripped back into reality when the food was finally finished. And that’s when his plan really went into full effect.
As he portioned out the spaghetti on two plates and poured drinks, he took three pills from the unlabelled bottle Clay had given to him. George recalled his exact words: “One pill takes effect in fifteen minutes, two in ten, and three in five.”
George crushed the three small pills between two spoons and sprinkled them onto your plate, making sure to mix it thoroughly. Putting on a smile, George walked out to you and placed the food and drinks down.
“George, this looks wonderful!” You said, smiling as he sat down across from you. George stared at you, at your face, your neck, your shoulders, your chest- he forced himself to look back up at your eyes. If you caught him staring at you in such a twisted way, you’d leave immediately and his plan would mean nothing. Or maybe you wouldn’t leave, maybe you’d let him get a good look at you-
George forced himself to think of anything else other than his fantasies. “Thank you, it’s all for you.” He replied. “Dig in.” You smiled and took a bite, a satisfied look on your face.
A couple of minutes passed, one to two at the most. The more you ate, the more you noticed a very distinct metallic taste. It wasn’t of blood or anything of the sort, no, it was something you recognized faintly. It tasted like pills, that distinct metallic taste you get in your mouth after you take one. When you had finally realized what the taste was, three minutes had passed.
“Is there something wrong? You look faint.” George commented as he swallowed and forkful of spaghetti. You forced yourself to smile sheepishly, despite the cold sweats and fatigue beginning to set in.
“You know, I’m suddenly not feeling all that great.” You said after a couple seconds, a horrible feeling setting in inside the pit of your stomach.
George looked over at the clock. It had been four minutes. You only had sixty seconds to get out of there, and George only had sixty seconds to stop you. But you didn’t know that.
You slowly stood up, but George was very quick to follow. “Oh, I’m sorry, you must’ve come down with something. I should drive you home, you shouldn’t be driving when you’re like this.”
Fifty seconds.
You stepped backwards, subconsciously distancing yourself from George. He didn’t like that. George stepped closer. “Really, it’s okay. I can drive home.”
Forty seconds.
You felt your vision slightly blur, and the cold sweats only worsened. Your legs shook, barely able to keep you standing upward.
Thirty seconds.
George decided that you didn’t need to be asleep for him to take you. He could snatch you up in this state just by simply pulling your arm. So, George quickly grabbed you and began pulling you.
Twenty seconds.
You attempted to pull away, but reality was slipping away from your grasp and so was your energy. George couldn’t resist a smile at your struggle.
Ten seconds.
You were left to nothing but a nearly lifeless shell. There was no fight left in your body, no fear, no disgust at what George was doing, no plan for escape, no thoughts of what he would do to you. You were exactly how he wanted and liked you.
Zero seconds.
George felt you fall limp onto him and his heart soared. You looked so beautiful like this, so blissfully unaware, so moldable, he could do whatever he wanted and you wouldn’t recall a mere second of it.
Once he had you chained up, standing limply against the wall as the chains intended for you. You wouldn’t wake up for at least a couple of hours, at least that’s what Clay had told him. George licked his dry lips and trailed a hand down your body. Oh, what a wonderful life you’d have together.

»» — { ♡ } —— { ♡ } —— { ♡ } — ««
He thinks to himself often that it has to be you he’s been chasing all this time.
This isn’t so much a revelation to him. It’s nothing like eureka moment, an aha that he uncovers after years of reflection. After all, he’s not the type to know what he really wants.
Which is funny for many reasons but mostly because he’s a hero. He did want that, still does - but it wasn’t really an active choice. It wasn’t the desire to become a hero in terms of glamour and fame but a deep-seated knowing about the fact he had to become one. That the desire to save people above all else was rooted and deeply ingrained in him that there would never be anything that would fulfill him quite the same way.
He finds it more often than not he’s acting out of pure instinct. Something carnal and perhaps other-worldly that pins him to the world in an almost divine way. All or nothing, there’s one way to approach existence and it’s with this unwavering desire to be kind.
He’s always been that kind of person.
But, if he sat down and thought about it, the desire to be with you is perhaps one of his own. It’s one of the only things he’d chase to the ends of the earth.
Izuku Midoriya has loved you since he was 14
The first time he ever confessed to you was when he was 15, about half way into his first year at U.A. It was outside of your apartment - your childhood home. He’d walk you there after his classes, when he caught you returning from your own. It was an awkward and clumsy teenage confession even then but he can remember the details clearly.
It comes to him a series of images. Orange-yellow light that fell over your face, hairs sticking a little your head, trembling hands, ricocheting heartbeats, the sound of cars passing. He wasn’t very confident then, it makes him laugh thinking back at. But he told you anyways, bursting at the seams with his feelings.
“I like you!”
Your first reaction was shock immediately followed with a somber smile. Though he told you he had liked you, it was in the brief moment afterwards that he though there was more to it than that. He wouldn’t call it a rejection, but a wake-up call. You leaned in to kiss his cheek before whispering something back.
“If you mean it,” ― you whisper, hand on his shoulder and eyes heavy ― “Tell me again later,”
With that, you turned on your heel and went home. He wasn’t sure how to feel for a while, because it’s not like you said no. And you kissed him so that had to mean something.
Rather predictably after that, he became so caught up in hero work, it was only natural that you two grew distant. Once frequent conversations became words in passing, spoken quietly to each other. He went off to become a great hero, and you went off to study what you love.
It was a natural occurrence - he knows this now. He wonders what kind of thinking you had to have been doing to know that at 15. The older he got, the more he thought about what you said. How the once vague mention of “later” became a narrow time-frame. Not a moment too soon and not a second too later.
Izuku Midoriya has loved you all of 8 years. For most of them, it’s been a passive yearning. The emptiness of his bedframe and his disinterest. 8 years and he’s tried and failed to love other people. Maybe he was testing if later would ever come.
He’s 22 and he thinks to himself that he’s been chasing the feeling of loving you this whole time. That adrenaline from when you kissed his cheek all those years ago, he wonders to himself if it’s still there
He’ll have to go find out
After a night-out, you are unfortunately sober on the walk home. Work dinners should have a general policy for how much someone can drink, you think. Maybe then you wouldn’t have had to shovel your boss into a taxi and remain regrettably conscious through a series of uncomfortable or agitating questions.
It wasn’t like he was invasive but he was.. annoying? And the fact you couldn’t sit through it by downing half a bottle of wine was a real shame . You’re so stone cold sober that your body shivers in the night air. Heels clacking against the pavement, eyes heavy and exhausted. You could endure it, you were finally going home after all.
You’d take a warm bath and hit the hay. Your body yearned for your bed and you don’t blame it. You sigh to yourself, hands in coat pockets.
“Just a little bit more,” ― you sigh, yawning and wiping your eyes ― “A little more and I’ll be...home?”
You were home, the front door to your building. There was an ominous looking figure sitting on the front steps. Your first reaction was to reach into your pockets and grab your keys between your knuckles. Your heart stuttered as you broached slowly. It was too dark to see clearly but maybe he was nice.
“Uhm.. excuse me, sir”
When he turns his head - your first reaction is to flinch. You step back as he turns his head only to grow stiff. A pair of warm green eyes and head of forest green locks await seems to be staring back at you. He gives you a warm smile - standing on his feet.
In a way, he’s unrecognizable to you. Though you see him all the time, Pro-Hero Deku making news, the image of him in your head is permanently small and frail. In front of you now, he’s grown up to be so big. A whole head taller than you and broad. He’s lean but clearly muscular. Intimidating in a sense.
“Ah, you’re home,” ― he says, non-chalant. You’re trying to recall the last time you spoke to him, the last time you’d even seen him. Maybe a year ago now? ― “I wanted to talk to you,”
Your first though is to ask questions. You had so many of them though, you’re not sure where to start. You want to ask how he’s been, and how did he find you, and how’s work going. You want to ask why he’s here after all this time and if following his dreams has made him happy how he hoped. You want to ask if he remember what he said to you at 15 - wondering if he still gets caught up on it like you do.
None of your words seem to string together right so you just shake your head a little, managing your disbelief.
“About what?” you ask. He pauses for a second, rubbing his chin before smiling at you.
“It’s later,”
Your eyes widen as he steps out of the way, using his hands to gesture towards your apartment. You blink at him but his smile is as cheeky as ever. Teasing and unusually handsome. You flush down to your neck before nodding.
“Oh, uhm.. right. Okay,”―  you say, walking towards your complex doors ― “C-come on in,”
_
“You can uh.. take your shoes off at the door,” ― you say, after taking your own heels off and rushing to the kitchen ― “The green slippers should fit you,”
He nods as he watches you disappear to the kitchen. He takes in your apartment with a soft smile. Photos of you with your friends and family litter the entrance way. It’s filled with a soft yellow light, cozy like he’d expect. From below him, he hears a soft purr
A beige cat walks around his legs, observing him quietly before nuzzling against his thigh. His smile grows wide as he squats down and holds his hand for the kitty, waiting for it to approve of him before reaching and petting him. The cat is quick to the jump into his forearms.
“Who’s this?”
He ducks as he enters into the main area of your apartment. Your eyes widen as your usually stand-offish cat nuzzles comfortably in your childhood friends chest.
“His name is Creampuff,” ― you say, mildly stunned ― “He’s two,”
“What a good boy,”
Your heart races as you see him. After all this time, his presence still gives you those nervous butterflies. Maybe it’s because he’s become so attractive. Broader and taller but more rugged to look at.You feel like the floor might swallow you up.
“I’ll.. put on some tea,”
You take off your coat but you’re still in your work clothes. If you didn’t know any better, you’d say he’s staring at you. You’re too afraid to look behind you and see, confirm but his gaze is so heavy you’re almost certain. He traces the outline of your body and back with his eyes.
He can’t help but think you’ve filled out some. Even from behind - you look awfully pretty. You look disheveled and sleepy like you did back in highschool, after cramming for exams. A little older now with that same cute expression on your face. It’s hard to hold back or tear himself from you - so he doesn’t try. He just watches as you pour the tea into mugs and let it steep. Minutes pass and it’s quiet but not as uncomfortable as you’d expect.
You return to your kitchen table with two mugs, setting his down on a coaster.
“Careful.. it’s hot,”
He nods, taking the mug in his hands and blowing on it before taking a sip. He hums.
“Ah.. it’s good. Thank you,”
A silence settle between you briefly. Your heart is in your throat, hands trembling a little on the table. When he notices, he reaches for them. This is another of his habits, you think. Comforting people must be second nature to him, but it only makes you more nervous.
“So.. how’ve you been?”
It’s the only thing you can think to ask. He studies your expression for a while. It used to the opposite of this. He used to be the nervous one, stuttery and unsure. You were always confident and steady - he’s sure you still are. This side of you is endearing though. He chuckles.
“I’ve been good. Work is hectic but that’s always,” ― and you’re going to ask him another question. Dodge what he’s really here for, but he cuts you off ― “I’ve missed you though, so I came to visit,”
You can feel it. This tension that presses against your back and makes you sit straight. He has that determined look in his eyes, easily recognizable when you watch him. In interviews and during fights and everything in between - like he knows what he’s going up against. To have it directed at you is so nerve-wracking, you find yourself doling under the pressure of his gaze.
You fidget, voice shaking like a leaf in the wind. He was always too much for to you handle.
“O-oh?,”
He nods, taking your hand in his. He holds it to his lips, kisses your knuckles like it’s the easiest thing in the world. You wonder where he learned to act like this. He’s different but the same. It’s too much for you so you shut your eyes.
He stands until he’s on your side of the table. Rests on the corners edge with his arms crossed over his chest. He looks at you with fondness, an unmistakable affection. After all these years, it’s only grown. Double and tripled in size. No matter how much he would try and punch it down, it never deflates.
He thinks loving you is an act of heroism. The only way he could ever really save himself. 8 years and it feels like you’re old friends. Nothing unnatural or wholly uncomfortable. It’s strange.
“I thought about what you said. About telling you later. This time though,” ― he drops to the floor, crouched between your legs so slightly. He does it to look straight at you ― “This time though, I have to tell you properly so you can’t make me wait again,”
“I wasn’t making you wait,” you insist. He takes your hand in his and you unravel, body slumped. He kisses the palms of your hands, the inside of your wrist and it feels like gravity has no mercy on you.
“It felt like hell,” ― he tells you ― “I can’t sit still anymore so I’m telling you now. Even if you want to run away, I can’t let you,”
You frown, heart rapid.
“That’s not very heroic,”
He smiles.
“Good. I don’t wanna be your hero. I just want to love you selfishly as Izuku and not Deku,” ― he says, rubbing his thumb over your knuckles ― “So tell me you love me back and grant my wish. I waited all this time,”
You’re stunned into silence at his request. Eyes feeling especially water as he leans into you. It doesn’t make sense but it feels right. Your heart is beating - like you can feel all the blood pumping in you and your head feels light.
“You say it so easily,”
He laughs. It’s bright just like how you remember.
“How could you know after all this time? How could you be sure?”
He shrugs. You hit his shoulder at the nonchalance but he only chuckles. He  leans in closer to you, inches away from your face.
“I waited for you all this time. Shouldn’t you give me a chance to show you?”
You sniffle as his hands cup your cheeks. His smile is so inviting, how could you refuse him?
“I’d like to kiss you,”  ― he pauses, shaking his head  ― “I want to show you. Let me,”
You nod as he leans into you. His lips are pillow and soft - touch addicting. You give into him so easily, tongue tied. He keeps you close, hand at the base of your neck. It feels so good, so perfect. You believe him when he kisses you like this With secrets under his tongue, between his teeth.
“Tell me your answer,”  ― he demands, soft but stern  ― “You didn’t before. I need to hear it,”
You give him an exasperated laugh.
“I love you.. obviously”
Right. Obviously indeed.

“y/n come on. it’s our last year of high school and we’ve both missed out on so much.”
this was a weekly occurrence. gwen begging her best friend to come to some party. y/n always saying no.
she didn’t feel good, she had homework, she had dinner with her family. she had exhausted every excuse. she no longer had a reason not to go.
“i don’t know, gwen. i mean, neither of us are very big partiers,” she sighed, trying to get her way out of going, “and i don’t have anything to wear.”
gwen pushed out her lower lip, dropping to her knees. “i know we’re not very big partiers. that’s the whole point! we only have a few more months of high school, and i want to have some experience before we go to college.”
y/n sighed, defeated. she didn’t want to go, but she wanted to be there for gwen. she didn’t want to disappoint her.
“…maybe. only if you can find me something to wear.”
gwen smiled, knowing she had won. “fine! we can dig through your closet, my closet, whoever! we will find you something amazing to wear.”
another sigh. “ok.”
——————
after hours of deliberation and lots of bickering, gwen and y/n were finally at this party.
gwen was dancing and y/n was by the drink table, nursing a cup of water, people watching. the dress that gwen had picked out was cute. really, really cute. y/n had even forgot she had it.
now she wouldn’t say she was enjoying the party, but she didn’t hate it. watching gwen dance was fun, and the music was good. she found herself itching to get out there with her best friend.
fuck it. she set her cup down on the table and made her way over. three more months left of high school. you will never see these people ever again. what is there to lose.
“y/n, hi!” gwen pulled her into a hug as soon as she got there, yelling over the sound of the music. “please dance with me!”
another song started playing and y/n smiled. “i love this song!”
“god, me too!”and so they danced. and y/n actually has lots of fun.
after about 30 minutes of dancing, she was loosing her breath. “gwen,” she yelled over the music, “i’ll be right back!”
“oh! ok! i’ll be right here!”
she makes her way back over to the drink table, pouring herself another cup of water, the one from earlier long gone.
she turned around and leaned against the table, people watching again while she caught her breath.
her eyes passed over a boy, not giving him a second thought. wait.
she looks back at him and he’s already looking at her.
his eyes widen as he knows he’s been caught. but he doesn’t look away. he just raises his hand and waves, giving her a smile that doesn’t quit meet his eyes.
he’s cute. really, really cute. so, naturally, she waves back, flashing the most genuine smile she could.
and then he’s making his way over to her.
“hi,” he says, grinning.
“hi,” she responds, smiling just as wide.
“i saw you as soon as you came in and, not to sound like a creep, i just couldn’t take my eyes off of you.”
she’s blushing and eternally grateful for the darkness of the room.
“you’re beautiful.”
she could faint. or vomit. or jump for joy. “i- um- thank you. you’re also very beautiful.”
he smiles impossibly wider. “yeah? thank you, thank you.”
she just looks up at him, not knowing how to respond. but luckily, he does.
“what’s your name? i’m peter parker,” he sticks his hand out for a shake. cute.
“i’m y/n. it’s lovely to meet you, peter parker.”
“you as well,” shaking her hand and sticking it back in his pocket, “now tell me if this is too soon, but i would love to get your number, if you would let me.” she looks down at the floor, trying to hide blush that is much deeper than before. “yeah, yeah no that’s great.”
she pulls out her phone and he hands her his.she puts her name in his phone as just her first name, and hands him his phone back.
“awesome, cool, thank you,” he beams, and then someone calls her name.
“y/n! are you ready to go?” gwen is yelling from halfway across the room. y/n looks at the time, and it’s almost her curfew.s
he turns back to peter. “i’ll text you, yeah?” he asks.
“i’d love that. see you around, peter.”
——————
later, in her own bed, still reeling from her interaction with peter, she remembers that she has his number.
she pulls out her phone and looks for his contact. and when she finally does find it, she smiles wider than she thought she ever could.
the contact name he chose?
 peter parker :) (party boy)

Tumblr media
Warnings: fluff, angst and a happy ending
Word count: 1.6 k
Requests are open...
Part one , Part two , Part three
Lando couldn’t help but to come to an abrupt stop in the doorway, your head was thrown back in laughter as Daniel recounted a story. A glass of wine in each of your hands and your hand resting innocently on his leg, his leg rested against yours. He could only see your face but you looked happy, your eyes fixated on Daniel, drinking in every word that he spoke. He swallowed, a sour taste filling his mouth, that spark of anger turning swiftly into a flame.
He cleared his throat, “I hope I’m not interrupting something.” The sunflowers falling limply to his side.
Instantly you stood up, hand immediately flying to Daniel’s shoulder for support. Unbeknownst to you, that caused Lando's skin to crawl from jealousy.
“Lando, you’re home.” You exclaimed, he couldn't quite place your tone of voice; it was almost as though you were sad to see him back. “Glass of wine?” You asked in hope of breaking the thick tension that had blanketed the room.
“I think you’ve had quite enough.” He growled, taking a step towards the breakfast island and placing the sunflowers and paper bag down. The smile on your face dropped as quickly as the temperature in the room - Daniel stiffened next to you, watching you warily.
“Excuse me.” The tone was far from friendly as you raised a brow, eyes narrowing. “What did you just say to me?” Lando paled, his eyes immediately widening - you challenged him with your gaze and for a moment you thought he was going to give in but he straightened up, pushing his shoulders back - clearly remembering his intentions.
Daniel shifted uncomfortably, brushing his hands down his trousers. “I think I’m going to go upstairs - thanks again for the dinner and for letting me stay over.” It was obvious he was trying to break the tension, his voice smooth and calm in comparison to the fury that was brewing. He raised to kiss your cheek, his touch burning into your skin. You watched him as he left the room, smiling guiltily as he left. A muscle in Lando’s jaw twitched as he passed. His usually clear, blue eyes had clouded over like a storm waiting to wreak havoc over all of those who it came into contact with.
Your gaze fell back on Lando once you were sure Daniel was out of sight. Stepping back to rest against the stool you were sitting on, picking up your wine glass and raising it to your lips. Lando shoved his hands into his pockets, walking around the over side of the breakfast bar so it separated the pair of you. The whole time his eyes fixated on yours. Lando crossed his arms and rested them on top of the breakfast bar so you were at eye-level.
“What was all that about?” You asked him, taking a sip from your glass, raising your eyebrow once again. A part of you was intrigued to find out the source of Lando’s hostility.
“Why is Daniel in my house?” He shot back, his voice just as level as yours had been.
“Your house? It’s only ever yours when it’s convenient. Are you forgetting I live here too?” You replied, setting the glass down and folding your arms over your chest. Irritation starting to gnaw at your attempt at composure.
Lando ignored your reprimand, “You two looked quite cozy.” He acknowledged with a condescending sneer, leaning towards you, “His hands were all over you. You barely know him.” The image replayed in his mind, causing another wave of jealousy to come crashing over him.
“Firstly, I know him just as well as you do and I’ll have you know it was me who invited him over to dinner and for the record he was dropping some food over from his holiday in LA for us both.” You snapped defensively, a flush creeping up your neck. “Besides, Lando - I’m not yours so you have no right telling me who I can and cannot hang out with. You’re supposed to be my best friend, not my boyfriend.” Your voice trailed off, realisation hitting rather rudely. You opened your mouth but closed it pretty quickly, brushing your hands through your hair. His tongue darted across his lips, the corners of his mouth twitching. Lando arose from his position and made his way around the breakfast bar towards where you were sitting.
“You’re right.” He began, his breath fanning over your face as he tucked a loose strand of hair behind your ear, “I’m not your boyfriend but that doesn’t mean I don’t want to be.”
Your eyes flickered down to his lips briefly before moving both of your arms to rest around his neck.
“Who was the girl?” You murmured, lips brushing his as you spoke.
A soft chuckle escaped from his mouth, his voice vibration in your ear as he stated simply, “She was my way of being close to you in a way I thought we could never be.”
“So you kissed her.” You reiterated, the corners of your lips turning up. His childish naivety becoming far more apparent, you now understood that it was his way of expressing his emotions - as wrong as it was. For as long as you had known him, Lando had never been any good at expressing his feelings; although now he was a lot better and becoming one of the campaigners for Mind had helped massively. When you were younger, his lack of expression led to quite a few instances of rash decisions - all of which landed you both into a heap of trouble.
His lips were tantalisingly close to yours, it was like you were playing a game of chicken - who was going to break the distance first. It seemed like Lando’s patience was running thin, his tactics becoming desperate as he rested his hands on the small of your back and pushed you closer to his body so the only thing that separated you were your lips. Your eyes fluttered shut as you rested your forehead on his, both hearts beating at cheetah pace.
“I need to tell you something.” Lando whispered, almost scared to even open his mouth in case it broke the intimate atmosphere that had engulfed you. As though talking would cause it to shatter like glass into a million pieces; lost forever, beyond repair. “I lied to you the other day.”
You stiffened in your stance, a line appearing between your brows. You didn’t speak in fear of what your voice would sound like, knowing all too well that it would be a shaky mess. Your chest began to feel heavy, anticipating the heartbreak as though it was an inevitable factor whenever someone you care about tells you they lied.
“When I told you that we were way too close for any sort of that emotion sort of thing.” You let out a breath you weren’t aware you were holding in, a tiny squeak sounding from your throat. You moved your fingers to tangle in his tousled curls. “I lied because I was scared you didn’t feel the same way. You see, I’m still in love with you and I never stopped loving you. Not for a year. Not for a day. Not for a minute. It’s you and it always has been you.” You blinked, fighting back tears threatening to fall. “Can I kiss you?” He asked quietly, holding onto you as though you were a china doll to his touch. You didn’t wait to answer him as you closed the gap, crashing your lips onto his. The kiss was passionate yet held perfect meaning - like the end to a classic love story. Where the protagonist ultimately ends up with the love interest after many seasons of heartbreak and chase. That feeling of heart-warming joy when Ross and Rachel finally get together, that final kiss expressing every unspoken emotion that ever ran between them. Most importantly, the kiss was full of love - a new but familiar kind of love. A love that made you feel at home.
You pulled away, pressing your lips to his forehead. “I love you too.” You began, “I think I always knew that one day we would fall in love from the very moment I sent that message. Everything is better with you. Everything has been better since you. I always thought love was something to be scared of and to run from but actually I can’t imagine life without it. Without you.”
Lando’s mouth curved into a large smile. “I want our forever to be an adventure, a thrilling tale that never has to end.”
You interlaced your fingers together, resting your head against his chest, listening to his steady heartbeat. In that moment you realised that there wasn’t a day where you wouldn’t choose him, you knew that forever wasn’t long enough but you also knew you were going to live every day to its full potential because your love would never run out. Not even when the clocks stop ticking.
“Forever is a long time. But I don’t know how I’d be able to do it without my sidekick by my side.”
His eyes lit up, reminiscence glowed in his eyes as he moved his lips back to yours and muttered, “Who are you calling a sidekick?” Before connecting them again.
For the end of the story is only ever the beginning of another and what a story that will turn out to be.

TouchDaisy: Cut Scenes (Novel)
Ok, I remember people saying there wasn’t much TouchDaisy in the book, so it couldn’t be helped about the series, but I just got to the first Touch chapter and there are already so many cute scenes they could have added!
Tumblr media
TouchDaisy scenes that didn’t make the series: Before Meeting
-Touch first learns of Daisy’s existence when their group is being loud as usual and he overhears a conversation in which Daisy went on a date, found out the dude had a dog, and demanded to be taken home because she hates dogs. Touch thinks: Wow who is going to be able to date someone like this?
-Touch sees a dog get hit by a car and notices Daisy go up to it. He thinks she is going to kick it, so he turns away, but instead Daisy talks nicely to the dog, wraps it in her jacket and promises to take it to the doctor. (She also tells the dog not to move though because she hates dogs lol.) Touch is officially heart eyes.
Tumblr media
-Touch finds Daisy sitting alone (waiting for her friends) while playing a phone game and takes the chance to sit with her and try to talk to her. She ignores him for her phone game lol
Then we finally get to camp. (This part was in the series, but we get to see Touch’s point of view and thoughts, so I’ll add them here.)
-Touch invites Toh and his group to sit with him for dinner where he finally gets an official introduction to Daisy with her “sweet shining eyes.” Someone help our poor sunshine boy.
After getting to know each other from working together at camp here is Touch’s assessment of Daisy: when with others, Daisy expresses herself well, is chatty, is quick to anger, and complains a lot, but will do anything to help her friends. When she is alone, however, she becomes an ordinary person. She speaks casually and is always in a good mood. He thinks she is so cute and says it’s a shame that most people can’t see this side of her. Unfortunately, “She only cares about me when I’m with other people.” (He also knows he is in love by this point because he is the most mature person in this entire book.)
Tumblr media
Major differences with the noodle date:
So, noodle date is way different. After they leave the bar, Touch drove Daisy’s car. Daisy’s plan was to drop off Som and Touch, then drive home to her house where her family is out of town. (Daisy claims she is ok enough to drive, but Intouch insists on driving instead.)
This adorable banter happens:
Daisy: “I’ll just go home on my own after I drop you both off.”
Intouch hears this and thinks: (People who are used to being alone won’t be lonely...that’s why she’s trying to get rid of me...) “It’s ok, I don’t want you to be lonely, I’ll go with you!” (I’m trying to be normal.)
Daisy makes excuses about her messy house and losing points in front of him.
Intouch: “But I’m so sleepy....” (I keep pushing it and even use a pitiful sad face.)
Daisy: You can just take my car, I’ll find another way home. Just bring it to school tomorrow.
Intouch: Why won’t you let me go with you? (Smiles)
(They are interrupted by Som and drop her off.)
Intouch: (I wonder what this crazy kid will do when we are alone...)
Daisy: Ok, let me drive.
Intouch: (Apparently take over the car...)
They have the do you have a boyfriend talk in the car, and eventually Daisy gets too shy to keep talking and sings to the radio. They have a nice peaceful drive together with Touch listening to her sing.
More New Scenes: Daisy’s House
Intouch’s plan works and he gets invited to stay at Daisy’s house for the night, but he has to sleep on the sofa. They don’t have a guest room because Daisy has a lot of siblings. (He wants to ask to stay in her room, but knows she’ll probably change her mind and kick him out of he does lol)
Daisy does his laundry while he takes a shower <3 DOMESTIC TOUCHDAISY
Then they watch a movie together~~~
Touch has started calling her housewife and then mama. I’m dead.
Intouch: “Mama alone is enough to make me full ;) ;) ;)”
Tumblr media
Now Daisy cooks for him. In her house. In her nightgown.
Daisy: “You can help cook.”
Intouch: Can I be your partner? I’d prefer to be Daisy’s partner.
Daisy: Show off.
Touch decides not to follow her to the kitchen for fear of being hit with a spatula or a flying knife lol
They eat spaghetti and watch TV together, and Touch even convinced Daisy TO FEED HIM.
When they are getting ready for bed:
Daisy: There are no ghosts here, but if a thief comes, just scream, I’ll come right away.”
Touch: You’ll protect me?
Daisy: You’re strong, you can protect yourself.”
Touch: True. I’m strong enough to protect Daisy too <3 <3
Daisy: You are clearly still drunk.
Daisy tucked him in and Intouch touched her hand and thanked her. He’s so happy he can see her again in the morning.

Never Try, Never Know
Pairing: Peter Parker enemies to lovers
Synopsis: Flash pesters you about your sex life
Read the series or read on its own
Masterlist
Tumblr media
A month later, you were in Peter’s room once again. Doing your homework together had once again become a make out session.
You were underneath Peter with your hands up in his hair. Your skirt was hiked up around your waist and his jeans were brushing against you every time he moved. His hand was resting just below your boob, pressing firmly on your rib cage. As you kissed him, you slowly moved his hand up and kept yours on top of his. You squeezed your hand, prompting him to squeeze your boob. You could feel him smile into the kiss as he gained more confidence. He slipped his hand under your shirt and brushed his thumb over your bra. You moaned into his mouth, hoping he would keep going. You could feel his boner against your thigh and you were dying for him to take the next step already.
“Can I take my shirt off? You whispered against his lips. He nodded eagerly in response. You pulled away from Peter for a moment to pull your shirt off and tossed it to the floor. His cheeks tinted pink since this was the first time you’d done this. He shyly looked at you and gulped so you gave him a reassuring smile.
“It’s okay.” You told him. “You can touch me.”
Peter hesitated before putting his hand back on your boob. He bent down to kiss you again and slowly trailed kisses down your neck. You were combing your fingers through his hair as he kissed the tops of your breasts, thinking you were finally about to go all the way with him. Before you had a chance to do anything else, Peter pulled away and groaned.
“Oh my God.” He gulped and sat up.
“Are you okay?” You sat up as well to check on him.
“Yeah.” He nodded. “I’ll be right back.”
You slumped back on the bed as Peter climbed off and went to the bathroom. Once you heard his shower turn on, you let out an angry huff. You squeezed your legs together in frustration before slipping your shirt back on.
That was how it always went. You’d get close but never go all the way. You knew Peter was a virgin, but you were starting to think he wanted to stay that way. You didn’t want to push Peter before he was ready, but your sexual frustration was getting to be more than you could handle. If you waited any longer, you thought you might explode.
“I’m back.” Peter announced, pulling you out of your thoughts. “Sorry about that. I get overstimulated very easily. All my nerve endings are extra sensitive.”
“It’s fine.” You faked a smile as he sat next to you. “But you know, you don’t have to calm yourself down every time. You could run with it.”
“Run with it?” Peter asked. “You mean, you want me to…”
“Fuck me. Yeah.” You nodded. “Just a suggestion.”
Peter’s face blushed all the way down to his neck at your bluntness. He shyly laughed and put his lap top on his lap.
“You’re crazy.” He chuckled. “What do you want to watch?”
“I’m fine with anything.” You faked a smile and rested your head on his shoulder. You didn’t want him to know you were disappointed. If he wasn’t ready, then he wasn’t ready. The only problem was, you were a little more then ready. You were two close calls away from begging him to fuck you, and you could only hope it wouldn’t resort to that.
~
You were in a bad mood the next day at school. All you could think about was how badly you wanted to get off. It felt like Peter was dangling himself in front of you but never letting you have him. To make a bad day worse, Flash spotted you at your locker and decided to pester you.
“Hey, pretty lady.” He smiled as he flicked some of your hair off your shoulder. “What are you doing tonight? Wanna get Flash-y on a Friday?”
“Fuck off.” You groaned. “I have a boyfriend.”
“There is no way you and Parker are actually together.” Flash scoffed when you rejected him. “This has got to be some weird hate sex thing.”
You froze when he mentioned sex since it was currently a sensitive topic for you.
“It’s not.” You said quickly. “Peter is my boyfriend, and you make me drier than sandpaper. Buh bye.”
You pushed him away from you and kept walking, but he followed.
“Who do you guys think you’re fooling? Everyone knows you guys hate each other.” Flash insisted.
“We used too.” You shrugged. “Now we love each other.”
“Are you sure you’re not just hooking up to get your frustration out and thinking it’s a relationship?”
You sucked in a sharp breath when he mentioned it again, growing frustrated now.
“I’m positive.” You grumbled.
“Why?”
“Because we haven’t even…” You trailed off when you realized you said too much. But it was too late. Flash’s jaw dropped as he bounced up and down.
“You guys haven’t had sex yet?” He asked. “How? You’ve been together like two months.”
“Can you keep your voice down please?” You hissed. “It’s none of your business. And it’s normal for couples to wait.”
“You know what?” Flash snickered. “I’m not even surprised that you guys haven’t done it yet. He’s not man enough to try anything.”
“Yes he is.” You said. “Shut up Flash.”
“Are you sure about that?” Flash taunted.
“Yes.” You snapped as your confidence slowly faded. “I’m sure. Now leave me alone.”
“I kinda feel sorry for you.” He continued. “You’re dating the man who played the girl part in last years musical. It’s probably the only girl part he’s ever seen.”
“Shut up.” You repeated. “You don’t know what you’re talking about.”
“Don’t I? Because I’m willing to bet Peter doesn’t have a single clue what to do in bed. He’d be like, “orgasm? You mean organism? It’s an animal, plant, or single celled life form”, or something.” Flash mimicked his voice. “He’s probably awful. He’ll never be able to please you.”
“Yes he can.” You said quietly, but you weren’t sure. You hated to admit it, but you were starting to think Flash might be right.
“How would you know?” Flash taunted. That pushed you to your edge. You knew if you didn’t say something now, Flash would tell the whole school and humiliate Peter.
“Because I was kidding. We have had sex.” You lied. “He sexed me like, a hundred times. Including last night.”
“Really?” Flash narrowed his eyes.
“Yeah. He nearly broke my pelvis.” You continued. “That’s why I’m in leggings today. I’m really sore.”
“Peter Parker left you sore?” Flash snorted. “What’d he do? Forgot you were there and sit on you?”
“No. He fucked me.” You said confidently this time. “Really, really well.”
“Nope. I don’t believe you.” Flash shook his head. “There is no way Little orphan Annie is having sex. Not a chance.”
“Well, he is.” You shrugged. “And he’s got a huge dick. Like, the size of a salt shaker.”
“Salt shakers are like two inches.” Flash scoffed.
“Not the kind you have at home.” You rolled your eyes. “Like, the really big ones at Italian restaurants. That size.”
“For real?” Flash’s eyes widened.
“Yeah.” You began to lose confidence in your lying ability. “Real, um, real monster cock on that boy. He’s uh, he’s a mouthful.”
“You mean handful?” Flash asked.
“I said what I said.”
“No way.” Flash gasped.
“Uh huh. He’s the best I ever had.” You egged it on. “By a long shot, too. He really knows what he’s doing.”
“You’re telling me Peter Parker is some kind of sex god?” Flash raised an eyebrow.
“Yep.” You replied. “In fact, I’m going to his apartment later for more. I just can’t get enough. You’d understand if you were getting it this good.”
“Who would have thought.” Flash shook his head. “I certainly didn’t see this coming.”
“Well, speaking of coming, I better go. Peter’s expecting me.” You smiled tightly and walked away from Flash. You squeezed your eyes shut in embarrassment as you left him, unsure of how much damage you had just done.
~
Flash spotted Peter at the lockers the next day and thought of your conversation from the day before. Always looking for trouble, he walked up to Peter and leaned against his locker.
“Hey, Penis Parker.” Flash said with a grin.
“Go away Flash.” Peter groaned.
“Woah.” Flash held up his hands. “That’s no way to talk to someone who knows your dirty little secret.”
Peter stiffened when he heard this and gave his full attention to Flash.
“What?”
“Yup.” He nodded. “I was just talking to Y/n and she told me all about your double life.”
“She what?” Peter asked as he began to panic.
“Yeah. I can’t believe you were able to keep it hidden this long. I’m almost impressed.” Flash said as he folded his arms. Peter grabbed him by the shirt and pressed him up against the lockers as Flash gasped.
“Woah, woah, woah. Take me to dinner first, jeez.” Flash said as Peter loosened his grip.
“What do you know?” Peter said through gritted teeth.
“Not much. Just that you’re not the man I thought you were.” Flash winked.
“What?” Peter flushed with rage.
“You know what I’m talking about.” Flash said before blowing him a kiss. “Bye!”
Peter watched him leave as a nervous anger settled in his stomach. He didn’t know Flash was talking about something entirely different. He assumed you told him about his Spider-Man secret and he was furious with you.
After school, Peter walked to your apartment and used his spare key. He found you in your room and wasted no time in letting you have it.
“What did you tell Flash?” Peter demanded as he slammed the door behind him. You were someone who hated being yelled at, so you were immediately annoyed with Peter’s behavior.
“Woah.” You scoffed. “Nice to see you too.”
“Why did Flash tell me I wasn’t he man he thought I was?” Peter continued. “Did you tell him I was Spiderman?”
“Excuse me?” You stood up angrily. “You can’t just barge in here, yelling at me and accusing me of exposing your secret.”
“I can when you told the worst person we know something I trusted you with.” Peter snapped. “Did you seriously tell him I was Spiderman?”
“Yes, Peter. I told Flash your biggest secret.” You said sarcastically. “I went straight up to him and said, “hey, want to hear some information my boyfriend specifically trusted me to keep?” Then I made rode off in his porch and we made love under the stars. Oh, and we’re writing a cookbook together. It’s called “I Didn’t tell Flash Your Fucking Secret”. You can preorder now.”
“Real funny.” Peter seethed. “If you didn’t tell him, then why did he say you told him my secret? Why was he impressed that I had hidden it for so long?”
“Because I told him…” Your shouting trailed off when you realized what you told Flash was much worse.
“Told him what?” Peter asked angrily.
“Nothing. I didn’t tell him anything. Just calm down.” You rolled your eyes and flopped back on the bed.
“I am calm.” He yelled. “You have to tell me what you said to him.”
“No I don’t.” You said simply. “I have the right to remain silent. I don’t have to tell you shit.”
“If you didn’t tell him I was Spiderman then what could you have possibly told him?” Peter whined as he sat next to you. He was smart enough to know yelling at you would just make you more defensive.
“I don’t want to tell you.” You said quietly.
“Why?”
“It’s embarrassing.” You whined as you covered your face.
“So is your outfit.” Peter shrugged. You uncovered your face to narrow your eyes at him.
“Fucker.” You grumbled.
“Just tell me.” Peter groaned. “Or I’ll shit the bed next time we cuddle.”
“I need you to take a step back from this conversation and think about what you just said to me.” You said seriously.
“I’ll do it.” He threatened.
“Fine. I told him you were…” You mumbled the end of the sentence so even with his super hearing, he couldn’t hear you.
“What?”
“I told him you were really good at sex.” You reluctantly confessed. “I told him all the dirty little secrets of our sex life and that’s what he was talking about when he came up to you. I didn’t tell him anything about spiderman. I cannot believe you think I’d do that to you.”
“You…wait, what?” Peter stuttered as his face went bright red. “What?!”
“Don’t make me repeat it.” You pleaded.
“How did you tell him about our sex life if we never...” Peter’s sentence tapered off like it usually did when it came to talking about something real.
“Fucked?” You raised an unamused eyebrow. If he couldn’t even say the word, you wondered how he’d ever do the action.
“Yeah.” He gulped. “That.”
“I don’t know. I made stuff up.” You shrugged. “I told him we had sex all the time and that you were super good at it. And that, you know, you have a monster cock.” You mumbled the last part out of embarrassment.
“A what?” Peter sputtered. “A fucking what?”
“I was hyping you up.” You defended yourself. “And it’s not like I can’t feel it when we spoon.”
Peter flushed again and rubbed his face.
“Why were you telling him any of this?” He asked wearily.
“Because.” You mumbled, not wanting to tell Peter why the topic ever came up.
“Because why?” He pressed.
“Because he was saying you’d never be able to please me and you were too inexperienced to try anything so I put him in his place.” You explained. “I’m the only one who can make fun of you like that. Not him.”
Peter looked at you with sad eyes as the weight of your words hit him.
“Is that what you think?” He worried. “That I couldn’t please you?”
“What? No, Pete.” You shook your head. “I don’t think that. That’s just what Flash was saying. You know how he is.”
“But he’s right.” Peter gulped. “I am inexperienced. You were my first kiss. I’d have no idea how to...you know.”
“That’s okay.” You assured him. “I don’t expect anything from you.”
That didn’t sit well with Peter. Instead of cheering him up, it made him feel worse.
“Have you had sex before?” He asked quietly. You blinked a few times, knowing your answer would only make the situation worse.
“Yeah.” You nodded stiffly. “I have.”
“Shit.” Peter whispered as he looked down. You noticed he was clenching and unclenching his fist, something he did when he was anxious.
“Peter, I’m sorry.” You got off the bed and put your hands on his face. “I didn’t mean to make you feel insecure. We can just drop this. It doesn’t matter.”
“You feel the same way, don’t you?” Peter frowned with glassy eyes. “You agree with what Flash said so you overcompensated on my behalf. That’s why you told him all those things.”
“Pete, I don’t give a fuck what Flash says.” You told him. “I never have. I was just trying to shut him up.”
“You just told me you don’t expect anything from me.” He said as he moved away from you. “You don’t think I could please you, do you? You think I’m too innocent and inexperienced.”
“Well, you are innocent and inexperienced.” You said calmly. “But that’s not a bad thing. We love each other, okay? And when we’re ready to take the next step, we will.”
Peter sucked in a sharp breath and bit his bottom lip, telling you he was fighting back tears. You put one hand on his shoulder and one on his face in an attempt to comfort him.
“Hey.” You said soothingly. “What’s wrong?”
“First you tell me you wanted to sleep with Bucky, and now I find out you’re telling Flash about our ridiculous make believe sex life because you were too embarrassed to tell him we don’t have one.” Peter said sadly.
“What do those two things have to do with the other?”
“I can’t compete!” Peter exclaimed. “Flash is probably right. I probably can’t please you. I’m just…I’m just a virgin who can’t drive.”
“It’s okay.” You chuckled. “I knew both of those things before I started dating you.”
You only made the situation worse by saying this. The confidence had been knocked right out of Peter and it showed. He was visible shaken over the conversation and you wished it never started.
“Pete.” You sighed. “You don’t have to get upset about this. It’s just a stupid thing Flash said.”
“A stupid thing Flash said that you’re worried is true.” Peter stated. You opened your mouth but quickly shut it when you realized he was right. As much as you hated to admit it, Flash had gotten in your head.
“I’m not worried.” You said weakly.
“I can smell when you’re lying.” Peter said as he glared at you.
“That’s not fair.” You groaned. “Don’t sniff out my emotions.”
“It’s not just your emotions. It’s what you’re saying.” Peter protested. “You were too ashamed to tell him we haven’t had sex yet, weren’t you? And now you think what he said was right.”
“I’m not ashamed. But, I mean, it’s not like you ever try anything.” You shrugged. “We make out and then you take a cold shower and put on a movie. I’m not trying to push you before you’re ready, but Jesus Peter. You can’t even say the word “fuck”. You could barely say “horny” a month ago. They’re just words. You don’t have to be scared of them.”
“I’m not scared. I was trying to be a gentleman. But apparently, that’s not good enough for you.” He shot back.
“Are you mad at me? Is this a fight?” You honestly wondered. You didn’t expect him to react the way he was and it was throwing you off. You’d gotten into plenty of arguments before, but never like this. You were a couple now and the stakes were much higher.
“I don’t know how I feel right now. I know this conversation made me feel really bad, though.” He answered. Your eyes softened for a moment before your anger returned.
“What’s your problem? You should be thanking me.” You insisted. “Flash is probably telling the whole school how great you are in bed. Why are you so upset?”
“I’m upset because my girlfriend thinks I can’t fuck her.” Peter gravely as he stared you in the eyes. You uncrossed your arms and blinked a few times, surprised that he finally said it.
“Yeah.” He stated as he got ready to leave. “I can say the word.”

Dream; - usually really aware when you guys plan date nights! Even with his busy schedule, he’s on top of remembering important nights - he doesn’t want you to feel neglected or forgotten :’) - however he can get forgetful when he’s playing with Sap and George, or streaming, but when he does oh, he feels devastated and will definitely become clingy
[Short imagine]
12:30 PM - he’d forgotten. You sighed, closing your phone and slouching into the couch, listening to your boyfriend’s laughs echo throughout your shared home; Sapnap’s screams filtering through as well.
Frowning, you turned on the living room TV and turned on Netflix, deciding that a movie would take away from the small sting in your gut. You knew he hadn’t meant to get sucked up into his work, and this one time of a few that he’d forgotten, but that doesn’t stop the sadness twisting in your gut. Turning on the Twilight series, and obviously horrible but entertaining favorite [team Jacob anyone?] before grabbing your warmed-up Panda Express and engrossing yourself into the world of vampires and werewolves.
2:45 AM
Dream groaned as his screen flashed a dull red, congratulating George and Sap about their win from their Minecraft Manhunt; 2 hunters. Glancing at the time, he rubbed at his face and clicked out of everything, ending his video. Stretching he leaned back and glanced towards the bed, expecting you to already be cuddled up and passed out, but the comfy queen was empty…
Furrowing his brows, he scooted his chair back and left his room, moving downstairs as Sap came out of his room, still grinning.
“Hey man, nice hunt, though I’m surprised you made it go for so long,” Sap groaned as he joined Dream on the stairwell making the dirty blonde frown.
“What’re you talking about? Manhunts always go for a couple of hours?” Dream snorted as Sap frowned, only to sigh and pat his friend on the shoulder.
“Dude… You had date night tonight..?”
Dream’s eyes widened as he rushed further downstairs, turning into the living room and frowning at the sight. You curled up into the corner, an empty container on the coffee table and the credits rolling of The Twilight Saga; new moon. Squatting down next to you, he gently cradled your cheek as you hummed in sleep, cracking open your eyes as you broke into a smile, your eyes settling on your frowning boyfriend.
“Hiya handsome,”
“Hi, baby… Fuck, I’m so sorry I forgot,” Dream leaned into you, pressing soft kisses to your cheeks, nose, chin, lips - anywhere his lips could reach as you chuckled, raising your hand and threading it through his hair. “I just got so lost in the video, but that’s no excuse I promise I’ll make it up to you-”
“Dream, babe it’s okay, this is like… The first time you’ve forgotten, just don’t make it a full-time thing, yeah?” You laughed as Dream dove into you, circling your waist with his arms and picking you up, causing you to yell out.
“Clay!”
“We’re going to bed, and I’m not letting you go until I see fit,” Dream stated, carrying you upstairs as you glanced to Sapnap, waving to him before you and your still disappointed boyfriend disappeared into his room.
Sapnap - he’s definitely more forgetful than Dream, but he tries okay? - a lot more clingy when he realizes what he did, definitely becomes more of a hopeless romantic
[Short imagine]
“Shouldn’t you be gone by now?” You turned away from the fridge, seeing Dream entering from the living room as you shrugged, closing it with a sigh.
“Yeah, we should’ve left half an hour ago but he joined Karl’s stream… Again.” You mumbled the last bit as Dream frowned, leaning against the cabinets as you messed with the strings of your boyfriends’ basketball shorts.
“Aren’t you gonna say something?”
“Honestly? Probably not, I mean we’ve already had a talk about if he forgets-” you paused when a sudden crash came from upstairs, causing you and Dream to turn towards the stairs as Sap came barreling down. You blinked as he stood in front of you, wrapping his arms around your waist and tucking his face into the crook of your neck, making you giggle.
“Hi, bubs,”
“I’msorryimsorryimsorryimsorryimhorribleicantbelieveiforgotimsosososorry-” Sap mumbled into your skin, as you reached up, ruffling his hair as he pressed kisses along your neck, going along your shoulder before trailing back up and pressing his lips against your chin before settling back between your shoulder and throat.
Dream snickered from next to you guys as he dug into the fridge, digging out some pizza from lunch as Sap looked up and glared at his friend. “So, what reminded you?” The dirty blonde hummed, getting ready for his dinner as your brunette boyfriend scoffed.
“I obviously reminded myself! I’m not that-” he paused as a chime came from his shorts’ pocket causing him to cringe. Furrowing your brows, you reached in and tugged out his phone, breaking into a smile as you realized it was an alarm.
‘ Date Night Idiot!’ had been going off for an hour, you assuming Sap had snoozed it, not realizing why his alarm was going off.
“Dumb.. Okay! I had to set a few reminders,” Sap mumbled, pressing more kisses to your warmed skin, trying to hide away from his embarrassment. You closed his phone and slipped it back into his pocket before grabbing his hand and tugging him upstairs with you, his head hung low as you went into his room, besides a small light from his screen. You jumped onto his bed, opening your arms as Sap shot you a small grin and dove into you, cuddling into your chest and pressing more kisses to your free skin, his hand sneaking up your shirt just resting against your skin, rubbing his thumb across your navel while smiling into your kiss.
“I know I’m extremely forgetful when it comes to romantic stuff, but please always know that I love you even if I have a shitty way of showing it,” he mumbled against your lips, moving his hand from your stomach to your face, holding your cheek as you stared at each other. Sure, you could be upset at him, you could ignore him, maybe argue… But why miss out on warm cuddles and make-up kisses?
Karl - he’s the one who usually makes the dates up! He always tries to make sure his streams and recording don’t overlap the days you agreed on - but who says you always remember?
[Short imagine]
It was the long-awaited shock & facecam stream! You had promised to follow in your friend’s - George, Sap, and Dream’s - steps in a shock stream and even threw in a facecam if your followers had gotten one of your posts to hit one million likes, and your fans did not disappoint! Your tweet promising this stream had hit two million likes, 10,506 retweets, and continuous replies. So, here you were, setting up for your stream when Karl walked in…
“Sweetness..? What’re you, uh, what’re you doing..?” He nervously giggled as he stood beside you, his hands nervously tugging on your hoodie as you turned towards him, frowning.
“I’m getting ready for the shock stream? Remember? I planned this a couple months ago and we agreed on today?” You blinked at your boyfriend. You both had talked about this stream since you arranged the day - why is it suddenly a problem?
“Oh, well, remember we agreed that today - tonight - was going to be date night? We were gonna watch some of the new season of Survivor?” Karl hummed as you blinked, turning fully towards him with your eyes wide as you glanced towards your starting soon screen. You could feel your heart plummet into your stomach - you had done the one thing you and Karl agreed to never do, yet here you were..
“Baby, oh my god, I’m- holy shit, I’m so sorry,” you murmured, rubbing your face as Karl shot you a small grin, scooting closer and musing your hair as you leaned into his touch, cradling your own face with dread coursing through you.
“Bubs, it’s okay, I know you’ve been planning this, and I should’ve thought ahead-”
“No!” You burst, gripping his wrist and pressing light kisses to it before groaning against his skin. “No, it’s not okay, we always try and plan for us to have date nights between our busy schedules and it’s such an asshole thing for me to not double-check that it was-” Karl leaned down, quieting you with pressing his lips to yours. You melted into it as he turned your chair to face him more, causing him to grip your hands tightly in his before pulling away.
“It’s okay because I want you to go through with this stream! You’ve been excited about it and I know the guys are wanting to join, besides-” he paused, pressing butterfly-like kisses to your hands as you grinned at your boyfriend.
“Date night can be any night for us,”
“So, what I’m hearing is you love me more than Survivor?” You giggled as Karl furrowed his brows and scoffed, dropping your hands dramatically before pulling his gaming chair next to yours as you began to set up your facecams’ final touches.
“I love you, like a lot, but know your boundaries, Bubs,” Karl scoffed as you rolled your eyes, leaning over and pressing a quick kiss to his cheek and clicking through your screens before popping up on your stream with a ‘Hey guys!’

Teaming Up with Sam and Bucky ft Zemo
Pairing: FEM!Reader; Bucky Barnes x reader, Sam Wilson x reader; platonic(?), let’s throw in some Zemo x reader
Summary: What it would be like to team up with our favorite duo. Takes place during TFATWS.
Warnings: none, TFATWS SPOILERS. Lowkey a mess :D
A/n: Ever since TFATWS came out I’ve been reminded of how much I love Bucky and Sam. Also I have a new found love for Zemo. I’ve just been so obsessed with this series and I’ve been reading so many fics about it, so I decided to finally write my own :) Enjoy my loves❤️
。・:*:・゚★,。・:*:・゚☆
Tumblr media
✧───── ・ 。゚★: *. ☽.* :★. ─────✧
You’re basically working with a bunch of children.
The children mostly being Sam and Bucky, though Zemo does have his moments once he joins you three.
You’ve known dumb and dumber for a few years now, being part of the Avengers, you’ve worked with Sam on multiple missions. The friendship blooming somewhere in between.
You were also close friends with Steve; when he first came out the ice, you were assigned to help him adjust to the modern world by Fury. He would tell you a bunch of stories of him and Bucky running into trouble or Bucky always saving his ass whenever he was getting beaten up.
Eventually, you finally got to meet Bucky, though he wasn’t Bucky, he was the Winter Soldier. Your introduction to each other was quite memorable to say the least.
He choked you with that metal arm of his and for a split second you swore you might’ve found it attractive—till he threw your body against a car.
You sided with Cap during the accords and helped him protect Bucky. When that whole mess was over, Steve asked you to stay with Bucky in Wakanda to make sure he would be safe.
You were the first person to have some kind of bond with Bucky. Before and after he was freed from Hydra’s hold on him, you were always someone he knew he could trust.
When Steve told you what he was going to do while retuning the stones he told you to watch over them.
“Promise me you’ll keep an eye on Buck and Sam?” He asked you, sitting on the edge of your bed. He had snuck into your room late at night, knowing you were wide awake.
You squeezed his hand reassuringly, a lazy smile on your lips, “They don’t need me, I’m sure they’re capable of surviving on their own.” Steve breathes out a laugh and shakes his head, “You’d be surprised.”
“But seriously, (y/n), they need you. You know how they get when they’re together. You’re the only person in the world who knows how to deal with the both of them at the same time.” Steve reasons, his baby blues sparkling in the darkness of the guest room of Tony’s lake house.
“Make sure they’re not on the verge of killing each other or running into too much trouble?” You tiredly nod, sleep slowly consuming your body. “I promise, they’re gonna be alright, Steve.”
Sometimes you found yourself looking up at the sky, cursing at it—or Steve—for leaving you with two of the most childish and stubborn men you’ve ever known in your life.
You were like the mother of the group; breaking up fights, making sure they skipped no meals, patching up their boo-boos, etc.
“Will you stop staring at me?” Sam snapped, tossing his goggles onto the seat beside him to glare at Bucky.
“I’m not staring at you.” Bucky remarked from across Sam. His flesh and metal arm crossing with each other as he stared at Sam challengingly.
“Yes, you are. Your eyes are connecting with mine. You’re literally staring at me right now!” Sam pointed out, to which Bucky rolled his eyes at.
“Because I’m talking to you, genius. I wasn’t staring at you.” Bucky quipped.
“Yes you were!”
“No I wasn’t!”
This continued till they were sick of bickering with each other, finally yelling out your name for help.
The arguments were straight up petty. Bucky wouldn’t admit it, but he was the pettiest.
Exhibit 1: “LoOKiNG StrONg jOHn!”
Like seriously? Bucky’s the pettiest bitch, nobody can tell me otherwise.
You and Sam would definitely find it amusing how Bucky doesn’t trust Redwing.
Obviously, you all despise John Walker. Just the thought of him left a bad taste in your mouth.
He was like a fly that you all couldn’t get rid of. But because you were all painfully patient people—mostly you and Sam—you had to deal with his bullshit despite the way he annoyed you all.
Totally loosing your shit when Bucky helps Zemo break himself out of prison.
“Please tell me you didn’t do what I think you did.” You groaned, fingers pinching the bridge of your nose together.
Bucky looks at you with feign innocence; his mouth agape and puppy eyes. “I—didn’t do...anything(?).”
“You helped Zemo break out of prison didn’t you?” You crossed your arms at him, hip jutting out. As if on cue, Sokovian sugar daddy walks into the abandoned garage you were all in.
Before you can explode on him, Bucky tried to calm you down, “Wait, I technically didn’t do anything though! It was his plan!”
Zemo definitely lives up to being the ✨Sokovian Sugar Daddy✨ of your dysfunctional group.
I think you’d all be surprised at how rich he was. The amount of connections he had wasn’t that big of a shocker.
No like seriously, homie was pulling all sorts of shit out his ass; cars, private planes, houses in different countries, etc.
You all had a love hate relationship with Zemo. On days when he was actually helpful, you all got a long. On the days when things got horribly messy, Zemo couldn’t even let a word out since Sam would tell him to “shut up”.
Though that still doesn’t excuse the fact that he got the Avengers to spilt up and go against each other.
When you guys are all hiding out in one of Zemo’s apartments or homes, you would probably cook breakfast, lunch, or dinner for everyone.
They actually loved it when you cooked because it made the atmosphere feel a bit homey and calm compared to the current situation you were all in.
You were the person they can all go to. You were easy to talk to, making it easier for them to open up to you.
You always checked in on them mentally and physically. For example, you knew Sam felt guilty about giving up the shield, but Bucky never made him forget about his choice. You were there to reassure him that he thought he was doing the right thing and didn’t know the hidden agenda of the government.
You were like their on the go therapist, babysitter, and partner.
Sometimes Bucky and Sam would even argue for your attention.
“Can you stop hogging (y/n) please? Her ears might fall off from hearing you yap all day.” Bucky said as he gently took your arm and dragged you away from Sam.
“You literally spent the whole day with her yesterday, you’re the one who needs to stop hogging (y/n).” Sam argued, grabbing onto your other arm.
“I didn’t get to spend time with (y/n).” Zemo mentioned from his seat in the kitchen, a glass of whisky in his hand. Bucky simply turned to him and pointed, “NO!”
Honestly what’s a friendship with Bucky and Sam without some harmless flirting. They weren’t gonna lie, you were gorgeous, the most attractive one out of the group.
When you guys had to go undercover at Madripoor, both times with Zemo and Sharon, you had to wear dresses that were a bit revealing. Maybe your chest was a bit shown, but the dress definitely showed off your legs.
“So what do you guys think?” You stopped at the bottom of the stairs of Sharon’s apartment, doing a little spin to show off your outfit.
Both Bucky and Sam’s jaws drop, Zemo probably nodding in approval in the corner.
You can’t forget about the nicknames: maybe doll, sweetheart, or darlin’ from Bucky and the typical Louisiana Cher from Sammy.
While fighting against the Flag Smashers or anyone in general, you guys always had each other’s back.
You could directly be fighting someone, but you’ll naturally have an eye on Sam and Bucky to make sure nobody was sneaking up on them.
It’s a given that you all patch each other up after some fight.
You were all very protective of each other. If there’s one thing Sam and Bucky can agree on, it’s their instinct to protect you.
Like how you kept an eye on them, they also kept their eyes on you. Even though they knew you could hold your own.
“Could you walk?” Sam asked you as you laid on the concrete floor. You were double teamed by a couple of Flag Smashers. Two super soldiers against a normal person, you totally got your ass handed to you.
You pushed yourself up to rest on your elbows, “I’m fine, just got dropped kicked twice, but I’ll be fine.”
Sam smiled at you, “That’s my girl.”
Though the two can be a handful and argue almost every minute, you loved the both of them tremendously. You wouldn’t have it any other way.

Pairing: Sub!Daichi x DomFem!Reader Summary: Your husband comes home from work stressed out and you want nothing more than to help him relax. Content: Post-baby body issues, marking, masturbation, penetrative sex, cream pie, teasing, begging, handcuff/rope play, thigh riding, oral (kind of), blindfolding, possibly breeding kink, a bit of a daddy kink 😉, maybe some brat Daichi Word Count: ~ 2,900
A/N: We’ve finally reached the last week of our Please Me series and honestly @millenialfanfictionaddiction and I are so sad! It’s been a fun ride and we hope you guys enjoyed it! Please check out her story Bokuto’s Binding! You can reach it through the Please Me Series Masterlist.
Another late night. The same night you had almost every day. Your life was built on routine. Not even just built on it, but heavily relied upon it. With three children almost all under the age of five, even your free time had to be scheduled. It was nearing eleven o’clock at night and your husband would be home soon and for the first night in a while, you weren’t exhausted.
Knowing you probably smelled like baby vomit and whatever was thrown around the dinner table, you quickly jumped in the shower and threw on the only remotely sexy lingerie you had that still fit with your post-baby body. It happened to be your favorite blue, silk negligée that Daichi bought for you after your first son was born when you struggled to feel pretty in the body that you felt was no longer your own. You had a couple adjustments you would need to make to the room, but for the most part, everything was set.
Just as you were finishing up, you heard the lock click in the front door and you set down your perfume bottle, tiptoeing down the steps to meet Daichi. His back was to you as he locked the door and took off his jacket to hang up. You could tell by the low hang of his shoulders that it was a difficult shift.
“Rough night?” You asked him, sliding your hands around his waist. You felt his body jump slightly and then relax into you.
“Better now.” He smiled, turning to look at you. As soon as he felt the silk negligee under his hands he raised an eyebrow at you. “The kids asleep?”
“Mmhmm.” You nodded, biting your lip and you grabbed his hands, slowly leading him up the stairs to your bedroom. “I’m going to help you relax tonight.”
“I am very okay with that.” He kicked the door closed lightly after you were both in the room and brought his lips to yours. Daichi enjoyed taking the lead and he was honestly really good at it, but if you wanted to be in charge for the night, you were going to have to start off strong.
“Take off your shirt.” You told him in between kisses and reached for his pants, unbuckling them and pushing him to the bed to pull them off.
“What about you?” He asked, watching you pull his underwear off.
“Don’t worry about that.” You kissed him quickly. “Move back.”
He followed what you said, leaning his back against the headboard and you reached into the nightstand to pull out his handcuffs.
“You’ve been stealing my handcuffs?” He laughed, holding his wrists out to you, but you took one hand instead and leaned over him, locking the cuffs to the thicker part of the bedpost when he pulled a chunk of your skin and negligee into his mouth, shaking his head and pretending to growl.
“Ow, stop.” You pushed his mouth away. “Not so rough.”
“Sorry.” He chuckled against you. “Am I going to get a taste of you?”
“If you listen.”
“I’m a great listener.”
“You’re a liar.” You laughed, sitting back on his hips to look at him after locking the second cuff.
“What’s first, my queen?” He raised an eyebrow as he looked at you, slowly lowering his eyes down your body.
“First—” you started, sliding yourself back so you were sitting in between his legs, “—I get my fun.”
You lowered your lips to his thighs. There was a lot you loved about Daichi. He was caring, the most attentive husband, an incredibly loving father, unbelievably considerate, but none of that compared to his thighs. His glorious thighs. Thick, rippling muscle that was spongy and soft to the touch, he had legs like a horse and you loved leaving your mark all over them.
Nothing got you going like a mouthful of his soft skin as you sucked it between your teeth, running your tongue all over it and gently pulling away until it released from your lips with a pop. It has been a while since you both had any time together, so his legs were clean, a blank canvas waiting for your lips.
As soon as you started, it was difficult to stop. Daichi was groaning above you and your hand instinctively moved in between your legs, just as it always did. Unfortunately, Daichi knew this about you and couldn’t fight the temptation. He quickly wrapped his legs around you and you yelped as he lifted you up, bringing your body closer to him.
“Daichi!” You shrieked and he laughed at your surprise, setting you back down. This definitely wasn’t his first time doing this and each time it surprised you just as much as the last.
There was no competing with the strength of Daichi’s thighs. You knew this. The only way he wasn’t going to win was to take him out of the game completely.
“If you keep that up, I’m going to tie your feet too.” You warned, looking up from back in between his legs.
There was no way you weren’t going to be tying his legs. You could see it in his face. The playful look in his eyes was as clear as day and when you relaxed your body, ready to lean forward, he lifted his legs again, trying to trap you in between his thighs.
“Daichi!” You tried not to raise your voice in fear of waking your youngest, but instead whisper-yelled at him and he laughed.
“I’m sorry baby. You know I can’t resist you.” He explained, as if that was a perfect excuse for disregarding what you had just said. You stood up from the bed, acting like you were done playing for the night. “Baby. Baby no, I was kidding. I’m sorry. Really, I’ll listen.”
“Oh, I know you will.” You bent down, reaching under the mattress for the rope you prepared beforehand and tightened it around his ankle. He was confused enough by what you said that he really didn’t noticed what you were doing until it was already done and you made sure both of his feet were secure. When you turned around, Daichi was biting his lip, watching you.
“Looks like you’re calling all the shots tonight.” He smiled, his hips rolling forward slightly, his erection full and stiff, and you were a little surprised at how willingly he was giving you control. “What’s next?”
You smiled and stepped up onto the bed, standing over him. His eyes dropped to your black lace panties under the negligee and he licked his lips, lowering his head to get ready for you to sit on his face.
“Is this what you want?” You asked him, fingers slipping beneath the waistband of your underwear. Sliding the panties down your legs, you watched him nod, his mouth opening as you squatted down. He frowned, looking confused when you sat on his chest and you laughed before putting the panties over his head, covering his eyes so he couldn’t see.
“Baby.” He grumbled and you backed up to sit in between his legs.
“This is what happens when you don’t listen.”
You sat silently for a little, watching him before you sat on your knees. His cock was bobbing by itself, hoping for anything to rub against it and you smiled as the tip leaked.
You leaned over, just enough that he could brush his hip against your arm and your hand went in between your legs again, drawing slow circles around your clit. It didn’t take long for Daichi to know what you were doing. Your breathing changed and the wet sounds of your fingers running through your folds has his cock twitching.
Your eyes were fluttering closed the closer you got. Your body was hot now, ready for release whenever you wanted it. You slowed down your movements and then quickly sped up, trying to force the orgasm to come faster and you let out a sigh.
“Fuck.” Daichi whispered as he dropped his head back onto the pillow at hearing you moaning. “Does it feel good baby?”
“Mmhmm.” You could barely speak anymore, you were so close.
“Aww come on, you’re not even going to let me taste you.” He whined. Gosh sometimes he was just like a child. Your fourth child. Such a big baby.
“Maybe I’ll let you if you quit complaining.” You went back to working your fingers over yourself, your pace quickly moving back to where it was and you let out a small whimper, your hand moving to grip Daichi’s thigh and squeezing the bulky meat.
You were paying as much attention to him as you could, trying to focus on yourself, but also watch his movements. He didn’t really like being edged, but he could handle some teasing and you knew just how far you needed to go to get him to beg.
“Daichi.” You whispered, the sound of your voice saying his name had his thigh muscles clenching and the silence of the room was starting to fill with the wet sounds of your hands rubbing over your clit.
“Yeah baby?” He licked his lips. His body looked calm on the outside, but you knew better. His legs were restless, feet sliding as much as they could over the sheets, his breaths were getting shallower and you watched as his erection stiffened, growing a little bit more.
“This feels so good.” You moaned and his hands started fighting the handcuffs against the headboard as he groaned.
“Please, baby. Please just let me watch.”
“I’m almost done Daichi.”
“Just use me then. Here… here.” He adjusted how he was sitting as much as he could, which wasn’t much, bending his knee slightly. “Use my thigh. God, I need to feel you.”
“You want me to come on your thigh?”
“Please, God, yes please just come all over my thigh.” He begged, his head falling further back as his hands and feet tried to pull against the restraints. You sat up quickly and climbed over his thigh, setting yourself back down and grinding. “You’re so wet.”
He clenched his jaw, pulling against the cuffs as you grinded down on him. You were almost there. There was a burning pit in your stomach and you had to ignore Daichi under you, squirming to get closer to you and to get you to try and touch him. There was no way you could orgasm with his constant movements so you did your best to block him out. Instead focusing on his thigh and the way it felt as you rubbed over it, your swollen clit in constant contact with his skin.
You whined out, a breathy moan pushing out as you moved faster over his thigh and you heard him become quiet. His voice silenced as he started taking quicker breaths, listening to you. When you finally felt the cord inside you snap, your whole body went stiff, roughly grinding yourself on his thigh as pleasure surged from your core to the rest of your body until you were left shaking and panting over him.
“Please baby, I’m doing my best,” he whispered. “I need to be inside you.”
You looked up at him and back down at his body. Leaning forward just a bit more, you gave one tiny lick up the back of his cock, a lick he wasn’t expecting and he inhaled sharply, whimpering slightly until you made your way up his chest, kissing his collar bone and neck as you lowered yourself onto him.
Daichi let out a loud, satisfied sigh while trying to lightly thrust into you. His feet were tied tightly enough that he couldn’t really get much leverage to lift himself so any and all of the work was going to be done by you and you smiled at the power you had.
“Do you want me to move, baby?” You spoke quietly into his ear.
“Yes. Yes, please.” He nodded, already panting for air and desperate to be fucked. His body was relaxed, calmly letting himself enjoy what you were doing to him. You leaned in to kiss him, his mouth gladly accepting your lips and tongue against his. He moaned as you clenched your pelvic floor muscles around him and smiled into the kiss, wishing he could pull you closer, but only being able to pull lightly against the cuffs.
You smiled as you sat back, watching his upper body jerking forward, his face contorting as he urged his orgasm on.
“Faster…” He moaned. You could see it in his face how close he was. His eyes were closed and his mouth hung open, he was limited with how much he could move, but just by his face alone, you could tell he was right there. “Come on baby, faster.”
This was your moment to get what you wanted.
“Call me daddy.” You teased him, running your hands up his chest and he inhaled sharply at the touch.
“What?” He turned his head to you and smiled, thinking he didn’t hear you.
“I said…” You leaned down, whispering in his ear. “Call me daddy.”
“Why do you want me to call you that?”
“I just want to hear it.” You shrugged, your tongue tracing his jawline.
He was definitely thinking about it. He knew he wanted you to move faster, to feel that release that’s been building ever since you tied him up. The wall holding back his orgasm was blazing hot and if you sped up just a tiny bit, his body could break through it.
“Baby, you want me to… to call you…” He couldn’t even bring himself to say it.
“To call… me… daddy.” You smiled, but he just looked at you, his eyes covered, but you knew where he was trying to look. It wasn’t going the way you wanted so you pouted. “Fine.”
You sat up and slowly started to get off of him and he pulled against the cuffs, trying to lift his hips to stay inside you.
“Wait! Wait!” You stood up fully and any contact his dick had with you was gone as you looked down at him. “Okay, okay! Daddy! Daddy! God, daddy please just fuck me!”
He was fighting against the cuffs as he twisted and turned his body, hoping for any contact with you at all. See, the thing with Daichi was that while he did love sex, he lived for the orgasm. Yes, he enjoyed the other pleasure and intimacy, but he would do anything for that release. Anything.
You smiled and slowly sat yourself back down, lining up and pushing him through your entrance again. The slight squeeze had his head thrown back with a groan.
“Yes baby. Ugh, you’re so perfect. You’re so good.” His body relaxed as you slowly lifted yourself and sank back down, gently rolling your hips as another groan slipped from him.
“Is this what you wanted baby?”
“Yes.” He nodded desperately, his mouth hanging open, eyes still covered with your black lace panties.
“Yes, what?”
“Yes, daddy. That’s what I want. Give it to me daddy!”
You bounced yourself harder over him, making sure to roll your hips for him and you could see it in the half of his face that wasn’t covered that he was enjoying it, slowly losing himself. Each time you dropped down, you ground harder into him and he was moaning, his head moving back against the pillow only to lift back up as he fought against the urge to move with you.
“Faster daddy! I’m begging you, please go faster.” He moaned.
“Since you asked so nicely.” You sped up your bouncing and you watched his breathing pick up, his jaw slacking, and his face turning red.
“Thank you. Thank you.” He breathed and let out the sweetest sounding whimper before his body shook and his head fell back. Even with his movements minimized, he still managed to buck his hips forward, his orgasm shooting through his body. His cock was pulsing inside of you as he lost control of himself, the pleasure he’d been waiting for took over his body and every inch of him felt nothing but amazing bliss as his skin tingled under you. With a final grunt, his body relaxed into the bed and he gasped for air.
You leaned forward and tugged your panties away from his head and smiled at him. He had the cutest little grin on his face as he looked at you.
“Uncuff me.”
“I kind of like you like this.” You laughed.
“It wouldn’t be so bad, but you promised me a taste.”
“I did, didn’t I?”
“Uncuff me. It’s my turn to be in charge.”
“Why are you like this?” You rolled your eyes, reaching over to uncuff his hands from the bed post.
“I can’t resist you.” His lips moved to yours as soon as he was free from being restrained and he sank his face into your neck as his hands roughly massaged your butt. “Let’s make another baby.”
“How are you getting hard again when you literally just came?”
“When has that ever stopped me?” He laughed into your neck as he laid you down on the bed.

“A mess, I’m a mess,” you sing-song to yourself, organizing the manuals on the clear glass by subject and size. The applications of all your new interns are alphabetized, not a form out of place. Everything’s perfect. “Alright Jessica, all twenty of the interns are accounted for.”
“Actually, there’s twenty-three,” Jessica quips, and you let your shoulders slump. Being part of the recruiting team of your company has been simultaneously exciting and stressful. Stressful because of the constant travel, but otherwise exciting because you loved your internship at your current company. You remember how nervous you were two years ago, and how much support and help you got from your recruiters. Applying to this team was a natural turn of events.
“A-are you sure, Jess?” you look through all the applications, count the amount of nametags, triple check the chairs. You’re sweating through your blazer, wondering where you went wrong.
The head of your recruiting team glues one hand to her hip, while the other hand is holding her iPad, scrolling with her thumb. You swallow, intimidated by Jessica’s golden wavy locks and her black-trimmed white Chanel pantsuit.
“Yep, but don’t be too hard on yourself. I just added three more recruits last night. I’ll get the chairs and the apps are being printed. No worries,” Jessica assures, gesturing for you to hurry up and get outside, “Call the babies in!” your team leader waves her finger around like a magic wand, commanding you to the front lines.
Krystal puts a hand on her shoulder, as always looking impeccable. She has virtually nothing to worry about. She’s a woman who has connections, courtesy of her team leader. “Let’s go, newbie,” she teases, pulling you through the door.
The recruits in the lobby are wide-eyed and vibrant, and you feel a little nostalgic as you watch them line up in front of you and Krystal as you sign them in. You would dwell on the feeling more if it wasn’t for your exhaustion, so you decide you’ll get a chance to take a road down memory lane when you get to the hotel.
“Name?”
“Xu Minghao.”
“Congrats Minghao, here’s your nametag and I’ll see you inside,” with a firm handshake, one recruiter is free to go.
“Name?”
“Chou Tzuyu.”
“Congrats Tzuyu, here’s your name tag and I’ll see you inside,” she doesn’t go in straight away, and moves to the side of the door. “Actually,” you pause mid-handshake with another recruit, staring at the woman in curiosity, “my boyfriend just got a call last night that he was accepted in this year’s batch. Do you have his name?”
“Yes, three more recruits were added,” you chirp, as if you totally did not hear that bit of information five minutes ago, “What’s his name—Jungkook?”
The both of you blink at each other. One hand on Tzuyu’s shoulder, eyes wide and mirroring yours. Your heart falls straight to your stomach, wanting to be eaten by acids and bacteria so you can stop any possibility of feeling any lingering affection for the boy you fooled around with in undergrad. Everything about him screams professional. He’s clean cut, a pinstripe black suit you never thought he’d own, and his hair is neatly trimmed and pulled behind his ears. His shoulders look tall and broad under the slight padding, his biceps comfortably stretching against the dark fabric. The golden complexion remains the same however, from the honest brown eyes to the coral pink lips that would always smile at you.
“Oh, so you do have his name!” Tzuyu clasps her hands together, delighted. He has a girlfriend, too. It’s then you realize you’ll be stuck with not just him, but her for the week. “You guys are so efficient. C’mon Kookie, let’s find some seats!”
“I still gotta get my nametag,” he replies goodnaturedly, gesturing to you, “save us some seats in the front?”
Tzuyu thinks nothing of it, squeezing his bicep before skipping off to the front row. Your eyes linger on her form, and it’s only then you realize how tall and intimidatingly pretty she looks in that plaid teddy bear brown skirt suit. You did not look that good when you were a budding undergrad.
By this time, Krystal has taken all your other recruits from your line, regarding you with a raised brow. She’s fast with her attendance, so you know you don’t have much time.
“I applied last minute,” Jungkook says, scratching his head, “was running out of options before graduation. I didn’t know you’d be one of my recruiters, though. Lucky me.”
Jungkook and you never ended up keeping in contact, at least as of recent. A check-in message a few months in, a happy birthday or holiday greeting late at night. But two years later and those messages are automatic, with no feeling or personality. You never thought you’d see him again, no less in the city.
“You just graduated with your masters, congrats,” you smile at Jungkook, although you’re sure the feigned emotion fails to reach your eyes, “IT Management, right?”
“You remembered,” Jungkook brightens, reaching over to squeeze your shoulder, “you look good.”
“Oh please—”  you laugh to yourself, shaking your head, “I just got off a flight and I ran over in a two-day old suit, I don’t even have makeup on,” you didn’t feel this way in the morning, you just rushed to do the bare minimum to be enough and ran over to the convention hall. But now in the presence of Jungkook who looks so handsome and clean-cut, you can’t help but feel a little slighted at the sudden reunion.
“You’re always beautiful,” Jungkook exhales, and you clutch your clipboard closer to your chest.
You cough, an excuse for him to stop touching your shoulder, “You should go inside, it’s gonna start soon. We can catch up later.”
“Wait—” you make a scrunched up face that Jungkook can’t catch, but right in Krystal’s view. You can tell she’s laughing at you internally with her devious grin. “I just wanted to say, Tzuyu isn’t my girlfriend. We’re just…”
“Fooling around?” you didn’t mean for it to sound so sharp, but you wanted this conversation over. You have a job to do and Jungkook is your emotional barrier.
You and Jungkook used to fool around.
Jungkook winces, looking younger in his monkey suit. “I mean if you give me a chance to explain later—”
“Nametag, let’s go newbie.” Krystal slaps on the sticker herself, a little too hard if she asked. She doesn’t even bother to write his full name, just a bright green Jeon JK, IT Management tacked on his breast pocket, clashing with the gold pocket square.
“Sorry,” Jungkook tucks his tail in for now, bowing at you and Krystal as he scurries inside.
You let out a breath you didn’t know you were holding in. Krystal doesn’t bother to comfort you or ask what’s up—not that you want her to, even though you do want a breather before you have to go up on that stage and explain the itinerary for a week. The only thing you can do is smooth out your skirt, brush away the flyaways on your hairstyle and plaster a company-paid smile on your face.
The autopilot switch is on throughout the rest of the morning. Not just because Jungkook’s around, but the new position has got you on livewire. You’re glad that you’re not wearing base makeup because you are absolutely melting with all the high beam lights all up in your face as you talk through the week’s activities.
You could swear Jungkook clapped a little harder than most once you stopped talking, but maybe it’s because you’re not used to seeing Jungkook in the very front of a lecture. In fact, he was a very hard middle person, preferring not to show off his intelligence and let other people lead the discussion. Then again, it’s been two years, you don’t know how much he’s changed.
Jessica caps off the seminar with a great kick-off, the happy hour. The recruitment team picks a four star restaurant under their hotel so the recruits can enjoy themselves before going off to the training facility for a week.
And by training facility, you also mean yet another four-star hotel. You knew you made the right decision by joining this company because the benefits are impeccable, and value personal enjoyment just as much as they value work ethic. In the morning you and the recruits will be driving uptown to a private resort where there would be classes in the morning, and recoup in the evening. You’re very much looking forward to the infinity pool on the roof.
The recruits are ushered out as soon as you’re done, and that’s when you step out of the shadows to clean up the chairs and the brochures left behind. Thankfully Jungkook is probably following the norm and going back to the hotel to freshen up before dinner. Once the room is completely empty, you rip off your blazer and let yourself relax.
It’s going to be a long week.
Tumblr media
Jeon: where u @?
You: hotel room
Jeon: why? Thought we were all gonna have dinner together
You: nahhh, this night is for the recruits! You’ll be tired of our faces by the end of the week, enjoy it while you can 😉  have a good night
You sigh in contentment, relaxing further into the silk sheets. You just finished your skincare routine, letting some mindless drama play as the essences and serums sink into your skin. All you want is one Jungkook-free night. Tomorrow you’ll be stuck training him and Tzuyu for the week and you want to take tonight to emotionally prepare yourself.
Your phone rings once more.
Big Baddie Jessica Jung: krystal and i ordered takeout in the restaurant downstairs. Can u bring it to our  room? Plsssssss
Little Baddie Krystal Jung: it’ll be faster if you do it, we even got u a lil somethin🍰🍰🍰
Taking in your outfit, you grimace. You’re dressed for bed, a large nightie with your hair pulled back and a little pink bunny tie headband on top. Can’t they get room service to send it up? You admire your boss but you don’t understand why she needs to display her power over and over, she already knows you’ll follow her to the ends of the earth.
Quickly slipping into a pair of sneakers you run down the expanse of the hotel. It’s easy to spot where the recruits are, livin’ it up in the large restaurant that takes up half the space of the ground floor. Most of them are pretty drunk, hoping to sleep off the hangover on the four-hour bus ride. You have absolutely no judgement, two years ago you were in the same position.
Thankfully you don’t have to go far into the restaurant, as the hostess immediately knows Jessica’s order. While you wait for her to go into the kitchen and get it you drum your fingers against the counter, hoping no one notices you. It’s akin to when you’re a teacher in a mall, hoping none of your students gawk at you in the middle of Victoria’s Secret.
“Ah, well Jungkook and I aren’t official yet—but very soon.”
Your ears perk up at the sweet voice. Tzuyu is leaning across the open bar next to the counter, sipping on a mango mojito. She’s dumped the blazer for the night, showing off her soft skin and slender arms with a sleeveless cream blouse.
“Then where is he?” another recruiter asks, gesturing to the expanse of the lobby.
“He’s not much of a party person,” Tzuyu shrugs, tipping back her drink.
You scoff, plastering on a smile to the hostess as you grab your bags and walk as fast as you can out of the lobby. You’ve never felt more like an old hag until now. Sure, most of the recruits are younger than you, but seeing Tzuyu talk so freely about her relationship with Jungkook has you in a bit of a spiral. The day of graduation, you told Jungkook not to wait for you. Heck, you’re only interested in the idea of what you could’ve had with Jungkook.
These thoughts only cloud you further as you jab the elevator buttons all the way up to the suites where you and the Jungs reside. You relax a little when you see a strawberry cheesecake sitting prettily on the top of their order, your name written on the label with a little heart. Hanging their bag on the door handle of their room, you make your way back to your suite.
You freeze when you see a floppy-haired Jungkook roaming the hallway, looking like a clueless child hobbling around in slippers and wide eyes at any sparkly item that decorates the area. It doesn’t even look like he tried attending the happy hour tonight, dressed in an impossibly big heather grey sweatsuit that swallows his form.
“Are you lost?” you ask tentatively, as if you’re talking to a toddler lost at the mall.
Jungkook relaxes considerably at the sound of your voice, and he replies, “Was tryna find your room since you didn’t reply to my texts.”
“So… you decided to check all the rooms?”
“Yep,” he pops the p with a smack of his lips, “I figured the recruiters would be far away from the party so I started at the top. Thankfully I got to Jessica’s room first. Didn’t have to knock on too many doors. Only one old man got annoyed at me.”
“You’re crazy,” you chuckle, slipping in your keycard to let Jungkook in.
“Fuck, this room all to yourself?”
Jungkook doesn’t hesitate to kick his slides to a corner of the wall, flopping atop your bed and clutching your baby blue koala plush in his arms. The king sized bed is enough for his legs to stretch comfortably without falling off the edge, and he eagerly pads his feet against the soft fabric.
It warms you to think that Jungkook is comfy enough to lay on your bed and hug your stuffed animals, a semblance of friends that you’ve missed for such a long time. Last year the team you worked for was great, you loved the people and even now you consider some of them friends. This year the team is a little smaller, and since your two other co-workers are sisters, it’s a little harder to nudge yourself in the direction of friendship.
As soon as you sit down against the headboard, Jungkook’s eyes soften. Everything feels so different and the same. The threadbare pajamas that either of you haven’t had the heart to throw away since they’re so damn comfy, yet  your bodies are a little more worn and your eyes a little more droopier than usual.
“So,” Jungkook bites his lip, not in the sexy way, but the nervous way, “about Tzuyu—”
“Jungkook, you don’t have to explain yourself,” you slump on your corner of the bed, regarding Jungkook with guilty eyes. “I really shouldn’t be feeling the way I’m feeling. It isn’t fair and I don’t want to jeopardize your internship.”
“And… what are you feeling?”
“Dumb things.”
“Your feelings aren’t dumb.”
“This time they are.”
“I’ve always shared my feelings, it’s unfair that you never want to share yours,” Jungkook sits up, criss-cross applesauce, pensive. “Maybe it’s my fault for not making you feel comfortable enough to share, but I feel like the reason why we never worked out was because we never tried hard enough to have a proper conversation.”
How could you have missed all the indicators, all the good words, all the kindness Jungkook has given you that last semester? “You’re absolutely right,” you let your insecurities, your apprehensiveness, get in the way. You think in two years you’d do better to eradicate this kind of behavior, but lately you haven’t had many friends to express your feelings to. “Tell you what, I’ll work harder to express how I feel. No exchanges, no nothings. I owe you this.”
“You owe me nothing,” Jungkook smiles, “I just think it would be nice to y’know, talk. As friends.”
“Right, friends.”
“So, will you hear me out about Tzuyu?”
“Let me open my cake,” you pull out your bag with the cheesecake, which thankfully has two spoons, “it seems like we’ll be having that kind of conversation.”
Everyone is more amicable because of food. According to Jungkook, Tzuyu has a hardcore, ten-year plan for her twenties. After a couple of dates with Jungkook, Tzuyu whips him into the plan. Mentions that she’s well-bred and has a family reputation to uphold. Says IT Management is something completely desirable in a partner, that he’s sensible and wonderful and would like to be committed full-time.
“And she talked to her parents about me and said that I’m a good prospect for marriage. Like I’m another pillar in her plan!” Jungkook cries, taking a monstrously sized bite of your cheesecake, wallowing away.
This is akin to sleepovers you’ve always wanted to have in high school, down to the food gorging. You can’t help but be fascinated, “So are you wrapped up in an engagement? Is this a scary rendition of Crazy Rich Asians?”
“You just can’t turn a one-eighty like that on a fifth date,” Jungkook shakes his head, reeling at the emotional whiplash, “she’s really nice. Really organized, really perfect. It really intimidates me.”
“Is she what you reaaaally want?” you can’t help but ask, rolling your eyes at the excessive use of the word, and tamp down the pain in your stomach by eating a forkful of creamy cheesecake.
“I don’t know!” Jungkook replies exasperatedly, “Obviously I’m worried since she wants to put a ring on it. I told her she needs to back off. Right after the seminar I said she had no right telling other people we’re boyfriend and girlfriend. She didn’t say much, just frowned and walked away.”
You roll your eyes, scraping the leftover graham cracker crust from the edge of the plastic plate. “According to her, I heard you two are planning to make it official very soon.”
His eyes widen, “I really bring girl trouble wherever I go, don’t I?”
“Since I’ve known you,” you half-joke, putting away the plastic cutlery on the nightstand.
You two sit in silence for a few moments, letting the television fill the room with mindless static about some sappy Hallmark movie. Tentatively, you land a hand on Jungkook’s knee. He looks down at your tiny fingers, giving his skin an experimental squeeze of comfort.
“I don’t want her,” he finally says.
“Okay,” you reply, “you won’t even have to talk to her if you don’t want to. I can arrange the groups this week so you don’t have to be around—”
“Give me one week,” his eyes flash to yours, dark and sharp.
“Jungkook. You have your determined face on,” it makes you sweat.
“Because I’m determined to win you over, once and for all,” you eyes widen, and Jungkook visibly freezes, “was that too much? I’m kind of on an emotional high today. I didn’t expect to see you today and it kind of threw me into a loop. I thought I might be running into you once I started my internship but I didn’t think you’d be my recruiter. And then you went on that stage all bad-ass talking about work and you looked so gorgeous in your suit and I was so proud knowing you made it and IrealizedhowmuchImissedyou—”
“Jungkook, slower,” you’re feeling a little woozy as well, equally overwhelmed. “You’re just saying this because you didn’t expect to see me—”
“You’re deflecting, again.”
“I’m scared, okay?” you blurt, throwing your hands in the air. “You’re right, this is all so sudden. So can’t we just start being friends and see if it takes us somewhere? You don’t have to win me over, just support me like I’ll support you.”
“I’m sorry,” Jungkook moves up the bed, so he’s leaning against the headboard as well. His long legs stretch farther than yours, and it feels oddly domestic as you talk it out and stare at the television screen. “I’m just, worried I’m running out of time.”
“I'm not going anywhere this time.”
“I know,” Jungkook shakes his head, ridding himself of his torrid thoughts. Conceding, he gestures to the television, pulling out the remote under your pillow, “wanna watch television, or catch up?”
You last about an hour until you knock out. However, Jungkook keeps you entertained up until that moment, as you exchange your lives and stresses. Everything meshes together, you’re not sure if it’s the charm that comes with late night talks, but you feel like you can talk to Jungkook about anything if given the time. You melt when he strokes your hair till the last minute, wishing you a goodnight and a promise of more.
Tumblr media
“Okay, I’ve gone over most of the work ethics in the manual,” you smile nervously when you see your glazed over recruits, nearly falling off their chairs. Even Krystal is bored out of her mind, discreetly playing with her phone in the back under her manual. Of course you’d get stuck with teaching the boring classes. “Any last minute questions before we head off for dinner?”
Tzuyu shoots her hand up, “Are romantic relationships allowed in the workplace?”
Jungkook promptly chokes on his water bottle. He looks up at you, panicked. Ignoring his terror, you paint on a thin smile towards the young woman, “Like I mentioned earlier, romantic relationships between employees are not frowned upon, so long as you’re not working under or over someone in the same department.”
“Right, just wanted to make sure,” Tzuyu is all chipper smiles as she thanks you.
If you were still twenty-one, you’d gag at the pointed look she sends Jungkook. They’re sitting diagonal from each other, and Jungkook makes a point to pretend to be interested in your lecture until the very end.
You’re halfway done with recruitment week, and while you’re not shocked at how fast the week has gone by, you’re fairly disappointed that Jungkook and you haven’t had time to meet up in private. So far it’s been easy enough to keep your friendship (and past sexual relationship) a secret, but something dark and eager tells you how much you want more. The recruiters are eager to leave, all twenty-three of them grouping off and talking about what they want to eat for dinner. Everyone except a certain dark-haired fellow, who’s hair is currently bouncing off it’s styled coiff, wanting to return to it’s normal non-gelled self.
“Kookie,” you raise a brow at the interaction, Tzuyu leaning over her chair to Jungkook’s, “wanna get dinner tonight?”
Jungkook’s taking an excruciatingly long time to pack his things, raising a brow at her, “I’ve told you already, I don’t want to be involved in whatever plans you have.”
“Oh-kay,” Tzuyu rocks back and forth on her oxford heels, pursing her magenta pink lips, “then why don’t we at least walk back to the hotel together? I really want to talk about some things that might change your mind.”
“Nothing will change my mind,” Jungkook’s determined face has been staying strong for the week, from the way he makes sure he’s first in your class to the simple “good morning” and “good night” texts you exchange. “Besides, I have a date tonight. And I really want to talk to the recruiters about a personal work matter, so can you please leave?”
You try not to snort at how blatant Jungkook was being. You pretend to organize your folders, throwing whatever random notes you have in your bag for later.
“A date,” she twitches,  “with who?”
“Someone that doesn’t treat me like a stepping stone in her career path,” Jungkook deadpans, and that’s all it takes for Tzuyu to huff and walk away from the hall.
You think Tzuyu is like a bug, relatively harmless, but someone who gets on your nerves.
“A date, huh?” Krystal quotes, finally looking up from her phone. Her sharp, cat-eyes linger at the door, wondering if Tzuyu is going to pop out and try to drag Jungkook by the reins. Finally, she plants her stare between you and Jungkook. “So, you two fucking?”
“Former fucking,” Jungkook supplies helpfully, and you jump off your podium to elbow him in the ribs, “ow—what?”
“You just don’t tell Krystal we’re fucking!”
“Former fucking,” he chastises, but the eyes he sends you are a little sultry, and you wonder if he’s thinking of fucking in the future. You reel yourself back, focusing on the third party.
But you anticipate that Krystal couldn’t care less, and you’re grateful for that. While a smaller work team means a smaller possibility of close work relationships, you do like the drama-free environment. “Like you said,” Krystal shrugs, slinging her briefcase over her shoulder, “romantic relationships in the workplace are not frowned upon.”
You wring your hands between your bag when Krystal finally makes her getaway, and you look up at Jungkook. “So,” you smile wryly, “you have a date tonight, huh?”
“With a pretty working woman,” he sighs dramatically, putting a hand over his chest, “that is, if she’ll have me.”
“Consider yourself taken.”
Jungkook and you sneak away to your suite once again. To your surprise, the suite is decorated in rose petals and a bottle of champagne sits in an ice bath on your bedside. A large pizza pie sits beautifully on your coffee table, and the television is playing lo-fi hip-hop.
You feed Jungkook champagne-dipped strawberries as you gorge on the joy that is baked bread and cheese.
And when he kisses you, it’s slow and sweet, like you have all the time in the world.
Tumblr media
It’s the last day of recruitment week, and all classes ended at noon so the interns can use all the resort’s amenities to the fullest. Many of the interns, including yourself, Jessica and Krystal, are on the rooftop celebrating a successful workweek. Staff and interns alike are buzzing around, eager to top off their weekend with some relaxation and sun.
Jungkook is with his new team, conversing with other IT employees. You try not to stare too hard at your reignited flame, tipping back a cutely decorated glass of fruit. His arms ripple as he tips back the liquid. He’s wearing a tank top and you could swear his biceps have gotten meatier. Unfortunately you hold yourself back, after all the internship isn’t quite over and you still are a professional.
At the end of the weekend you really have nothing to worry about, you know that.
But Tzuyu? She irritating.
“I just don’t understand,” Tzuyu suspects nothing of your budding relationship with Jungkook. You’re thankful for that because towards the end of the week, it was getting harder and harder to be subtle when you two send each other heart eyes from three meters away.
Tzuyu sounds like she’s talking to herself, the way she stares into the infinity pool, despite the fact that her friends are surrounding her with rapt attention. You’re a cabana away from her, sipping languidly at your drink while Jessica and Krystal nap next to you. Even though you can’t see Tzuyu, you can practically feel her pout emanating through the fabric that separates you two. Despite the fact that she’s been offered a great intern position given her degree and experience, she’s still upset. For her, is that not the most important part of this whole week?
“Jungkook’s really not that great if he’s going to turn me down like that,” Tzuyu seethes. You should write up her nonsense in a book and publish it, really. “Why waste time when he has the whole package right in front of him?”
It’s then you realize why you’ve been so torn, so strung up and wound tight all these years. Just like college, all shy and hesitant to take a step forward while Jungkook was ten steps ahead, you were worried. You let other people’s thoughts stop you from making the leap, girls like Tzuyu that never meant to intimidate you, but you let their presence get up in your head and control the nonexistent hierarchy.
But two years later, and that doesn’t matter. It never mattered. Jungkook is no longer the all-star lacrosse player, but what remains is his heart, full and willing.
Everything Tzuyu just said was… wrong. Irrevocably, inexplicably messed up. But the idea of “wasting time” does strike a chord within you. Are you wasting time? At this point, your feelings of each other are pretty clear. What are you two waiting for, again?
You thought Krystal was sleeping, considering her sunhat sitting atop her face, but once she hears you packing away your bag she whistles, “Go get ‘em, tiger.”
Sending a quick text to Jungkook, you make a beeline for your destination. You don’t even bother looking for him in the crowd.
You: meet me by the elevator at the very end of the lobby.
Not a minute passes by when Jungkook joins you at said elevator. He has two glasses of champagne in his hands, and offers one to you, “tired of the party?” he asks.
You clink drinks, easily tipping yours back. “It’s not our thing,” you declare with a small smile. Jungkook's eyes soften, glancing back and forth between your face and the soft pleats of your marigold sundress. His hair is pushed back, sticky from sweat and chlorine, dark bangs hanging over the shaved sides of his head. You turn your head slightly as you wait for the elevator, biting your lip as you're sorely reminded of how sexy Jungkook looked at the dive pool half an hour ago.
The elevator dings, and it’s wide enough for you to slip in at the same time. You put your champagne glass in the corner of the elevator for now, hoping you don’t accidentally step on it. In closed quarters, you can smell the slight tang of chlorine coming from Jungkook, combined with his own brand of musk.
Jungkook looks younger tonight, happier. Having just finished graduate school and working towards a full-time gig, another chapter in his life has started. His hair is no longer in that tight-whipped coiff he struggled all week to maintain, loosened in its natural wave due to the pool water and heat. His cheeks are a little ruddied and plump, a sign he’s been enjoying the food this week.
The door barely closes when you get it out, pulling at his hand to face you.
“Jungkook, I like you,” you blurt, and his eyes bug out considerably. Out of reflex, his hand sharply squeezes yours. “You don’t have to say anything, because you’ve been saying everything for the majority of our relationship. I really like you, I really liked you back then too. You’re still so sweet, and loving, and smart and I’ve just been too dumb and insecure to—”
Jungkook seals your confession away with a desperate kiss, and you turn into a pile of mush at the contact. Relief seeps into your bones, sings into your system. When he pulls away, he looks serious. He doesn’t let you get far, and clutches your face between his two hands so you can’t turn your head. Your soft cheeks fill between his fingers, warm and cradled.
“Never call yourself that,” Jungkook exhales, regarding you with firm eyes, “you’re beautiful, and intelligent, and the person I want.”
“I don’t wanna take it slow anymore,” you mumble against his lips, leaning in so that you can barely nip at the pink skin. “Want you now, need you now.”
“You have me now,” Jungkook agrees, and as soon as the elevator dings open to your floor, he scoops you up into his arms.
By all means it’s not graceful, he’s clutching you like a baby with his hands over your butt as he jiggles you all the way to your front door. Clinging onto him like a koala, you press kisses to his cheeks as he leads you to your room. You laugh and giggle like teenagers, as he fumbles between your breast to grab the card key that’s nestled between your bra. It’s warm in his hand as he swipes it through the reader, pushing you inside.
“Is it bad that I’m kinda turned on by the fact you got my key out of my boob?” you joke, although the contact of his rough fingers against your breast is a feeling well missed.
“Is it bad that I’m always turned on when you lecture in seminars?” Jungkook retorts, kicking the door closed with his slipper-clad foot as he walks you to the bed. “Fuck, I can hear you talk about insurance benefits all day.”
“Didn’t know my sex appeal extended that way—oh fuck—”
Your vibrant marigold sundresses provides easy access to Jungkook as he throws you onto the mattress, your skirt billowing over your waist as he makes quick work to expose more of your skin.
“No more talking, more loving,” he’s crazed, doesn’t hesitate to move your bikini bottoms to the side as he rubs lovingly at your long-lost bud, “need to fuck you, now. It’s been so fucking long.”
“Kook,” his breath is warm against your already sopping cunt, and you lift your hand to run through the strands of his messy hair. It only takes one firm tug and you’re able to pull him up by the root of his hair, cranberry juice tinted lips with a faint sheen because he couldn’t help himself to have a little taste of you. “Baby, let me touch you. Let me show you how much I want you," you coo with a pout, hands trailing over the drawstrings of his trunks.
You can see how much Jungkook wants to say yes. His eyes glow with the possibility, bright and wanting in the afternoon sunlight. The image of him shoving his cock deep into your throat, so far that you can taste it in every crevice of your mouth. Your nails gripping into his ass as you go deeper, tears pricking your eyes as cum seeps out of your pretty lips.
But he firmly shakes his head, fingers doing the devil’s work as he eases a digit in you. A little noise of protest bubbles in your throat, but it soon dies out as soon as he finds the right spot to reduce you to mush.
“Next time,” he exhales against the juncture between your thigh and pelvis, picking up the pace and adding another finger, “if you touch me, I’ll cum right then n’there. This is enough for me, you’re enough.”
So you let him have what he wants. You’ll make it up to him in the morning, and the day after, and the day after. You shed your clothes, the sundress extra forgiving as it slides off your body, revealing a swimsuit that hasn’t even touched the pool. You feel a little self-conscious as he drinks you in after so long, but he quickly shucks off his clothes to match your state of nakedness.
You remember how you tiptoed around your first night with Jungkook, taking great care to make sure it was fleeting, how dark the room was as you let your pleasure take over your senses. Two years later and the sun is setting, gold bleeding through your sheets and illuminating the room. There's no need to hide.
“I must say, we’ve both kept it tight,” Jungkook teases with a wink, squeezing your hips so he can change positions.
You silently agree, your fingers slipping across the washboard of his waist.
“Mm, and still so fuckin’ cute,” Jungkook marvels as he pulls you up on his lap. Your whole body is flushed with want, one hand squeezing your breasts while the other plays with the curls of hair that lead to your sopping wetness. You glide your core over Jungkook’s stomach, sighing as you take note of the abs that clench under your heat and his hot member that rubs between your ass.
It’s a tight fit when you finally sink down on him, but the burn only fuels your desire as he stretches you wide. His grip is helpful as he guides you through the motions. It’s been awhile since you’ve been this physical with someone, and it’s almost comical when you both sigh in contentment at the contact.
“I’ve missed this,” you mumble, biting into his shoulder as he thrusts up.
“Mm, it feels different, right?” Jungkook hums, keeping a slow pace. The drag is wonderful, and you know that he’s trying to prolong the moment. He reaches for your head, presses his forehead to yours as he speaks, “you’re mine now, right? For real.”
“I’m all yours, Jungkook,” you press kisses everywhere. No need to hide anymore. You bleed love into every kiss, to his jawline, the little freckles across his chin, his lips. “This is romantic and all, but I really want you to dick me down. Which is why you need to go a little faster, you sap.”
Jungkook scoffs, “A pillow princess is what you are.”
He stops moving, and you two sink further into the mattress without its springs bringing you back up. The both of you are acutely aware of how wet you both are, your combined arousals seeping between your seams and dripping onto Jungkook’s thighs. But the young man simply relaxes against the headboard, baiting you.
“Kook,” you whine, clenching against his member. Your hot walls have a mind of their own, unable to stifle their desire. Sweat lines Jungkook’s brow as he tries his hardest not to move, just simply be.
“Tell me how much you want me, princess,” the pet name has you clenching harder, and you pout.
“Baby,” you whine, leaning forward to whisper in his ear. There’s no one in the room, and you’re sure no one is on this floor because everyone’s on the rooftop, but the words you’re about to say are for Jungkook and Jungkook only, “please, I want you to pound me into this mattress until I can’t walk anymore. I want to cry out your name so everyone can hear I’m yours. You’d like that, wouldn’t you?” you nip at his lobe, and let your thumb nick at the simple silver rings that adorn his ear. You hear a click of his teeth, indicating the clench of his jaw as his muscles flex around your body, "I want you to fill me with your cum until I’m eating it, and—and—oh Kook!”
Your words aren’t enough to distract you from his large dick sitting prettily between your folds, and you’re suddenly cumming, all by the mere thought of what’s to happen. You’re shuddering in his arms, and Jungkook soothes you by running his fingers over the spine of your back, distracting you from the utter mess you’re making on the sheets.
“Such a good girl,” Jungkook coddles you, stroking your hair, “can my good girl take it?”
“Y-yes, Kook,” you nod eagerly, fighting the overstimulation as he nudges you off his lap. You’re pliable, as Jungkook sets up the pillows for you to rest comfortably as you get on your elbows and knees, “your good girl.”
You shudder as your bare pussy starts to feel cold, immediately missing the warmth Jungkook can provide. You can practically feel his hot gaze burning in your back, his large palm squeezing your ass as he marvels at how ready and eager you are for him.
“It’s so easy to slip inside,” Jungkook rubs your nectar across the head of his cock, swirling around your engorged skin as he slips right inside. You both moan at the stretch, “Finally, my adorable baby, you like this? You like getting pounded like the dirty girl you really are?”
“Mm, yes!” you squeal, clutching onto the feather down pillows for dear life as Jungkook displays his strength, one hand gripping your hips as the other weaves itself into your hair. It’s a delicious mix of pleasure and pain, and the lewd sounds of each other’s juices and his balls against your ass echoing in the room.
“Y-yeah,” despite his power, his thrusts are sloppy, and you know he’s almost at the edge, “and I like you, so so much. I want to make you cum everyday, make you happy and—mph—” he gives up on talking, focusing entirely on his destination.
“Cum, baby,” you urge, melting when his one hand comes to thread with your own, “fill me up with you.”
He flips you on your back, and you finally see how desperate Jungkook is to cum. His eyes are glassy, filled with emotion as he strokes himself to completion. Your hand reaches up to cup his damp face, and that’s when you feel him loosen. Hot, pearly strings cling to your pussy, decorating your skin in his essence. Your fingers immediately reach down to swirl the cum between your folds, and Jungkook groans at the picture, immediately throwing your hands to the side to kiss you senseless.
There’s so much pouring between the two of you, affection, the feeling of being cherished, so much that you can feel the whole world reducing to the two of you.
“All mine,” he whispers to himself, as if he still can’t believe it. And then, he puts up a poker face as he leans into you, resting his head gently on your breasts, “I knew I only needed a week.”
You narrow your eyes, flicking lightly at his forehead. You’re sticky, sweaty, and covered in cum and while you’re exhausted, the built in jacuzzi in your washroom looks very enticing right now. “Jungkook, this happened naturally. I said we would try as friends first and we did. We just so happened to escalate pretty fast.”
“I don’t think it was that fast,” Jungkook nuzzles his face into your skin, “it’s been two years since college. Being popular did do a number on our relationship, but we caught up."
“You were popular-ish,” you roll your eyes, teasing him. His face falls, and you can’t help yourself. Your hands reach over to cup his cheeks, and you happily squish the supple, pouty flesh. He’s adorable. “Kim Taehyung though? Park Jimin? Absolute heartthrobs I couldn’t stand to be near them—ah!”
Jungkook seems to read your mind, lifting you bridal style to drag you over to the bathroom where the marble jacuzzi sits tauntingly. The stone is ice cold as he brings you both inside, immediately turning on the nozzles to fill it with steaming hot water. You find the tiny bottle of lavender suds, spilling the soap in an arc. His legs slip over yours, cradling you so that your back is pressed against Jungkook’s chest.
“Being popular never mattered,” Jungkook shakes his head, pressing a kiss to your jaw, “I realized the only person who I really needed to notice me was you.”

bonus.
You wake Jungkook up the next morning with your lips wrapped around his cock, fresh cherry balm rubbing down the thick veins until he's cumming down your throat.
"Wow," Jungkook whistles, licking his lips at the sight of you sucking the arousal from your thumb. He huffs against the pillow, eyes darting to the open organza window, letting in the early morning light. The rooftop of a multi-star hotel, white Egyptian cotton seats, a full time job on the way and waking up in the most blissful way possible.
"I have a proposal," you crawl on top of him like a koala, hooking your thighs between his blanket clad body.
"I do," he replies instantly, looking straight at you with droopy puppy eyes.
"Not that kind," you slap his chest, "where are you living once orientation is over?"
"Mm, there's a boarding house near a local translation. It's probably an hour commute? Not too bad."
"So, I just leased a townhouse last month," you bite your lip, tucking your head between his neck to hide your embarrassment, "I was gonna rent out the spare room and put an advert in the paper but…"
"I do."
"I said it isn't a marriage proposal."
"Asking you to live with me is basically a marriage proposal."
"There will be no benefits," you sit up, wagging a finger in his face, "you'll be paying rent and half the utilities. And you will be doing all the laundry."
"Sure," Jungkook replies loftily, squeezing your ass, "you're benefit enough."

onew / jinki: you sighed for the nth time within just 10 short minutes. you were staring and pouting in front of your closet for you can't find the perfect clothes for your brunch date with onew. it was a hot day today and you just wanted to wear something cute but comfortable. however, it seems like your wardrobe doesn't offer that kind of outfit.
your eyes slowly traveled toward onew's part of the closet. his side was full of quirky graphic tees which you always find adorable. you don't usually borrow his clothes but you can't help but to take a peek at them and take the one that caught your eyes.
it was a white oversized shirt with a cute box cartoon drawn in front of it. you tried it on and it stopped perfectly on your thighs, making it look like a cute dress. surprisingly, it even matches the pair of sneakers you were wearing.
before you can even decide whether you were keeping it on or not, onew walked into your room. his hair a bit damp and he was only wearing a towel considering that he just took a shower.
"oh, is that my shirt?" he pointed at you.
"uh... yeah. do you mind? i just wanted to wear something that is yours." you sheepishly replied.
"no problem!" he beamed his big bright smile before proceeding to get his own outfit.
you muttered a thank you then went to your vanity to finish touching up your makeup. afterward, you grabbed your phone and wallet and placed them inside your shoulder bag.
"alright, I'm ready to go..." you trailed off as you saw what he looked like. "what the hell are you wearing, lee jinki?"
"your shirt?" he raised an eyebrow, clearly feigning ignorance.
he was wearing your favorite grey t-shirt and it looked pitiful on him, it was as if it can tear at any moment. it barely covered his abdomen and was stretched to its limit.
"no shit, sherlock." you facepalmed at his usual weirdness. "what i want to know is why... why are you wearing it?"
"i thought we were doing a thing wherein we wear each other's clothes." he shrugged as if his response should be expected.
"what? no! please have mercy on my shirt and put on your own clothes." you can't help but laugh at him as you pushed him back to the dresser.
"alright, alright! i just wanted to make you laugh and look, it worked perfectly." he playfully pinched the tip of your nose before taking off the top he borrowed. "also, you should keep that shirt since it looks a hundred--no, million--times better on you."
"thanks, love," you whispered as you wrapped your arms around his waist and pulled him into a warm hug.

key / kibum:
after the long busy months, you were finally having a girl's night with your best friends. you stood in front of the full-length mirror in your room to give yourself a final check. your hair was styled into textured waves and your lips were colored with the boldest red lipstick you can find. your nude heels matched the little black dress you were wearing. your outfit looked almost perfect and you just knew what you were missing. you quickly snatched key's gold leather jacket and put it on. ah, perfection.
this was the norm for you. your boyfriend's wardrobe was beyond incredible especially his outerwear collection and you just had to wear them every chance you can get. to be honest, key was very stubborn in letting you borrow his clothes... at first. after all the compromising, begging, and crying you made, he eventually budged and gave up. of course, it does not come for free. he practically made you sign a contract that once you stained his clothes, you have to shoulder the bill of the laundry and the shop will be chosen by him. however, if you damaged or god forbid, lost his clothes, you have to replace them. you immediately said yes to all of the conditions in a heartbeat. so far you only paid for 2 incredulously expensive laundry bills.
now, you were finally ready to leave. you walked out of the bedroom and made your way down the living room. there, key was sitting on the couch watching one of his favorite tv series.
"I'll be going out now," you announced as you grab your car keys near the front door.
"hey, hey, hey!" key clicked his tongue upon seeing your clothes. he was now looking behind his shoulder and giving you a stink eye. "is that my jacket?"
"um... maybe?" you gave him an awkward smile.
"of course, it's mine." he shook his head disapprovingly. "only i can pull that off, by the way." he sassily added.
"wow, i didn't know the fashion police was here. you should have given me a head's up, babe ." you bit back with a scoff. the last time you checked, you looked damn fine in it.
"just stating facts, baby," he replied in english.
"alright, then why don't you take me shopping then? so you can buy me a new set of clothes that will satisfy your standards." you challenged and if he said yes, you were clearly the winner.
"excuse me, i do call you 'baby' but i am not your sugar daddy. go now, you'll be late." he shooed you off.
"okay bye," a playful smirk appeared on your face. "daddy."
this made key rolled his eyes before turning his back on you. he would very much rather ignore you if you keep on acting that way.
"it's bye now, for real." you giggled as you open the door. "love you!" you called out before stepping out.
"love you too, brat." key mumbled with a small smile.
Tumblr media
minho:
winter was approaching and the air was slowly becoming colder than usual. it was the best time to stay in the comfort of your warm home and enjoy hot cocoa with your loved ones. a perfect time to wear your sweaters and hoodies indoors. however, this was not the case for minho for his favorite hoodie was missing.
"hey, babe?" he called out from the bedroom. "have you seen my black hoodie? the one with the white writings on it."
"what's that, i didn't hear you?" you went inside a few seconds later.
and there it was, his favorite hoodie being worn by his favorite person. you looked smaller while wearing it since it was way too big for you. the hem almost touched your knees and your whole arms were lost inside the sleeves. he can't help but smile at the sight.
"nothing, i was just looking for my hoodie but it looks like i found it." he gestured at the clothes you were wearing.
"oh, shoot. sorry, i didn't tell you that i borrowed it." you hit your forehead with your palm.
"it's okay. you're free to use them anytime, anyway." he patted the top of your head.
within the last few weeks, minho noticed that you sometimes wear his clothes. it was not a daily thing though and you even asked for his permission. slowly, it became every day and he would just be surprised to see you walking around the house parading his jackets and sweaters. he didn't mind it though, he was just curious about what you do to your own clothing. also, he hoped that he still had some remaining tops for himself during the cold season.
well, guess luck was not on his side.
his eyes were staring at his closet wherein there was only one jacket left, one. you followed his gaze and you promptly felt the warmth raised to your cheeks. you were surely red from embarrassment now. you were happily wearing his clothes that you didn't have the time to count how much was left.
"oh my god, i'm sorry! i didn't--" you cut yourself off as you watched him put on the lone jacket from his dresser. "i'm sorry, i didn't notice it. i just... can't help myself. your jackets are so comfortable and warm compare to mine." you tried to explain yourself. also not to mention that they all smelled just like him.
"don't worry about it." he reassured you as he placed his arm around your shoulder. "just be mindful next time. i might end up half-naked someday, you know."
"how can you be so sure that's not my goal?" you teased before sticking your tongue out.
he laughed at your silliness and then pressed a soft kiss on your warm forehead. you decided to make a cup of hot cocoa for him as a peace offering.
Tumblr media
taemin:
it was past midnight and it was raining cats and dogs outside. you visited taemin in his apartment for a stay-at-home dinner date but a storm came before you can even go back home. taemin then convinced you to spend the night there instead. it was not a big deal anyway since you stayed over a lot of times already. you just didn't bring your sleepover bag with you and the dress you were wearing was definitely not comfortable to sleep on.
your caring boyfriend of course promised to ease your worries. the two of you shared a warm bath after dinner and he lent you his clothes for you to change to. so that was how you ended up on his couch, fighting off sleep because the show you both were watching always had a cliffhanger ending per episode. you two needed some answers before you can drift off to sleep peacefully. it was the weekend tomorrow anyway so staying up late won't hurt that much.
your head was laying on his lap while his right hand was playing on the locks of your hair and his left one was comfortably resting on the top of your hip. his hand would occasionally rub circles on the exposed skin. as much as you hate to move from your cozy spot, you had to or else you might end up dozing off right there and then. not to mention, him playing on your hair does not help at all.
you slowly got up from the sofa as you tried to stifled a yawn. "i'll just go get some cold drink." you pushed yourself up from your seat.
you then raised your arms and stretched with a satisfied groan. your shoulders and back were sore after laying down for more or less 3 hours. you can even hear your joints cracking from stretching out. also, you felt the shirt you were wearing raised up.
taemin's shirts were not overly huge for you whenever you wore them. the hem barely covered your behind and right now you were sure that a tiny portion of your buttcheeks was peeking through the white tee. you weren't conscious about it, taemin saw much more than that anyway.
suddenly, you felt a slap across your behind which made you freeze on your spot. you looked behind and saw your boyfriend confidently leaning on the couch with his legs crossed.
"did you just slap my butt?" you inquired.
"uh-huh," he nodded with a cocky grin. "want me to spank you again?"
you frowned a little as you processed the sudden change of mood. taemin won't deny it though, seeing you in his shirts always made his heart skip a bit and his breathing ragged. you always looked effortlessly sexy in them.
"sure, why not?" you replied wickedly after a few seconds of silence.
taemin processed your answer in a split second and he hastily grabbed you by the waist and threw you on his broad shoulders. he did not forget you give you another smack on the ass when he made his way toward the bedroom, the television was completely forgotten.

Your relationship with Suguru started off somewhat unexpectedly. A new semester romance, however it was unwanted after dealing with Satoru Gojo just last year. You tried not to blame yourself for the situation unraveling the way it did. You did your best to make Satoru comfortable with you- at least you thought you did.
He cut you off as soon as you made your feelings apparent. You wondered if he somehow did it for your own good, or maybe there was something deeper that went along with it. No matter, you remained optimistic. You were young, and bound to make mistakes. This was just a story to tell your children about in the future if you ever felt it was necessary.
But back to Suguru, who had wiggled his way into your life somehow. He wasn’t a random guy actually. More like a familiar face you’d seen in a few of your classes because you both were in the same major. Just so recently, he decided to talk to you.
You weren’t expecting to hit it off with him so easily. He was sort of scary looking, which led you not to engage with him in the first place. He never tried talking to you before 5 months ago. And neither did you, considering you thought he was so handsome he’d break your heart too somehow.
His arms were sleeved with tattoos that would bridge at his chest. The tattoos would sometimes peak out of his wide collared shirts if he chose to wear one that day. He had a thing for wearing these huge ear gauges that had his favorite anime on them. Though, you never noticed until you sat close enough to him to see the designs. It was a rainy day, and both of you ended up sitting beside each other in your sociology course in the back of the classroom. You were both late, having come in just after the other.
It was weird seeing him this close. He never did come late to any class you’d ever been in with him. Even if you wanted to sit with him, like Satoru, he never had any available seats beside him. He didn’t disturb you until the lecture ended, commenting on one of your anime themed mechanical pencils. That sparked your first conversation with him, and he wasn’t shy to ask you out for coffee right after.
He’s been keen on you since, and you just barely give him the time of day in the beginning. You were just cautious, after the whole Satoru situation. Suguru was fine with whatever you wanted the situation between you both to be. But you will admit, the conversations he’d keep you up with at night made it hard to not fall in love with him.
He’d take you out to dinner, study with you, and sleep with you from time to time since the sexual attraction between you was hard to deny. You think your favorite thing about messing around with Suguru was how he’d always pick your brain after sex with manga theories and better endings than the canonically debuted ones. He was a really good cook, and you often challenged him to make your favorite dishes. They were excuses to invite you over to his place, so he gladly took each one with merit. It was friends with benefits but with far much more substance to hold onto.
He never poked you about getting serious. Whatever you both had was still young at barely 5 months. He could tell you’d been going through something mostly because of how you sexed him. Sometimes you were the dominant one- you’d throw him on the bed and bounce yourself on his length until your knees were far too tired to go on. Other times, he’d steal the show from you, showing you just exactly what he was capable of.
He spread you onto the desk in his bedroom, face deep into your folds. He also loved to spoil you, like Satoru, but you did your best not to think of him when you both were together. Suguru had so much more hair to grab, considering his tongue work was so good it scared you.
“Be a good kitten and cum for me.” He said between sucks on your clit. You often couldn’t think, and that was a good thing. He numbed you in plenty of ways, he knew he had been helping you get over something. He had been doing the same thing but you could care less.
“Actually, I changed my mind.” He tore his mouth from your steaming sex, wiping his chin. You gasp as he lifts you up off the desk, holding your body without leaning against anything for support. You felt weightless, feeling his length prod at your entrance. You tried to hold back a giggle as he smiled smugly at you.
“You ready?” His eyes were sincere, asking for your consent again as he was aching to sink you onto himself.
You nod, feeling a bit nervous. “Stuff like this is about balance. Start flailing around again and I’ll drop you.” He teased. Your hands found some of his hair again, tugging on it a bit.
“Just fuck me.” You roll your eyes as he slams his length into you, making you cry out and clutch your arms around him. His large hands firmly grasp underneath your thighs, using the way your ass recoiled against his thighs to keep a steady rhythm. He’s immersed in the way your broken moans pour into his ear, fueling his stamina. He’s a stickler for teasing you the entire time, praising you for taking his length so well.
“Such a good kitten, you’re taking it so well.”
It was the third time he’d ever held you up to fuck you. After letting go of the fear of him dropping you it became incredibly easy to focus on the pleasure.
“You’re gonna cum aren’t you? Don’t worry about the carpet baby, make a mess for me.”
He knew how to mix things up the way you needed. On your rough days he’d sex you slowly, more passionately and generously. If you were happy and feeling frisky he’d fuck you accordingly. He was pretty good at reading your body just after the first few fucks you had. You hated comparing the two men, but it did happen from time to time when you were in solitude, plagued by your own self-deprecating thoughts every now and then.
It was weird how they emanated each other’s personalities in certain ways. And then you found out that they used to be good friends in high school until something happened. You never poked Suguru about it, since he’d seem to get irritated when you were around groups of friends and Satoru’s name was mentioned. You did your best to be satisfied with what you had. He was handsome, smart, and possibly wanted to be your boyfriend in due time.
But you couldn’t help but think about Satoru. Not only was your experience with him a wild one, but he was fucking everywhere. It’s always like this for you. It’s not until you’re trying to avoid someone do you begin seeing them absolutely everywhere.
You stared at Satoru over Suguru’s shoulder, poking your cheek with your tongue. The audacity he had, showing up in the cafe where you both first met while you and Suguru were on a routine study date. Well, it was a hotspot for a lot of students, so who are you to say he can’t come in here.
“I think I’m overworking myself today, we can go eat now.” Your mood change was evident to Suguru, but he couldn’t put his finger on why at first. He watched you get up and pack your things before shortly following.
As you tossed your bag over your shoulders, he took hold of one of your hands, squeezing firmly. He pressed a sweet kiss to your forehead, tilting your chin up to meet his gaze.
“Is it something I can cheer you up from when we get back to my place?” Suguru was a bit smug about it, and also painfully intuitive about your emotions even though you’d been close for such a short time. Your cheeks went red, eyes burning holes through the floor.
“It’s nothing, really. Let’s just get out of here.” You manage to look back at him, just barely glancing at Satoru who probably had been looking in this direction. Suguru pressed another kiss to your forehead, wrapping his arm around you and leading you out the cafe. He nearly touched shoulders with Satoru and his own dame, smirking just loudly enough for him to hear.
Suguru wasn’t dumb, finally having noticed your energy change just a few moments after Satoru Gojo entered the cafe. This was your favorite place, and he hated how someone could ever ruin that for you. He felt urged to do something about it- with or without your consent. He doesn’t poke you about it until you’re in the car.
“Random question, but do you know Satoru Gojo?”
The question like a pin in your spine, making you visibly un-slouch in the drivers seat. He doesn’t look at you, feeling that would make it easier for you to talk. You take this the wrong way, and feel even more tense.
“I do, we were a thing at one point.” You manage not to stutter. You had no idea why you felt scared or touchy about the subject- you shouldn’t be. His entire vibe had changed, and he didn’t have his usual grin peaking at the corners of his lips.
“Oh,” he says simply. The longest ten seconds of silence reign throughout the vehicle. You’re anxious to turn on the radio, anything to rid the first bit of awkwardness the two of you had ever shared.
“He’s an asshole, isn’t he?” He randomly chuckles heartily, somewhat calming you.
“Yeah,” you’re exhaling properly now, “he really is.”
“We were best friends for about four years. I know him like the back of my hand. Granted, he’s probably changed a lot since high school.”
“But you’re both so-
“Different?” He chuckled. “Yeah, I know.”
“If he was an asshole then, he’s multiplied tenfold.” You roll your eyes. “You both don’t talk anymore?”
You knew they didn’t, but you took the opportunity to ask anyway.
“Nah, he’s a slimy bastard. I hope karma turns him rotten.” You’d never seen Suguru scowl before. He must really hate him, you thought. Still, what a small world; first Satoru and now his ex best friend.
“You still talk to him?” He pokes again. His tone is just barely playful. God, you changed your mind. You didn’t want to talk about this anymore.
“No, we don’t talk anymore. It ended pretty badly.” You say simply. You also decided not tell Suguru that the both of you messed around just before you started messing with him.
“Sorry about that. If we were friends sooner I’d have told you about him.” Suguru is apologizing for something you weren’t entirely ignorant about in the first place. You knew what you were getting into.
Satoru never tried to convince you the situation was anything other than what it was— until the end. The sweet things he started saying to you during those final months often echoed in your head- like he meant all of it.
The sex developed into something that it shouldn’t have. Sex that passionate should be forbidden if you aren’t already in love. And the things he said to you the last time he dropped you off didn’t make it any better. You wanted to slap his stupid, pretty face.
“I’m over it now.”
Suguru pans his gaze to watch you nonchalantly staring out the window. He knew better than to ask anymore. He was more elated that you didn’t interact with him at all. He didn’t need Satoru painting a picture about him in your head before he could first.
What sucks the most about dating people you go to school with is how often you’d see them. Satoru was fucking everywhere. The local restaurants, the library, the cafe, and he’d registered for two of your classes this semester. He didn’t speak to you at all, but he was always just there. Perhaps he’d always been around but since you’d been involved with him you were more aware of his presence.
You were standing in line in the library, attempting to return some books. He entered the space, and walked up behind you, standing on the line and giving your space. You turn your body slightly, peering up at him. You thought to leave, but just because you resented him didn’t mean you were going to cower every time you had to be around him for a while. You let out a sigh as you tip toed to peer in front of yourself; at least the line was moving.
Both of you had made it to the front, talking to separate librarians beside one another. When they both got up from their seats to head towards the back, he spoke directly to you, without actually looking at you.
“(Name), word of advice— I’d steer clear of Getou Suguru if I were you.”
Anger poured over you; you did your best to keep your voice low and eyes forward when saying this.
“That’s the first thing you say to me after almost a year? Go fuck yourself.”
He bites back a witty response, poking his cheek with his tongue. “Whatever. Find out the hard way.”
“You’ve got a lot of nerve. Why the fuck are you telling me this?” You’re whisper-shouting, considering it’s a library.
“Because,” he turns to look at you, “I care about you.”
“What a load of shit.”
Satoru Gojo doesn’t care about anyone, you learned that the hard way.
He let out a sigh. He knew he had no right, but even if he couldn’t get you back, he wanted you to know what kind of guy you were seeing. He couldn’t say anything, he knew you wouldn’t listen. Not like this anyway. Both librarians returned, and gave you back your borrowing passes. You quickly departed, refusing to give Satoru another opportunity to speak to you. His words stuck with you on the way home. You didn’t have any reason to be afraid of Suguru, right?
Two months had passed since Satoru had “warned” you about Suguru. And nothing has happened to lead you to be cautious of him. Satoru hasn’t spoken to you either.
You’re sitting in the guidance counselor’s office as it’s the end of the semester once again. You typed away on your phone, telling Suguru you’d see him for dinner in a bit before throwing your head back and shutting your eyes. The heaviest sigh left your lungs, you were thankful the semester was nearing its end. You had quite enough of studying and needed to unwind.
You feel a presence on the end of your bench, making you open one eye. You see white tresses, and you catch the scent of familiar cologne.
Satoru doesn’t look at you, but he’s quite aware that he’s sitting beside you as well. You almost scoff, only crossing your arms and legs. Noticing the undone laces of your boots, you lean forward to tie it. Your loose bag on your shoulder which unfortunately wasn’t zipped, spilled small notebooks and pencils all over the floor. Spare change rolled across the walk way along with other items.
“Fuck...” you muttered. His head snapped towards you as you let out a sigh and bent down to pick up your things. Your phone that was your on your lap hit the ground as well. You saw his hand in the corner of your eye reaching down to help.
“I got it.” You say sternly, and shamelessly picking up your things. He retracts his hand, and instead gets up to pick up the items that were further away from you, ignoring your request not to help.
He sits back beside you, handful of change and pens. He holds it up towards you quietly while you attempt to fix your bag back to the way it was. You turn to look at him for what feels like the first time in forever, blue eyes pouring into your own (eye color) ones.
“I didn’t need you to do that.” You say, taking your things. You initially thought to take your things from him without a word. He went back to staring in front of himself, waiting to be called. You shifted uncomfortably, and fidgeted with your fingernails. You forced yourself into to pay attention to the soft music playing from the back of the office until he spoke.
“How have you been?”
For some odd reason though, you wanted him to say something to you. You had a lot of things to let off your chest considering the way things ended. You thought of giving him a piece of your mind right there in front of all the staff members, but you restrained yourself.
Instead, you found yourself saying “I’m doing great.”
“That’s good.” He says nervously, rubbing the back of his neck. He didn’t even sound sure of his own response. A few minutes of silence resumes after. You’re a bit startled when speaks again.
“I’m definitely out of line right now, but I’ve been wanting to talk to you about some things.”
“What could we possibly have to talk about?” A lot. You were bubbling over.
“There’s a lot of things, at least for me, that I’ve never really told you.” He’s looking at you now. “Can we talk somewhere quieter? Whenever you’ve got the free time, and only if you want to.”
He was offering closure to you a bit too late. Or maybe all this time you’d convinced yourself you’d moved on. You often found yourself replaying the morning he brought you home and all the things you should’ve said in that moment.
That’s not exactly moving on. Unfortunately, you also found yourself comparing him to Suguru more often then not. That’s not moving on either.
“Okay,” you said. “Later on today. Round 8pm.”
He looks thankful. Just as he spoke, your counselor called out to you to come into their office. You stand up, looking down at him.
“Cafe then?” He suggests.
“That’s fine. See you.” You shrugged. You didn’t care that much for the place. You heard him say goodbye as the door shut behind you.
You had half a mind to never speak to him ever again. Though both of you were using each other, he knowingly crossed a line, making you feel things for him in a situation where feelings weren’t supposed to be involved. And he never gave you a chance to truly address the situation. Now, almost a year later, he’s ready to speak to you on his own terms. You’d be sure to tell him you had no intentions of making amends with him. If you personally didn’t have interest in what he had to say, you wouldn’t bother gracing him with the ability to explain anything to you.
You would’ve made him suffer. He’s lucky you’re still a bit distraught about the situation. Any longer into your situation-ship with Suguru and Satoru wouldn’t even have the slightest chance at something like this.
Dinner with Suguru was transparent. He could tell something was on your mind but he didn’t pry much after his first attempt. The last time you both talked about Satoru he turned into a different person, and it didn’t sit right with you. You did your best to brush it off, assuming he was just protective over you. But Satoru’s warning in the library echoed in your subconscious more and more. Just what happened between them, and would it be okay for you to ask Suguru about it?
He wasn’t your boyfriend either, but you suppose he wanted to be? You hadn’t brought up the dating conversation in while and you probably wouldn’t until you situated the Satoru thing.
“You know you can talk to me about anything, right?” Suguru’s holding your face, brushing your hair out of your eyes. His smile is incredibly gentle and you feel guilty for keeping this from him.
Perhaps you should hold Suguru accountable too, for being so sweet to you like this. He informed you he wouldn’t up and leave unless you wanted him to and that he’d never say anything he didn’t mean. But after dealing with trauma from past relationships, affection like this was always perceived cautiously.
“I know,” you say, feeling his lips press against your forehead again. “It’s just not easy to talk about right now.”
“That’s alright,” he assures you. “I’m here whenever you’re ready.”
His lips connect with yours while his hands slide down your back. He feels you relax a bit, and that makes him smile. How could he possibly be a bad person?
“I’ll call you when I get home, okay?”
You nod, watching him part from you and get into his car. You never did come to understand how he could afford it; a black Mercedes Benz-Coupe. You assumed that and his nice apartment were inherited wealth from his parents.
You wave at him before going into the station. Luckily he had things to attend to, and you didn’t have to bother making up anything about tonight. It was just barely any of his business, right?
You had an idea of what to expect from Satoru when you got there. You were rehearsing things you wanted to say in your head, some of them incredibly mean. You wanted to hurt his feelings too, if you had it in you. It didn’t take you long to get to the cafe, and you’d arrived early, already finding Satoru in the very back, furthest away from people. You gripped your bag strap, before sitting across from him.
“Hey, you’re early.” He says surprised, looking up at you from his phone.
“You’re the early one.” You say, not even cracking a smile.
“How are you?”
“Same as earlier. What did you want to talk about?”
He’s visibly gulping, and you’ve never seen him this nervous. He places his phone face down on the table, turning the sound off. You cross your arms.
“Right,” he lets out a heavy sigh. “Where should I start?” He attempts to gather his thoughts, rubbing his sweaty palms on his jeans.
“I’m not the kind of guy who really addresses his feelings, if you couldn’t already tell at the time we, you know... I’ve been fucked over a lot. I don’t have a lot of actual friends, and I’m constantly aware that people cling to me for my money or looks.”
He never acted like his entourages bothered him per se, but you did notice that he never bothered being around people anymore when the two of you were a thing. You prompt him to continue with your eyes.
“The only best friend I’ve ever had used me until I realized what was going on and cut him off. The first girl I ever really loved chose him instead of me shortly afterwards. Obviously, it’s not a legitimate excuse to have treated you the way that I did, but I guess what I’m saying is that I’m cautious of people and have been for a long time now.”
“But I never tried to use you,” you interjected. You felt a bit insensitive for spitting it out like that, but he really did hurt you.
“I know, and I realized that a bit too late.” He sighs. “But more importantly, I realized that I didn’t talk about or convey my feelings correctly. I know I confused you a lot, and you didn’t deserve that at all.” He tried to keep eye contact with you when he spoke, but your lion like force was pretty strong.
“And when I dropped you off— I shouldn’t have said those things to you. You were so much more than a warm body to me. You were the first real friend I’ve had in a long time. Things got so cloudy for me since we were sleeping together. I didn’t know how to address it, and it freaked me out when you told me you wanted more. I should’ve been elated, but I suppose I didn’t want my heart broken again either.”
“So basically...” He breathed out, “I’m really sorry. I’ve got some messy emotions, things I’m gradually learning to deal with. I’m not making excuses for myself. It’s just I never did talk about myself much when we were a thing, so I wanted to tell you something at least, and apologize. I hated the way I left things. I know it’s long overdue for an apology but...”
“But?”
“I still have feelings for you. I never stopped. The more time passed, the harder it made it for me to apologize and tell you how I feel. And then I noticed you were going out with... him, so I thought it was too late. But I still wanted to try, I guess.”
He looked so awkward, you almost laughed. Apologies were definitely foreign to him. You could tell he meant it, but even so, he wouldn’t be getting a relationship out of you, if that’s want he wanted.
You let out a large sigh. For some weird reason all the angry things you wanted to say wouldn’t come out. You wanted to be angry at him but you just couldn’t. And your heart was swelling at the idea of him still having feelings for you. Did he really mean that?
“We’re not together. Not yet anyway— it’s complicated.” You crossed your legs and leant back in your seat. Suguru probably would’ve been your boyfriend already if you weren’t so stuck on Satoru.
“Oh,” he said quietly. You’d never seen him look so small, it was definitely out of character for him.
“I forgive you,” you lean forward, holding your head in your hands. All this time and you still had soft spot for him.
“Really?” He’s surprised. Your friends will be too after you tell them this story.
“You want me to take it back?” You’re pinching the bridge of your nose.
He chuckles nervously. “No ma’am.”
“Are you... doing okay though?” He probes after noticing the stress in your brows.
“I can’t stay mad at you. And I want to so bad. It’d make my life simpler. Now I’m conflicted.” You drag your fingers under your eyes, before smooshing your own face, stressfully so. He thought you were cute, but he felt bad being the source of your distraught-ness.
“So I take it you still have feelings for me?” His voice is regular now, and just barely his normal cocky tone.
You won’t even look at him. “I mean...”
How do you explain to him that the only reason you’re messing with someone right now, who just so happens to be his ex-best friend, is because you were trying to forget about him in the first place?
“I get it if you don’t.” He says. “It’s been a while.”
“I do.” It’s almost instinct for you to correct him. “That’s the problem.”
“Ah, I see.” He’s rubbing the back of his neck again. You wished you could start over with a clean slate. School and dating shouldn’t be this difficult.
Satoru thought to warn you again about Suguru in that moment, but he held his tongue. He didn’t want to make it seem as if he was badmouthing him so you could favor him more, he wanted you to lean towards him naturally, if possible.
Silence reigned throughout your little booth in the cafe. The sound of rain hitting the window screen made it easy not to talk so much. It also made it hard to see a certain black, long-haired male in his Mercedes Benz, parked just across the street.
Suguru threw his cigarette out the driver’s window, continuing to watch the both of you inside. He shook his head disappointedly before starting his car.
“And that reminds me,” you say, making Satoru swallow hard and shift in his seat.
“What was that nonsense two months prior, about Geto Suguru?”
