Jacaerys has the audacity to look shocked when the Maester tells him that you’re pregnant, like the two of you haven’t been fucking like rabbits ever since you got married

No seriously—he literally freezes and just kind of…stares with an unreadable expression on his face

Just sort of wide-eyed, in shock before he finally snaps out of it and briskly walks away without another word

He’s not really sure what to do, or how to react to be honest. And it might take a few days for him to come around, but he will eventually

Bonus: Rhaenyra sees his reaction and she’s like Jacaerys, what did you expect?

And he’s like: Not this

And then she’s like: Well did you pull out? Ask for moon tea? Something??

And Jace is just like staring at her like: No? Why would I do that?

Like boy what did you expect when you literally nut inside your wife every single time

During Pregnancy

Once he does come around though, Jacaerys will be so protective. I’m talking like he barely let you out of his sight, and makes sure that everyone knows you’re pregnant

Like they can’t already tell, he’ll constantly tell people that you’re carrying his heir and that they need to be careful with you

Even the Maesters who literally know what they’re doing get a scolding by the future king if he thinks they’re being too rough

No one is allowed to get too close to you and if they do, Jace will always have one hand on his sword just in case he needs to defend you

He will even better himself at sword fighting, pushing himself to the limits during the hours that he’s not with you so that he can always be prepared

For Jacaerys, you being pregnant is sort of like a wake-up call for him, a chance for him to finally rise to his responsibilities and become a bit more serious

He understands the weight of being king now and for Jace, he’ll want to put away all childish things so that he could become the man you and your child need

Giving Birth

Oh my god he’s so supportive

I’m talking like this is a man that will get behind you and physically hold you while you push

Despite what anyone says, he will be there for the birth of his child and he will be so soothing

Holding you, kissing you, kissing your neck to calm you down, taking the cloth from the Maester and wiping the sweat off of your forehead

Jacaerys’ support of you never ends and he’s constantly telling you how proud of you he is even while you’re screaming your lungs out

He’ll help you breathe and let you squeeze his hand till you break it if that’s what you so desire

Calling you his brave girl and letting out teary laughter when your baby is finally delivered

After Birth

When your child is born, it’s like fatherhood is something Jacaerys is born for

He’s a natural; knowing exactly what to say and how to raise your children even if you are still figuring it out

Seriously, it’s like he has a cheat code or something

If the two of you have a boy, then Jace won’t hesitate to start grooming him to be king and unlike most father’s, he is very involved in his son’s upbringing

Jacaerys will be the one to teach him how to hold a sword, how to ride a horse and a dragon. Jace will be there for his son every step of the way no matter how improper it may seem

Likewise, if he has a daughter, he will be entirely overprotective

If you thought it was bad when she was in the womb, just wait until Jace takes one look at his baby girl

Suddenly, he’s terrified to let her out of his sight; sometimes even holding her on his knee during council meetings. She likes to play with the marble and Jace tries so hard to keep a straight face while also wrestling it out of her hands

Everyone at the meeting will try and pretend like they don’t hear her babbling and like it’s not the cutest thing ever while they’re talking about literal war

Overall, Jace would be prepared to defend you and your children to the death if need be, and he would be such a stern but loving dad

Finding Out

Luke doesn’t even notice that you haven’t gotten your moon blood for several months and neither do you, until one day a servant happens to say something and you’re both like: oh shit

Since you both are still quite young you’re not really supposed to be having heirs at the moment. Like Rhaenyra specifically told this boy to not get you pregnant just yet and now he’s terrified of telling her

So yeah, it was an accident and Luke is so nervous he’s literally shaking when the Maester confirms it

But sweet boy, he will do his very best to remain calm and will put on a brave face for you

He’ll act like he’s not scared as well at the prospect of having children so young but on the inside he’s freaking out. He’ll hold your hand tightly and give you kisses to calm you down, keeping his voice from shaking to seem brave

During Pregnancy

Even though it’s a little too soon for the both of you to become parents, Luke will slowly become excited at the prospect of becoming a father

Like he’s so proud, growing to love his child before you’re even four months along

He decides right then and there that he’ll do anything to protect you and his child and swears that no harm will ever come to either of you

While you’re pregnant, Luke will take on every single responsibility so that you won’t be stressed out. He always has you relaxing and content while he deals with all of the hard stuff

And yeah, over the course of the months he will find himself growing up a little

Maybe a little bit too fast, much his mother’s sadness, but Rhaenyra can’t help but love the look of pride of Luke’s face every time he touches your belly. And neither can you

You love when Luke rubs your son or daughter and you especially love when he blows raspberries on your stomach, giggling every time while he coos to the baby or talks to them in High Valerian

It’s a such a sweet moment to witness and many people, sometimes even Daemon, catch themselves smiling or smirking at you and the young prince

Giving Birth

Okay, so Lucerys is now back to being scared shitless

It all started on the day you delivered your child, with Luke sweating and pacing outside of your room while the Maesters attended to you

Your screams severely upset him and he kept pacing back and forth in the hallway, peeking in the room and desperately trying to get a glimpse of you before the Maesters pushed him out

He wants to be there for you so bad, especially since it’s your first pregnancy and you’re crying your eyes out for him

Eventually, he’ll just have to say damn it and force his way in, gathering his courage for his wife. And even though the Maesters tell him that it’s highly improper, he’ll ignore them and will hold your hand the entire way

Whispering sweet praises in your ear and stroking your back while Rhaenyra or your own mother loudly encourages you

He’ll be so worried up until the moment he hears that first cry, and that’s when everything just melts away for Luke and all he can feel is happiness when the Maester hands you your child

After Birth

After your child is born, you and Luke are the absolute best parents

You’re both soft and gentle with your baby, and you’re glowing in a way that Luke just absolutely loves

Both of you have immense pride for your son or daughter and you fall in love immediately despite not even knowing if you were ready yet

You just…jump in and honestly it’s not so bad for you and Luke once your bundle of joy finally gets there

Lucerys especially is thrilled, winning the best dad award for always playing with your child or making up silly games to make them laugh

You love watching him interact with your baby because he’s just so good at it and he doesn’t even realize it

Sometimes, he’ll confess his insecurities that he might not do a good job at raising your kid and you literally have to be like: hold up. Luke you’re doing amazing already

He’d be scared and terrified on where this new adventure would lead but honestly, Lucerys has never been happier and in the end it would all work out

Also, he totally gets so excited when you let him pick out an egg for the baby, just like he did for his brothers

It’s almost like it’s tradition, and every single time Luke knows exactly the right one to choose

If you’re nervous to tell Aemond, then don’t be

Nine times out of ten he’s so perceptive that he’ll put it together himself and Aemond will be over the moon

He will not stop smiling the entire time the Maesters confirm it, pressing a hand to your stomach and kissing your belly

His reaction kind of throws you off a little bit because you’ve never seen him so excited in his life, but he reassures you that he’s been waiting so long for this moment and now he’s just ecstatic that it’s finally here

During Pregnancy

While you’re pregnant, Aemond hardly ever lets you leave your bed chambers. Nor does he let anyone other than your family or Maesters near you

He’s just so protective and he’s paranoid that something’s going to happen so he wants you to be safe at all costs

He definitely does his own research because it’s not like he distrusts the Maester’s, he just wants to be sure that he knows what they know and more about childbirth in case he has to step in

God forbid your baby won’t come or is stuck upside down—two common themes for Targaryen children. Aemond reads all about it so that he knows different ways of getting the baby out or repositioning it without hurting you

He’ll also read about different birth techniques and decides to teach you to make your labor easier

Making you drink raspberry tea, take walks or stretch to lesson your pain when the time comes

You have to admit, you’re a bit shocked when your husband comes to you and makes you start doing breathing exercises with him

After all, who would have thought Aemond of all people would be so involved and so devoted?

It definitely warms your heart to see though—and no matter how much you want to wave him, you always end up letting him help you because you trust your husband you know more than anything he has yours and your child’s best interests at heart

Giving Birth

Aemond will respect your privacy and will wait outside during your labors, but you better believe he’ll be right there

Listening to every scream and every detail just in case he feels the need to step in

If you really want him to be there, he absolutely will be in a heartbeat. And if anybody tries to stop him he’ll venomously tell them to get out of his way before pushing them aside

As much as he loves his incoming child, majority of Aemond’s focus will be on you and your safety

He’ll make sure everything is going smoothly before he even thinks about celebrating and only then will he finally start to smile, a grin like no other taking over his face when your baby is finally placed in his arms

After Birth

Aemond is a caring yet trusting father

He knows that if his child came from you, they’ll already grow up to be exceptional so he allows them to grow into their own person

He doesn’t hover, but he does care. A lot

He may not show it in every way but if your child wants his attention, they’ve got it. If they want to play with him, he absolutely will. If they want to be comforted? He’s there. They tell him they want some space? Then Aemond is in the next room over, ready to talk when they are

In a way, your children are way for Aemond to heal his own self. To be there as a parent like his never were

Early on, Aemond already swore to you and your babe that he would never abandon you or ignore you when you needed him most

He swore to break the curse his parents placed on him so he is very involved with his kids

He’s also very protective, especially considering what he went through in his childhood. He never wants his child to feel left out so Aemond will go searching for a dragon egg pretty early on

You better believe that thing is burning HOT until the moment it’s ready to be placed in your child’s cradle

And Aemond swears

He swears by the old gods and the new that if they allow his child to have their own dragon he would never commit another sin again, if that’s what it took

And sure enough, Aemond is beyond relieved when your babies egg hatches—the widest grin ever overtaking his face as the baby dragon prances about

You swear—you sometimes joke that it was Aemond’s fiery gaze on the egg that hatched it and not nature

And while that very well may be true, Aemond is just grateful nevertheless that even if he wasn’t delt the best cards, he sure would find a way to rig the game for his children

Finding Out

You wish you could say that after having two children of his own, your husband would recognize the signs of pregnancy

But unfortunately Daemon is not a man that concerns himself with that kind of stuff so it’s the Maester that points it out to him

And at first, Daemon is stunned

Like okay—he knows that he never pulls out and that the two of you go multiple rounds a day but pregnant?

He thought that your tits getting bigger was just, well, a huge blessing for him

He can hardly believe his ears or that he’s going to have more children

Briefly, he jokes that he may as well start breeding his own army which causes you to punch his arm

Joke aside though, Daemon is really happy and he will shower you with kisses, laughing slightly at how his seed must be extra strong to stick so fast

During Pregnancy

Daemon is not really much help himself, expect for when it comes to massages or warm baths

Almost every night, to ease your discomfort, your Lord husband will bathe you which is oddly intimate for him, or he will massage your feet and shoulders to soothe some of the pain

Of course, your other activities will remain as well which helps a little the closer you get to birth

Mostly, Daemon will be ordering Maesters around or just simply asking you of your progress from time to time

He really hopes for a boy secretly, and sometimes while you’re sleeping or just barely awake, he will rub your stomach and whisper sweet phrases in High Valerian

Expect Daemon to also already have the names of his children picked out, boy or girl

He might even ask Baela or Rhaena their opinion and let them choose an egg from Caraxes

If he has to be somewhere else where he cannot physically look after you, he’ll also entrust his daughters to keep them informed and up to date on your condition

Giving Birth

Daemon is outside, on the balcony while your screams reach his ears

Truth be told, it’s too much. He can’t be there as much he wants to be—as much as you surely need him to be

After witnessing Laena’s death, childbirth has become quite traumatizing for Daemon so he prefers to remain outside, waiting until a Maester or one of his daughters come to fetch him

Of course, Baela—ever her father’s daughter—scolds Daemon a bit and reminds him that every lady wife needs her husband during such times

But Daemon will not budge, not until Rhaena comes to the balcony with an unreadable expression on her face

At first, Daemon is terrified. He stands, the breath freezing in his lungs as he tries to decipher what that might mean. Your screams had died down…perhaps…

Daemon stands, his heart clenching in chest as he begins to possibly grapple with another untimely death of the one he loved. He prepares himself, but then a wide smile grows on Rhaena’s face and Daemon knows all is well

“My sibling is here. It is healthy, father.”

That’s all Daemon needs. And suddenly, he’s tearing himself away and down the halls, straight to your room where he walks in on the sight of your smiling face and the glowing cheeks of his newborn child

After Birth

You like to give Daemon the benefit of the doubt and say that he spends an equal amount of time with his children

Of course, maybe a little bit more attention towards the baby since he or she does need Daemon more than his adolescent children, but as your child grows up pretty much everything is the same

Baela and Rhaena absolutely adore their new sibling and vice versa. They may be a bit older but you’ll always find the three of them playing together or one of the girls reading them a bed time story

It always warms your heart to see them bond, and Daemon’s too

Though he’ll never admit it, his favorite thing to do is spy on his children and eavesdrop as the girls help the youngest with their Valerian

Or when the three of them are together, somehow still fitting on his lap and Daemon teaches them the history of their house while you sit in the background, smiling

It’s special moments like those that remind you that while you may have married a morally grey man, his number one priority would always be his family

And you know more than anyone that with Daemon around, the five of you would never have anything to fear

YANDERE CHRIS MANAWA HEADCANONS (ftwd)

because i have to process his death somehow

literally no one asked but i'm doing this anyway; chris was instantly my favourite character after the riot, i might try and write yandere headcanons for all the characters i take a liking to after their death. (just so i can say they didn't die and are off yandereing somewhere 🤡)

out of all the characters (so far: s3 e1) chris has the most yandere potential, by a landslide. honestly it doesn't matter if he knew his darling before everything went to shit or if he met them along the way, either way, they're the only person he feels a sense of kinship with, the only person that understands him.

• what might of been a fondness, or a crush, develops into a consuming obsession as chris adapts to the new way of the world. his darling could have joined the group at LA, on the sea, at abigails villa or maybe they heard the car crash and came running to help, chris probably thinks they're extra weight on the group, why is his dad so soft hearted that they're letting a stranger join them? of course he'll feel bad once he realises they have no one else.

• the progression of developing obsessive thoughts about his darling to going full blown yandere is both gradual and alarmingly sudden: maybe his darling followed him and travis and then saved him from the bromigos (derek, brandon) putting him down.

• but unlike other yandere's, his darling has to "not look at him like he's disgusting" (your own words, christopher), they have to stay with him, and not condemn his actions as travis had.

• now they're the only person he has left, and what had been a festering obsession slowly growing as he became more violent, suddenly blows up; if he weren't injured, he'd surely drag his darling back to the farm and lock them far away from what was left of the world.

• either way, his darling will have to make their way back to the farm with him in order for him to heal. it was just him and his darling as far as chris was concerned. his father left him so easily, no one else would waste their time on someone as useless and injured as he now was, if his darling hadn't taken down brandon and derek, they would have without hesitation.

• initially, when it's just him and his darling, chris is a self sabotage kind of yandere. he pushes them away, tells them to leave him to die there; it's what they want to do, they just don't have the guts to do it.

• honestly his darling's compassion is what got them into this mess, through all his aggression and outbursts they don't abandon him when they know his leg is never going to return to how it was; he'll always be a burden on their back. he tells them this, but they still stay with him.

• the only one's who matter to him are himself and his darling, he's desperate for his injury to heal so he can stop being such a deadweight. chris hates the look of exhaustion they have after hunting for food and supplies, securing the farm from walkers and hostile survivors, they're doing it all for him and all he can do is lay there.

• it's chris's need to not be seen as a damaged child by his darling that fuels his obsession, the months they spend providing for him he fantasises about regaining his mobility, and shooting their leg so they become fully reliant on him.

• but chris would never let them fully heal, he's too afraid of coming across other survivors, his darling having other options. his fear of them leaving gets better but it never goes away.

• he's a controlling yandere, even with his injury, his darling can't leave the room without him interrogating them, where are you going? how long will you be? why are you going?! it's absolutely exhausting for his darling, but they probably brush it off as him being terrified of being left alone to die, he's got no one but them so why wouldn't he panic when they have to go out.

• whether chris's darling is younger or older than him, they'll feel responsible for him. but don't go acting all parental, darling, if for a moment he feels like they see him as a kid, he'll explode "THERE IS ONLY ALIVE AND DEAD IN THIS WORLD, STOP TREATING ME LIKE A CHILD" but by no means does this mean he doesn't want them to tuck him in before he goes to sleep, or coddle him throughout the healing process, he's a bit of a tsun-yan, but once his leg heals, and he feels like less of a burden, the outbursts will stop.

• chris is beyond possessive, he takes down all the old pictures of the suarez family just so he can be the only person they see. he doesn't hesitate for a moment in putting down other survivors that approach the farm, he takes some sort of sick joy in knowing he's keeping someone to himself for once. he grows to hate it when they bring up their old life and family; he can talk about his all he wants though, lil hypocrite.

• resources on the farm will run out eventually, chris and his darling will be forced to find shelter somewhere else, but he's not letting them go no matter what; they'll go on hunts together, chris won't let them leave his sight even to go to the bathroom as he becomes increasingly clingy.

• if they have to join a group, he won't let them get close to anyone, and plans to kill all the members of the group and take their shelter and supplies. whether he goes through with his plans depends on how much control his darling has over his impulses. he's a ticking time bomb, and his darling will come to know that well.

Looney Tunes headcanon time!

I've been thinking about this for a while so now I gotta share it on here!

Bugs Bunny doesn't get mad easily. That's just how he's wired. Calm, collected, level-headed, usually pretty relaxed, lazily strolling down the street while humming a merry melody (eh?), he prefers to chill and doesn't really take anything seriouslly.

A Warner Bros. intern messed something up, be it accidentaly or because he was a careless idot? Bugs doesn't even flinch and immediately finds a way to fix whatever it is.

A student at Acme Looniversity is goofing around way too much during a lesson? All Bugs has to do is give him a look and the child stops at once, but he never raises his voice or loses his temper.

One of his enemy messes with him? Pfff, are you kidding? That's the most fun he's gonna have all week!

Even when he gets irritated by one of them, he doesn't actually get mad mad and he certainly doesn't hate them (he's too cool for that). It's more of an "oh, he interrupted my peaceful afternoon? now i'll have to fuck his entire shit up" kind of thing. He might be mildly annoyed in the beginning but by the time he starts plotting the poor soul's demise, his irritation is long gone. His motivation is rather the principle of "don't mess with me" rather than anger.

Sometimes Bugs will fake being mad to get his point across (to scare people, usually a nemesis or a student), but again, he's not really angry, he's just exaggerating.

However, and this is where my headcanon comes in, this doesn't mean that sometimes Bugs Bunny doesn't get pretty fucking MAD.

Like I said, it's very hard to get him at that point. But when he gets there oh, Lord have mercy! And it's not what people (who have obviously never seen him in that state) might think.

He doesn't shout. He doesn't get physical. He doesn't throw a tantrum. If he does any of those then again, he's not really mad. He either does it for comedic effect or to intimidate. No. It's much more unsettling than that.

Instead, he just goes quiet. And not the usual relaxed, watching-shit-go-down-from-the-sidelines quiet. Oh, no. He's rigid as a statue. His upbeat expression is replaced by one of pure coldness. No condecending smirk, no smug look, no playfullness in his eyes. Just a motionless face with an icy stare.

If Bugs speaks when he's like this he doesn't raise his voice. He doesn't need to. Instead, his tone is serious but surprisingly... calm. Not relaxed like it usually is, but more like... even. Controlled. Firm. There is a slight strain in his voice as if he's doing his best to hold back the greatest rage someone has ever seen (because he is).

If he does this to anyone then that person/toon will most likley shit their pants. Because they know, oh, they know they fucked up big time if Bugs Bunny acts that way towards them.

Whenever he's like this literally everyone is scared of him. Toon or human, doesn't matter, if Bugs is this angry YOU STAY OUT OF HIS WAY.

No one messes with him, not Elmer, not Sam, not Wile, not Marvin, not any of his enemies, no Acme Loo student, no WB intern, even the executives are nervous around him if he's like this. Even Daffy, who gets a kick out of pushing Bugs' buttons every time, is nope-ing himself out of that situation so hard. Like nope. Not today. Nuh-uh. He wants to live, thank you very much.

I feel like I should mention that Bugs isn't cold hearted though. Even if he is in this state he will not be a prick to people who have done nothing wrong or to the ones he cares about. He realizes it's not their fault.

He might be a little distant but it's just because he wants to be left alone to calm down. The others know and understand and will leave him to cool off.

Again, though, he doesn't get this angry that often. In all his life he's probably been like this like three or four times (which is very rare given that he's been around since like what? the 40s? but even if it's happened only a few times it was enough to earn him the reputation of being really damn scary when pushed to far).

Also, he's never ever like that because of a Looney Tune or an Acme Loo student or anyone he cares about. If you are part of the aforementioned categories then it's damn near impossible to get Bugs to be that mad at you. Annoyed? Sure. Angry? Sometimes, yeah. But never mad like that.

No. This type of rage is reserved for a special breed of people. The ones that have crossed Bugs big time, that have done something really messed up.

What makes this so scary for the others witnessing it, even if it's not aimed at them, is the fact that it's so different compared to the way Bugs usually acts. Like, he's almost unrecognizable. Besides, the rabbit is pretty powerful given his whole WB mascot gig thing. He can rock your entire world with just a snap of his fingers.

my personal headcanon for how monsters procreate in utmv/utdr: the babies just appear.

enough magic and intent from minimum two monsters will make a baby, it doesn’t matter what kind of intent etc(thinking of how PJ happened as a result of a battle between an alternate ink and error)

so there’s no incubation period. due to this, babies are that much more reliant on their parents for the first couple years of their life. basically proximity to their parents is vital to their physical and magical development; they CAN survive with only one parent’s presence, but it causes problems(i am yet again bringing up PJ and how they were raised primarily by ink for the first few years, don’t have a super solid physical form, and aren’t very powerful despite having two gods for parents. obviously my personal reasoning for this is not canon btw)

this period of necessary proximity to their parents does not HAVE to be the original monsters responsible for their creation. they can develop just fine with “surrogate” parents, given the magic bonds successfully. they CANNOT survive without consistent parents, for lack of better phrasing. if left alone or passed between caretakers too much over a long enough period of time, the baby will Fall Down and subsequently dust. fucked up i know but it’s my worldbuilding headcanon and i get to pick the rules

babies can bond with more than two parents! there isn’t a known maximum amount of parents, since no one has really tried to push the limits, but with several parents the baby will paradoxically take longer to develop their specific type of magic(their physical development is not stunted, but their personal magic takes longer because their soul has to “pick” between several different types of magic to base itself on)

once they’re around two, the baby’s magic type is “locked in”, so to speak. if there are several parents, it can take as long as three or four years in comparison. their power level is influenced by their parents, but not entirely dependent on them. some kids just have more of an affinity for magic, for no discernible reason.

part of what i really like about this headcanon is that gender and species are not factors in making a stable child! incest is still weird tho, i am not a fan of incest in any capacity. also, this means no monster has to deal with the absolute nightmare that is pregnancy. no morning sickness, extreme pain, risk of life, etc is involved. lucky bastards (obligatory “disclaimer this is not to discount the experience of anyone who has had good experiences with pregnancy and have things they really like about it. just bc i can’t personally empathize doesn’t mean i can’t understand that y’all’s experiences are vastly different than mine and you have a perspective informed by things i’ll never have the same level of knowledge and understanding of”)

uhhh that’s the main stuff, i think. literally the entire reason i came up with this idea is because i am just. deeply uncomfortable with mpreg and skelepreg. i don’t have any problem with people who DO like it, i just personally can’t deal. this will not affect my opinion of anybody, i need to make that abundantly clear.

in any case, any utmv/utdr monsters i make will have been born and developed this way. yes this applies to female mammal monsters, it applies to ALL monsters in my personal headcanon. maybe i don’t need to clarify that but whatever

if you like this idea, you’re more than welcome to adopt it! i think it’s an interesting piece of lore to incorporate in stories. i might even apply this to magic centered original works, unrelated to utmv/utdr, because i have become attached. i might not end up pursuing original stories, that’s not really what i’m interested in at this point in time, but i’ll always keep the option open.

Deimos x teammate ship headcanons that no one asked for but the thoughts are stuck in my brain so I'm making it your problem

Sanmos:

The golden child of madness combat ships

- fell into place very naturally. there were no big conversations about the mutual interest or what the other was looking for, they just meshed together

- Sanford is incredibly fixated on Deimos. not in an obsessive manner, for the most part, he's just intrigued by him and feels responsible for his physical/emotional well being

- to Deimos, Sanford is safety. Sanford understands that he has a rough history and doesn't pressure him to talk about what's eating at him. the upside to this? Deimos feels like he can go to Sanford for support or advice when he wants it. the downside? Sanford tends to enable him when sometimes he really does need a push in the right direction, especially when it comes to his self-sabotaging tendencies

- they have their fights which usually results in yelling and then separating themselves to cool off before trying to readdress the issue. it doesn't happen often, only over major things in general, because Sanford knows Deimos can be more reactive than himself so he tends to just let the little things that irritate him slide. it's not worth picking a fight over to him

- they're both in work mode 96% of the time but when they're not their relationship becomes so passionate. there's so much want and need between them and those times are when they talk the least, having learned each other's cues and built their own silent language together

- they aren't perfect, but that's what happens when you throw two fucked up people together and give them only each other to rely on in such a dangerous world. they both have learned to see the silver lining of their shortcomings. at the end of the day, Deimos has taught Sanford so much patience, and Sanford reminds Deimos that it's okay and even good to be soft sometimes

- when Sanford is stressed he'll pull Deimos into his arms and just slow dance with him even if there's no music

- Deimos, regardless of work mode, will get random urges to bite his partner and he is naught but a slave to his desires. it doesn't usually draw blood. usually

- despite trying to discourage the habit for health reasons, Sanford finds Deimos smoking to be so hot sometimes. especially when he's freshly showered, relaxing, and just having a cigarette to wind down. it's classy but still rough around the edges and Sanford is a sucker for it

- they both use a lot of pet names but Sanford's are usually more romantic/endearing and Deimos's are more playful but no less affectionate

Hankmos:

So delicate but always dancing near the edge of toxic

- Well-meaning but emotionally disconnected meets undyingly loyal but anxiously attached

- Hank feels. something for Deimos. he wouldn't call it love, or like even. those just aren't words that he'd associate with the feeling and he's spent more time deliberating on this than he would most things. Hank is fond of him, he finds him entertaining and nice to look at and listen to, he thinks he's useful on and off the battlefield, and in some ways he feels a sense of ownership over Deimos. not like he literally owns him, but he sees Deimos as an extension of himself, a part of himself, and in that regard a slight against Deimos is a slight against Hank. but he wouldn't call it love

- Deimos has so much admiration for Hank. he thinks Hank is cool as fuck even though he's a little weird and he would follow him off the edge of the earth if Hank asked him to

- would probably an emotionally dependent relationship if either of them stopped bottling things up and compartmentalizing

- but since they have no plans of doing that, there's instead a mutual understanding that sometimes one of them is just Not Good and doesn't wanna make it anyone else's problem

- not overly lovey-dovey with affection but it's tiny gestures that add up throughout the day. a squeeze of the shoulder, pat on the back, sometimes just standing or sitting close enough to touch but never fully indulging it when others are around. their hands linger when they make contact, always reluctant to break away

- when they are alone they cling to each other in a way they never have anyone else. they talk, usually about the mission but every now and then about "us." they don't know what to call it, try as they might to find the words together. but they bring each other peace and that's all that matters

- bonding via sparring matches that usually end in heated makeout sessions on the mats. they're both brimming with rage and aggression 25/8 and they take it out on each other in a controlled environment where they don't feel like they have to hold back anything

- Hank likes picking Deimos up. Deimos's opinions on this are irrelevant

- Deimos has a certain fascination with Hank's hands and just how BIG they are

- Hank will spend hours littering kisses all over the soft, most vulnerable parts of Deimos's body (throat, lower abdomen, inner thighs, etc). it isn't so much a dominance thing as it is the fact that Deimos let's him, Hank JMotherfucker Wimbleton, living weapon and Nevada's most wanted, touch places that would be so easy to hurt, especially when teeth and the metal jaw are involved. it makes him feel a Certain Way and seeing Deimos so flustered afterwards is like crack to him

2Bmos:

So very underrated but so much potential

- first, I don't see it happening the normal way

- Doc finds Deimos physically attractive and mentally intriguing, sure, but he is Busy and does not have time for stupid jokes and bright eyes and goofy smiles (no matter how handsome)

- Deimos, submissive in the way a guard dog is, probably doesn't realize he has feelings for 2B at all. like sure the guy makes him nervous sometimes and he likes working one on one with him and hearing his voice over the radio and he's risking his life on the daily for this man because he believes his vision so much and he'd paint the streets red with blood, doesn't matter whose, if it meant Doc would clap him on the shoulder and praise him for a job well done. but that doesn't mean anything, right? he just looks up to him is all

- no, these two are socially inept in the same way and it's like trying to watch the windows screen saver hit a corner but it just keeps Missing The Point

- fortunately, I think they're both very susceptible to trauma bonding via shared horrific experience :)

- they don't ever talk about it after the fact, like never

- but 2B is riddled with guilt because Deimos follows HIM and he put them both in that situation. he deals with a lot of anxiety over Deimos's well being after the fact, but he's self aware enough to not let it get in the way of the mission

- if he assigns Deimos more desk work and puts him in the field less often, it isn't worth mentioning

- Deimos feels the opposite. inadequacy complex be damned, he truly believes he wouldn't have made it without Doc there by his side. reverse savior complex, if you will

- in the early stages I think they were probably heavily dependent on each other emotionally, Doc needing constant reassurance that Deimos is okay and Deimos being so devoted that the thought of upsetting 2B has him spiralling

- socially inept and a little fucked up, but they communicate well with each other. they never talk about It but things come to a head and they start having serious talks about boundaries that they need to have if they're going to make this work

- in time, they help each other heal and the relationship between them grows

- y'know that one quote about two people wanting each other in the way flesh wants to knit itself over a wound? that is them

- they're very physically affectionate with each other, despite what one might expect. like if they're in the same room, they're going to be sitting together or holding hands or something. touch keeps them both grounded in the moment

- they suck at expressing emotions verbally so there aren't any real pet names between them, unless 'Doc' qualifies. Deimos will call him 'Doctor' sometimes but that's usually when he's trying to be a tease

- both massive hypocrites which works in some ways because 2B will be up at 2am doing something and catch Deimos up as well, get on his case about sleeping, and then they'll bicker in a circle until both of them end up cuddled up in bed together

- Doc is naturally cold and Deimos is a walking furnace. they'll spend as much time as they can wrapped up in blankets together, hands laced together, pressing gentle kisses anywhere they can reach without moving too much

- Doc adores Deimos's fangs. he's always been fond of dangerous things and Dei is no exception

- Deimos will come massage 2B's shoulders when he's been cooped up for what Deimos deems to be too long. Doc melts once Deimos starts kissing the nape of his neck

- overall, I think they present the most opportunity for growth to each other. Deimos feels genuinely understood by Doc and Doc knows that he can let his guard down completely when they're together

He'd also hog the whole bed and blankets

Pretty normal sleeper if I'm being honest

Definitely had a messed up sleep schedule though, goes to sleep at 3 A.M. and wakes up past noon.

I could see her occasionally using your chest as a pillow, like y'all be there cuddling and she'll fall asleep and stay there.

She wakes up first, to no fail. She'd be in the room reading a book in a big arm chair while waiting for you to wake up

He's a cuddler, he'd be more comfortable being a big spoon (being a tall lanky boy) but adores being a small spoon

One of the only cuddlers that don't steal the bed, like he doesn't push you to the edge of the bed

Being a writer, his sleep schedule is also messed up

A lot of nights you'll find him asleep at his desk and you'll just have wake him up or drag him to bed

Definitely wants her personal space in bed

8-13 hearts Haley wouldn't care how big of a cuddler you'd be, she literally will not touch you while in bed.

Emily likes to hug you while she falls asleep

I feel as a bartender, she's pretty muscular (not super super bur decently). She'll have you in a deathhold while you sleep.

It's not uncomfortable, but you just can't escape till she wakes up. Lucky for you, she doesn't sleep very late

You're her personal body pillow

She snores but it's like a cute snore, that and it's pretty quiet

As for bed space, she does give you your bed space! You don't have to worry about sleeping by the edge and almost falling off it

He takes over the whole bed, he doesn't realize it but he just does

When I say he steals the bed, I mean he lays in the center of the bed with each limb going in different directions and stretched out almost as far as possible.

He snores and it's really really loud, like bad enough you almost can't sleep.

Alex falls asleep easily, considering how active he is he's always tired and falls asleep the moment his head hits the pillow

Doesn't make the bed, you have to make it or it doesn't get made

While asleep, he'd definitely still you blankets just to kick them off the bed

Leah

I have a feeling that despite her being pretty independent, Leah would rather fall asleep in your arms than any other your way

She doesn't snore, steal the bed or covers, or accidentally kick you in her sleep.

Leah's probably the easiest people to sleep with

She's not picky about the temperature or the beds cover. All she wants if for you to wrap your arms around her while she sleeps

She occasionally gets zoned in while sculpting and you'll have to tell her what time it is. She's pretty good about going to bed early and won't complain when you tell her it's getting late

Maru

Loves feeling your hands, not in a sexual or weird way, Maru just like holding your hands while sleeping or asking you to touch her face while she sleeps.

When you have trouble sleeping, she'll start to tell you about one of her projects she's working on to lull you to sleep

On that note, she's usually hunched over while working. While laying in bed, if you're not stroking her face or holding her hands, she'll fall asleep to you giving her a massage

Doesn't hog the bed, but she does snore. I can just feel it

Harvey

He has like a dad snore if that makes since

Harvey will most definitely steal your bed each night. He's tries to make up for it in the morning by fixing you breakfast or coffee but at this point it's just become the ordinary

Much like Maru, will tell you about his day while the two of you lay in bed.

Now when I say this, I mean like goes into heavy detail. You feel soo bad, but within the first 15 minutes you fall asleep

Episode 28 extras!

I don't know if it's because I'm a parched bitch that will take literally anything the anime team will give me and I'll also thank them, but I'm actually glad they decided to expand the episode with fillers from random parts of the manga. That way they can use more of Endo's stuff that they cannot make an entire episode out of, and at the same time put enough space between anime and manga so that Endo won't be pressured and also the anime won't veer into different canon.

Like, I felt that Yuri's part got adequate screen time and focus. The choices they seemed to have were 1) Push it into a half-episode and add another chapter for the second half, 2) Make it into a full episode dedicated just on that, and 3) Go freely, see how much screen time it takes up, then use fillers for the rest of the episode. And I like that they took the third option, thus giving the appropriate time for Yuri's part without rushing it nor stretching it too much. It was, after all, an episode that required some long moments of silence, so it makes sense why it needed almost sixteen minutes instead of ten like most other chapters get.

Anyway! Bondman is over Princess Honey, it seems.

He once again shoots his enemies with suction cup darts. Guess real bullets are too much... but blood is not, lol

Also! Anya's alarm clock says it's twenty-five to nine, and Loid says she has ten minutes before her bus gets there.

So the bus arrives at a quarter to nine, takes her to school, and classes start around nine. I thought they'd start at eight, lol, but now it makes sense why sometimes it's sunset when Anya gets back from school.

And another VERY FUNNY detail is that the alarm is ringing, and when Loid shakes Anya he's also shaking the clock. If you notice you can hear the alarm bell ring a little differently as he does because the movement impacts the way the little hammer hits the bells. It rings again normally when he stops moving. I legitimately cannot believe they went that far in the sound effects department, we stan 🤣

Franky is bad at words when it comes to you since he loves you so much. So, he ends up sending you so many little letters or putting sticky notes all over the place. There's a lot of redacted on the letters and notes since he spent all night trying to get it right.

Tries so hard to be smooth when it comes to you. He wants to be the ultimate gentleman with holding doors open for you, giving you his arm when you walk, things like that. Has tried pulling a push door before to be chivalrous. It made you smile, which he loves, but god does he stay awake at night mortified about what he did.

Does try to make you smile constantly. Tells you lots of stupid jokes and cheesy pick-up lines. Probably stumbles on the punchline a bit, but you still smile and that's enough for him. Has also made sure to walk Bond over to you because people love dogs, and he hopes you love him more for showing you the goodest boy.

Sylvia

Keeps an eye on you from a distance. She wants to make sure you're okay and safe, but she doesn't want to get too close. So, she makes sure to watch from afar as that is the easiest way to make sure you're safe.

Sylvia has been through a lot with losing her partner and child due to the war, so she is making sure that you're happy. She uses a disguise so she can talk to you as a stranger or just be a friend for you when you need it. Honestly doesn't mind if your relationship stays purely platonic as long as she can still be close to you.

When she does have a very rare break then she likes to go to a cafe she's seen you frequenting. While her taste in drink and food probably isn't the same as yours, there's a comfort to buying what you regularly get. And if you do end up showing up too, then she's glad to have you join her.

Yuri

You get so many flowers from Yuri. Even if the flowers he gave you previously haven't wilted yet, you're getting a new bouquet. You might need to ask him to lay off the flowers for a bit.

He can't always spend time with you like he wants because of his job so he makes sure to call you whenever he can just to remind you, he loves you. Honestly loses track of time when he calls you because he just wants to hear your voice and his boss has yelled at him many times to pay attention.

Always tries to hear about any cute thing or something you saw while window shopping or just on a walk so he can secretly buy it for you. He makes lots of money from his job and he's happy to spoil you. Sends you presents labeled as a "secret admirer" because he thinks that's cute (he has forgotten he labeled the gift that way before and has definitely gotten very jealous until he remembered it's from him).

His friend listened patiently and doled out heaps of advice to Wayne. But he emphasized that Wayne needed to give Eddie time to adjust to his new normal. "Let him open at his own pace, don't push him."

When Eddie arrives with a backpack and a buzzed head of hair, Wayne goes overboard trying to give his nephew his first taste of stability. He gives up the one bedroom in the trailer and makes a homemade dinner. Eddie barely says ten words before he goes to bed.

The next few weeks are tough. Wayne feels like he's walking on eggshells trying not to push Eddie. The boy is opening up slowly, but Wayne can tell that his nephew is waiting for the other shoe to drop.

It's a Saturday night, and Wayne is off for the weekend. He had fallen asleep watching a baseball game on the TV and blinked his eyes as he heard noises coming from the bathroom. He quietly got off his recliner and walked to the bedroom, pausing when he noticed Eddie's door open.

"Eddie, you ok?" he asked quietly. The bathroom door was slightly ajar, and he could hear Eddie muttering to himself. When he opened the door, Eddie froze in terror. He was leaning over the sink, his bedsheets in his hands.

"I'm so sorry, please. I had a nightmare; it was an accident, I swear."

Wayne can see that Eddie has wet himself and is now cowering because he was expecting punishment. Wayne considered himself a tolerant man. Yet at that moment, he wanted to pay a visit to his piece of shit brother and wring his neck until he could watch the light leave his eyes.

"Whoa, no one's gonna hurt you, bud."

"But, he said."

"Listen to me, son," he said calmly as he knelt before his nephew. "We don't do that here. Now I need you to listen to me carefully. We're still getting used to each other, but I need you to understand something. I love you, and there is nothing you can do that will get me to stop loving you. You understand?"

Eddie's eyes locked with Wayne's, looking for any sign of a lie. Wayne felt his heart lighten when he saw his nephew start to relax.

"But I wet the bed."

"Happens to the best of us, kid, hell my buddy peed himself after tying off one too many at the bar a couple of weeks ago." He smiled when he heard Eddie chuckle. "Here's what we're gonna do; I'm gonna take those sheets, and you can hop in the shower while I deal with the bed. Ok?"

Eddie nodded, and Wayne took the soiled sheets and gave his boy some privacy. Before tackling the mattress, he stripped the bed and put the sheets in the washer. Then he placed clean pajamas for Eddie and headed to the kitchen. By the time Eddie was washed, Wayne was waiting for him in the kitchen with two glasses of warm cinnamon milk.

Barely an hour later, Eddie is curled into Wayne's side, fast asleep while a B horror movie plays in the background. Eddie's snores blend in with the low volume of the TV, and Wayne runs a hand over his boy's head. As he carefully puts his feet up on the coffee table, he can't help but smile as Eddie pulls himself closer.

And while Wayne is happy to know that he and Eddie survived the first crisis to befall them, he also knows it will not be the last. But in the early morning quiet of their trailer, he believes they will be alright for now.

Lilia being the "Soldier who carries a mighty sword". General Vanrouge can totally tear someone city if needed too.

Levan being the "Poet who weapon is his words". For the little we know on him, he's more an intellectual. He was a child that wasn't much brave, perhaps a bit of a scary cat/crybaby if we compare to Lilia or Meleanor. But Lilia said himself he was the one to "teach them a language humans could understand". Plus, even if he seems like a pretty chill characters, I have this fun headcanon of him being angry, with a lovely malleus cheeky-like smile on his face, and litterally tear someone appart with truth- No insult. No violence. Just him splitting so politly his venom on a rude character you're not sure if he compliment them and tear them appart-

And Meleanor being the "Ruler whose brow his laid in thorn", for the obvious reasons of the Draconia clan ressemblance the Maleficient, the witch of Thorns, but also because she is really the prettiest rose -with the most dangerous thorn. She is also royalty, and the only princess. She's also seems like a kind of divine entity for most of her people. Like Malleus. There's a little line between being seen as a god and as a monster when powerful.

Now- I don't have the drawing skills to do that. But the animation in my head is really good and touching, and "I need a tissue please-". With these three and memories of their childhood mixed to their tragedy-

I agree and I see Levan as the type to hurt with words. It can be figuratively and literally, words can hurt when spoken, but he is a fae and he does have magic, so I can imagine a curse mixed into these words as well…the other party none the wiser.

Everything you wrote about Meleanor is so true!! Also the whole “ruler who will slay your city” fits her so well, we know she’s powerful and she could have brought them all down. I mean her own soldiers fear her greatly, she is as beautiful as a rose but also as dangerous as the thorns from such a beautiful flower.

You're forgetting that Eraser is an enabler. Yes, Bakugo should be held fully accountable for his own actions, I completely agree with you there. But Eraser is his homeroom teacher. It's his job to discipline Bakugo when he does something wrong and not allow him to continue that behavior. Instead he does nothing as Bakugo repeatedly attacks a fellow classmate. He assumes that Midoriya is just as responsible for them not being able to get along. He has CONSISTENTLY treated Midoriya unfairly, especially as opposed to Bakugo.

Who's the one always defending Bakugo? Eraser. Who's the one who paired them together for the final despite Bakugo repeatedly being violent toward Midoriya? Eraser. Who's the one who did nothing to correct Bakugo's behavior despite promising to? Eraser.

Either Eraser is an idiot who genuinely doesn't believe that there's a power imbalance between Midoriya and Bakugo, or he's aware of it and sees no problem with it and doesn't deign to do anything about it. You can understand how neither of these options do him any favors

I'm not saying he isn't an enabler.

I'll acknowledge that my preferred version of Aizawa is mostly fanon because I like him better when he's a good man and a good father figure to the kids. But I know that he enabled Bakugou.

It's why in every five I write the backstory is that Aizawa doesn't read teacher comments and he assumes based on Bakugou’s attitude that he was treated like a villain. Because it gives us a reason why Aizawa does defend Bakugou. As for Izuku: I think Nezu never included the activation date or even Izuku kept it quiet out of fear. He never tells ANYONE when he got his Quirk for a long time. So I can actually understand why Aizawa would think Izuku is lazy in that situation. I think Aizawa is a fucking idiot for not looking into it further, but that's me.

However I can't remember Aizawa ever blaming Izuku for the fights with Bakugou. I literally can't. He blames them BOTH for the after curfew fight which is highly unfair but it's not solely Izuku. I've rewritten enough of the series that I can see how unfair Aizawa is BUT with his personality I can't understand why. It feels incredibly out of character to me that a guy who hates when people coast on their Quirks and acts like a bunch of entitled dicks would give Bakugou a pass. Hence my headcanon.

Aizawa does enable Bakugou: and it's WILDLY out of character even early on. This is why I think Horikoshi either: a) wants Bakuhou around the most and will make everyone OOC to do it or b) is being forced to keep the guy in due to popularity.

But to say he ONLY blames Izuku is wrong. He's just never punishing Bakugou which isn't good. I won't deny Aizawa is a dick the first while before becoming more open. However: he's not the one at fault for Bakugou’s actions. Bakugou would have figured a way out to bully Izuku no matter what. He'd have gotten sneaker and meaner over time. That's what abusers do. He'd have hit Izuku in places people can't see and he'd have done things to mess with him.

Aizawa did enable Bakugou. But to have him receive a horrible punishment when Bakugou gets off Scott free is my issue. If Aizawa is fired for not doing anything, Bakugou should be expelled. If Bakugou just needs anger management, Aizawa just needs therapy.

To me, Aizawa honestly thought Bakugou just needed guidance. He never threatens Izuku with expelling him after the first day. He pulls logical ruses, does train Shinsou over them and isn't a great teacher but NO teacher at UA is a good one. Vlad King certainly the hell isn't given he hasn't cracked down on Kendo or Monoma for their shit. Power Loader isn't for not stopping Mei from her antics. Present Mic and Midnight could have done something to. All Might isn't a great teacher either.

Aizawa is an idiot who got blinded by his own beliefs. Bakugou is a child who was hurt by society and needs guidence while Izuku is the old version of Kirishima: a well meaning guy who pushes to much. That's what Aizawa thinks I believe. That's what he is to me. Someone who honestly has the best intentions but fucks up.

But again: the issue will always be the unequal punishment for Bakugou when he is the sole person at fault. He didn't need an enabler the very first day: he attacked Izuku no matter what. His actions are his own.

From what I understand, there were a few people who denied the theory - even if it was likely that Shannon and Kanon were accomplices.

Because you can approach it from a lot of angles. Depending on how you approach it, regardless, the theory can get complicated.

which I’m not exactly sure on, considering the possibility of them all being Kuwadorian Beatrice’s children. that…wouldn’t be fair to her at all, even if she wouldn’t understand entirely what Kinzo was doing, and paints Kinzo in an even more horrific light.

I’m not entirely sure he wouldn’t repeat the rape, though…he wasn’t mentally stable enough to treat his daughter as his daughter over her deceased mother, so his capability to control himself from assaulting her again - discerning the difference between them and not instead viewing her as a reincarnation - is questionable at best.

Then there’s the question of ages. We know when Lion was born, and Sayo’s birthdate as well - but we don’t know if they’re accurate.

In canon, when Lion was adopted by Natsuhi and Krauss, their papers were still being written I think - it’s entirely possible, likely, that their date of birth is accurate, but there’s no way of knowing for sure.

Probably to keep Kinzo from drawing the dots between Sayo and Lion, it wouldn’t surprise me if their date of birth was also fake.

Which again, if as separate persons they weren’t triplets, the conception and birth of Shannon, Kanon, and Beatrice is tied to Kinzo raping Kuwadorian Beatrice again.

That’s not getting into the matter of Kinzo throwing three children on Natsuhi. No matter how much he thought he might be able to do so with Lion, there’s no way three random infants being brought into the mansion could sneak under anyone’s radar.

Not to mention Natsuhi literally pushed Sayo and a servant off a cliff because to be handed a child not her own was an insult. One of the defining factors that leads to the massacre. Unless they were in one of those baby strollers that can carry several babies, it’s as unlikely to occur as Kinzo dropping all three babies into his household.

Twins, two of them, maybe. But not all three. Their matter of their survival would be even less than what it would be in canon.

Which also lends the thought of Kuwadorian remaining active after Beatrice’s (II) death, Kinzo keeping them there…and risk repeating his sin. So if all three were related, and separate individuals rather than personas…there’s a lot of what-ifs and hows that need to be filled in.

There’s also the possibility that only one of them is Kinzo’s child, and really met Shannon and Kanon at Fukuin House instead.

Sorry for rambling or if this makes you uncomfortable or anything, it’s just a thought that been tickling my brain. I was going to add more, but my words are as unraveling like a knitted sweater. Wiped clean, basically.

Hmm. In modern/fantasy AUs without the same context it's easy to reshape things to separate all three of them. But if it's an AU still in a Rokkenjima context it does get more difficult...

My personal preference on this front is based off of an old theory/headcanon some people subscribed to - at least, how I remember it. It goes something like this:

Beatrice, who was Kuwadorian Beatrice's child, was raised in Kuwadorian. Shannon and Kanon are her servants. When Battler was a child, he met a young Beatrice and promised to take her away, but forgot about that promise. Beatrice had Shannon and Kanon as her accomplices for her revenge.

You can see that sort of AU in action here!

As for an AU where they're triplets/siblings, I feel like that actually invites something similar to happen. I've always felt that, if Kuwadorian Beatrice's child had been born a girl, Kinzo would most likely have continued the cycle. Morbid, but. For the AU, I think Kinzo would be capable of seeing one child as her next 'reincarnation' while the others might be able to be considered his 'children' with her, and thus subjected to being integrated using Natsuhi. It could also be that he might have rejected the non-reincarnation children entirely in his madness/grief/regret and raised them alongside the Beato reincarnation as her servants/companions. I can imagine him spinning a narrative about them being demons raised from hell by the witch's power or something.

I do feel as though Kinzo's sexual abuse happened more than once, as it seems that he only truly began to regret it and made efforts to make amends (by integrating Lion into the family) after Kuwadorian Beatrice died. Doesn't really show a lot of remorse for the rape itself until his abuse results in her death after an escape attempt. So it's also possible for it to be a non-triplet scenario.

In the end I think these AUs can be fun to explore, so it's a shame people don't do more of them. But it also makes sense - canon is already pretty messed up, haha.
