Last night I dreamed that I was at school (I graduated college in 2009) and sitting at a desk in a computer lab, communicating with another student using Notepad and a file on the other person's desktop.

The dream then rewound to depict me setting this up: from one computer, I saved a text file with an unspecified filename, but one which dreaming-me hoped would catch the other student's attention. This version of Notepad apparently knew how to auto-update when the file's contents were changed externally (some version of Notepad++?). We communicated by typing messages into this file.

Then a different student (this was still in basically the same location, I think) decided that he was going to recreate some cudgel from a video game, "the one that was used to kill the king" (Uriel Spetim from Oblivion?). In the dream, I was annoyed because not only was he not doing anything to preserve the bread and prevent it from rotting (the issue of bread being soft and breakable did not occur to dreaming-me), it was a waste of food. In solidarity, I started eating an entire baguette of my own.

Anyone here have any regex knowledge/experience? Or know how to download all images from a webpage? Trying to grab all the image links out of an html file and im using regex to search for each one, but its messing up and im not sure why. Any help is appreciated!

Making a Code Block from a Power BI Query Readable Using Notepad++

Oftentimes, when looking at the Advanced Editor window on a Power BI query, you will see that the SQL query in one of the steps has been compressed into fewer lines – perhaps even only one line; minified with codes like “#(lf)” (line feed) and “#(tab)”. To make this more readable, you can copy the code block from Power BI into a Notepad++ window, and replace these codes with escape sequences…
