Funny thing they have their asks open and answer non question like stuff (basically just talking)

Well my friend started talking to them in anon while also adding an anon sign off so Afonso could recognize em (they used the 💽🎞 emoji combo)

And Afonso always* drew a little doodle when answering them, they even drew the anons and gave them unique designs based off their emojis

When I saw my friend talking to Afonso (who is literally my idol) I ofcourse wanted to do it too so I sent in a few asks (one or two asks really because i was nervous and shy) ALSO using an anon sign off (though i got the short end of the stick because my anon sign off had stuff to do with trees my lil guy was a tree too)

Then new anons started appearing so Afonso started drawing them designs too

People REALLY loved the designs and everything was going jolly

Then Notepad anon made an account for their anonsona

Everyone LOVED the idea and started making accounts too

The anons were interacting with eachother, drawing eachother fanart, blah blah blah everything was so fun and jolly!!

BUT there was a certain anon (I've seen a few names used for them like funny, odd, creepy but most common was silly anon so ill just call em that) silly anon had an account way before they started sending asks to Afonso

I wasnt there to see it myself but from what ive heard Silly Anon is canonically a child, back when the account first started people sent "asks" to silly anon just brutally murdering them woth gory descriptions that i wont be talking about now, this of course affected the child a lot and the kid grew up to be extremely violent (they were canonically 7 years old when they started sending asks to Afonso i believe) they also closed their own ask box because they were scared of getting hurt again

Silly anon would brutally kill people if not given enough candy (they of course loved candy bc theyre a literal child) so there was a full on massacre that happened because silly hadnt eaten enough candy to calm down

I believe it was here when we learned of a power Afonso had, they could draw in the air with their finger and anything they drew became real! But if they drew too much theyd experience a burn out where their hand was literally burnt and they couldnt draw properly

So Afonso started drawing candy for silly anon and when they couldnt draw because of a burn out they went and bought some for them

Afonso also tried to treat silly well and made them feel welcome (acting like a parental figure in my opinion)

So silly started trusting Afonso

Afonso drew all the dead people back to life and everything was alright again

Timeskip to when sillys canonical birthday came, they were turning 8 years old, they made a post about it and tagged every anon, everyone gave silly candy and sweets!! It was going so well until ONE ANONYMOUS ASSHOLE stabbed silly anon, silly healed quickly but was enraged, seeing red even, the ask box closed back up and silly went on another rampage literally killing EVERY ANON THERE IS and they were killing these anons using methods people ued on them, making the anons live trough sillys trauma

Okay so every anon was dead, Afonso was outside while all this was happening so when they came back they were horrified, every anon was dead and silly was so mad they even wanted to kill Afonso but Afonso started crying about how they couldnt make silly feel better, become a better person and theyve done all that they could

Silly dropped their weapon and hugged Afonso falling asleep on their shoulder because they were exhausted from all that killing, they breathed out a white gas from their mouth recovering every anon thats body was still intact and not turned into a pile of gore

Afonso drew all the other people back to life so now every anon is back EXCEPT ONE, 💽🎞 anon (who we like to call dvd anon), dvd anon was underground when they got killed so they cant be recovered right now

But every other anon is back

Thats where the story is at right now

it's disheartening for writers to see "part 2 when??" comments, you know why?

because there's a lot of effort and thought behind one post. it takes far less time to read than it took for us to curate it.

the idea comes, we pen it down. then we look for inspiration to build upon this idea. we make notes on dialogue, pacing, structure. we highlight important aspects, underline the main feeling and hidden messages and subtle details we want to incorporate. we make sure everything aligns with the character to make sure they're not ooc or two-dimensional. and that's just the beginning stages of one fic idea.

then we write it. now for me, personally, when it flows easily i take two hours to write. but then there are some fics that take months. actual literal months. because the idea does not flow easily, but i hold onto it because i know it has potential. then i write multiple versions, sometimes they're 1k+ and i scrap them, all 1k+ words in the trash, just to make a "better" version which will go into the end post.

then we continue writing it, and some fics that get big wordcounts make us nervous because of all that editing and proofreading we have to do, which alone will take a long time. for me, editing can take more time than actually writing it. i have so many finished pieces in my drafts that aren't published or stay untouched because there's a complex jumble of 5k words that i need lots off energy to meticulously edit. errors, misspellings, restructuring. editing is sometimes such a nightmare that it deters me and then fics get avoided.

then there's the final touches. the banners, the warnings list, the layout, the aesthetics, etc. sometimes making banners takes a long time because of finding the right pictures and editing them too. or finding color schemes/combos that please the eye. a lot of artistic effort goes into post layout alone. there's so many tabs open it's a mess, and i constantly open and close and reopen and close, various sites for various tools to make everything look proper and neat and good for the eye and pleasing to the mind. and let's not even get started on the warnings list. it's probably my least favorite part, because i have to be very careful and proofread with a sharp eye to make sure i don't miss something that could cause the reader to accidentally have an uncomfortable experience.

and then it's published.

this baby post raised in the drafts, something that we put so much thought and care into, and now can you imagine the frown a writer makes at "part 2" comments? this whole post took a long time to make, and to just ask for more makes us feel like we're not satisfying you enough or we didn't do enough even though we did everything. it's appreciated that you enjoy it and want more, but it's still disheartening and even discouraging. imagine if you went up to your favorite author after reading their book and said "when is the sequel?" without saying anything else. it's weird. it makes us feel bad.

so please try to refrain from asking "part 2 when??" and maybe say a simple "i like this because xyz" or appreciate something about the post. even two emojis can give us an idea of how much you liked it or what you thought of it.

reblogs and comments or any feedback on the content we made is so super appreciated. writers want to know what you thought, it's fun to see reactions or understand what aspects you enjoyed. engagement is inspiring and motivational.

Wallace has been dead set on designing him a new champion outfit for ages because he hates Lance’s jumpsuit-cape combo with a passion. The joke’s on him, though, because Lance actually likes being all covered up like a nun in his disgracefully unsexy jumpsuit (direct quote from Wallace himself).

He sometimes joins Steven on his spelunking excursions because he enjoys the adventurous feeling of exploring underground caverns. He doesn’t get Steven’s obsession with rocks at all, but listens with one ear open all the same while he wanders around inspecting the area for hidden items.

Diantha used his experiences as a G-Man as inspiration for a character she played in a movie once. Lance was pretty flattered when she told him, until he watched it himself and had to turn it off midway through because her character was seducing the bad guy and he simply didn’t want to think about that.

He still hasn’t fully wrapped his head around the fact that Red grew taller than him, and always forgets about it until Red taps him on the shoulder and he has to look up to make eye contact. (Then he met Raihan again after the latter became a gym leader and he started to wonder if he was actually short and no one told him.)

Cynthia makes him and Steven go clothes shopping with her when Diantha is unavailable. This is the reason that Lance believes in hell.

Coming back to copy-paste my confessions for the background of my anon sona. The concept of an "anon sona" is kinda crazy esp since I can't share it on Tumblr bc my style is somewhat recognizable to those who know it, and part of the name is being anonymous. I guess it's better to have "🫳🫴🦷 anon" be the person tied to my words than my main blog/image.

I've been quietly using that emoji combo for at least a year before I was even on Tumblr though, so if any of my close friends ever get Tumblr and find confession blogs I'm done for.

The only place I think I can safely put the art itself is the main oscconfessions blog's discord, but the link expired, so I'm trying to be patient to wait for the meetup to end so I can beg for a new one. Honestly, it being closed right now hurts rrgfghg.

Something to confess while I'm here, the months Airy was gone in hfjone makes less sense the more I think about it.

Food & water are the basics - based on the assumption that hfjone follows the same rules/standard of other object shows, objects need to at least eat to survive. Furthermore, we can see that there are restaurants in the osc version of San Francisco, and if not that, there's at least a bar. Alcohol as a beverage was made through wheat products, which were only harvested for the purpose of food in the first place. There's always the possibility with that that in this alternative timeline, beer/alcohol was made later on in the modern age through experimenting with brain chem's reaction, and in this case, I present water. In the hfjone investigations, much like in a real police questioning scenario, each of those who give testimony are offered water. This is to build rapport, but I don't have time to go into criminal psychology (as much as I'd love to talk abt it, this is an osc confession), so instead I'll say for the sake of argument that water IS essential to an object living.

Where did they get the water during that time??? Sure, there was the swimming pool, but I doubt they'd do that for months without making some form of cup. Slurping up water WHILE SWIMMING IN THE WATER is a terrible idea, you will get another Liam scenario. (Also feel like the water level might've gone down a bit, but who cares.)

Food??? I think at this point, they still had Whippy Creamy, but whipped cream is not a viable source of nutrients. ALSO, there's an issue with quantity. Do you really think one tub of whipped cream could sustain a group of more than even ONE object for that long??? Idk, maybe they just started eating tree bark from those trees we see in the challenge to "run to the tree and back".

I have less of an issue with Airy's version of this. There was probably some wildlife/edible plant life around he could get in a decade.

I mean. You could always just. Moldy is still a piece of bread, and if you cut off the moldy bit, you might be able to last a bit. They didn't do that though, sucks to suck not to resort to cannibalism in basically a stranded island scenario. Speaking of, object anatomy, yeah? Weird stuff, but I'll talk about that some other time.

Diric Vajon 👑 CROWN - what does your oc want to be remembered as? why? I think I answered this one in the last round doing this, BUT. If he's to be remembered, Dir would like it to be as a protector, someone that could be counted on when he was needed. He grew up believing that being a soldier, a fighter - someone able to stand up for himself and others - was how he was going to make it out of Blackthorn and make a difference in the world. He's not as sure now as he's been in the past whether that's how he'll be remembered - if he'll be remembered at all.

It's peeked out a bit since he's come back from Tsenden, and it's a side he is trying to be more comfortable with letting out: being playful, not being wound up in his armor all the time. Diric's never felt comfortable letting down all his walls and allowing himself to have fun. He's going to make an attempt once we get out of the Shadowfell, though - day at the spa, do some frivolous shopping and maybe some new piercings, and get down some dancing if he finds a good place. Dir needs something to help his soul heal and stabilize his broken heart at the very least.

🌌 MILKY WAY - what was the inspiration behind your oc? what was the first thing you decided about them? So when I fist started playing a ttrpg in uni, I was able to get my hands on a HeroLab license (that group was running a heavily modified Pathfinder 1e game, hence HL) and started working with a few different concepts. Around the same time as I was starting to read up on Drow (since I wanted to play one and my DM wanted to ensure I didn't accidentally make a Drizzt), I also discovered mind flayers! There's actually a sequence in the second Homeland Trilogy book where Drizzt is! Briefly captured and enthralled by mind flayers! And part of that stuck with me enough that when I was passing time doing concepts and inspired by art on Pinterest, I created a psionic dhampir ranger - a man that had been captured and enthralled by mind flayers and escaped, but was forever changed by the experience. I then shelved that concept and that character sheet has since been lost to time - sometimes I'd think about it again, though, and the thought came on strongly after Tac died and Tez was spiraling rapidly out of the party. Of course at the time 5e didn't have dhampir or psionics, but I could still have the mind flayers in the background - and I could play not a full Drow (at the time that PF1e Drow had gotten kinda shafted in terms of chardev so playing full Drow some years later had left a bad taste in my mouth, and something similar happened in an in-person game I'd been in while also playing a full Drow) but a partial Drow, who would be outside the dangerous society and more easily exit onto the surface. And that's how you get to Diric!

Rosette Gang 🌌 MILKY WAY - what was the inspiration behind your oc? what was the first thing you decided about them? So for the Rosette kids, it began with Kassi and playing the first open beta of Diablo 4. The opening intrigued me, and Diablo being a dark fantasy universe the idea of playing a necromancer seemed like a cool, lore-infused place to start. Of course though the necromancer's body model was bony and starved-looking - but that just set my creative juices turning. Necros in Diablo are sort of a combo class of D&D wizard and warlock - sturdier than a sorcerer but still a solid magical cannon, if restricted in some ways compared to a magic-heavier class. Building from there I could reckon Kassi as someone that tried to be the full-wiz style of necromancer - but can't. So she needed a more warlock-esque arc - leaning again into Diablo and the character of Rathma, born of an angel and a demon and known as the First Necromancer. So of course with most things when I want to develop further, I turned to my bestie @tatooine92 and said 'hey what if some portal magic went wrong and this skinny little necromancer that actually has 15 STR landed in Thedas'. She followed it up with 'what if she landed in Kirkwall??' This is how we get to Dylen and Jerrik - originally two nobody Templars guarding the Kirkwall Chantry when the Veil gets popped open briefly and this maybe-demon person falls right out in from of the Grand Cleric. Jerrik was the Quiet Stoic Protector, while Dylen was the Curious-But-Wary-And-Witty Newbie (and yes they're husbands, we knew this immediately). Kassi immediately bonded to them, and when I started developing her original world Steph agreed that I could port Dylen and Jerrik in as well - which meant I had to figure out "Templars" without actually having Templars. Cue D&D again and the Eberron setting with dragonmarks - just altered and made rarer! That's how you get the most sunshiney-yet-goth necromancer who can bench press you while still grinning; an ex-con who suddenly has magic that lets him be EVEN SNEAKIER; and a very tired sword-and-board-plus-protection-magic man who really doesn't like necromancers for Deeply Personal Reasons \o/

Chasm Delving Highlight Reel: Special Just Leave a Comment Edition

At this point I should be real and say that I almost always leave comments. It's just a matter of having the energy but, as any of the authors I follow could tell you, I'm actually your weirdly joyful recurring commenter. I'll leave you sincere emoji hearts and "Thank you for writing!" and several "I love this so muuuuch!" or comments about how you made me cry (it's true, y'all make me cry and laugh and yelp.)

No regrets at all, though the comment bot stuff had me rethink my approach to sound a little more like I was actually reading.

I say this so you'll understand that while I didn't rack up numbers on the comment fest, that was because I've commented on most of the fics that are in my bookmarks. I needed new stuff and there was not enough time on the week to read everything I wanted.

The dialogue is fire and Lumine is a marvelous goblin. Also Venti does a sneaky thing, which is something I always approve.

A new chapter of Paper, Glass, Steel, and Bone [or, The Tensile Strength of Tenacity] by kawree dropped on the 12th and of course I had to read it and comment.

I keep telling everyone to read this fic with mixed results (the rarepair experience after all), but if you want a big cup of Kaeya to go with his cameo in the current event, this fic is what you're looking for.

There's so much lovely banter! The first chapter is a charmer, but I really love that "dinner with the old timers" scene later on (also the hair-brushing one, but all kinds of qpr things make me go weak on the knees) (the thing about the dinner scene is that it's got good dialogue, emotional cues and *throws glitter* drama) and the dialogue in this latest chapter. Ugh, feelings.

The 12th was for AUs so I get to rec the infuriating smart people AU Chiluc fic! Yay!

When I say this is crack you have to believe me. This fic is about a man that is so fucking oblivious he thinks shipping himself with someone else has nothing to do with real feelings. And let's not talk about Zhongli. 100% proof crack. Fun to read though.

The 13th was for rarepairs, which is a conceptual issue for me in this fandom.

There are two kinds of ships in Genshin: the ones with a whole bunch of fics of all kinds and the ones with 20 smut fics to their name. I'm not very much into smut :/ So I'd like you all to pretend Chiscara is a rarepair. Okay? Okay.

And, also, very importantly, about IMMORTALS IN LOVE. Big bold letters because that's my absolute favorite romance trope (yes, I'm the audience for all those xianxia dramas about reincarnation and eternal pining.)

This fic is tagged as relationship study, but it's more like a character study of both of them, together and alone. The author here does this spectacular thing, managing to write an one-shot that reads like 50 chapters of slow burn.

The relationship develops in this slow, gentle way and the prose is absolutely beautiful. Seriously, this story is constructed like well-made lace in cobweb weight yarn.

(Additionally, if you are into reading people's thoughts about their writing, the author has a whole site with a bunch of commentary linked at the end notes. A real treat if you are also the sort of person that would be suffering in Haravatat.)

The chaos is the funniest part of this video. He went in with that energy and he succeeded. It was best on the first watch when I didn’t know what was coming, but still entertaining on re-watch!

Between this video and the last is when I started to slowly get into the DNP fandom here on Tumblr. I re-watched both of their coming out videos on national coming out day earlier in the month, and that led me to start re-watching others, and then to see what was happening here. So glad I did! Born from the idea that Goemon and Zenigata probably couldn’t be an item, my brain decided to come up with how I could write for them. Goemon’s teaching an ikebana class as part of his training, and Zenigata shows up as a student on forced recreational leave for his health from the ICPO. Zenigata wins the samurai’s heart through flowers. But what happens when Lupin and Jigen find out? (Only good sexy things, I promise. These beans are in a healthy polycule--be gay, do crimes) (WIP)

Jigen/Lupin, but it's Jigen deciding to seduce Lupin while wearing his own Lupin disguise. The thief is waaaaay too into it, and some artistry is taken with the sex so that they don't mess up the disguise too much during their encoutner.

Jigen/Zenigata/Lupin where Jigen has some fantasices about Zenigata, but is pretty sure they'll never happen. Tells Lupin about them. Suddenly the fantasies are coming true, in the middle of a heist, and Jigen doesn't what to do except get swept up in the moment and enjoy. Plot twist, it's Lupin dressed up as Zenigata granting all his gunman's dreams. Plot twist again, Zenigata catches them at it.

Zenigata/Lupin, where Lupin keeps doing good things in illegal ways and Pops has to find a way to punish him for it. Good thing for Pops Lupin's a masochist?

Trans!Lupin and Trans!Jigen premise: Jigen cares for Lupin after the master thief has top surgery, since Jigen has Been There and Done That. Caring, sweet, and a little sexy. Lupin is a much better patient than Jigen.

The one time Zenigata caught Lupin in an alley and kissed him and it was Jigen in disguise. Things get sexy anyway, and Zenigata has crushes on two thieves now. Lupin and Jigen "kidnap" him later for an evening of taking care of their inspector.

The background plot of Jigen's Gravestone where we see Jigen think he's done for and try to leave Lupin. Our thief has none of it, and we get to relish in the inherent eroticism of Lupin sitting in sniper fire, knowing Jigen's got his back. This is the moment I think Jigen finally believes he can be with Lupin forever.

I love the idea of something longer and more plot driven like a Lupin special where Lupin ends up in hot water and Jigen and Fujiko have to work together to save him. Jigen and Fujiko have such an interesting relationship. They're both partners of Lupin, they don't really like each other, they constantly screw the other over, but when it really matters they take care of each other. I'd like to see that highlighted a little more and also give them space to call each other out and bicker. Nothing sexy between them, but maybe a really interesting threesome with Lupin and Fujiko in a strap on once they save their boy.

- Sonic Vampire Novelist Coffee Shop AU: 📚☕💐

Shadow is an immortal vampire who has seen the world change for the worse too many times. These days it feels like he only lives for his coffee dates with Rouge, another immortal who loves each new era they encounter, warts and all. He has to admit that the book series she got him into speaks to him, at least. If someone in this era can understand him without meeting him, it can’t all be bad. But he hardly expected the goofy blue barista at the new coffee place to understand him the way those books do.

This is a novel length romcom romp with some big feelings about what it means to watch as things change, grow, and die. Expect lots of Big gothic feelings from this one, emotionally charged kissing, and overly-adoring sex. But also expect shenanigans from everyone in the coffee shop, which include Rouge, Amy, Tails, Knuckles, Cream, and more.

- Sonic Blazamy, "Like the Sun": 💖🌸💎

Amy Rose has been in love with Sonic for a while.

Or has she?

When the Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Shadow, and Silver are trapped as the fuel sources for Doctor Eggman’s newest evil scheme, Amy teams up with Blaze, Rouge, and Cream to save them. With Sonic out of the picture and Amy fulfilling his role, was she ever really in love with him? Or did she just want to be like him?

This is a novel length epic romance with lots of competent women and lots of romantic Blazamy content. Expect flowery hopes and dreams, badass self-actualization, and glancing hand touches that give way to cuddly and sweet sex.

- Persona 5: 🗡🍛☕

After bringing down the Metaverse twice, Ryuji didn’t think graduating high school and figuring out what to do with his life would be so hard. Akira’s back in town, and the gang’s more-or-less all in Tokyo, but everyone else seems to have a plan while Ryuji just floats. How’s he supposed to change the world when he’s not a phantom thief anymore?

This is a novel length fic that addresses how powerless one can feel being just one person in the face of all the corrupted systems and bigotry the world has to offer. It’s about holding on to what you believe in, working through the doubt, and fighting your way to a better tomorrow with the power you do have. The whole gang is queer, featured relationships being Mako x Ann, Ryuji x Akira, Futaba & Yusuke as platonic life partners. Akira is polyamorous and omnisexual, Futaba’s asexual and aromantic while Yusuke is demisexual and very romantic, Makoto’s a lesbian, Ann and Ryuji are bi, and Haru’s pansexual, demisexual, and aromantic. They’re one giant band of queer Phantom Thieves, and even if they’re not really doing the Metaverse thing anymore, they’re still gonna save the world!

Also, I’m gonna make Makoto not a cop. That super didn’t age well. Zenkichi and his boss can work on making them better/abolishing them for other better organizations.

- Hades Game: ❤️‍🔥💀

Oneshot. I just really need to elaborate on the threesome you can have with them in-game, okay? Healthy and canon poly relationships are so few and far between, so often I have to do a ton of groundwork to explain why it’s working in the fic, but NOT WITH THESE KIDS!

Get ready for Meg helping Zag and Than be better at expressing their feelings, lots of kissing, and probably pegging.

- Castlevania Animation Trevor/Sypha/Alucard: 🧛🏰🛌

Castlevania gave Alucard a threesome last season, and I just really need S4 to give me him being taken care of by his partners. They’re probably not going to give it to me, so I’ll need to do it myself. This is just an everybody loves Alucard oneshot, with the gang’s signature banter (to an extent), Sypha being sexy, and Trever being remarkably sincere. This fic is gonna feel like that Ann Hathaway picture with Trevor kissing Alucard and Sypha holding the end of Trevor’s whip while she leans her head on Alucard’s shoulder adoringly.

- Devil May Cry Nico/Lady/Trish: 💋✨😈

Nico’s gay, okay? Like really, really gay. And Lady’s bi and not into men who make her pay bills, but very into women who make amazing guns for her and demonesses with hearts who fight by her side. Trish is ace, but loves people and is pretty attached to Lady at this point. Plus it’s cute when Lady blushes and says nice things like they’re insults. I don’t have super solid ideas for them yet, and I envision these more like a polycule where Lady’s with Nico and with Trish but they’re not with each other more than seeing it as a threesome, but who knows what might happen. This is probably 1-2 oneshots depending on ideas, but might turn into a series of oneshots if people are interested (or I can’t control myself and inspiration strikes).

- Post FMA:B Blind Roy & No Alchemy Ed: 👀👑🙏

This is actually an old novel-length fic I wrote ages ago and didn’t post that didn’t turn out well because I was new to writing sex when I first wrote it. The plot is good, and is all about Roy learning to work with his blindness to reclaim his ambition of being Fuhrer and changing the system to something that actually cares for its people. He and Ed reconnect, fall into bed, and both set about working through their respective traumas about being “useless” having lost their sight/alchemy. They go to Xing as an ambassadorial party to offer Amestris’s collaboration on Al and May’s Alkahestry experiments--and uncover a plot that might threaten both kingdoms.

- Age of Calamity continuity Mipha x Revali: 🦚🐟💘

The first time Revali noticed Mipha, it was in the heat of battle. She stole his mark, taking them down with a flurry of quick blows from her spear. Violence rained from her like water--and then she healed him on her way to her next battle. No questions, no conditions, just pure kindness. The usual need to measure himself against those around him was quiet in her wake. And Revali couldn’t understand it. But how to get to know more about her? A fish and bird may fall in love, but where would they live?

This fic could be a oneshot or novel length depending on how far down the hole I fall. I need it to cover time, but it could be done in linked vignettes or with actually covering events in detail. I may elect to do a oneshot just to get it done and out of my system faster. So much fic to write, so little time.

Expect trans!Revali, polyamorous Zoras, scary competent Mipha, songbird Revali, love confessions that are made up entirely of berating Link for not loving Mipha the way she wants him to, and breaking these characters a little outside of their assigned roles in BotW and Age of Calamity. Background Link x Zelda, and Urbosa x Zelda’s Mom.

I just think Urbosa should kiss women and Zelda’s mom should get more development and maybe a name or something. Also, lightning imagery/metaphors/play.

It also went way over my head that Riju wasn’t Urbosa’s daughter the first time I played BotW, so now I want to write about the Gerudo queen who refused to produce an heir. The Gerudo are fascinating and have a very interesting cutlure, but I think it could be examined from a nonbinary perspective that rejected pregnancy and wanting to find a husband. Not in like a hateful way, but in a way that examines if that’s really right for everyone. There’s that shop in town that sells Voe armor, after all. Maybe finding a husband and having children isn’t something you have to do if you don’t want to. And Urbosa really doesn’t want to.

Oof, what a question. Let's break it down.

Zach: Yes, he's actually a very sweet, kind bean under that punk skater boi experience, and he kinda gets... well, shat on in the end in a big way. So...... 😬 Louisa: Eh, maybe? Her story is actually, super interesting for me personally. I wrote her, and her arch, and then like- one of my friends irl basically went and did what she did..... so, irony? I'm not sure, but it's a little wild when I think about it now. SUPER VAGUE I KNOW, but I don't wanna give away the deets quite yet. Claire: No, she needs to work through her shit and not be so passive. Girl gotta grow. Bradley: No and yes, and maybe no again. Bradley is truthfully a combo of several different people that I've known, and in some ways what he does is very authentic to my experiences or their experiences, but damn it he's still kind of a butthole.

🌻What little things do they notice about people or the world around them that make them happy? What tiny little treasures do they find in the normal every day that makes the world seem a little brighter for them?

Zach: Marlboros, it's the smell of tobaccos and hot asphalt. A weird combo, but it reminds him of his dad.

Louisa: She wouldn't say that she is materialistic, but she's really good at gift giving... and that's where she finds happiness- knowing what you want before you do, and giving it to you to boot.

Claire: Two things, sun filtering through green summer leaves and the sound of rain splashing against her window. Nature simply put, continues.

Bradley: This may be too vague, but just the act of spending time together- reading comics, listening to records, making up stories or climbing a tree.. Bradley really finds joy in the company of those he cares about. That makes his world brighter.

🍄 What are your OCs favourite snacks? Their favourite comfort food which always cheers them up when they’re down? Favourite meal to make? Do they enjoy baking and cooking and are they any good in the kitchen?

Claire: For a snack, carrots and peanut butter. Comfort food: toast with butter, brown sugar, and sugar + a warm tea. Not much of a cook, sadly- but can make a pretty good pineapple upside down cake, a recipe that came from her favorite grandmother. Other than that, she doesn't explore much in the kitchen.

Here’s a quote from the Kosann Sisters’ book “Great tastes cooking (and eating) from morning to midnight” about this meeting:

Being just the two of us working on the site, sometimes we had to delegate, and shooting a super-hot guy we both had a crush on was no exception. Laura was having serious FOMO about missing this one. Danielle was to photograph Pedro in Central Park, as he was in Much Ado About Nothing at Shakespeare in the Park that summer. It was a very hot day (all puns intended) and a restaurant — the Smith — was the backup plan, since there was a chance of rain. Laura reluctantly stayed behind to do computer work but instructed Danielle to call her the minute she was done. As fate would have it, the rain started coming down as both Danielle and Pedro made their way to the meeting spot in the park. I know I just got married, Danielle thought, but could this be any more like The Notebook? She kept the notion to herself rather than text it to Laura. Danielle approached Pedro like a schoolgirl, giggling and apologizing about the rain and suggesting the alternative: - I’ll do whatever you like, if you want to, you know, we can just, do that. - That sounds great - Pedro said. While Laura — the writer — would have been ashamed of Danielle’s inability to complete a sentence, Danielle smiled to herself: Looks like I’ve still got it. They headed to the Smith as the rain poured down. It wasn’t a short walk. “So how was it?” Laura’s text read thirty-five minutes later. “Still together,” Danielle quickly wrote back. Laura responded, “What does that mean?” No answer.

As the two walked side by side in the rain, Danielle couldn’t help but notice the looks they were getting. They got stopped twice by fans and — as she had ditched her usual casual photography outfit for a far cuter summer dress — she was pretty sure they were getting mistaken for Dedro. What’s Dedro, you ask? Danielle + Pedro…the celebrity name Danielle had thought up around the time they passed 78th Street. Duh. Dedro has such a ring to it, Danielle mused. She then thought about what her and her husband Seth’s celebrity name combo would be: Deth. Yikes. How is this the first time I’ve thought about that? But she brushed the thought aside as they reached the restaurant. - Mind if I take my shirt off? - Pedro asked. They had just arrived at the private room at the Smith. - Um…sorry?” - It’s just it’s soaking wet. Do you mind? - he said as he started pulling it off.  Danielle attempted nonchalance with every fiber of her being. - Sure.

“Did you finish yet?” Laura’s newest text read. “He just took his shirt off,” Danielle wrote back. And yes, that’s all Danielle wrote back. Danielle could hear Laura’s head exploding somewhere, Danielle’s head was exploding, and of course this is all ironic because Oberyn died in Game of Thrones from — well — his head exploding. This all seemed fated. - So where do you want me? - Pedro asked. Sorry, guys, we promise this story doesn’t turn into a porno. - Actually - he continued - can we wait for my shirt to dry? That’s the one I’d wanted to wear for this, not this one - he had changed into a T-shirt he had in his bag. - Of course! - Danielle said. - I’m going to grab a beer, do you want anything? - Pedro asked. If there was ever a time to drink on the job, it was now. - Sure, a Chardonnay would be great. Pedro went to get the drinks, Danielle took deep breaths, and Laura sat in her apartment convinced there was some sort of Fifty Shades of Grey + Game of Thrones situation happening at the Smith right now.

“He took his shirt off to dry, we’re having a drink while we wait,” Danielle texted back to Laura’s sea of exclamation points, question marks, and emojis. As Danielle and Pedro sat and chatted, she tried not to keel over, as, like any good actor, he didn’t break eye contact. - So, you’re married? - Pedro said at some point, pointing to her engagement ring. Danielle was slightly tempted to come out with something like “Oh, what, this old thing?” Instead she told the truth, his shirt eventually dried, and the shoot was a success. Whether it is with Brad Pitt or Betty White, Laura now insists on making her own decisions when it comes to missing photo shoots.
