I mean, I could list probably dozens of food items in response to that (I was a very picky eater as a kid 😅): dark chocolate, spicy food, anything beyond basic American food 😅...

I don't think I've changed much activities-wise... or at least I can't think of any? To be honest, I don't do much... 😬🤷‍♂️

And trying to think of something that went the other way (loved -> okay)... I guess fast food was big for me when I was a kid (especially McDonalds) and now I am very meh about it.

I could say, watching baseball and professional basketball - I do think the math nerds have taken a lot of fun out of both games (and I say that as a math nerd)... but to be totally honest, it also probably has a lot to do with the fact that my teams both suck, have sucked for years, and show no signs of stopping sucking anytime soon. If that situation ended, I imagine I'd love to watch them again.

As soon as the pair return home and walk through the front door, Benji skips his way in shouting, "MAWWAGE! MAWWAGE IS WHAT BWINGS US TOGEVAH TODAYYYY!" Arms high above him as he rushes through the living room in search of his parents.

"Benji, please don't make me regret letting you watch my favorite movie," you sigh, flopping onto the couch, hands covering your face.

He stops short and looks back at you, "Have you the wing?" He bows and giggles, then turns back around to continue on with his search.

"You're back!" Your sister shouts while she snatches Benji up into her arms, covering the small boy in kisses. "Did you have so much fun with Auntie today? Why are we shouting Princess Bride quotes?" She gasps, "Did you get to meet the dread pirate Roberts??"

Benji looks up at her in confusion, "What? No Mom, we saw Bucky Barnes and Sam Wilson! And guess WHAT!"

"Ohhh, what?!"

He whispers into her ear and throws his head back laughing like a tiny evil madman.

"You did what???!" She laughs.

You groan from the couch.

She walks both of them over to you.

"Did I understand him correctly, is there something we should know? Are you betrothed to a super soldier?"

"I'm gonna go throw up," you groan again.

Sweating doesn't even begin to cover it.

Your entire body feels like it's on fire.

You agreed to meet Bucky for a late lunch the following day. You've been sitting on the floor by your closet for what you thought was 30 minutes now, staring into the clothing abyss, spiraling into an internal panic.

You don't go on dates. You keep to yourself. It's comfortable. Living in a combined household with your sister and her small family you're certainly never alone.

What are you even supposed to talk about?

Your current job is nothing super exciting to talk about. You do like to go to concerts and musicals... However you can't really imagine the 106-year-old super soldier going to a pop punk or metal show, nor do you imagine him attending Wicked 3 times. Note to self: do not bring up Rogers the musical. Yikes.

Your sister has already talked you off a ledge 3 times since last night when you got home.

While still wallowing in self pity and loathing, two outfits are scattered by you and you have three more in your arms.

Your sister walks by your open door and backtracks peering in.

"Y/n," she sighs, "just wear the first outfit. You'll look great, I promise." She walks over and grabs the armful of clothes from you, dumping them on the bed and grabbing the first outfit. Your favorite pair of black jeans and a sweater you bought specifically because it was so damn soft.

The doorbell rings and your eyes widen. "He's early?!"

"He's on time, you would have noticed if you weren't staring into space for the last hour."

"WHAT?!"

"Don't worry we'll keep him distracted while you finish getting ready."

"Oh sure, don't worry. That fills me with all the confidence..."

"Benji has already asked him to marry you, what's the worst that could happen now?"

"I don't even want to think about the answer to that. So many possibilities come to mind."

You grab your outfit and start rushing around.

"Can I get you something to drink, Bucky?" Your sister asks while she moves about the room.

Bucky and Benji are seated at the kitchen table, just off from the living room. Benji is across from him with his tiny arms crossed on the table, and a very serious look on his face.

"I'm fine, thanks."

"Ok, I'm sure she'll be down in just a moment. Make yourself at home. Hopefully we will see you around again soon," she smiles, "I'm just gonna go switch the laundry over quickly. Benji," she looks down at him while pointing two fingers at her eyes and then over to him, "behave yourself," she warns while leaving the room.

The table stare down continues.

"Where do you live?" Benji asks.

"In the city," Bucky answers.

"You have a house?" Benji fires back.

"Apartment."

"Own or rent?"

"Rent."

"Where’s your office?"

"I don’t have one."

"How come?"

"I don’t need one."

"Where’s your wife?"

"Don’t have one.."

"Yet," Benji squints with a tiny smirk, "but how come?"

"It's a long story."

"You have kids?"

"No I don’t."

"How come?"

"It's an even longer story."

"Do you prefer dogs or cats?"

"Both are fine."

"Do you have one?"

"I have a cat. Names Alpine."

"Is Steve Rogers really on the moon?"

"What's your record for consecutive questions asked?"

"He's up there all right." Bucky answers with a nod.

"Your metal arm and regular arm match well with how ginormous your muscles are."

"How nice of you to notice."

"I’m a kid, that’s my job."

Bucky raises a brow, "Why am I getting the 3rd degree here?"

"Just checking in on my investments. If this didn't work I was going to ask our neighbor Frank, but he kind of sucks," Benji shrugs his shoulders.

Before Bucky can question the language and what the 8-year-old said, you walk into the kitchen and quickly look back and forth between the two of them.

"Oh no, how long have you two been alone in here?? What did he say?" You ask Bucky, looking over at Benji quickly after, "What did you say??" Your eyes narrow.

Benji grins and holds your purse up for you. "Have fun storming the castle," he cheekily smiles with that glint in his eyes.

"Benji," you glare down at him.

Bucky clears his throat while standing up from the table. Walking over to you he points to a small bouquet of flowers that were already in a vase waiting on the kitchen table, "Um, these are for you…" he smiles.

"Thank you so much, they're beautiful," your reply is breathless while you look at the arrangement filled with a small mix of your favorites.

"He also gave me this," Benji holds up an RC truck with a Captain America shield painted on the side.

"That was very nice of him, did you say thank you?"

"Duh," he rolled his eyes while grabbing the remote to the car and rolling it out to the living room, "Thanks Future-Uncle Bucky," he grins and chases after it.

"Anyone ever tell you guys he's kind of a strange kid?" Bucky whispers conspiratorially while offering his arm to you.

You throw your head back with a quick laugh. "Oh, you have no idea."

Your date is going better than you expected.

You have managed to not make a complete fool out of yourself so far and both of you seemed to be enjoying your time together.

You have apologized multiple times for Benji's antics.

Bucky laughs, "He reminds me a bit of a young Steve and my sister Rebecca combined. Didn't realize that combo was possible, it's a little terrifying. I hope they have great medical insurance," he jokes.

"His father's a nurse, so we have in-house medical on demand. My sister tried to convince me to go to law school so someone can represent him when he undoubtedly tries to take over the world. Guess I can save some money and time on law school now that we have a super soldier plus a Captain America connection that can potentially stop him before lawyers need to be involved."

"Your sister already welcomed me to the family when she opened the door to let me in," he smirks.

You put your face in your hands, elbows leaning against the table in support.

"Well now you know where her small menace gets it from."

Bucky helps pull your chair out for you as you're both about to leave. As you stand up your purse falls off the back of your chair, spilling some of its contents on the floor when it lands.

Bucky ducks down to help collect your things when something shiny appears next to your chapstick. His eyebrows furrow as he picks both up and holds them up to you.

You let out a slightly strangled cough as you realize what he's holding up to you.

Bucky Barnes was kneeling holding up your peppermint chapstick and your Grandmother's opal ring that was supposed to be safely in your jewelry box at home.

Hey there sex witch! This one might be a little bit out of your wheelhouse, but I don't really have anyone else to ask 😅 and this seems mostly relevant to what you talk about.

So recently I (a very shy person for a long time) have gotten pretty active in some fandom discord communities, and I've been making a ton of friends. Which is great because I used to have social anxiety to the point where I could barely talk to people, especially online. The problem is that my new friends are all VERY horny, all the time. Which, great for them, I don't really feel the same way. They're also very interested in ERP and other varieties of e-sex and often ask if I want to join. I really don't, but it's fine that they're into that. One guy in particular is really starting to freak me out though. He's a semi-popular creator and a mod on one of the servers. He's becoming a pretty good friend of mine and I play online games with him and others a bunch. He, like the rest of the crowd, is also very horny all the time. He often makes sexual comments about me, sometimes very graphic ones. Stuff like telling me to take my clothes off IRL while on call with him or saying stuff like "I want to fuck you until you cry" or just dming me asking if I want to have sex with him. Sometimes he notices that his comments make me uncomfortable and he did reach out to sincerely apologize for it once, but he hasn't changed his behavior a whole lot.

The big thing that worries me about him is the fact that he's 28. I'm 18, just graduated high school. He knows this about me. He does a very good job of keeping his server 18+ and would never make a sexual comment about a minor, but is still comfortable doing sexual things with people ten years younger than him. Another thing is that even though I've told him I already have a boyfriend, he assumes I'm in an open relationship even though I never told him I was. My boyfriend also says this guy kinda freaks him out and that he's a little worried about me.

I know that age gaps between older people can be perfectly healthy and problems arising from them vary pretty heavily from person to person, but I'm not entirely sure if this is ok or not. This guy doesn't want to hurt anyone. Have I probably just not properly expressed my boundaries with him? It's not like he's targeting me or anything, he acts this way with basically everyone. I'm torn on what to do, he's still my friend and I like him otherwise. Should I just keep laughing it off? I am uncomfortable but I guess it's not a huge deal to me. Should I stop talking to this guy?? Help??

(If they have kids at all?) their jobs? where do they live? what does their house look like? do they have pets? what are their relationships like with the other demigods? ok. you have just asked me a question that i instinctually want to answer with a 3,000 word essay. so i am going to keep this as short as possible (which is not short at all.) i’m also open minded, so my headcanons can be changed if i see a take i really love. but these are my own beliefs

i think they get married. definitely after college. i know some people think they don’t marry because of hera, but i can’t stand the thought of them not doing what they want because of a god. (i also have a hc that they kinda blackmail her lol. as in she goes to them needing help - a quest - and they say they’ll do it only if she swears on the styx to never interfere with or harm their marriage)

i think they both do a lot of things over the course of their careers. annabeth is an architect, but she does multiple things with that. she creates some big famous attractions, she designs a greek version of new rome, aka “new greece” or “new athens” or something, maybe she builds hideouts for demigods (suggestion from a previous asker), etc. and for percy, i think he definitely does something that involves helping marine animals. he can literally speak to them - something no one else can do. he also is very protective of all sea animals he encounters in the books. so he needs to be doing that. personally, i love the thought of him becoming an aquatic vet. but there are several other marine animal related jobs that he could do in replacement of/in addition to that. i also see him doing several things throughout this life, and i made a big post about my thoughts there. i’ll link it at the end of this post.

they definitely have kids. no doubt. they’ve been thinking about having kids together since they were 16. i love the thought of them having 3, maybe 4. i think their first is a boy with short blonde curly hair and sea green eyes. i also think he has a “p” name, since his dad is named percy and his paternal grandfathers are poseidon and paul. but i don’t have names for any of them. ive always imagined them having 2 boys close together and then a girl later on. but i don’t have exact ideas, you know?

i think they live in a few different places. they probably start off in new rome, then eventually in new athens/new greece, and then i think nyc again at some point, maybe when the kids are grown. but i think they always try and live on/near beaches or lakes, when possible. (for obvious reasons)

they do a lot of traveling throughout their lives. because annabeth loves it, and percy loves seeing her happy.

they definitely have a family dog (look in the linked post for my thoughts on that.) plus horses/pegusi will always be around their place.

i don’t have exact house details in mind.

and they keep in great contact with all their demigod friends. both roman and greek.

all i know for sure is that they remain best friends who are deeply in love. they’re always each others battle partner. and they do everything in their power to not only protect their kids, but to make sure their childhoods don’t contain the same darknesses that their own childhoods did. they’re amazing parents, and they’re gonna do great things. they’re both going to use their abilities to help so many people and creatures. and their lives will never be dull or “normal.” not even for a second. and they love it.

What am I feeling today?

Pretty tired😅 I start nursing clinical again this morning and I didn’t get to sleep as early as I wanted to last night. But! That’s because my family wanted to celebrate my birthday🥹 they bought a tiny cake and made my favorite food and sang happy birthday to me. I felt a little bad bc I was practically gone all day with school and errands and only got to spend an hour with them and today I’ll be gone for a while too ☹️ but I love and appreciate them and honestly kinda felt a bit overwhelmed from all the birthday love yesterday😅

JOB 31 NIV

Basically what Job is saying here is that God sees everything that we do and we cannot hide anything from Him. Therefore if we act in wicked ways (any way that goes against His desire for us) then the lot as a result is ruin and disaster.

Keep in mind this is Old Testament, but it still applies to us if we do not repent.

Here Job is going on to list all these things and that if he ever committed a certain sin or didn’t act accordingly in a righteous way, then yes he deserves the judgment and punishment for those sins.

hey I know this is a loaded ask but hear me out.

So imagine the MC and their respective RO got kidnapped. Went through nullifing gas and are very good secured and tied up. Now the shit heads are trying to get information out of them and are beating the MC up while the RO has to watch and can’t do anything to stop it. The MC is all snarky and are signaling the RO to keep it shut even though they are getting severely hurt.

Who breaks and spills the beans and who is running a murder rampage as soon as they get saved?

On that note I would also ask how would Luka, Grandpa, Yvette and maybe Viktor (if he still was around) react first to the message that MC got kidnapped and second as soon as they are safe but see them severely injured?

They really try to keep themself from spilling the information the way MC wants them to… But they can’t last long when MC gets hurt and beaten up in front of them. After minutes of struggling and thrashing in their bonds until their wrists are bloody, they’ll finally cave in and spill the beans.

But of course, once they’re saved, they’ll be on a murderous rampage, hunting down the kidnappers and killing them in the most painful way they can as retaliation for what they did to MC and next, they’ll hunt down the other people who know the information as well.

No loose ends.

Rin

They’ll be able to hold the information in, even though with great difficulty. Every punch, every scratch, every hit, it almost feels like it’s directed at them as well. Their mind will be racing to find what they can do to lessen MC’s pain while also not revealing the information.

What they might do is giving tidbits of not important enough information or mixed the truth and some lies here and there, making sure to make it as believable as possible so MC can at least get some reprieve from the torture.

But after they’re saved… Well, let’s just say they’ll have a lot of strings to pull and a lot of hit contracts to give out. Same with Ash, they want revenge and they want no loose ends.

Santana

They’ll be able to hold for maybe as long as Ash before they relent, spilling the information as long as MC won’t get hurt anymore. They’ll tell the barest minimum possible and still try to keep some important information.

After they’re saved, they’ll probably try to find the kidnappers and the perpetrators through the ECPD and judicial system, hopefully being able to get some sort of justice for what happened to MC.

Skylar

They’ll cave in quite quick. MC getting hurt in front of them while they can do nothing to help… No information is worth MC’s life and well-being and they’ll give it out with no problem if it means MC can be spared from more pain.

Once they’re saved… They don’t really know what to do. They really want to find the perpetrators and deal them some justice, making sure they get arrested and given proper jail time for what they did to MC. But they don’t really know where to start… Maybe MC or MC’s family know and can help.

But still, they feel a bit weird taking on this job because it’s certainly more personal than what their usual superhero jobs entail and this time, they’ll take a more proactive stance. Their superhero jobs are mostly more reactive where they deal with criminals and bad people they encounter during their patrol and they are certainly far from being personal. But still, those kidnappers should not get away freely like that. Not after what they did.

While, for the second part of the question.

Luka

When Luka first hears the news that his nephew/niece/nibling is kidnapped, he feels panic. He rarely feels it, only a few times in all his life and he prides himself in his ability to stay composed most of the time. But not for this case… He feels the familiar sense of dread and fear as he remembers what happened to his brother years ago.

He’ll immediately contact all of his allies and make use of his web of connections to try find MC as quickly as possible. Also, dispatch the members all over the city to help track down MC.

As soon as MC is successfully rescued, he’ll be so relieved. He’ll hug them before realizing MC’s state of injuries. It makes them angry and they swear this will not go unanswered and that those who kidnapped MC and the people behind it and their family are found and get rid off in the most terrible way possible.

Grandpa

Even though he might not look that much difference on the outside, he’s filled with cold dread and fear. Is this it? Is this when Death finally gets to his grandchild too? Have they not taken enough from him?

He tries not to panic and keeps a cool head, think systematically and plan the next step. He’ll definitely fly directly to Elysium City no matter what and bring a number of personnel from the New York branch to help in the search and rescue for MC.

When he finds MC alive, he’s so relieved, but he’ll refrain from hugging them, seeing the state of their injuries. Whoever did this… and whoever order this to be done… their days are numbered. There’ll be nowhere on this earth that they’ll be able to hide from his cold wrath.

Yvette

Her child? Missing?! No—Kidnapped?! Why? Who? How? She’ll be very stressed out and emotional and restless. She wants to help find MC but doesn’t really know where to start.

She thinks about reporting it to the ECPD… But she knows it might not help much and it may even unintentionally make the search harder. The ones who have the most success would be Luka and the Morozovs… She knows they hate her, but she’ll willingly contact Luka everyday to know more about the progress.

As soon as she hears that MC has been recovered alive, she’ll be so happy and she’ll drop everything to go visit MC. Her heart falls a bit, however, as she sees the injuries on her baby’s body. What kind of monsters did this? She may not be able to go after them… But for once, she really approves and cheers for the Morozovs to do it instead.

Viktor

MC?! His baby?! He’ll be panicked before forcing himself to calm down, at least calm enough to think of what to do.

He knows that his brother and father would hold nothing back to recover MC… But he can’t just stay here, sitting and doing nothing but fret and worry while his baby is out there, probably being tortured.

No… He has to join the hunt. It’s been years since he last put on his vigilante outfit and even longer since he last held his dual-pistols—gift from his father that he both loves but also hates at the same time. But now, he’s more thankful for them more than ever.

When MC is finally recovered, his reactions would be similar to Luka. He’ll immediately hug MC, relieved and he would not want to let go forever if only that’s possible. It’s then that he finally fully realized the full extent of MC’s injuries.

He seethes in anger. He likes to think that he’s a pretty kind and merciful man at times… but this… This cannot be forgiven… Those who did this deserve the same and even more. And truthfully, Viktor is really tempted to hunt them all down and torture them all back personally.

You were asked often if there was a footballer that you fancied but never mentioned any because you didn't want to look unprofessional. But Gavi…well, he was definitely nice to look at. You wouldn't deny that. But again, you kept that thought to yourself because admitting it publicly was only going to cause more drama.

"Well, superstition or not, I still worry seeing those undone laces", said Ed, one of the pundits that did the show with you sometimes.

"Ed, we are talking about someone who dives and puts his head near other people's feet, while they are kicking the ball, very often. The laces are the least of our worries", you laughed and when you looked at Gavi, he was blushing. Again.

You hadn't been doing this job for long but knew people were going to talk about how many times he blushed at your words. It was always the same.

"Ok, Gavi, we got some fan questions we would like you to answer. Ready?"

"Sure".

"Pat wants to know who your celebrity crush is", you read, laughing at the question.

Gavi didn't answer straight away so you looked at him and saw him putting his hands on his face.

"You alright? You don't have to answer if it makes you uncomfortable", you offered.

"It's…um…it's you".

"It's me what?"

"My celebrity crush. It's you".

You tried to think of a quick answer but could only blush like he had. Ed, however, had your back.

"I was hoping you would say me. How disappointing".

You tried to laugh at his joke but were still so shocked by the confession. But you had to keep going and somehow managed to finish asking the questions.

"That's it from us today. Thank you Ed as always and thank you Gavi for spending this time with us and…for the ego boost, I guess".

Once the cameras were off, you saw him walking towards your table.

"I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable but the question caught me by surprise and…well, I didn't lie".

You smiled at him, biting your lip. "It's fine. Your answer also caught me by surprise. But it's an honour to be the golden boy's crush. Even if I don't see myself as a celebrity but I'll take it".

"Yeah", he said. And you could tell he wanted to say more.

Come on, do it and I'll say yes.

"I'll see you around. Bye!"

Your manifesting powers failed again. And you felt a bit stupid after the whole ordeal. Also, you could only imagine the drama this might have created on social media. Great.

The days after your interview with Gavi had been hell for him. He was made fun of constantly on the team's WhatsApp group and of course, the clip of him saying you were his celebrity crush was everywhere. Twitter, Instagram, the 9pm news…did people have nothing better to talk about?

He was so embarrassed to have done that in front of the cameras. But he didn't lie. He had seen you a while ago at one of the matches and couldn't stop thinking about you for days. He asked Pedri who you were and his friend showed him your Instagram so he could follow you. You were already following him but you followed so many players, he guessed because of your job, that it didn't really mean much.

Gavi had actually planned to ask you out, or something like that, after the interview. But seeing your reaction to his words…he just couldn't do it. He totally misunderstood your nerves as a rejection.

"Your girlfriend is here, Pablito", said Eric when he got in the dressing room.

"My girlfriend…oh. Ok".

The jokes were never going to end.

"If you play really well, she'll interview you. Use that as motivation".

He was right. You always interviewed the two best players of the match, one from each team. So he was surely going to use that as motivation. Even if he didn't need it. Matches against Athletic de Bilbao were always exciting to play.

You were on the side of the pitch, covering the match for one of the TV channels that had the rights to La Liga and were used to getting looks from the players. So you didn't notice Gavi looking at you several times while you spoke to the camera.

While the teams were running back to the tunnel, you looked up to see them and spotted Gavi looking at you. You lifted your hand to wave at him and he did the same, causing you to look down to hide your blush.

The match was going to be decided by very small details and that detail was Gavi managing to trick the defense and the goalkeeper to score the only goal of the match.

His teammates were still congratulating him when the media guy told him he had to do the TV interview. The interview with you. So he went to the area where he knew you would be waiting.

The away team was always interviewed first, so he waited until you were done talking to his Spanish teammate Íñigo Martínez.

"Thank you for talking to us after the defeat, Íñigo".

"Thank you", he said, looking to the side. To where Gavi was. "You are my celebrity crush too, you know? Shame little Gavi beat me to confessing that to you".

Gavi felt furious hearing those words and seeing the smirk on Íñigo's face. But then he saw your face and he was even more furious. Your blush was so obvious that you didn't need to say much more. He might have told you before but it was clear you fancied Íñigo and not him.

Or that's what Gavi thought. Because the reason for your face to go all red was the annoyance you were feeling. What Gavi had said in that interview was just a comment. The way Íñigo had said that, when you didn't ask him at all, made you feel like he didn't respect you as a professional at all. And that pissed you off so much. But you couldn't let it show.

You bent down to pick up your bottle of water, not noticing Gavi was right next to you. And he was trying really hard not to stare at you. Not while cameras were near. Not again.

"Oh, hi. Sorry. I…I needed some water. My colleagues will connect with me in a minute. Sorry to make you wait".

"It's fine", he said. And you noticed his cheerful tone was gone.

"You okay?"

"Yes, let's get the interview done. I want to go back to my teammates".

His words made you frown and feel…sad? But then you remembered that if you had been taunted by the celebrity crush confession, so had he. So maybe he was keeping his distance because of that.

Whatever it was, you forgot about it during the two minutes that it took to interview him. And when he left, so did you. Both of you were going to the tunnel but Gavi walked a couple of feet in front of you.

"Hey. I was wondering if we could…".

You turned when you heard Íñigo's words and if looks could kill, the Basque player would have been dead by now.

"What did you wonder? If you could embarrass me again while I do my job?"

Your words made Gavi turn. You looked so angry and…that was how you looked before his interview so he had totally misread your reaction. Again.

"I didn't try…".

"I don't care, Martínez. There are so many like you who just see me as a joke. But I'm a professional just like you and deserve the respect. So do that again if you dare".

His teammates tried not to chuckle until you were gone, afraid of you screaming at them too. But Gavi didn't stay to see what they did next. He followed you and called your name.

"What?", you turned, annoyed. But when you saw it was Gavi that was calling you, your expression softened.

"I wanted to ask if you were ok".

"Yeah", you said, looking away so he couldn't see you were about to cry.

"I'm sorry if what I said is causing you problems. I should have just said someone else. I didn't think…".

"It's not your fault".

"Can I…", he hesitated. "Can I give you a hug? You look like you need one".

You nodded, because you really could use the comfort he was offering.

Gavi hugged you and you wrapped your arms tightly around his waist.

"Thank you, Gavi".

"No need to thank me. Sorry I'm sweaty", he said, making you laugh.

"Can I tell you a secret?"

"Sure".

"You are my celebrity crush too".

I wanted to get your point of view on an issue. I've just been reading you, but your answers are always precise and intelligent, so I'll proceed! I'm not someone who likes to compare different works, or who gets stuck in one thing while denying the rest or what a biased part... but let's face it: the TIOY will probably only be saved due to Nicholas' singing performances. The plot is really obvious and banal (and I won't go into comparisons with Harry Styles because it's a real minefield) and honestly I haven't even seen this incredible chemistry with Anne (which was missing from the RWRB trailer immediately outside). I'll get to the point: I noticed that the two times Nicholas talked about the

project (the last one just the other evening) he seemed not totally at ease, contracted, not enthusiastic in short. The narrative of calling on his co-star Annie to show off the chemistry (I remember he didn't answer the famous question promptly, but said "I should probably say her") is obviously a PR move so I expect them to try to make pass it all off as something it isn't. So I think he is aware of the mediocrity of the product. I also found him cold for M&G but in that case it was clear that the matter had involved him anyway. I won't say anything about rwrb because his eyes speak for themselves. What do you think of all this? Thanks for the reply ❤️

I don't think it would be fair to judge TIOY so soon since the trailer's barely been out for a week, but I will say my own opinion on the project first:

I haven't read the book, frankly I don't have access to it, but while I don't hold any really negative thoughts regarding the premise, it isn't ... that exciting to me? Like it sounds fun, but I've read a fair amount of fics across fandoms with the same/similar premise. Plus from my Chinese celebrity experience, it kind of feels like it's feeding into the "dreamgirl" mindset which I feel iffy about

I also don't see the "incredibly chemistry"with Anne, it's better than what I saw in Cinderella with Camila (that was really freaking felt like besties) and it's there, but it's not what I felt with rwrb (then again I'm not sure how objective I am) but then again, we only have the trailer, so we'll have to wait and see to make a fair judgement

I actually got an ask about Nick answering the chemistry question that I haven't gotten around answering (I've gotten a lot, and I mean a lot of asks these couple of days and I'm also a full time student 😅) so I'll probably answer this point in more detail in that ask, but basically while I don't know it's a complete lie and he did have some genuine connection with Anne, it might be slightly exaggerated because of promo/PR reasons.

Forgive me, but I don't really look too much into how they talk about their work unless it's blatantly obvious, so I won't comment on what you said about him being tenser.

As for M&G:

I don't think Nick's acting cold when it comes to M&G, but also please keep in mind that M&G is something VASTLY different to any of his previous projects.

I actually have thoughts on what M&G means to Nick: it was a really, really hard job, arguably his hardest to date, but he's happy with what came out and has a sense of satisfaction from the work done: Nick often describes the process of shooting M&G as "gruelling", and he got hurt a lot, A LOT on that set. Also a lot was demanded from him in that role: (mild spoilers for M&G till *) a complex character who's recognizable from who he was in the first episode, sleeping with a lot of people, fencing, dancing, speaking French, horse riding, falling off a horse and deliberately running into a tree, filming in a flaming forest, etc. It was a lot, and a job like this doesn't come with entirely happy memories. Like I do believe the cast and crew were great, and Nick made really good friends, but just what entailed definitely took a lot out of him. So I think he's happy with the final product, but if you have him summarize the project, I think he'd say something along "learned a lot", "fulfilling" rather than something like "a joy", what he used for rwrb. So Nick might have a little more complicated feelings towards M&G, but I really don't think it's entirely negative.

But rwrb is something entirely different. It arguably gained the most traction and caused one of the biggest positive changes in his career, and there's also a bunch of personal, private connections and emotions there that we don't know about. So while M&G is a roller coaster, RWRB is a mostly happy experience.

Althought disclaimer, all of the above if my observation from what Nick has said, posted or done, and my own understanding of it. I do not or cannot actually speak for Nick.

But yeah anyone is free to send in ideas and feedback, although answering can be kind of on a whim sometimes since I'm. All over the place. I'm terrible at answering and being consistent lol. But I love the talk and engagement especially when people like my weird ideas haha, it really becomes an activity in of itself

I'm also growing extremely attached to the doppelganger story and I've been slowly mapping it out and getting different things down but unfortunately now I have so many different ideas that I'm not sure which ones to keep and which ones to put down for use for something else later 😅 but I've been trying to mentally sit down and iron out exact details, and it's been a tricky process. The exact things I've been getting caught on are 1. How long do you know Miguel/the Spider Society before this all goes down, like is it months or years or what, how close and enmeshed are you with this community. 2. How exactly does YouTwo start stealing your life? What methods do they use to frame you for anything, do they set any schemes up to convince other people you're actually them and they're you, do they steal your costume and leave theirs behind forcing you to wear theirs so you can go out and that's when you're cornered, do you actually let them pretend to be you once or twice and accidentally create their addiction. 3. How is Reader finally betrayed and how quickly is YouTwo exposed, are you gone for a while or do they catch the ruse just in time.

It's definitely my favorite idea I've had for him and the Spider Society in general, but it's splitting off into so many different paths at this point lol. Is there a physical fight, are there any chases, does Reader get put in the Go Home Machine, what if it just sent you elsewhere and they don't realize until you're already gone and they have definitive evidence YT is the fake, do they just assume you're dead, what if you have your bracelet off and you're just glitching and in pain and, just glitch into another dimension instead or whatever. Like. The possibilities are endless with this uh, franchise? Company?. We've got characters like Darwin who constantly evolve and others like Gwenpool and, also, it's fanfictiom why not just have fun

Still stuck on "does Miguel/the SS realize just in time and save you" vs "they don't realize until after you're gone and have to get you back" because they're both tasty in different ways. Like I can see you getting thrown into the Go Home Machine amd you're pissed and terrified and not sure what's going to happen to you and, the machine is powering up and everything is all dramatic and, suddenly it just stops and displays NO DIMENSIONAL MATCH or something similar and everyone is immediately nervous because they almost got rid of the Real You and you're understandably furious. Love the idea of just walking up to Miguel and antagonizing him and verbally berating him and the man just lets you because it's kind of like a punishment he's imposing on himself for what how he's hurt you.

You're just slowly clapping at him, being extremely sarcastic and smiling in a way that says you want to kill him "Woooooow, great job Miguel! Did you do it? Do you save the multiverse? Did you defeat the bad guy?" You're just actively sneering in his face and meanwhile he's just slowly processing what could've happened if the machine had just 'sent you back anyways' so to speak and there you are, "hey, what if the machine just ejected me off into the void since there was nothing there to go back to? Would I be out in space right now, in the dark, choking--" and you make wheezing sounds on purpose because you're angry and trying to hurt him meanwhile he's practically cycling through stages of grief while youre antagonizing him rn. You're in the big room with the go home machine and Miguel and YouTwo and a bunch of other witnesses and your innocence has been proven and they're exposes exposed for everything they framed you for and some of the Spiders are like "oh wow sure glad that's all over and everything can go back to normal and you can go back to hanging out with us and doing your classes again right teach? :)" and you're just like "ahaha, the FUCK I will, at this point I don't want any of you guys, I'm gonna go pack my bags 😒"

YouTwo had started luring Miguel into this sort of trap where he was starting to really put some thought and effort into starting an actual relationship with you and in his eyes he's not just losing you, but also the future and fantasy he's been building up in his head (which definitely involves a baby). Man is having his own dramatic ass anime moment where in his head he's visualizing you holding the hand of a small child and walking away into the sunset as he reaches out "no, come back!", like shit man you'll have to pull something reeeeal special to make up for this

I just. I don't know, i like multiple options and I have to choose one of them! Unless I did the youtwo fic and then did other sort of oneshots 🤔 as a writer it is traaaaagic when you have all these ideas and you decide on a single one and wind up pitching the rest, maybe I should just be unashamed and just repost similar shit all the time, or post bonus chapters to the original fic that might be the same fic again but with changes. Idk. But. Either way I really can't decide between 1. Reader having their bracelet removed and they wind up glitching away and everyone thinks you died but you're chilling with a friend (Hobie? Miguel 2? Shit maybe even Miles as that healing little brother energy, like, i hate it i hate it i hate it But I Understand Peter B's "oh shit did you make me realize i want kids" Moment 😩😩😩 also we stan Peter B in this house. We love a man who accidentally cringefails his life and puts it back together better and happier. Should circle back to him later, i can see him in some "you confide in him bc you trust him and he sells you out for your own good" scenarios. judging the art alone, not the fact that we get a new anime or anything exciting like that, just the art alone... it's very pretty!

yea this is very pretty. the kid looks great, small and good, and his hair looks feathery and neat, so I approve. I think they nailed his general proportions, I think they'll do a great job at keeping them consistent during episodes! the image to the right does looks a tiny bit like a 3d asset, which is a bit jarring compared to the previous anime style, but I'm flexible towards this change. even if he looks like a video game cutscene character, I usually love cutscenes!!

but here's the drama I'm sure you're here for. yes, unfortunately, there are some wee things that I don't love as much🤏

the first thing, it really doesn't matter and I should shut up about it now... but YOU asked so ajdjfksksk why did they have to shrink sebs jaw cmon my favorite art of him ever was during the Greenwitch arc so don't tell me I'll NEVER be able to see that style of him animated😫 I just like prominent features man. I know he's meant to be pretty but but but....

ah okay. heres the main thing that I think most people may agree with.

these are two screenies of sebster from the teaser. honestly, as ☆luxurious☆ as his lashes are, I'm not a fan of the left image. the airbrush on his hair feels a tad overdone. I love the attention to detail, especially in the one on the right, it shows a lot of love! but there's just something about it that's a bit off for me.

and I think after 24 hours I've finally figured it out: it's the colors.

the realization started to hit me when I saw my favorite edit so far here by @ashxketchum. the colors have been edited to be much more saturated and warm. and I think this is exactly what is missing here.

I even tried my own hand at it, and yea personally, I think slapping a saturation, tint, and just a BIT of contrast on the whole thing can do numbers on it.

already I like it(no I'm not just praising my own work, it's not the best edit out there I did it in 30 secs). I think the reason for this is because the background is very rich in contrast and warm tones, so the characters(particularly sebastian who is all black) stand out when they are muddy and low contrast. I love stylistically when contrast is high, but that's just a personal thing, and I shouldn't hold a studio to those standards.

I tried it for the poster too though, which again I felt was a bit off. official art has never been the most top tear, and the poster is GOOD, the background is awesome and the two peeps looks amazing. but my problem with it was clear once I did another color edit.

again, I feel like everything was very muted in the left original, not to mention a tad monochromatic. I really think a kick of contrast and hue could do wonders.

BUT. I know that at the end of the day, it's not a big deal. I don't really care. would it make my day or whole year if they slapped a color filter on it, or continued to work on the color grading of the scenes? probably yea! but my opinion isn't obsolete, and most of all, I look forward to and respect the artists decisions.

so no I'm not "fixing" the art😅😒.

Summary: A prank gone wrong leads to you watching the sweetest devil in existence…

It had been quite the day and you were hoping for a little sympathy from the world, alas you just can’t make such wishes when the door bursts open, Skeppy of all people waltzing in looking rather tense.

“Did you just kick in my door?” You look over at him unamused.

“Uhhh… no?” He gives an unconvincing smile before holding something out to you. “Here, I heard you’re good at this.” You take a step away from him.

“Whoa whoa whoa! How do I know you’re not trying to pull something on me. You have a reputation for that.” You eye him warily, he’s about to answer when whatever he was holding starts to squirm, making him lose his grip. Out of reaction you leap to catch it, looking down at the tiny, smiling devil, you then turn back to Skeppy with a raised eyebrow.

“So I may have tried pulling something on Bad while we were mining and somehow he became small.” Skeppy says nervously.

“This was intentional?” You question.

“No! This wasn’t supposed to happen I swear!”

“Explain then.”

“I was just trying to give him a scare, you know play a sound like there’s a creeper or zombie and have him panic a little, you know, the usual.” He chuckles at the memory before his expression drops a little. “One of those scares made him slip off a ledge, but he landed in this weird coloured moss so I thought he was fine. Then while we were leaving he got really quiet, I was about to make a joke about how scared he was but when I turned around he was like this!” Skeppy was on the verge of panicking by now.

“Alright, I get it. I’ll look after Bad until this wears of-”

“Thanks! You’re the best (y/n)! Bye!” And just like that Skeppy was out the door more chipper then ever, honestly you were pretty sure he just didn’t want to be on babysitting duty himself.

You sigh as you turn your attention back to the small demon that was currently playing with the sleeve of your shirt.

“I never thought I’d see the day where I’d be taller then you.” You joke getting Bad’s attention, you give him a small boop on the nose making him giggle and clap his hands happily.

Bad was extremely clingy, not that you were entirely surprised by this but you didn’t expect it to be this extreme. He’d follow, you everywhere gripping your leg when you’d take a pause or reaching up and making grabby hands for you to pick him up. Eventually you just set him on your shoulders while you moved around so you wouldn’t have to constantly pick him up and put him down again, plus you’re sure he appreciated the height. When outside, you let Bad play with one of the dogs you recently tamed, gave him something else to focus on and helped socialize your dog better too, win win. Of course you still kept a keen eye, after all past experience has taught you that the outdoors is where most of your mishaps seem to take place. Nothing goes wrong, you finish your tasks and bring Bad back inside without issue.

“It’s funny,” you start staring at him, Bad stares back with big, curious eyes. “You’d think a literal devil would be difficult to take care of and yet you’ve been the least troublesome kid I’ve had to watched. Thank you for that, by the way.” Bad gives you an adorable fanged smile in response. “You’re just a precious little thing aren’t you.” You coo at him, silently hoping you didn’t just jinx yourself.

You gave him some crayons and paper to colour with as well as a nice apple snack to peck at as he desired while you updated Skeppy on how things were going since he was constantly asking. There’s a sudden tug on your leg, you look over at Bad who’s holding up a picture of… well you weren’t exactly sure what it was, but he seemed to be proud of it so you do the natural thing and pin it up on your fridge for him. He then scurry’s back to the living room only to return a minute later with a book in hand, holding it out to you.

“Want me to read you a story?” You ask, he nods eagerly and you go to sit on the couch. It’s a small struggle but Bad manages to pull himself up and crawls onto your lap, leaning against you while you open the book and begin reading to him. “Once upon a time, there was a brave knight…”

You ended up reading quite a few stories to Bad, doing silly voices or being over dramatic to keep him entertained until he looked about ready to doze off, however, before he does the whirling sound fills your ears and you now had a sleepy, regular sized Badboyhalo leaning against you. You’re about to ask him to leave when he wraps his arms around you and places his full weight against you.

“Mmm hi.” He greets in a somewhat slurred voice.

“Hey.” You greet back awkwardly. “You mind getting off me and head ping back home?”

“No, this is fine.” He mumbles, you laugh at his still very childish behaviour.

“Come on. You normal again, you can go home and sleep.” You try getting up but his hold tightens, keeping you in place.

“Noooo… you make such a nice cuddle buddy.” He whines. “Just for 10 minutes. Please?” He did look about ready to pass out.

“Alright, 10 minutes it is.” You cave in with a sigh.

“Yay.”

“You know, for not being a kid anymore you sure are acting childish.” You chuckle.

“But it’s fun being a kid, even as an adult.” Bad’s voice is barely above a whisper now.

“True… man Skeppy’s going to be so jealous about this.”

“Then don’t tell him…” He trails off, having finally passed out, you following suit not long after him, the both of you enjoying your short power nap.

That's the face of a man who’s drunk off a passionate kiss!! Gosh this show just ended so perfectly!! Puen carrying Talay into the van, showing the note where he wrote "let's go head over heels for each other", the pan up into the sky, the theme song playing one last time! I remember I had to sit there and soak in the moment the first time around.

And finally one last Lays ad as I wipe off my tears 🥲

This show means so much to me!! I love the story so much!! I love PuenTalay so much!! I love Jimmy and Sea so much!! It’s just a wonderful story about love and it’s just the intensity of how much these two love each other and how hard they worked to be together that gets to me!! Jimmy and Sea played these characters beautifully and you can see the love on their faces!! I loved watching them every week!!

This rewatch almost took me all year to do and I only got it done because of the rerun giving me 'real' deadlines 😅 I’m so sorry I couldn’t get to it earlier but I’m so happy I did it! Hello, I need to know your thoughts about Ludwig (and Laurence if you don't mind?) - headcanon, relationship with others or just something you think about him! >:) (I didn't found them in your blog sry if you answered something like that already xd)

Alright! So for Laurence I already share a few ideas here : X - X - X - X and here.

Now for this dear Ludwig I do have a few ideas! I don't remember If I share things I don't think I share a lot 😐

Last time it was my last design of him eventually this funny idea with his sword. And I did a few other drawing on him they are around my blog somewhere 😅 I share a few here too like you have seen (I forgot some too...)

Now, what could I say before sharing a tons of lil headcanons... Well the first time I beat him it was thanks to Valtr! I found him so hard! Now it's way easier XD just a few tries in NG+ His lore is super interesting and even if he probably made tons of mistakes and bad things (see all the blood he have on his hands + church + that people even treat him like a monster?) I feel pity towards him 😢

Also the music is so good 👌 and he's the only one to maintain a bit of humanity and of himself after he turned into a beast?! JUST WOW And even if his design is sure quite... particular... an equine like beast with eyes? So unique. It could be based on the horse guardian of the underworld in Chinese mythology. (I need to look more on it there might be other influence as well).

And of course he got the holy moonlight sword! It's not anything.

And before doing the dlc I always find really interesting the bit of lore around him! (Gehrman mentioning him, the sword, badge description etc) So finally seeing him for real is impressive! If the dlc didn't existed I would have assume he was the beast possessed soul below the old workshop (yeah I have an headcanon for the poor guy too).

Now for the headcanons I have him less develop than the rest so I will just do some list! And in one of my headcanon timeline I still don't know if he should died years before Laurence or should he be there when the dream was create, kill Laurence when he turned in to a beast and die after etc.

Ok go for a few headcanons!

🗡️ He's from either a small noble family or bourgeois family. (he's ancestor were great warriors after all! That originated from Pthumeru & Cainhurst too). I don't know if he have any sibling 🤔 that would make sense if he was the youngest son or something.

🌖 He have heterochromia! His right eye is green (if not teal) and his left one dark brown. At some point his right eye will become more teal colored (same as holy moonlight sword) then blind from and injury (or the contrary).

🗡️ He's left handed. I mean I think it was already kinda oblivious and really one of the only thing that for me is not an headcanon but well canon.

🌖 He was a student at Byrgenwerth at the same time of Maria, Caryll, Rom, Mico etc whom he became fast friends with as well as Laurence & Gehrman. He studied in hm check notes either theology or something in history or military history perhaps? 😅 I am still unsure and I need it for my next fic chapter help.

🗡️ HE LOVES HORSES!!! He had a lil white shetland pony (place holder name is Leonard...) when he was a kid and he did ride horses some times to times but he didn't have one that belong to him for a lot of years. So yeah he was quite a horsegirl with Maria XD she did have a horse and she bring him at Byrgenwerth on her 2nd year and let Ludwig go on ride with him, take care on and all. As such he ask Byrgenwerth to work as a part job at the stable.

All the horses and equine love him too! Even the scared or agressive ones! He have a gift it seems.

🌖 Later on when he had to go somewhere with a horse that was either one of Maria black horses, a brown mule and his last horse a white horse (with a black mane?)

🗡️ He adopted a baby orphan crow too. I don't have a name yet but it's the research hall crow that give us the guidance rune.

🌖 Yes Laurence convince him to become a cleric how surprising I know. (They guy convert so many help)

🗡️ Before wearing the executioner / beta hunter healing church clothes he wear something similar to the Yharnam set. With a tricorn hat yep. A gift from Gehrman.

🌖 He's the first one to have wear the hunter chief emblem.

🗡️ As he kid he was kind of a Labrador/good boy type of guy that become more ruthless after becoming the leader of the hunter of the church and bad things happening around him. He was really kind, protector and courageous for his friends! even if at times he seems he bit oblivious to what was going on around him XD and shocked lot of the times 🤣 see the encounter with a shadow of Yharnam hvhqf

🌖 I am still hesitating on when/where he got the holy moonlight sword. I guess he got a blood transfusion before hand and either lost himself 2-3 days in Pthumeru, Loran or Isz or another underground labyrinth. The other were really worried and glad he was alive. Even if he was hurt had a weird magic sword and say he heard and saw things now. "Yeah like Caryll! Nothing to be worried of." "But Laurence-"

🗡️ He know how to dance in ballroom properly and could play piano and a horn.

🌖 He was kind toward the new hunters (workshop & church) and help Simon got his bow for example.

🗡️ He was choose as the leader of the church hunters because of many aspect : cleric, better vibe to the public and to talk to LOTS of people than poor Gehrman rip, proximity with Laurence, Holy moonlight sword, guidance rune, hear voices don't let Flora lure you Ludwig!, one of the first tomb prospector for the church etc

🌖 Yeah he was, maybe, really close with Laurence if you see what I mean 😏 he might have mercy kill Laurence too... that's the huge crack on the skull...

🗡️ he had great relationship with Maria, Gehrman, Caryll, the scholars and all when everything went well. Still when everything began to spiral down (after Maria died, before Moon presence) he still went to see Gehrman with Micolash to drink tea really occasionally, without Laurence knowing.

🌖 He got at least a scar on his face because of the fishing hamlet.

🗡️ At the end of his life he went kinda crazy and smash everything while closing his eyes... so yeah many collateral damaged... things become worst and he transformed and many people died.. the hunters who discover what happened to Ludwig where shut in cells (Yamamura, Gratia, + a few other guys)

🌖 And last one, if he have a cute nickname it would be Lulu ^^

and that was episode 4 of arcane. huh. feel like i have much to say and much not to say about this episode. this review will likely be shorter.

so at the end of my last review i mentioned that i was hoping to see more Caitlyn and that’s p much exactly what we got. she’s reliable, capable, smart, and seems to be much better at being a detective/enforcer/guard than the rest of the lot (for now, and yes, that includes Marcus 🙄). Intriguing, especially since she comes from a high House. her parents are, because they are very powerful people politically (her mother on the council, mind you), still inserting themselves into Cait’s life and are shaping it when she’s a young woman trying to live her life. but i can understand and sympathize that they want her safe. she ended up doing more and more in this episode in getting answers and then she loses her job !! ugh. she does take the initiative, no matter what it may bring so she is brave.

and Jayce. very handsome i will start 😅, but i… i was not expecting him to choose safety (and Piltover’s safety [and possibly his reputation]) over his evolving hextech. however, that could be because he’s already had like, ten or so years(?) to become the man he is today and therefore has already shown the world much of his work. he has successes. perhaps this is also his way of giving back(?). i mean Medarda and Heimindinger (and presumably the rest of the council) made Jayce a damn council member !! i understand for securities sake why they did that but… a young man having that much power (plus what’s going on with Viktor)… it doesn’t sit comfortably.

Viktor. Viktor… intrigues; he’s more reliant on accessibility assistance now, appears slightly disheveled, and didn’t even participate in the presentation with Jayce. Jayce did say hextech is *their* dream and yet Jayce’s face is the one seen and known but Piltover. i don’t know if it’s jealously, hurt pride, or other but something is going on with Vik Vik.

and Jinx. who used to be Powder. i mean… she is older (freaking alive which can’t be said for many kids in the undercity), deceptively capable, great with gadgets, and a superb shooter (foreshadowed in episode 2). but she’s so… different and similar at the same time as she was before. Jinx is childlike in her mannerisms, interactions, and in her offensive maneuvers as well. she still talks like how she used to with Vi but with more violent and grown up language. you can tell that being in Silco’s grasp has done little to no good for her mental wellbeing.

Silco, who almost definitely doesn’t know for sure, tells Jinx that her sister is “gone” (not dead but the narrative and conversations treats it like a death) which, even if Vi is dead… how is reminding her of that instead of helping her through it in a more healthy manner helpful? also Jinx just straight up murders and kills people now. and she’s really good at it ! lol but how long under that skill becomes a detriment and she willingly or unwillingly kills someone. plus she had more a couple moments in this episode to show that she’s not all the way there. i have already heard people say she is schizophrenic with BPD and yeah i can already see that too. and being someone with BPD myself it’s… heartbreaking. she needs the longest hug and more earnest therapy but that doesn’t seem to be in large supply in the underground.

and lastly… i knew Vi wouldn’t be killed off so fast but i was not expecting Caitlyn to find her, let alone in this very same episode. i really thought she was gonna go to the tattooed grunt and get him to write down what happened and who he’s working for (because he said he couldn’t *say* it) but to go to Vi who apparently maimed him (deserved) is not the direction i expected. at least not this fast.

still want to know more about Vi and Powder’s/Jinx’s parents lol. and i hope by the end of the show Caitlyn is still alive, i like her a lot

Do you respond to comments? Why or why not? I love writing comments and responding to them, no matter how much time passed! It's great to get a comment on something I posted around 10 years ago and remember what I thought about, how I saw that ship back then, and all that, plus sometimes people simply share their thoughts about the canon work itself in the comments and I love to have discussions with people I would not meet otherwise.

What is a fic you wrote with the angstiest ending? eh, idk? My angst-meter is broken, so I cannot discern what is the saddest thing I committed. Probably either Unceasing Path (Luolin) or When I Make an Oath to the Flames (Weilan), but I don't know really.

First fandom you wrote for? Inuyasha, an OC that was the main hero's half-sister, trying to fit into the family after realising she has it. It was a gen fic, surprise, surprise, and it ended up in a crossover with another girl running an Inuyasha blog - our respective characters made guest appearances in our stories. It was fun.

Gojo's inner monologue when he sees Rinko fighting? 🤔🤔

In a few situations, he's super smug that she's doing so well because he knows she doesn't even realize or acknowledge how strong she actually is. So when she's just destroying something, he's all cocky and proud of her. It reminds him how much he loves her because she can take care of herself. One of the things he's always appreciated about her is that she doesn't let her insecurities or pride get her into situations that are too much for her to take. She's not arrogant. She doesn't show off. She's just there to get the job done. But that's what makes it so sexy to him.

So when he sees Rinko fighting, he's literally just like, 'That's my girl. So sexy and strong. I love her so much. Ass looks incredible, too. And she needs to hurry because as soon as she wraps this up, she's mine. Wonder how pissed she'll be if I just take her here-' because he's a horny boi who always wants to be inside her 😂😂

Advice for how to start with your fic?

Don't try to start from the beginning. Start somewhere in the middle, and work from there. The ending doesn't have to be established right away, either. That can develop as you figure out the story! But as for how and where to start, anywhere. Have a random bit of dialogue? Start with that. It doesn't have to stay in the end, but having something there will really help you. Write nonsense. Write ideas. Concepts. Anything to get those juices flowing. Because nothing is more daunting than a blank page.

Two things I saw recently made me realize that I already did these things most of the time:

Writing choppy, maybe cheesy or dumb dialogue. You can fill in the rest later, or not at all. You can change it up or edit it, but cutting and editing, or even re-writing, is easier than getting yourself to write the initial draft.

"You look like shit." "Sure know how to charm a girl, huh?" "You'd be more pissed if I lied to you." "True." "Still look awful, though." "Fuck off."

You don't have to put markers or indicators because it's a first draft. First draft and final draft are rarely going to match, and that's okay. Preferred most of the time, actually. But yeah, just toss that dialogue down to help you get started and then go from there!

Start with notes or random shit about what you want to happen. Some people put it in brackets to describe the setting, scene, or character's actions so that they can continue writing without being bogged down by the pressure to figure out the rest perfectly.

I'll provide an example or two from a WIP of the lockout key idea dump I posted a while ago. (I make no promises that I'll ever finish or post this, but it's the best example I could find that doesn't spoil a bunch of stuff for the other stories)

[he comes to ask for a key even though he's already maxed out his number of lockout keys. he ends up trying to lean in closer and she shoves a cookie in his mouth instead] - this one is a general idea and one thing I definitely want to happen in that scene/snippet

[fire drill in the middle of the night forcing everyone outside until the alarm stops going off. he forgets his key because he had to rush out while he was half-asleep.] - this one is describing the primary setting for the scene/snippet: they're outside, he's very sleepy, and he forgot his key.

All in all, don't be afraid of being random and choppy for your first draft!
